Everyone I’ve had contact with at Red Rock is first rate! Nick walked me through processing with much patience; Edward Copland, our agent, is personable & professional and Ashley is efficient and friendly to keep me up to date with shipments. My husband had an account with Edward for a couple years previously and now I am happy and confident to be on board as well. I finally converted my entire 401K to silver in November 2022. I had seen all the ads and reasons to make the move but the familiarity of the status quo caused me to delay pulling the trigger for months.I talked with 5 metals brokers before making the decision to go with Red Rock, Interestingly, Red Rock is the only firm that didnt disparage their competition. Ive never looked back. As of today, [4/6/23] my account is up 16% since January after being down 24% through most of 2022. Every step of the way, the Red Rock team has provided clear instructions on what to do, what to expect and how the process works. They are consistently accessible, responsive, extraordinarily patient and always willing to help. Making the move to precious metals is one of the best financial decisions Ive ever made. I only wish I had done it sooner! There are plenty of precious metals firms out there but, in my opinion, Red Rock is the best. I give them the highest recommendation...

Swindled! Although repeatedly asking for the lowest markup on silver bouillon, I got talked into buying “premium” Red Silver Lion coins. I asked multiple times what the commission was and never got a straight answer. Three weeks later, I get notified on the SEC court case against them. Now they want me to wait 3 to 5 years to do a sell back at market rate.

One of the things that I look for when distinguishing professionals from the more questionable outfits, is whether or not the sales people are pushy. From the time that I first contacted Red Rock Secured until the time I decided to use their services, they were patient, they were there to inform, and they never pushed me to make any decisions. In stead, they waited on me and let me initiate the call to turn assets into metals. I really appreciated that. This is rare to find in modern business. Red Rock not only gets the professional sales posture right, but their products are of the finest grade, giving you the best avenue to convert your assets to metals with the best chances of being able to sell them in the future at the most competitive prices. Specifically, they informed me that if you purchase some of the coins that they recommend which are minted by official sources and certified pure 99.9999+% pure when minted, this is more secure asset for a potential buyer later on. (I never thought about that, but it makes perfect sense). I would have never known this nor really thought about it if Red Rock hadnt taken the time to educate me on this. Again, thank you Red Rock for all that you do. My highest reviews for this outfit.

My wife had been urging me to look into buying some precious metals. I wasnt much interested but finally decided to look into it and maybe buy a small amount as a gesture of support for her. Then I talked to Marc from Red Rock Secured. As a retired educator, I was overwhelmed with not only his knowledge but also his ability to explain the ins and outs of buying precious metals. Without using any pressure to buy, he was genuinely interested in making sure that I understood the subject matter. Ultimately, I gladly purchased more than I had originally planned. In addition, it was obvious that Red Rock follows strict protocol before you make a purchase so that there will be no surprises down the road.

My husband and I highly recommend Red Rock Secured due to their A+ rating with the BBB and also because of the excellent customer service we received from Ed and Ashley. Ed patiently explained to us the many details about the various precious metals available and how to make a purchase. He also emailed us this information to read and review. Ed advised us on possible purchase options available to us according to the amount of money we had to invest. After reviewing the information and re-contacting Ed, he said that he would email us the sales contract, which he explained to us line by line. We then made our purchase and waited for a call from Red Rock Secured once they received our check. Ashley called to let us know that they had received our check so they could lock in the rate. She said that our purchase would be sent out as quickly as possible, and that we would receive an email letting us know when our order was shipped. The entire process from start to finish was handled in a very friendly and professional manner. We were pleasantly surprised by our excellent experience with Red Rock Secured. We knew next to nothing about the purchase of precious metals. I placed a call after confirming its A+ rating with BB. The rep I first spoke with answered my rookie questions and sent me some information. I told him on that initial call that I did NOT want to be hounded by phone calls, and that I would call if/when we decided to purchase. He was true to his word and did not pester us with phone calls. When we did decide to purchase, our agent was remarkably understanding and patient with all our questions. He made sure we totally understood the process, and he explained the sales contract with us line by line. The process was handled very professionally. There is a period of time after the sale (when the price is set) until the metal is shipped. This was explained, and we received a few calls/emails during that time to explain the delay and assure us of the coming shipment. At all times we had a phone number to call to speak to our agent. We truly felt like valued customers, even though our purchase was undoubtedly smaller than many. From beginning to end, I highly recommend Red Rock Secured!

The 2 gentleman who I spoke with were helpful in several ways. Of coarse they shared all the promotional information explaining the various aspects of the company, the various ways a person can invest in precious metals, and their underlying philosophy. But their helpfulness didnt end there. When it came time to start the process of making a purchase, they gently guided me to invest in certain products that would give a higher yield which profit could then be redistributed into a more diversified portfolio of precious metals when the price would be better in specific products. During the time I wanted to purchase either silver or gold I reviewed companies that had 401(K)s or directly sold precious metals. During my search I came across Red Rock Secured. Not really having the knowledge of opening a silver or gold 401(K) or directly purchasing precious metals, I first checked with the Better Business Bureaus web site. Red Rock Secured was and still is rated A+ and customer reviews have rated Red Rock Secured with a 5-star rating. I called Red Rock Secured to find out the benefits of opening a 401(K) or directly purchasing silver or gold. I explained to one of the Account Executives, I was thinking of opening a silver or gold 401(K) with a competitor company. He explained that most companies will charge an annual fee to maintain your silver or gold 401(K). I did not think of that. I also stated that I was interested in purchasing gold, but he stated silver would be better to own especially in severe economic down turns. Plus, I would actually have the silver coins in my possession and not tied up in a 401(K) being managed by a company. During severe economic times silver could be traded or pay for everyday necessities. Gold, on the other hand was for larger purchases or investments. I purchased the silver coins and glad I did at the time since the price of silver has risen. During the transaction I received a transaction agreement listing in detail full disclosures, disclaimers, and risks associated with purchasing precious metals. So having read the transaction agreement I knew the pros and cons of purchasing silver coins. I personally recommend Red Rock Secured to anyone that is interested in purchasing or investing in precious metals. Red Rock Secured always followed up with me even after delivery of the silver coins. Great staff and great company. Again, I highly recommend Red Rock Secured. Thank you!

In response to the owner responding to me: I was told you would be open on Saturday because you were very busy with clients. I was also told that my requested purchase would come from the vault. Did you bother to ask your staff...specifically Rachel and Tony before responding to my review? The communication between you, your staff and me is unacceptable.
