Stayed at the park for 7 days. They have a good rate and included electric and propane refills. We parked in a gravel lot (67) the rocks were bigger and piled up, luckily no issues leveling out. Full hookups, wifi, picnic table all worked good. Laundry room was nice, had quite a bit of dog hair in the washer we used so had to clean it out prior to using. Pool was broken but the dog run was nice since we have 3. Nice, up-kept, clean park with friendly neighbors and staff/owner. Didn’t have to worry about looting at this park or the homeless. Cute small town and about 3hours from any big adventure (ocean, redwoods, SF, etc.) My complaints: the spots were a little tight when pulling in due to people parking on the road/ not properly in their lot we are a big rig (45ft) understandably it’s going to be tight so smaller campers would be fine. The noise (which isn’t the parks fault) Sirens are constant 3-4x a night, i’m unsure if we’re near a firehouse. Dogs barking on the property behind the park constantly. And either fireworks or loud bang keep popping off through the nights. The park doesn’t feel sketchy but the surrounding sounds are suspicious. I’d stay at this park again it was one out of many in upper CA that are clean, affordable, and returned our phone calls.

This is a lovely RV park with reasonable long-term rates. The management is friendly and VERY helpful. Lots of shade for summertime and a cute pool area. The laundry room is always clean, and machines are fairly new. The recreation room has a pool 🎱 table, puzzles, books 📚, a kitchen for guest use, and plenty of tables and chairs. There is propane available and ice for a very reasonable fee. Free coffee ☕️ too. I plan to stay for several months

We were so glad to find this oasis after driving 3+ hours on Rt 36. The office was closed but very easy after hours check in system and phone call about WiFi password was answered within a reasonable amount of time. Very clean, pool was great! Bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. We only wished there had been after hours access to the rec room as we would have enjoyed getting a round of ping pong in during our one night stay.

The spaces were a little small, but we were very happy with the park. It was clean, quiet, had a great pool, and clean laundry room. Lots of monthly people, but their spaces were free of clutter and everyone was so very friendly!! Will definitely be back!!!

Great experience. Staff was friendly and made the reservation process quick and easy, park was clean and the pull through site was long enough to accommodate our rig set up and make it an easy in and out.A quick one night repeat stay. We stayed for a week last time and was enjoyable as well. We like this little park - off the freeway and convenient to I-5, but not in the immediate hustle bustle of the city. Walking distance to restaurants or a quick drive to others. We are full time RVers and will continue to stay here when making the I-5 trek. Thanks!

This is a nice older campground. It is clean and offers a lot. Swimming pool, laundry room, clean but older bathrooms with showers, WiFi, cable TV and full hookups. Friendly staff and fellow travelers. Grassy area to walk your pets. Around the corner from a shopping center, walking distance.

Best little park! Quiet, clean, and so green! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Spacious spots, some smaller ones for smaller rigs. Big grass area for the kids and dogs, even doggy bags put out for use. We stayed long term for a job in the area and we’re always treated like family. Lots of other long term people there as well. The laundry room is clean, functional, and very affordable. $1.25 per load. Ice available in the office, showers available in super clean bathrooms next to the pool. Which is great as well. Can’t beat their prices either. Walking distance to 3 restaurants, a store, and another laundromat.

Me and my husband where very impressed at how clean and nice every thing looks there. All the staff where very nice and helpful. The office and the rec room where newly remodeled and I have to say they did a excellent job at making it feel very warn and inviting. The outside grounds are well kept they where spotless. Over all the park has gone through some amazing changes that have made it in my a potion one of the best parks in Red Bluff.

What a wonderful, well maintained, quiet, friendly park. Sose, Janice and Dave are always, always, busy cleaning up the park, helping the rvers like us!! This is a fine little park and I would stay again as a stop on the way somewhere. Large grass area for the dogs. Trees for shade. My site was level and I did not see very many leveling blocks. Sites are small but I could get the awning out all the way and was not touching the slide-out next door. I could park the truck in my space. Grass between sites is hit and miss. For some reason they have in-ground heads that are watering dirt instead of grass.Laundry is clean with 3 machines and the price was $1.25 per load wash and dry. Free WiFi but it could only be used in the morning. After that it was basically unusable. T-Mobile says they have 5G here on the map but we could not use it even with a cell booster. Something about the spot here.

A friendly family park taken over by a corporate buyer experienced ups and downs the last few years. Now much improved due to current management staff. After being evacuated from Redding during the Carr fire, they had some room, and were extremely helpful in getting set up and helping it to feel a little like home. We had borrowed a camper from a friend, so we were not seasoned campers (backpacking, yes, camping no). They have a nice kitchen facility, with a well air conditioned eating area at the clubhouse. The management was frequently around, and checked to see if anything was needed. With 6 kids, the pool was a welcome reprieve from the heat. While we would prefer to not be evacuees, we would not hesitate to stay there again, or to recommend it to anyone who was traveling. Great hospitality! Many thanks, and God bless!

What a nice surprise!! After a long, hot day of driving we found Red Bluff RV Park. I submitted my request from my cell and received a call right away. Great service! When we arrived, everything was ready for us. Its a a clean quiet park thats reasonably priced. Only good things to say. We will definitely stop again.

What happened to this beautiful park?? Lost my business. I stayed here many times in the past with the new owners they seem like they dont care at all about the park or their customers. We are full time RVers and travel this direction often visiting our kids. Wont be stopping here anymore. The staff super unfriendly and look a little scary, Never a welcome or a thank you or even just talk to you. On the weekend they their friends come and use the pool I know all those kids and adults were not staying here. The paying customers couldnt use the pool overcrowded. The office is not open at all on the weekends even when the fires in Redding Ca were at their worst, many people were looking for a place to stay, They allow people here with very aggressive dogs so walking around the park is not a good feeling. The whole place is dirty and not taken care of at all. We have friends in Canada that used to stop here on their way south and back they say no more. Really who ever heard of a RV park not open on the weekends (DUMB)

Very nice RV park for short or long stays. Decently priced. I stayed approx 4 months. very clean and quiet. No freeway or train noise, nestled in a neighborhood that is very clean, quiet, and respectable. Management is friendly. Application process weeds out the riff raff.

For the most part, spacious and angled sites. The floating Management team is friendly and helpful. Easy check in peocedure.Park clearly shows a lack of onsite, dedicated care. The bathrooms are filthy, the womens restroom in particular never had any paper towels to dry hands with and I watched the same leaves and trash stay on the floor during our long stay. When we used the showers I had to bring rags to clean the floor so my feet didnt turn black while getting dressed. Trash cans should be emptied before running over.The buildings need painting and maintenance before the winter weather starts to rot the wood.Try sweeping sometime.

This park is in serious need of some maintenance. Missing fence rails, down tree limbs in the doggy area, and dead tree stumps around make it look disheveled. Its OK for a overnight stop and It seems safe enough, but its not in a great area.The rest rooms areas are clean, the pool is inviting and the entrance is picture perfect, but the spaces are close and feel crowded. The sounds from the nearby restaurant go all night. Stay in the higher number spaces to get away from the noise.Still, for a one night stay, it is OK.

Bankers hours and no info for self check-in. We arrived around 8PM. They were closed and didnt open until 9am. The only thing we found at the office were envelopes and a sign saying no cash, credit cards only! But no fees posted - not even on the envelope. A Good Sam sign but no discount info. A sign instructed us to locate an available space on the board in the door window but, Someone forgot to put the board IN the window.They also provided no code info for anything. We had;NO bathroom access!NO shower access!NO wifi info!NO laundry access!NO space availability info!We found 2 empty spaces and pulled into one hoping no one would come by later and kick us out. We plugged in and went to bed. We needed to hit the road at 8am. I wasnt about to pay full price (whatever that was) for no amenities and I certainly wouldnt leave card info like a blank check. So, we put $20 cash (I know) in the envelope for the electricity and left a note complaining of no access and left. We wont try them again.

What a sweet little RV park. We were so pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the grounds. Flowers, nice green grass and large shade trees. We were greeted by the owner who was so friendly and helpful. Our level site is a gravel pull-thru with a cement patio and table. The sites are a little close together. The internet is perfect. The laundry was clean with 3 washers/dryers. There is very easy access from the freeway and even a small grocery store and a couple of restaurants around the corner. All in all, a perfect place!

Great place to stay in your RV. Nice facilities and management. We especially liked the fact that this place is just far enough from the interstate that the noise can not be heard. Another big advantage is that they allow guests to wash their RV and vehicles. This is a rare benefit and a big premium for the RVer especially when returning from the rainy Pacific Northwest driving on many miles of wet highway.

This park is okay, but I feel very unkempt. They have 3 washers and one dryer. Trees need to be cut back for taller RVs and things need to be cut back away from power lines. The people are nice. Alot of flow through RVs.

This is a really nice little RV park. We stayed here a couple of years ago and liked it and still do. The spots are big enough for our 31 fifth wheel and truck without having to unhook and they are flat and level. Free WiFi and cable TV, as well as power, water and sewer. Didnt try the pool and theres no spa.

Apparently this nice manager has a mean streak that she saves for certain people. There is no reason for her mean streak other than shes having a bad day so she will take it out on you. She has even gone so far as to lie about me.The place is solid mud because they run their sprinklers all over your car and trailer every single night whether it is raining or not.Durango is 1000 times nicer. The people are nice and the facilities are pristine in Durango RV Resort.The chosen few that are protected by the manager play their base so loud on their TVs and stereos it will shake your trailer.I have spent more than one night listening to a little dog barking until 3AM and a large dog responding to the little dog. I had dogs on either side of me raising hell all night. There is no reasoning with the manager.

WORST SERVICE ACROSS AMERICA! I have never been so insulted in my whole life. The office staff likes to play friendly with all of their fake smiles, but the reality is they are back stabbing, and conniving. They asked me and my family to leave because early one morning I stepped in dog poop, and my husband and I got into an argument. It should have ended there, we are otherwise a quiet family, but unexpectedly step in a big pile of dog poop at 6am and you might wanna fight too, Lol. None the less, the next morning she told me that “They were trying to clean up the Rift Raft in the park” and asked us to leave. I was stunned!?!?!?! Stunned. 5 years of full time rving with 4 kids, over 100 campgrounds across America; this was the 1st and only place that made me feel like the scum of the earth. I would NEVER stay here again nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone as long as it is under its current management! WORST SERVICE ACROSS AMERICA!

I give this park five stars because of Gina. The park is full due displaced residents from last years wildfires.The sites are gravel and nicely shaded. It may be a bit difficult for big rigs but definitely can accommodate.We had some serious engine problems with our motorhome and desperate to find a site. We ended up hugging the curb at the entrance for the night. Gina came by to tell us to move, but when she heard about our problem she allowed us to stay and even gave us a name of a mechanic.

Honor system check-in afterhours for rv camping, showers, pool, wifi, toilets, running water and power to each campsite, conveniently located to shopping and restaurants as well asserbice stations, but out of town. Reasonable rates $35 to $60 depending on length by the night, reduced rates for weeks or month, veterans and some other categories. Office open during day. Clean, quiet, well-regulated.

Even though Red Bluff RV Park is one that is own by a conglomerate, this particular one is noticable & memorable for many reasons. Two in particular are Gina and Ralph, the office/park manager; maintenance supervisor respectively. Not only do they both handle responsibilities at RBRVP but they manage to facilitate a number of nearby parks within their region as well. Although dealing with a multitude and a wide variety of individuals and personalities at each one, they seem to always take the time to answer questions and deal with everyday issues on a situation by situation basis respectfully. The grounds are always clean and the clubhouse/office area is packed with amenities. Id recommend Red Bluff RV Park for any overnighters or long term.

Well the price cant be beeten. 50amp service, pool,dog run,pull through sights. Yes water,sewer, and cable ? Got same with cheep 10 dollar freebee. Wi-fi good for one the rest will wait. Nice but new managers. I asked for spot lamp bulb replacment. So i installed a led daylight bulb i have . Just look for brightest light . Oh my could just hear others say turn that down.fyi a new to me bug triangle shape looks like tree seed ? Changes colors brown and white. Attaches to all things even bottom of shoes. Shoots out hair like needles when hit feel like bee sting. Please stop and look my dogs have brought them in rv now we looking for help. No one has seen this.Its a small mother ship spits out little black dots that jump into your pores not fun at all.
