So everyone in this dealership is way awesome. I wasnt rushed up on right when I got out of my car, I needed and wanted a specific deal and Adrian worked on it, then my wife wanted a little something different so he made it happen. Ray was very cool with me offered me chips and drinks and let me talk his ear off. If you are looking for a new car/truck/jeep without vulture sales people and people who will actually try to get you the deal you want and need then look no further!! Great service, kind and professional people.Ive had a few service reps assigned to me in the 8 years Ive been going to this dealership and Josh Petty is one of the best Ive worked with. He is professional, but fun and never complains when I try to explain an issue with the vehicle without using the correct terminology.Franklin, the courtesy shuttle driver, is always polite, a safe driver, and a pleasant conversation partner while in the vehicle (no awkward silences = good trip).Tiffany at the payment desk was friendly and efficient in getting the transaction completed to get me on way ASAP.

Redlands Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership is and has become my one stop shop for all my Challenger needs. I purchased my challenger there after talking to the salesman. After talking at great length, I decided to special order my car. Very happy with how I was walked through the process! My experience with the commercial parts department here has always been good. The parts people I talk to over the phone are friendly and actually put effort into getting parts delivered to us the same day if possible. Their delivery driver Jared is also great at getting our parts to us quickly and has always been very courteous to our front office. I highly recommend Redlands CDJR for parts!

I bought a Ram 1500 with an extended warranty. I’ve done all services to the truck and taken good care of it since I bought it. Recently the 4x4 started having issues and I thought” I’ll be ok, I purchased the extended warranty for $2,500” little did I know the service department did everything and anything possible to deny my claim. The part that failed were 100% parts that are covered under the power train portion of the warranty. I had the dealer add suspension and rims/tires after I purchased the truck. I paid 8k extra and was told the lift would not effect my warranty. This dealership ( Tom bell) went out of their way to not help a customer & denied my warranty because of the suspension that was installed by John Elway Dodge. Tom Bell Redlands went out of the way to blame the damage on the suspension and denied my warranty because of parts they sold me. I can’t tell you how disappointed and unsatisfied I am. The service department manager “ Nathan” was very harsh and quite shady about why they won’t honor the warranty that was sold to me. My family and I are Redlands locals and have supported this dealership for many years. I will advise everyone in my family and all my friends to never purchase a car/truck from Tom Bell. Unfortunately they do not represent the values of our community. I have since taken my truck to another dealer and they are helping repair the issue and honoring a warranty that was sold to me by Chrysler. Please, please be very careful buying from Tom Bell. You will regret it!

Service counter are idiots and talk to customers like they are as well. You tell them what is wrong with vehicle and they tell you they can’t put that in the description because they have to be the one to diagnose vehicle then say they need symptoms, eleven though o already told them. Then they force you to authorize large sum of money even though they can see it’s still under warranty because they are going to try and deny the warranty. After you authorize they tell you will be 1-3 days for repair. After 3 and a half days you go in to check status. At this time they tell you they need authorization for additional money to finish diagnosing exactly what you told them was wrong with it because they didn’t authorize enough to check what they were supposed to check. Who knows how much longer it will take them to finish “diagnosing” the problem that is a common problem on these vehicles and they already know is the problem just by the symptoms. Plus they wouldn’t verify they had the part in stock until they performed diagnostics to give me an accurate eta of repair. Will be another several days without a vehicle before I have any answers and they will not verify warranty before diagnostics. I do not want them doing any repairs other than warranty and they are trying to strong arm me. Will never go back to this dealer again. Had better customer service at moss bros even though they screwed me on warranty and their techs damaged my vehicle and denied it. Why can’t I find a reliable dealer.

The best buying experience ever! My daughter is turning 18 on May 18th and for her golden birthday we decided to buy her the car she always dreamed of. Of course a Jeep. From the beginning to the end all I can say is WOW! The entire staff from picking out the vehicle ( We found a gem 2012 Jeep Wrangler sport 2 door black with only 38,000 miles and it only cost 22k) to the delivery was amazing. I was able to speak directly to all three of the sales managers Graham, Stephen, and can’t forget the mastermind of all this Bill just amazing people. Noah helped me fill out my credit app, Brandon helped me with the financing paperwork and even helped with a extended warranty to make my daughter would be covered just in case there were any future issues when she goes to college in another state. (Memphis Tennessee) The general manager Junior and again the great staff made us feel very welcomed and of course again as I mentioned earlier the Price was amazing. When they delivered the car used car manager Misa greeted us and said congratulations with a smile. I thought that was cool. Lastly Jessica had our vehicle parked in the delivery area under a tint looking amazingly clean and gas tank full (she said George washed it) and took all kinds of cool photos of my daughter and even a couple of the family next to and inside the new Jeep! Then we went inside and they had my daughter ring the bell on the wall and sounded a siren so everyone knows my daughter is a new Proud owner of a Jeep wrangler, then Jessica gave us a little Duck and explain this is what Jeep owners do when they like your Jeep. Then we left on the way home my daughter told dad this is a dream come true! WOW thanks Redlands Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for making this an amazing experience!

Honestly, this is the best dealership I have ever been to. Everyone from the service guy Chris, the sales guys Jose and Adrian, and mostly the finance guy Benjamin were all truly AMAZING! They all were very helpful, knowledgeable, and knew how to get me what I needed. Which ultimately was a new car. I was treated with respect and not bamboozled into anything. I was even offered services that other places wouldn’t have even thought to help or offer. Took my 21 Ram 3500 in for water getting in the 3rd brake light when it rains. Bill Burton was my service advisor and he was great. During the write up he advised me there was a relay recall available for my truck. They performed both repairs and kept me updated the whole time, even letting me know when they ordered the part and that it would be in the next day. He let me know when all the repairs were completed and that it was ready for pick up. When picking up, Bill had my paperwork ready upon arrival and had Angel pull the truck which he did quickly. While we were waiting my wife had taken our daughter to the restroom and when they got back she said they had stopped to get a candy out of the vending machine and it had got stuck which then both Bill and Chris took it upon themselves to go over to the vending machine to see if they could retrieve it which there was no way as it was stuck between the glass and the edge of the machine. I said it’s ok, she didn’t really need it anyways. They saw the look on my daughter’s face and Chris pulled out his phone and put it up to the machine and bought her another candy which made my daughter soooo HAPPY and we thanked them both. Redlands DCJR not only has great people, with great customer service and knowledge but also caring and big hearted. They put a smile on my 3 year olds face and mine. Thank you again Bill and Chris you guys are awesome.

Huge disappointment from the service department. Dropped my truck off on a Thursday morning and was promised a diagnosis in 1-2 days. When “I” called to follow up their excuse was that they didn’t have a mechanic available. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and the they gave me the runaround that I had more issues with the truck without even looking at it. Finally after 9 days I called to let them know I was just going to pick up my truck. Nothing was done at ALL. Not even an apology or anything. Poor customer service. Took my truck to another dealer and on the SAME day they found the issue and replaced the parts needed. By the way it was exactly what I had told Redlands CDJR was the issue since the beginning. Picking up my truck from Moss Bros tomorrow.

**Update**Fred, the service manager called and made things right. I was able to bring my truck back in where they preformed the programming again at no additional charge. Customer service like that goes a long way in my book. Thank you Fred!Brought my truck in to program a new genuine Mopar brake controller and Christofher in the service department was the person who helped. They charged $250 to program the brake controller which they didnt do all the programming. When my wife picked up the truck Christofher stated everything was good. When I got home and tried the brake controller it did not work. I called them back on Monday and all he could say was it worked when it left here. When I brought the truck back I was then told by Christopher that they wont test it as they did not install it the brake controller. Im not sure why the dealer who is the most capable for the repair would give such a hard time. This is the last time I will ever bring my vehicle to Redlands CDJR dealer. I am also going to contact Mopar and let them know how the service writers treat customers. Sad to think that we can not even trust the people who manufacture and service the vehicle we are purchasing.

The only thing lacking in their service was service. Lets start with the problem. The Jeep wouldnt start, was telling me it wasnt in park when it was. And having other strange electronic problems. Thought the problem was more serious turned out to be the battery..... my bad had it towed in. They wanted $530. Did it myself Cost me $220 and took me 4 minutes including the time I drove onto the lot and returned to the service department.. Now imagine that was your mom. Its the same if I was to charge $500 to change a light bulb. When I was remodeling her kitchen... Its spent nearly 3 weeks on the lot. When I dropped it off. I wasnt told about the recall item until I called for an update as to why it was taking so long. I had to call for updates every time. I called the service manager twice. He didnt return my calls instead. He had a service Tech call me. The whole point of calling him, I was disatisfied with lack of communications. Was also told that the Jeep would be return washed and vacuumed which it was not. They didnt even put down service protection on the floor or the seat. When it takes game time to cash out. I was told the paper work was at the cashier. Guess what? Wasnt there. Had to get the service manager, figure out where it was. They did waive the $140 for telling me the battery was dead after all that. Good on them for doing the right thing. I have 4 various jeeps my four kids all have jeeps. In my 35 years of owning jeeps, this has been the absolute worst dealer experience. I hope that the recalled fuel pump service holds up. And I dont end up having to go back to them. Its unfortunate as its the nearest Jeep dealer to me having relocated to beautiful Yucaipa.

I dont typically leave many reviews but I have to for this. I got my wifes oil changed on her jeep which was expensive, but fine. I figured Id see what they would offer me for my car since their team had already reached out. I approved them putting it on a lift and inspecting it. However, without asking my permission or telling me until after the fact, someone took my car for a test drive to God knows where. 25 minutes and 12 more miles on my odometer later I get my car back. This was really unprofessional.

They definitely went out of their way to take care of us from the initial vehicle selection, finance, and delivery. Mike came in on his day off and spent hours going over every feature in detail with our Grand Wagoneer Series III! Mike was patient with all of our questions. We originally agreed to a set interest rate, but Brandon went out of his way to find us even a lower interest rate. Junior is a man of his word. We’ve owned Mercedes, Fords, Toyotas, Hondas, Acuras, and other brands, but Redlands CDJR is absolutely the best dealership experience out there.

I can rate them in two parts. First, meeting them, ordering the vehicle I wanted, there customer service is phenomenal. Really great guys. Second, the actual money part. Im ok with the price of the vehicle, I knew that going in. But interest rate, an monthly payment, ridiculous. How does someone with an 800 credit score get an 8% interest rate. Freaking ridiculous. Now I have to refinance the loan with someone else to fix all that. Additional headache... I love the vehicle

You know Ive been using cdjr for multiple years now. The people were/are always great but Ive been bringing my baby girl into them since I bought my Cummings 2500 in 2019 bought out of State but shes barely had 32k miles on her and has spent probably equal time with me and cdjr. Unfortunately the Diesel mechanic could never diagnose my lemon and my diesel is still sitting in their lot. I have spent thousands of dollars to try and fix and diagnose. Ive shown video and blah blah blah. Finally... possibly this week theyre pushing her back at me finally fixed but Ive got children and had to actually acquire a vehicle that is reliable and financed a Toyota literally this time last year... Just beware people. Please educate yourself on your purchase and your mechanic.

We have purchased multiple vehicles from them over time and they continue to deliver even when there’s something not quite right. As a purchaser that’s bought multiple new vehicles in the past couple years post Covid. Not one has been 100% from the manufacturer. Regardless of the brand. With that said, it’s really up the dealers to work with you getting things corrected. Redlands CDJR has been nothing but top notch. Keep up the good work folks!

I bought a truck from them last month. It was a couple issues on the truck. They told him to bring it in. I brought it in to have my truck over a week still have not do nothing to it that order part now it’s been over a month called it straight to voicemail. I talked to the manager. He said he’s gonna call me Friday never did. It’s the worst Customer Service I would not go to them again.

I am writing this review as a shout out to our service writer Bill!! He is awesome!! I dropped my Gladiator off for an oil change and some minor fixes. When I picked up my Jeep, there were some little issues. MOST guys would have just said sorry and sent us on our way! Not BILL!! He assured us he was going to have it handled!! We went to grab dinner while we waited. Bill suprised us and called the restaurant and paid our bill. How awesome!! He proved to us that there are definitely great people in this world!! Im very disappointed. Ive been bringing my truck here since Ive owned it, and have always been happy with the work quality, and the service Ive received. However, moving forward I will likely be taking my truck elsewhere for service.This time, from the moment I checked in my truck, to when I picked it up, I was given the impression that the service advisor who I dealt with was disinterested in actually helping. On top of that, the lack of communication I received was frustrating to say the least. Lack of following up on given timelines, questions in emails being left un-responded too, and a disrespectful tone over the phone after I called seeking clarification are some of the major gripes I have with my last service appointment.I was left feeling that the service rep would rather prove himself right than attempt to find a customer focused solution to the problems that I was having.For what its worth. The people here are great and very friendly, however every time I come to get my car serviced I’m always being told it’s a 2-3 hour wait but I always end up waiting longer. My appointment was at 1:00pm and I arrived at 1:08 pm and received a call at 5:02 pm that my care was ready. My last appointment no one ever called me to tell me my car was done I had to keep calling until I finally showed up. I come here because of theconvenience of the location but I don’t know that I’ll continue to come. While they are very apologetic, I don’t think it should take that long for a simple oil change.

Disappointed and Will Never come back! Was a new customer But now you lost one! I was just recently there on 11/27 at Redlands Chrysler Dodge for an oil change. My daughter was a witness to this incident. I arrived and parked under there rooftop, in front of the clear glass service door front entrance and noticed a huge white pick up truck to my left drivers side. I made sure when parking on their passenger side that there was plenty enough space. While I went inside to speak with Bill the service advisor and schedule the oil service our backs were turned where we couldnt see who threw their door against my drivers door that caused a huge long dent. Apparently when I brought this to Bills attention he attempted to defuse the situation although I was professional and calm with my demeanor. But after explaining in detail to my husband how it was handled this all seems to be more of a deflect approach on their end. I was treated more like well we didnt see it happen and Oh its nothing type of treatment. I wouldnt be surprised if this was intentional from one of their workers moving cars after I read the reviews on Yelp how customers cars are treated. The service advisor Bill did go to the service manager Nathan who sat a few feet away in a clear glass office and my daughter and I can tell Nathan did not want to get involved. He didnt do anything. We watched another service advisor tell the manager Nathan what had happened and can see clearly he still did not want to intervene. He never once came up to us asking what had happened. Lack in professionalism on his end and we still stayed there for the oil change after reporting this. Although Bill was kind and did help on trying to take off the paint from the damage of the trucks door but the dent on the area of the door is impossible to take out which will cause a crack on the paint. I have had two different quotes from others who have looked at the damage since whom ever Bill referred me to fix it Never called. Its been 4 days now no phone call and why even bother. So now I am the one searching myself someone to fix it. Being this was the only second time I have used this dealership, I will Never return and I will never recommend them. I even spoke to there salesmen inquiring about trading for a new vehicle but my husband is correct when saying not to use them for anything not even a new vehicle purchase. The trust is gone. AND I almost forgot to mention, when the oil change was done, I noticed while driving back home the car drove differently and checked the tire pressure which was at 39 PSI! Again, this was the mechanic who just did the oil change. FACTORY settings are 32 PSI. Please HIRE EDUCATED MECHANICS! I had to drive to a tire shop to get that fixed. This all seems shady, that and the door incident on the same day and I find it odd they Do Not have a camera under the ceiling of the rooftop where you drop off?! That camera was removed and oddly they couldnt find out who threw there door on such a mint beautifully conditioned car. So watch out when you drop your car off here and dont leave your doors unlocked with your wallet or purse. If theres no safety with cameras this is so obvious not to put trust in their establishment

Started my purchasing process online, and was immediately transferred over to someone who could answer all my questions and did not waste my time. I was specific in what I wanted and what I had coming in and they ran the #s before I even left my house. I had a great experience with Redlands CDJR. On my first visit, Noah helped me while I was exploring my options. I knew I wanted a Wrangler but was trying to understand the different models / configurations available. Noah had tons of detailed knowledge / insight and was able to answer all of my questions while being very professional and patient.I ultimately left the Redlands dealership that day because I needed to think over my options but Noah never pushed or pressured me, he just gave me his card in case I wanted to reach back out, which was absolutely great given past experiences with dealerships!I did visit another dealership in San Bernandino the next day out of curiosity on the inventory and the customer service there was awful and I felt they were not giving me any answers and not being truthful with the prices, types of vehicles available, etc.. They were also very unprofessional and made me feel distrustful of their intentions, I felt they were just looking out for their own best interest.I then went back to Redlands where Noah remembered / assisted me and the difference with the other dealership was night and day. Again, Noah was super helpful, honest and genuinely interested in coming to an agreement on both sides on the vehicle I was interested in. Since then I have bought two cars from Redlands Jeep. Now servicing my car with Redlands Jeep and the services is by far the best. On Monday my Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit had the check engine light on (packed and ready to leave for the holiday with an infant) brought my vehicle to Redlands and the line was out the door. Miguel greeted me and asked me what my issue was, while I was waiting for Miguel to input my information the manager Nathan walked up introduced himself and moved my car up in the line. Miguel said due to the holiday we are not sure if we can get your car back to you in-time. Miguel shared my vehicles issue with Nathan and also that was my only mode of transportation and Nathan arranged for a rental car and had my car ready by Wednesday. Miguel and Nathan, both kept in communication with me as to what was going on with my vehicle. Talk about customer service. Places need more staff like Nathan and Miguel working. Nowadays, it’s hard to find good staff and on top of that people that will go above and beyond and put their selves in your shoes. I will definitely be back and hope to get Miguel again. I bought my 2017 Jeep Renegade sport on December 23rd. No pressure buying experience. They didnt have any sport renegades so they picked my renegade up from another dealership within an hour. Top 1 or 2 best new car buying experience I have ever had.From there my experiences with the dealership went way down. On December 24th I was on the freeway doing 65mph and hit brakes to 30mph. The automatic transmission stayed in 6th gear for 5-10 seconds then switched hard down each gear to 3rd gear. During that time I had no power and almost got rear ended. Unsafe for a brand new car.I brought it to the dealership and they said it was in shipping mode and said they fixed it. At the same time I told them the miles to empty shows 131 miles at 2 bars and 32 miles at 3 bars. This was not fixed and still doesnt work.I have had to drive to the dealership at least 5 times since I bought the car a month ago for signing more paperwork or more things wrong.When I plug my Android phone into USB port it wont play Pandora or audio books or music unless you set a special folder up. No one at the dealership could get my stereo to work other then the Am/Fm radio. On a brand new car this no support from the dealership is unacceptable.I got 5 thousand in rebates. A week after i bought the jeep I started getting emails saying they are doing 8 thousand in rebates. I responded to the e-mail multiple times saying if your going to price match thanks if not please stop sending me these emails. I continue to receive emails promoting there 8 thousand in rebates. But on the phone am told they will not price match. I continue to receive emails promoting there 8 thousand in rebates.

We took her truck to the dealership in February. They told us one filter was bad and we didn’t change it in time. We advised the dealer that we were still 30,000 miles out from the recommended service. All of a sudden it was a whole Nother issue then they told us our fuel was bad. Our test results came in at 1.8 bad fuel is considered at 20% or higher. now they have a blocked on our warranty and refused to allow us to pick up our vehicle. I’ve emailed Carlos Mancia, Nathaniel Pinckney, and Fred Benoit. All three of them have failed to return my email. I’ve also left the three of them several voicemails. None of them have been returned. Every time I call the dealership asking to speak with one of them I keep getting sent to voicemail. I asked to speak with Fred’s boss, Bill and got his voicemail as well so they’re seems nobody to be at the dealership to allow us to pick up our vehicle yet they got our warranty voided. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Although I bought a car here they like to play bait and switch games. Got advertisements about 2023 Jeep to lease for $389. Well they don’t have that car. Their goal is just to get you down there. Then gave me a quote of over $750 for a lease with $3000 down. They also claim the MSRP is the total price when the MSRP is the base price (that is what the sticker on the window says). Came in to look for the Jeep Renegade they had advertised due to Brandons no fault accident - putting us in a financial burden with additional out of pocket cost! Damn uber driver! Anyways, the vehicle we came for was unavailable due to a recall / testing. Getting ready to move on to next dealership, and had been looking for the diamond in the rough for over a week, Brandon spotted a 2011 Toyota Rav4. Decently priced, we test drove it. (Me, I was over the car buying, sales pitch and bait n switch of all the added extras the dealers are adding to the bottom line) So, worked with Sales Rep Edgar and Manager Richie who were awesome! Said if your wanting to sell the car, this is it! Final offer! Very little haggling over price, made the price to our liking Cash out the door and bing, batta, boom. We bought it! Service on my Jeep was awesome! Fred the service manager was on point and knows his stuff. They pulled up 2 recalls and handled them for me. While waiting everyone was polite and friendly. Richie the sales manager checked on how I was doing and wasn’t pushy trying to sell me something. I will go back for service and to buy my next ride.

Took my 2019 Ram 3500 in to take care of the recalls, and check any codes as I had a DEF code pop up and go away one time. When they did their initial inspection they said I needed to replace my entire DEF system because it was contaminated. They suggested that I file an insurance claim to pay for the repairs, which was a red flag. They also said they had 3 other trucks with this exact issue they were working on right now. This was another red flag for me. When they first called me the service advisor Alan said the sample was so obviously contaminated you can visually see it, and they didn’t bother to test it. When I arrived to see this sample they could not provide one because the tech had thrown it away, and gone home (another red flag). I came back the next day and was given a sample that was perfectly clear, with no visual signs or smells of contamination (I tested the DEF myself, and it measured exactly the same as a brand new sealed bottle). I had them only fix the recalls, and when I got my truck back I had them write down the codes that were pulled on the DEF system. Turns out there were only 2 communication loss codes, nothing related to DEF quality. The truck runs perfectly normal now, even though they threatened me saying it would not last longer than 200 miles without replacing the entire DEF system. Definitely beware of the shady diagnostics at this dealer, I won’t be back!

Killed the whole deal and says people dont really use KBB. Are you kidding me? Junior, if you see this please give me a call. Mike was super awesome from the start. About a year ago I’ve been looking for an upgrade from my Tacoma to a possible RAM or Tundra for a half ton truck. Mike approached me and was very welcoming, very informative and knew exactly what I was looking for. He did not pressure me into buying something that was on the lot that he knew I didn’t want. I chose a RAM and saved up and my truck finally came on the lot and Mike informed me right away and I bought it the next day. He was very patient with me, kept me posted on newer trucks that arrived at the dealership, let me test drive a few and educated me on what truck is best for my needs and I walked away with a blue RAM first responder big horn edition with the exact color I wanted. Couldn’t be happier with Mike and Redlands Jeep.

Andy is the guy! The service department is very good here, honest, communicative, great attitudes, and clean/nice waiting room. They are very busy but still manage to make it work for my schedule every time, prices have been consistently good. My cars run amazingly thanks to their technicians.Edit: Yesterday I picked up a long term project I had their mechanic Juan personally work on. It was a very involved build, including extensive electrical harness work for this late model dodge charger.Every single thing I asked them to do, they did and went the extra mile. We installed suspension, new interior, and many other adjustments along the way.The effort and professionalism of this team is incredible. Thank you all for your hard work on my dream car build!

To say the service exceeded every expectation I had would be a great understatement. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with professionalism and respect. Worst customer service ever. I went in today for service and they had me waiting 30 min when I was there at 7:50 am for a 8am appointment. I had a pervious issue with them in regards to my service where I requested oil change and full point inspection. Only the oil change was completed and they added on the sticker on my window that my brakes and tires were in good condition. I was headed out of state and wanted everything done as requested. When leaving I had to request an after summary of my vehicle and noticed everything wasnt done. We spoke to the manager he did want to make it right. Now returning today I was told to have a seat someone would come in and help me. I was on time to my appointment I noticed a car that came after me already had a sticker and was being helped before me. I approach another worker asking if Ive been checked in yet. Nothing was done. I talked to Fred in regards to my previous issue and he said all he can give me is a discount not an oil change. I feel like Im being stereotype by speaking up on there wrongs. This will be last time I take my vehicle to this location even when I live near by. Very disappointing. If your a person of color I wouldnt come to this location.

I purchased my first car with Oscar (he’s no longer there anymore). He was amazing with the process. Very helpful & made it easy & comfortable. A couple years later I was in the market for a new car and met Edgar. Edgar had been one of the best people I’ve worked with in sales. He is so sweet, kind & patient while we test drove a couple cars. A year or two later I reach out to him to help renew a lease to my vehicle but before hand I contacted the San Bernardino lot. WORST MISTAKE EVER. They were rude, worst attitude and to be honest the guys there were dogs. I will never recommend the San Bernardino location. I’ll always be a returning customer to the redlands location.The salesmen’s are very respectful, patient and understanding.Wish I got paid for this review… lol I never do these but, I will give credit to where it’s earned.

Horrible Experience!!!This place is a joke. The place looks clean and okay but their customer service is horrible. They really need to get their act together. Non professional workers answering their phones . They give you the run around to be able to speak to someone. I was hung up on when I tried to talk to a supervisor. Yes, my vehicle was serviced with a stressful price. The service department here is a complete joke. The owner needs to either retrain or fire his current service associates. Rude and arrogant. No people skills whatsoever. The customers that were walking in, including myself were standing around waiting for one of them to check us in. There were chitchatting amongst themselves about their personal lives smh . I guess it’s hard to find good workers now a days. I was finally spotted by one guy and he seemed ok up until I tried calling him about about an issue I was having after I left the service department. The guy told me first he could help me then he told me he wouldn’t let me speak with his supervisor then he hanged up on me. Finally, I got a hold of supervisor who was able to help me. I have the name of all the people I spoke with if anyone is interested to know who they are . Never again will I return to this place. Disappointed.

Took my truck in for factory recalls today and when making the appointment was very clear stating that I do not have another vehicle so I need my truck the same day. I was told when making an appointment “no problem, we also have a shuttle service to take you home so you don’t have to wait!” Fast forward to today, I drop my truck off at 10am and they state it will be ready today. I also was VERY CLEAR I don’t have a ride back down to the dealership, and I have work at 6am tomorrow, they state “no worries our shuttle service picks you up as well!” Perfect, it is now 5pm called and left two messages, got a response 1 1/2 hours after their driver went home and said “we’re sorry nothing we can do! Your truck has been done for a while sorry we had a paperwork issue and you never got called we can’t come pick you up.” I am now having to pay for an Uber to take me to the dealership to get my truck! Get it together if you can’t get the job done don’t say you can, secondly when a vehicle is done call the owner before they have to leave two voicemails to check on the status! Not impressed and will definitely not be taking my truck back to this Redlands dealer!

My experience at Redlands CDJR on 6/7/23 was awesome. Went to the dealership to check out a 2021 Dodge Durango that had more feature than the 2023s and to see if it was still available. Low and behold it was. Edgar was the person to greet me and I mention what I was looking for. He was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about the his vehicles on the lot. So he took me to the vehicle and showed me around and took for a test drive and at the same time he took the time to get to know me and why was I looking for this specific vehicle. So I told him that my family is growing and was looking for that has enough room for my family and that I will have it for a long time. After taking it for spin I fell in love with immediately and said lets draw up some numbers and see what are my options. So Edgar introduced me to Adrain his manager, who his also a fellow Eagles fan, he was also courteous, friendly and great at what he does. So he ran information and gave me the best possible deal for me to take the vehicle home that evening. At that point it time for say yes or no, they were not pushy about making the decision right away. As soon as made my decision they started the process and the got me out on road with the 2021 Dodge Durango R/T within 3 hours time. The longest part of the deal was the paperwork that I had to sign which Benjamin who was also awesome at what he does, made it quick and easy. Overall, this experience I had with Redlands CDJR will be the most memorable in years of purchasing cars. THANK YOU!!!

No communication and no time frame to work with for getting my car repaired. Service department was rude and the website chat was not helpful at all. This is the first and last time my vehicle will be at this dealership!Update:It has now been over a month, still no communication from them to me, unless I initiate the call, and still no car, no estimate of costs, and no delivery date…Last Saturday was the 5 week mark of them having my car and not fixing it. I went to the dealership to check on the progress in person, and while I was there, the the service representative told me the actual truth that the mechanic that was working on the vehicle was not in, the service manager that said my alternator had been received and installed, but is still not charging my car, was not there, and no actual progress has been made. Bottom line is, the service manager was caught in a lie, and I was was furious.So I was not leaving without a car, one way or another. They couldn’t repair my car that day, they wouldn’t even offer me a loaner car till mine was repaired so I went to the sales department and told them they need to get me a car because I wasn’t leaving until I had a vehicle. They stepped up, made a really good deal on a newer certified vehicle, worked with me on a down payment, and gave me a reasonable amount for my car that was in the shop, and took care of the repair bill.Service department is terrible, but the sales department is great! However, my car will never go back to this service department again!Good luck to all in your experience with this dealership. I hope this was helpful and insightful for all!

I had my vehicle serviced there multiple time for my 2017 ram rebel for front air suspension issues. I had informed them that it had to be a mechanical/computer issue the third I had the vehicle serviced when the manufacture test came back that all components had checked back that nothing was wrong I.E air bags air compressor, valve block it winded up be a wiring harness issue the whole time . Each time they had my vehicle its was 2 1/2 weeks too a month no curtsey vehicle was offered to me even that they have 8 vehicles roughly too that dealership. My adviser bill he was amazing given the situation as we where both frustrated the back forth I was in but in end the service there is absolutely terrible dont expect ur vehicle to be back with weeks if its dealing with air ride

UPDATE: May 4, 2021 I was able to get my car back in to do the service I was waiting on. This time they were able to complete my car on the same day. So a much better experience and I increased the rating to 4 stars. David was very helpful.PREVIOUS:I took my car in on March 8, 2021 to get a recall issue completed and some warranty work. Jay was friendly and helpful. My only issue was that they did not complete all my needed work due to having to order a part. I keep checking back, but as of 60 days from my date of service....no part or follow up to rectify my issue.

As a first time auto buyer, the purchasing experience can be very daunting. We initially were not sure we would be purchasing the vehicle, but instead just got down to “look at it.” Edgar took good care of us the first night. He was not pushy or persistent but instead patient with us and very knowledgeable as well. The following morning Edgar left us in the hands of Mike, and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. They put the vehicle we were interested in to the side for us and reserved it with our names. That was a special personalized touch they didn’t have to do, but did, taking their service the extra mile. We sat down to talk financing. Being someone with a background in auto loan financing, I wanted to see what they would offer us and see how well they were in fact trying to work with us. They gave us a number of different options trying their best to work with our budget. When their options were not realistic for us, they gave us time to find our own financing without any hesitation. Once we were good to go, then came the paperwork.The last thing you want to do when you’ve got a beautiful car sitting outside, is fill out paperwork for hours without understanding what it all means. The representative made it easy to understand the lingo of what in fact I was signing, and he was quick and to the point, working with a sense of urgency. The entire process took about 2 hours from walking in, to test driving, to finalizing the loan. That is not half bad! We had snacks throughout, Mike even ran to the store to grab us cold bottled water when their machine was down, and even went the extra mile a third time when he filled up the tank of our new whip! Can’t believe we walked out of their with the car of my dreams, but the service they provided was too good not to! If you are NOT looking to purchase a vehicle, you may not want to come by and be a lookie looker because you will walk out of there with a new car 😅😂

Went in with a radiator leak and overheating issue. Redland CDJR said my oil cooler and valve gaskets were bad, so they kept my jeep 4 days and said it was repaired. I drove it 5 miles and same leak and overheating issue remained. They said they test drove it but my lowjack said only 1 mile repair guy said 15 miles. My odometer registered no miles driven according to the invoice. Do not come here for service. At the initial estimate they said my differential fluid was dirty and I just did them and added differential guards another lie, my oil was just done and they stated I need an oil change but there was 89% left on the reset, also they recommended a radiator flush and fluid change and I just did that too. Rip off. $4,985 in repairs 4 days lost and same issue. I rented a car too for 4 days and took a day off work to pick up but could not drive it because it was still broken. I would go to another dealership if possible. It has been a week and I am still waiting to get my jeep repaired the right way. My warranty company stated since I had the initial work done there I need to have the fix it or I would definitely go elsewhere.

I am out over $10,000+ in receipts as a direct result of Redlands CDJR service managers rejection of providing me a rental truck, despite having paid $7700 for the additional warranty coverage from FCA. My truck was also damaged in their lot which they have not reimbursed me for either.My $125,000 fully loaded Ram 3500 broke down on 11/13/22 while traveling through Cabazon, California. The closet FCA approved dealership was Redlands CDJR. With only 6700 miles on the truck, we were left stranded for almost 10hrs on the shoulder of the busy Interstate 10. FCA Roadside Assistance couldn’t tow my vehicle (supposed to be covered under warranty) because they were not offering enough money for any tow company to take the job. I had to use my AAA and pay out of pocket to tow my vehicle 26 miles to the tune of $1200US. It was determined that the Aisin transmission suffered a catastrophic failure due to a faulty snap ring (known problem) and required a complete replacement. There were no replacements available in the US and FCA had no idea as to when one would become available. We needed to get back home to Canada, where we live, however, Redlands CDJR denied me a rental vehicle. As a result, I hired a contractor to haul all my belongings and trailer back home.It took a month to finally expediate a transmission replacement. It then took an additional month for FCA to ship my truck back to Canada. The dealership along with FCA will not confirm if the replacement transmission has the correct snap ring installed as other Aisin transmission owners have experienced failures, even with a “new” transmission replacement. While the truck was in Redlands CDJR, it was damaged in their storage lot. I had submitted the receipts to them for the repairs on 02/25/23. I was given the run around from the service manager that I’d have to contact FCA for reimbursement, which I knew was incorrect. I’ve left multiple messages for Junior Beaurone the General Manager/ VP (no response) and the Fixed Operations Manager Fred Benoit to address the matter and still have not received my re-imbursement from over 2 months ago.Owning a new Stellantis (FCA) vehicle has single handily been my largest financial mistake I have ever made and hope that no has to go through the disaster I have encountered. It seems to be a top down company culture to leave the customer last, constantly wondering if your vehicle is safe to travel in with your family, massive out of pocket expenses, lack of quality control, treated horribly and “warranty coverage” that isn’t worth the paper its written on. FCA along with their dealer network do not recognize that their success depends on a satisfied customers.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation on 2/5/22. Service rep who assisted me was Andrew Amezquit, been in for several oil changes/tire rotations in the past and dealt with Andrew, for all but one of those occasions and never had any issues. Andrew always had an above and beyond type of attitude that when witnessed in person comes off disingenuous. This notion becomes more clear when upon completion of service Andrew, goes on about how good a job he did and how well he took care of you. He never fails to mention that he needs 10s on the up and coming dealer survey that will be emailed shortly. Anyway back to the 2/5/22, service. Andrew informs me that the oil change was completed, but the tire rotation was not due to sidewall damage on one of the tires. I mentioned that the vehicle had a full size spare and asked if he could switch out the damaged tire with the full size so he agreed. Now I did not know the spare was on a hub and I take full responsibility for that, but when I ask Andrew if he could mount the spare on a rim he becomes irate stating with an attitude that hes given me an inch and now Im trying to take a mile. I wasnt demanding or rude when I asked if he would be able to mount the tire onto the rim so I was confused. There was no reason for the reaction he gave, I would have paid for the mounting and balancing on tire. Needless to say he never emailed me the dealer survey he always peddled on previous occasions.interestingly enough I went in on 2/26/22 for service (sun visor replaced), and the above and beyond attitude was no more...Andrew pawned me off to another service rep for the service

Three months ago I went into the dealership wanting to look at a Jeep Rubicon Gladiator. The salesman was so helpful and not pushy at all so in stead of buying one on the lot I did something I have never done before, I ordered one built up just the way I wanted. The salesman kept informing me all along the way exactly where my Jeep was in production and even saved me a lot of delivery time by going and picking it up from where it was unloaded from the train. They worked their magic in finance so I could make the payments without struggling. Then they washed and filled up the fuel tank and then went over all the neat operations of the Jeep. I could not be more impressed with them and will be forever grateful.

When I first made the call regarding my issue, your customer service personnel (Robert)was very helpful and responsive to our needs. He had us bring the truck down so they could troubleshoot the situation immediately. Once there, we were well taken care of as we completed the initial paperwork. Robert communicated with us throughout the day letting us know the progress that was being made. Because of our difficult work schedule, and the heavy customer service loud that the dealership has on a daily basis we wanted to take it vantage and have an oil change and tire rotation completed, Time permitting. Robert was very instrumental in making sure that that was done prior to us picking up our vehicle the same day. I can’t thank Robert, the technicians and all of the crew for working diligently to not only troubleshoot and fix our problem, but to accommodate the extra request that we had regarding our vehicle. Moving forward, I see no other dealership to deal with when it comes to services that is needed for our vehicle than yours. Thank you for all that you did for us, I very much appreciate it

I reached out to over 10 dealerships via the internet and 9 out of 10 only respond to you via an automated message . “ someone will reach out to you shortly” And then its hours or days before you hear back.Not at Redlands CDJR. Miss Jessica called me back in 5 mins with more information about the vehicle I liked. She asked me great questions and Genuinely cared about me getting into a great vehicle. When I showed up to my appointment she came out to meet me herself and introduced me to my sales rep Richard who was awesome in his own right. I just can’t enough about the great experience I had purchasing my vehicle. Even the finance manager made the worst part more enjoyable. Great hires. Great selection. I will be back to get my wife her vehicle when it’s time. I recommend this dealership to anyone

Love the energy they have here. Purchased my car here (an experience that was so easy) then came back for an oil change which Fred and his team were more than happy to help me with. I did have an appointment to beat the wait but there were a lot of cars before me. Kind of bummed I still had a long wait but it is expected. Overall the guys there we’re happy to help and made it easy to do my services.

Had a great experience here with Edgar and the staff. Edgar reached out to me with a timely manner and scheduled an appointment for me we got everything done that same day and everyone was really nice. I have a 2021 Jeep Wrangler with the EcoDiesel. I took the Jeep for a simple oil change at another dealership and they made me wait 2.5 hours just to tell me they did not have my oil filter and did not service my Jeep.I called Redlands Jeep and spoke with Alan. He made sure they had the correct filter and made me an appointment. When I arrived, I introduced myself and Alan took off from there. He asked for my keys and said he would take care of the rest. He explained the oil change will be done and tires rotated. Alan also stated I had a recall on the Jeep and they would look into the recall to repair the issues.I waited approximately one hour for the service. I would highly recommend Redlands Jeep and highly recommend you speak with Alan as your service advisor. I will definitely go back to Redlands Jeep for future services.

I was a little frustrated at first because the parts needed for my jeep we’re going to take two weeks to get on top of the week and a half my vehicle was already at the shop and they had no loaners available. Far and away a better experience than Ive had at the San Bernardino service center. Andy was friendly and very helpful with my service needs.I originally needed to get a recall item corrected to obtain my new registration and tags. Andy went over all of the items that were due.He never pressured me to get anything I didnt want and he gave me an exact time that my servicing would be completed. A+ experience and Ill definitely be a repeat customer.

We went to this dealership to take care of a recall on my sons Dodge Charger. He scheduled an appointment, they did a good job and very professional. Only reason were giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they didnt call when the car was ready like they said they would. Its important to do what you say. That call and early pick up could have saved a lot of time. Life happens and we all get busy so thats it.
