This was a great escape room. Not as large as some of the ones weve done but I did love the Christmas theme room. Wife is a Christmas fanatic so anything to do with helping Santa is a plus. Weve been out of practice for 2 years but getting back into rooms I will say this one offered some fun puzzles.

So much fun if you love puzzles and figuring things out. We have played 3 of the rooms and will be back. Prison breakout was my favorite so far. Nice staff, good system of hints if you need them. Helps build team work too.

We scheduled my daughters birthday at this place, and informed them their would be 10-15 people. We should up with 14, and they advised they could only do 10.... Paid $263.81 for nothing, as we went down the street and just had a lil something at the pizza place. Really sad tbh, and seeing the disappointment on the kids faces who had to all go home early was not what we had in mind.From the moment we walked in the door you could see the staff was very unorganized, leading us to a room, not showing us where the remotes were for the e music, dirty tables, and seats from the prior party. (DIRTY)I did file a claim with Chase, in an effort to get some money back, but dont expect much to happen from that. We used to schedule all our work events here, but after this encounter Ive sent mass emails to all our distributors, and clients to avoid this place.Do yourself a favor, and try another establishment, one that offers an organized event schedule, and who has options to make your party work no matter what!Been a father for 19 years, Ive seen these businesses come and go, and with the staff they have here I have no doubt its only a matter of time till these ones gone aswell.

I didnt have any plans for my birthday this year and my daughter suggested we do an escape room. Id never done one before and I didnt know what to expect but I was totally thrilled at the idea. Red Door did not disappoint!!! I absolutely loved it. We did Fair Game, and it was a little challenging being that I was a newbie but so much fun. The room was vibrant, animated and very well designed. I cant wait to go back and do another room.

Went for a first time escape room experience with family ages 8-68. We did the Once Upon a Time room. It was so fun! The staff were great at checking us in and orienting us. The whole experience was fantastic.

Family and I went for a game night. We did the Fair Room. It was so much fun. Raina and Sam were THEE TAG TEAM DUO. Raina showed us the rules video and video about the room we chose. She was super friendly, upbeat, and charismatic. Sam was behind the screen giving us clues when we asked for them. Sam’s energy matched Raina’s energy. Completely cool place to go. We were already planning on returning before we even left the place. We got out with 2:08 to spare (out of 60 minutes). See you next time ladies! We’ll definitely be back!

Had a blast today. Took five tweens for a 12 year old birthday party. The host Alyssa was so friendly and funny and chill. The girls were nervous because half had never done it before. They came out laughing and can’t wait to go back. It was a unique experience too. We have been to quite a few escape rooms and I have never seen one quite like this. I dont want to ruin any surprises but I will tell you that it’s fun and worth the money.

This was me and my fiancés first escape room experience. Ricardo was so helpful and made the experience so awesome that we booked a second escape room the same night even though we didn’t escape our first room. Our second time around, Samantha was also so great, she made the experience fun & enjoyable. The rooms were so well put together, the vibes were perfect. It was date night, we never get out because we have young kids, so I genuinely mean it when I say this totally worth the time & the money. I would definitely recommend and we will be definitely be back to avenge our loss. Thanks to the staff for being so great!

I had no clue what to expect as this was my first escape room and I honestly had such a great time. Our game master Raina was so thorough explaining the rules beforehand and she was so helpful all throughout our experience with the escape room without giving away too much. Raina really was a huge part of our amazing experience here at Red Door Escape Room! :) This is such an enjoyable activity to do with your friends and family, it really makes you come together and think. We weren’t able to get through the entire escape room in time but we still had so much fun. We’re already planning our next trip back, to conquer it next time!

I got to experience two of the escape rooms Red Door has to offer and I absolutely loved it. The room decorations were amazing and the quests were so fun. We had the pleasure to have Jacob & Alejandra as our guide and they were so helpful and nice. They really look like they enjoy their jobs. I would definitely come back here to Red Door again !!

Super fun, challenging, worthwhile experience! A friend and I did the room prison break. Monika at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions and made us feel very welcome. Alejandra our gamemaster was great! She explained everything very well and was there for us when we needed help. We were only two and not super experienced in escape rooms so we needed a little extra help 😀. I highly recommend this place and plan to go back next weekend

We came here for our daughters birthday and got the birthday package (which includes up to 7 people for a escape of your choice, then after to put you in your own private room for you and your guest to hang out. They provide pizza, Bunt Cake, and drinks) Her and her friends had a blast! The room has a project which girls used for karaoke and music to dance it up. The staff was amazing as well, even though they where busy they always came to check up on us. Thank you Chase! My family and I had wonderful time. Look forward to coming back!

100% recommend! The rooms are very fun and the employees are super cool and helpful. We went through The Gift and wow, time flies. Two others did another shorter room right after we finished The Gift while waiting on our other group. They had just as much fun. This is a hidden gem in the Collections. We will be going back again soon to try the harder rooms.

Showed up on a last minute whim on my birthday to see if they had any availability. Reina got us in super quick and she was lovely! Simone was our Game Master and she was AWESOME! The staff was attentive and helpful. We had a BLAST!! Seriously so fun! The best escape room I’ve ever done! We will be back and we are hoping they do some kind of membership or annual fee or something so we can go all the time!!! Highly recommend!!

Paige was AMAZING. Best game master ever! She was so so sweet. Everyone there is amazing. Brianna has also helped us several times, and shes the best. Loved this experience for my birthday, and we even broke the record for the room. 20 minutes and 53 seconds was our time. Ive been here 4 times now, and they never disappoint.

My friends and I had such a fun time! The room was really fun and the puzzles were challenging but not so hard that it took the fun out of it. Our game master (I think that’s what they’re called) was Simone and they were AWESOME! Simone you as very interactive with us and made the whole experience so much better. Tickets are a little expensive in my opinion but other than that the whole experience was great!

Had a great time. We were celebrating my friends birthday, and this was the perfect present! Devin was a great gamemaster, and was really helpful, even though we didnt complete the game. The puzzles were fun and challenging, plus they offered us 20% off our next visit, which was great. Alejandra responded quickly to my rescheduling request, and was able to accommodate us perfectly. We did Once Upon a Time and the rooms were spectacular. The puzzles were cute and fun, but what really made it special was room design. Definitely worth it for the picture at the end :) Lily was a great clue/game master, attentive and helped us out when we needed a little push. We did the Once Upon a Time room as a group of 5 and it was still challenging enough and fun. The set of the rooms were nicely done and it was convenient that the clues were given on a screen instead of just through audio as it can be hard to understand sometimes. They also gave my friend and I birthday cards after we escaped as we were there celebrating our birthday, which is such a sweet and well-thought out gesture! Definitely plan to go back to try the other rooms. :)

Oh my goodness it was so much fun! Me and my friends did the Once Upon a Time room and spent the whole time running around laughing and losing our minds solving all the puzzles. This place was awesome! I’ve only ever done one other escape room before, but this was an amazing experience, and our game master, Paige, was very helpful and so friendly! My favorite thing was being able to reserve the escape room ahead of time, and pay and even fill out all necessary forms before arrival. We were able to just walk in and get right to the fun! Another legendary experience here, I would definitely recommend going here if you have the spare cash and its Friday night friend time. Although I went on a Thursday... Just saying. Most of the rooms I have played thus far were very well thought out and enjoyable as long as you can keep a cool head for the more complex times. My boyfriend and I visited Red Door Escape Rooms today, and had a blast! It was his first time doing an escape room, and he thought it was really cool. We did the Once Upon a Time room, and it was one of the more creative and interesting escape rooms I’ve been to. I hope the other rooms are just as cool! I like that all of the rooms have a connected story. Our game master Drew was awesome, and was super helpful during the whole process; very attentive and giving good clues. He made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I definitely recommend this place, and we will definitely be visiting again!

My group had an absolute blast doing two escape rooms -- Confinement and Once Upon a Time. Our dungeon master, Chase, was absolutely insane! He made the night so fun and special! We did the Once Upon a Time room and it was awesome! Devon was kind and courteous checking us in. It was a quick process to get checked in and we headed to the game right away. Simone, our Game Master provided us excellent clues that didn’t give the answer away but lead us in the right direction. The rooms were very detailed and “magical”! Our team of four enjoys doing the rooms here. We epically failed Prison Break, which was our first room here, because we simply did not anticipate the sheer number of locks and rooms involved. I recommend saving it for last unless you are a lock master. Our team loathes directional locks. Enchanted was fun with a good variety of challenges and we escaped with about 20-25 minutes left. Confinement had a good variety of puzzles and some fun riddles. Our complaints with confinement: 1. was that some of the word locks we solved, we just simply felt we solved on accident and never really understood the logic that was supposed to lead us there and 2. There was a visual puzzle that we could read 2/4 numbers but everyone felt the last 2 were illegible due to the angle and our collective poor eyesight. This room took us all the way up to the time given to escape with getting stuck and needing a few clues.

Lilly was so amazing with helping us along on our journey through “Once upon a time” !! The front staff was very sweet! First time my friend and I did an escape room and honestly was one of the most fun experiences we have had together, right after the first game we walked in and set up our next game right away. Our game master Tiffany for the first experience and Matt for the second were extremely friendly and funny as well making the experience way better even the receptionists were funny while my friend and I were telling jokes they chimed in every now and then and we all were having a good laugh as we waited. Incredibly fun! I took my brother with me to do Prison Break! We didnt take any photos. We both thought it would be challenging but I love how the clues helped us so much! We were able to get to the last room and the staff was also just as amazing. Alyssa helped us through the experience. I am definetly coming back but with more people! As we didnt get to escape with just our two brains and the room having so much to do!! Which I love in all honesty. It felt really cool! They also have their own lore to these rooms which I need to catch up on to better understand! We chose confinement and although it was pretty scary and intimidating we actually made good progress after some initial fumbling around (thanks to clues). I flew into town for Christmas and had a day to kill. I called a buddy and we headed down to Red Door. He had never done an escape room but I’ve done a few. We had an absolute BLAST. The girls at the front desk were super kind and helpful, and Jacob was our game master. He did a phenomenal job. I’ve been in rooms where the game master essentially does the room for you and it takes the fun out. Jacob was perfect. Never helped unless asked and had a great balance of nudging in the right direction. We had such a good time we went back the same night and did another one.*edit* went back the following night because addiction. We did Confinement and holy hell, one of the hardest rooms I’ve ever done. I still can’t believe some of the solutions. Matt was our game master and he was epic. Good sport about everything. Here’s my suggestion. IF you decide to do confinement, don’t ask for ANY help or tips. You will fail in the first room if not the second room. Then go back, and back, until you complete it organically. Again, Matt was a legend. Great experience

Weve had a blast every time, although the last puzzle on The Gift was rather finicky and frustrating in the end when we discovered wed just finished it too quickly for it to process the result the first time. The Prison Break was SO much fun! All the puzzles were well done and the narrative was well thought out. Our second game, the Gift, was great except for the last puzzle (pipes, if ya know, ya know). Finicky trigger puzzles are always tricky. Sometimes you trip the trigger without a hitch, and other times you’re scratching your head, wondering what you’re missing. Tried out the Confinement escape room with my friends and we had a great time and made it out with a few minutes to spare! The room was interactive and became more and more interesting as we got further into the room. Our game master Tiffany was awesome 😎 I highly recommend trying out Red Door Escape room if youre looking for something new to try out with friends. :)

This place was so fun! I was honestly panicking because this is up my alley but I’ve never done it before so I was kinda nervous, but the staff was great and really made the whole experience awesome! Devin was a great and very helpful, and we had SO MUCH fun!! Can’t wait to go back!!

Very nice staff and very pretty escape rooms! Some of the puzzles were very clever and I really enjoyed The Gift :) Our game master Devon was really cool and he even made some funny references while we were in the escape room, overall 200/10

First time doing it and ended up doing two in one night, since we couldnt escape the first.. lol.. rooms were good, lots of locks and it definitely requires brain muscle. We had Reyna as our hint-giver and she was super friendly and fun. Will probably do another one--- after I let my brain rest a little. =)

We did the Lairbratorium room today and were very disappointed. Usually we love escape rooms but we didnt realize this room was so small and only 25 mins long. I think with such a short amount of time our game master could have been more helpful to keep things moving and make it a more fun experience. Had we known more about it, we certainly wouldnt have driven 1.5 hours for that. Next time we will do our homework!

I had the best time of my life at “The Red Door,” bye exploring new escape tactics! Our key holder lily was amazing, also shout out to my boy CHASE THE MAN!
