2023-07-24 02:09:16I highly recommend Paul at Recom Computers! He was able to fix my laptop screen very promptly, at least a week sooner than quoted from a competitor in the area. We also talked for a while, very nice guy.Thank you!

2023-05-24 13:48:28Paul helped us out same day after a short power outage left us with no signal on the screen. He also did a backup. We chatted, he is a real pro, both inside and outside those computers, and I recommend him highly.

2022-11-07 18:31:04I brought my laptop to him this weekend, and he was clearly very knowledgeable about computer repairs. Lucky for me, my issue was a simple fix, and I left after about 20 minutes feeling great. Will definitely be going straight back for any more serious issues!

2021-07-02 23:40:28This guy was great. Do not get thrown off by the fact that he is doing business out of his house. This guy knows what he is doing, is reasonably priced and does the repairs you need quickly. Plus wouldnt you rather support a small business rather than some big company that couldnt care less about you.

2021-07-18 21:43:03I went to Paul today to help me put back together my laptop after a long night of attempting to reconstruct my work machine. Paul was very friendly, educating me along the way and put back together my laptop in no time! Totally recommend and will be coming back to him for any future pc issues I may come across :)

2017-08-25 00:22:25Paul is absolutely phenomenal. I called him to see if he could fix my 2013 macbook air screen, and he said he absolutely would and could but that honestly, the repair would cost more than the computer was worth (which is true and I hadnt realized this). Just over the phone he gave me a variety of different laptop brand recommendations. However, I still decided the next day that I just wanted to fix my computer (because I would be traveling soon and didnt want to deal with the stress of finding a new computer beforehand). When I went to drop off my broken laptop, he was exceptionally warm and very reliable feeling. Eventually, after talking for a little bit, out of sheer generosity he ended up trading me a perfectly working macbook pro that is probably worth more than my macbook air was worth even when the screen was working. He didnt charge me a penny; he just said he didnt want me throwing my money away on that repair when I could put it elsewhere (Im a broke college student). He also ordered the pieces necessary to extract my data from my last computer and put it on the new one, and offered to do that as soon as they arrive. I am still blown away by what a trustworthy, honest, and generous computer repair person he is. People (especially repair people) like Paul are rare to come by. Treat him like gold!

2019-04-27 20:13:04Was easy to book an appointment with Paul and he fixed my computer in minutes. Also gave me some really good advice about some hardware I could get for my system. Hes our go to guy for PC repairs now.

2016-10-04 23:19:59I made an appointment at 3:00 to recover my deleted documents from one of my laptops. They are only by appointments, so I made an appointment at 4:30. He told me that it would be up to 3 weeks but I needed those documents in 2 days. After I made an appointment, I tried to look for the backup from another laptop. And I did find the backup documents(3:55 p.m), so I just called him to cancel the appointment(3:57 p.m). HOWEVER, he asked me, Whos gonna pay for my time. And I said sorry to him several times, but he kept complaining about me canceling the appointment. Finally, he asked my job. And I told him that I am a student, but he said, I guess students time is not valued. Even though I tired to call him before the appointment time, he was still angry.I knew a lot of customers were satisfied with the service. However, you cant treat any customers, or even a stranger like this. Owning a business does not mean that your time is more valuable than others. Stressful or busy is not an excuse of being rude to others.
