Once again, quick & on time just as promised. Athen Gonzalez is the man that made it all happen by guiding the crew. New main water line installed. You can’t even tell he was ever here digging trenches to run a new water line into the house.Great job!!!

Really excellent work replacing the poor design of our previous plumbing. Also graciously took a couple minutes to tell us how to install a new garbage disposal ourselves. Great company!

If you have a minor or major plumbing issue and dont want to go through the stress of finding a trusted and honest plumber, I would highly recommend calling Shane and his company at RedHead Rooter.OUR PROBLEM: We had a major sewer problem with sewage backing up in our kitchen and before our master sink and it was affecting our ability to use the washer. We needed a repipe and asked for a couple of quotes from bigger companies and some local plumbers and they were all good. However, when we met with Shane and RedHead Rooter, he gave us a free camera inspection to see what the actual problem was and offered a different solution that was cheaper and less invasive in our home. The other companies all said we would have to dig up holes in our house and Shane was able to provide a convenient and more affordable option that fixed our problem without digging up holes. It was surprising to me that a local small business like RedHead Rooter found that option and not the larger plumbing companies.SERVICE: The project to do a new sewage pipe, new lining, install a cleanout, and patch drywall and concrete work was completed within 3 days. It was prompt and Shane communicated each time when they were arriving. After they finished and placed back the washer, they helped snake and clear out our sink and we found that there was a lot of junk in it. During the project, there were a couple of adjustments that needed to be made and Shane always talked with me about it and shared his thoughts. He came over on the weekend to make sure the job was completed. Shane and his team went above and beyond with their service and communication.PRICING: Shane is very reasonable, flexible, and understanding with pricing and the budget we had and we wanted to support a local business in our city instead of a bigger corporate company.Honesty, fair pricing, and communication or some qualities you will get with RedHead Rooter!

This was such an easy process. You always dread when there are plumbing issues. You know that it is costly when dealing with plumbing. I actually found RedHead Rooter through Yelp! I liked that they were a veteran owned business. The pictures of what they repaired made me feel as they knew what they were doing. Also, when I explained the issue, they put me at ease over the phone. When Athens arrived he was knowledgeable and worked to resolve the problem. I also like that even more of the team came to ensure the quality of work. I would definitely use them again. They came prepared for the task.

Shane and his crew were the best I could have hoped for, with the job they had cut out for them. I was out of town when my wife called saying that we had a slab leak and that she called a local plumber. I was skeptical to say the least, but Shane took care of everything from locating the issue to replacing/rerouting all the hot water copper pipes in place of pex. He even helped with a couple unrelated issues (gas leak at dryer, and issue with the water heater). He was good at troubleshooting when he ran into an issue. Our homeowners insurance helped with the cost of the repair, but I still feel that his prices were also reasonable. I’d like to give a shout-out to the rest of the crew as well, who he was training and who also were very respectful and did great work. There were times that Shane was on another job and I they still came over and took care of business. Thank you for the help! We’ll be calling you again.

Provided excellent service. I was very impressed with the plumbers honesty and integrity. What i initially liked about this company was that the owner was able to quote the price based upon what my problem was, he did not had to send some body to look at the problem and then decide what the price is. But the plumber who came, Was a very honest man with lots of integrity. Plumber knows why i am saying that.

Had a leak in my backyard. Called someone else and they quoted thousands of dollars.Called Shane at Redhead Rooter and he sent out Issac who diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 30 mins for under $300!!!Highly recommend these guys. Support local businesses!

What an amazing company and employees! It’s Father’s Day weekend and we have a whole house backup! Big day planned with 10 guest on Sunday and Athen shows up to rooter and we have a major block. Then he brought the jet and we were clear in minutes! Such an awesome guy! So polite and determined to get us back in business! This is a company with integrity and customer service! Thank you!!!
