Friendly staff that really knew their bike knowledge. Treated me with a lot of kindness and patience. It was nice to have all the registration done in house and have the plate mailed to me, so I didnt have no mess with the dreaded DMV. Had a nice experience. Would definitely purchase somthingelse down the road.

Took my new Tenere in for service and what I thought was a large repair. RBM honored our appointment and completed the service and repair faster than I anticipated. All the guys were respectful. Id recommend a little longer of the drive to see them, they dont charge $50 in fees for no reason and dont expect you to leave your equipment with them for weeks at a time for a simple oil change. BZ!

I started off my weekend with a goal to purchase two Atv and thanks to having a friendly staff and a huge selection of inventory my goal was achieved. I am not sure who hired Lance Rowles but I can say that this man needs both a pay raise and at the very least some business cards. I had a low speed accident on my Honda 1300 VTX Motorcycle. I needed a complete check of its damaged parts and if it was Salvageable. The Service Staff of Eric Rebos / Jed Moatz / Erich Trulin provided a thorough evaluation. They found the Motorcycle to be unrideable but the engine, running gear, wheels & tires … were salvageable. They did the work at a fair price so I feel that they accomplished what I needed then recommended a Salvage Co in Redding to give me a fair price for the Salvaged parts.

It all started... with two years of research... for the perfect bike for a really bad back... and Im not getting any younger. Shhh...So... I called the Redding Yamaha dealership, and Anna, told me the bike I was searching for was at Red Bluff Motorsports.Once we arrived, Oscar greeted us and I discussed how I had done my homework and told him what I wanted. While I did look at the other models, I ended up purchasing my 2022 Honda PCX. Its pretty. Yes, I said pretty... Oscar was great throughout the process. I did get the extended warranty and theft protection. Better safe, than sorry.This was my 1st brand new vehicle purchase and everyone was amazing start to finish. I have just gone through my paperwork and I cannot read the awesome doctor-like-signature from the gentleman that finalized the paperwork in the finance department, but he was fast and courteous as well! Amazing service from Dustin and his team. I got there at the tail end of the day and three of them stayed late to ensure not only was my financing done. The trailer is hooked up and also went ahead and washed and detailed the side-by-side. Their customer service is some of the best I’ve had and would definitely go there again for my next purchase.

This is the second machine I’ve bought from this dealer and I won’t go anywhere else. Their customer service is second to none and they give you a hassle free dealer experience. I’ve recommended them to other people who have bought machines as well and they had the same pleasure. RBM also has plenty of aftermarket parts and rider apparel and accessories. These folks are very helpful and friendly, and would give 6 stars if I could.

We shopped around in person and on the internet. Went to a few Polaris places and everyone we went to had a sales person up our but immediately, except redbluff power sports. They let us look around for almost 30 mins with only saying “if you have any questions please feel free to ask”. When we made our decision they were exceptionally helpful, fast and efficient. Plus they had everything you could ask for, from polaris, canam to kawi’s! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for an ATV, MX or SXS.

Based on my experience would not recommend for any older vehicles for for diagnostics. Rate is 135 per hour, charged 1.5 hours for diagnosing no start except by push start as a no compression issue. The only concrete service rendered was a compression test of which I received no actual quantitative numbers just the statement that it had no compression. When I pointed out the excessive $200 diagnostic bill, it was reduced to just over 100. Suggested top end job as solution. Price didnt make sense for the older vehicle, so did not proceed especially since it still push started just fine and so was usable. When I received the bike back a fuel line was unclipped another fuel line was broken. Not a big deal by themselves but Little things that made me question the amount of care/skill of whoever had been assigned to the bike. My personal guess is that in fact the issue is with valve adjustment not actually with the piston rings but I am not an expert mechanic at all and Ill need to get into bike to double check that. To be fair though I dont believe that troubleshooting older vehicles is Motorsports primary business model. In fact it was my aunt who took the bike there and I myself would have probably chosen somewhere else. Golden rule engines did a nice job with another older vehicle I had. They werent cheap either but they showed a lot of competence in terms of diagnostics hunting for older parts etc.

Red Bluff Motorsports service department was extremely helpful in fixing my company’s Polaris Ranger. Not only did they take it in on a weekend, but they diagnosed and repaired the issue within just a couple of days. Other places in the surrounding area would’ve taken at least a couple weeks, if not a month or two because of how “booked up” they are. I recommend Red Bluff Motorsports to anyone needing repairs. The service was fantastic, the prices were fair, and it has been two weeks and our SBS is fully functional. Thank you guys, you’re great!

Purchased a motorcycle here. They ran my credit over and over. Made mistakes on our finance account. The finance manager just smiled and did whatever he could do to burn you and stress you out. Shame on you guys. I have purchased cars and motorcycles at many other dealerships, were they care about there customer. Please just stick to mechanics because your sales are horrible.

Just bought a 2023 yz250f a month ago and wanted to wait to see how the bike was before I left a review. I did something to it so it went to the shop and not only did Jed take care of it in 5 minutes he didn’t give me a bill. We have had our Polaris quad into Red Bluff Motor Sports a couple of times over the last few months, spent about $2,500, not only are they way over priced compared to Chico Polaris but the time it takes to get the work done is extremely long. First there was an excuse that their mechanic was out sick so the work just sat there. Apparently no one else in the shop can do the work until the one who’s out comes back to work. We needed a part that they were able to locate from Nevada to make our repairs. Our quad was there for a month before we got it back. I would not recommend this shop. If you want excellent service with knowledgeable mechanics and better pricing I would recommend Chico Polaris

I had a last minute trip to Mojave. I wanted a particulate filter on my Pro R. Dustin got the filter there in a couple days. I got the text my parts were in. Jed the service manager got me right in. I waited while they installed the filter. Jed and the service department was amazing. I don’t mind the 4 hour round trip when I get that level of service.

Stopped into facility on Saturday to have the rear tire on my motorcycle inspected. Found that the cords were showing, tire going flat, and needed to be replaced. Tried buying a $40k toy from redding cali customs. Took over a week and still kept getting brushed off. I decided to take a trip to red bluff got great service from them got my toy the same day. They have a huge inventory. A few weeks later we load it up to hit some trails and had some electrical disconnection from when it was manufactured. Got upset called them and Jed told me to bring it right down him and Cody got it all fixed within a few hours. Still get great service even when not spending any money with them

I recently purchased a 2021 Polaris General Factory Custom from Red Bluff Polaris. I usually go to my local dealer but this was a limited edition and Red Bluff was the only dealer that had one coming in. I called and spoke to a salesman over the phone and secured the incoming model with a credit app. I first met Ali in person when I picked up the machine, the sales manager did the closing ( paperwork) and the salesman spent about 15 mins going over the features and I was on my way. I’d call it a very easy sell for them.The salesman is a nice enough guy, but having been in sales my whole life I was a little set back by the amount of times he told me “No, sorry” or “I don’t know” to my questions or requests. He did not offer any solutions just a straight “ no, sorry we can’t do that”. In contrast I purchased another 2021 General from a near by dealer and they could do many of the things they could not. examples: powder coating rock sliders to match the factory color, ordering after market parts that are not available from Polaris, friendly discounts on accessories with the purchase of a new General, etc. After making the nearly 30k purchase, I asked Ali if they may be able to give me any kind of deal on another one. His response was “ no sorry, it’s a sellers market”. What a weird thing for a salesman to say. So I went and bought the second one elsewhere.Anyway on a positive note:The staff is friendly, their showroom is huge, and the Service guys seem very helpful. The sales manager was and has been very helpful and resolved a minor post sale issue. I would probably give them another chance but would choose another sales rep.

Rocky and the boys in parts have always been there for our needs! Whether it’s something for the ranch quad or the race bike they are a wealth of parts knowledge! So I had to bring my bike down to the Redbluff Yamaha due to Redding, California Yamaha’s mechanic shop is no longer in service apparently. Right off the bat Jed took real great care of me. My bike was just in for warranty service but he made me feel like it was no different than if I was paying cash even when they had to wait for parts like we all do in this world right now. So, I was taking a long road trip for a couple of weeks and noticed my front tire desperately needed changing. I was just passing through Red Bluff and stopped by late in the afternoon hoping that they could help me out. The guys In the service and parts department went out of their way to change the front tire on my KLR once I told them I had several thousand miles to go and was on a timeline and couldn’t afford to stay in town overnight. They were friendly, professional, and really went out of their way to make sure I could safely get back on the road. After all was said and done they even went out of their way to suggest some camp spots in the area. The purchase of my vehicle was easy and very reasonable, but I did have a few problems. I purchased a brand new 2020 vehicle, but it had damage that I pointed out to the manager and employees but nothing was done about it. There was damage all around the vehicle including broken plastic, loose bolts, and cracked paint. I understand this isnt completely Red Bluff MotorSports fault, but things could have been handled differently. I would purchase from this company again, but polaris may not be the best choice as they dont seem to assemble their vehicles very carefully.

I had purchased a old Yamaha Road Star Midnight from Craigslist that turned out to have major problems. The service manager was sympathetic and helpful. Even with major repairs the quality of the work done seemed more than fair for the price. The nightmare craigslist deal turned out to be a great bike. Fast forward a couple months, I decided that I wanted to sell another bike I owned and try something else. What started as a consignment ended up with me trading it in on another bike. The owner agreed to the price that I wanted to consign it for towards another motorcycle at a very fair price that I felt great about. So all in all this has been about the best experiences I have ever had with a motorcycle dealership in the 90+ motorcycles I have owned in my 46 years of riding motorcycles.

So I bought a 2018 can am maverick X3 xds turbo r from these cats and it felt great until you actually have to have service or an estimate done. I’ve been waiting over a month now for the right estimate cause the first one was for half the vehicle that was rolled over multiple times by my wife. And service not quite sure but I had my belt housing replaced to look down and see they left a bolt out. And my shocks adjusted only to find oil now leaking out of the top of the adjuster.
