From start (talking to a rep at Costco, then Jacques coming to the house to go over details) to finish (with James Reed and Chris completing the install) I am 100% satisfied! The cabinets look amazing and the product in itself is superb! James and Chris made sure everything was cleaned up before they left each day and I couldnt be happier! They were hilarious while talking to each other and my dogs are gonna miss the funny sounds that one of them makes!!

Chris Johnston and Emerson did remarkable and excellent work, and at their young age, their work transformed to the highest level of excellence and perfection. I looked forward to seeing the transformation of the refacing of the cabinets. Each day, I saw excellent work performance and great collaboration. They created a workspace that generated wise counseling, quality performance at the highest level, and an eye for detail and precise measurement that produced the best outcome. Absolutely the best remodeling experience one could have when you require a shower replacement. We have had a few construction jobs in my home recently and this was my best experience to date. Both Gabe S. and Jonathan L. arrived at 8:00 a.m. sharp, with smiles, and got straight to work; definitely the most respectful, helpful, and kind construction workers my husband and I have EVER dealt with. The bathroom was finished in two days (quicker than the 3-day time quoted), and the entire process caused much less disruption than we thought it would. Both Gabe S. and Jonathan L. provided EXCELLENT customer service!! Very appreciative.

Mark P. did a great job with replacing our old bathtub with a shower. The finished shower looks and works great, and Mark did an excellent and thorough job with everything from removing the old bathtub and tiles, hauling away the debris and installing the shower and finishing up. The whole work was done in two days and we are highly satisfied with the results.

Guillermo Mota & Jaime Flores installed our Reborn shower in about 7.5 hours. The installation was incredible. The efficiency of the installation was impressive. We could not be happier. Hauled off the old shower remnants: put up dust barriers: cleaned up at the end. Mota & Flores are pros. Explained every step in the installation.

We arranged for a consultation through their program with Costco. Our designer, Calvin L, came out within a week of our initial contact, and walked us through the design process. Calvin explained very well how the bathroom remodel works, step-by-step, and my wife and I appreciated the range of design options, and the financing offer was made clear to us. We decided to go ahead and proceed with the remodel. While we waited for the install date, Veronica, our project manager, was very helpful and answered all of my questions. On the first day of the job, our installers, Justin W. And Adrian R., arrived to our home and provided a complete explanation of the demolition process, and what to expect. It is clear from day 1, to the day the job was completed, that Justin and Adrian take a lot of pride in their work, and they were very transparent in addressing my questions and concerns. They did finish the job in 2 days, from demo to install, and the attention to detail, and care for the customer these guys exhibited should make Reborn proud. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the result. We now have a world-class shower system, and the plumbing issues from the previous bathtub we had prior to working with Reborn are now resolved. I would recommend Reborn for anyone interested in a top-notch bath solution that is done right. Product and installation quality are excellent.Only gave 4 stars for two reasons: our first sales rep ghosted us and the the company and I had to reach out to the company and get another sales rep to come out, and secondly there was an issue with our HOA that Reborn should have either known about or reacted to more quickly.Otherwise, a great experience.

FANTASTIC! I just had a new show/bath combo put in by Reborn and I couldnt be more happy. Danny and Miguel were at my place at 8am sharp and completed the whole job by 5pm the same day. I cant believe I waited so long to get this done. It is fabulous, modern and well worth every penny.

In answer to your question on how was my experience…The Shower install in Wofford HeightsLouis is the one who did the install – he is a great worker!It is unfortunate that the company didn’t send someone to assist him. This was a good size job for one person to do correctly. I feel that if he would have had some help my shower install would have been perfect. Also, when someone has to drive 4-5 hours (each way) to get to a job I would think the company would put them up for the night. It would make for better productivity.As it was, Louis had car trouble on the second day, I was waiting for his arrival and finally contacted Caleb and he told me he had car trouble and would not be up to complete the job until Saturday (this job was scheduled for Wednesday & Thursday). Communication wasn’t good on either one of my installs. I had made other plans for Friday, and who shows up – Louis. Again, absolutely NO communication that he was on his way. Being as he used a company truck, I would assume that someone new he was coming. Fortunately, all worked out.The original contract was to replace the tub to a walk-in shower and demo the stand-up shower.The demo work on our shower was not “paint ready” as I was told it would be, wasn’t completed. I had to finish the work that should have been done. That was paid for.Louis told me that he didn’t do taping & mudding, at that point I should have called to see who would be coming out to complete this. With all that was going on it didn’t register with me at that time. The finishing caulking around the shower was not done completely – areas missed. Again, I had to purchase product to fix this.The shower had caulking on the walls (not where it should have been) which I had to clean off. No paperwork was left to explain how multi-function shower worked. Better yet, Louis could have very easily showed us how to use it. We had to wait through the weekend to contact someone - only to be told by Caleb the manufacture had some defects and they would send someone out the following Monday to replace it. Approximately an hour or so later I received a call from Giovani explaining how to use the shower. All was well.I realize that I could have contacted you to come out and finish the job but the inconvenience and frustration was over whelming.I had higher expectations since this was my second shower install.Would I recommend Reborn, I would with reservations.Juleen

The team of Guillermo Mota, Jaime F and Rolando did a great job. This is the first time a home shower project was done in 2 days in my experience with previous projects and repair. Very satisfied with the result. Guillermo was very thorough with his instructions on how to use the shower handle and other parts. Quite impressive. 👏 These 3 gentlemen have the best work ethic.

Tristan dealt with a difficult demo of the shower pan, worked with our building super for water shutoffs, and handled the city inspectors with respect. Great experience working with Reborn Cabinets. Our kitchen looks like it has been remodeled, and for a fraction of the cost of a remodel. Salesman, Vinny, was great. Installers, Nam & Aaron, we’re incredibly nice, hard working individuals… They do outstanding work! They completed our job in three days and were always available to answer my questions.Great update to our kitchen. We’re pleased that we decided to work with Reborn Cabinets.The only thing I would have liked, is for Reborn to offer some type of interior cabinet add-on option. Something along the lines of shelf lining or spraying. We would have absolutely added it on to our package. Currently, it’s just exterior cabinet work, so though the outside of the cabinets looks amazing, the inside of the cabinets remain unchanged.That said, we did work with Reborn to add some pull out drawers to a few cabinets, which are very nice.Our standard kitchen drawers all have new boxes, our deep under-counter cabinets now have internal drawers for easy access. Additionally, Reborn worked with us to remove some drawers we didn’t like and create addition storage cabinets.Everything is soft close, which is excellent. Cabinets are durable and easy to clean. All drawer hardware is incredibly user friendly and great quality. In short, a huge improvement vs. our old wood cabinets/drawers. Additionally, new retractable garbage can and new storage for sponges under our sink.Additionally, we provided our own hardware and their install team had no issue installing cleanly.Overall, an outstanding experience and we highly recommend Reborn cabinets. Tony D. Completed our Shower replacement in 2 days! Even though his associate was unavailable for this project, his expertise, promptness and craftsmanship were evident throughout the replacement. Demolition was quick with good dust control. Tony considered the whole process from the beginning, identified the best structural options, and was diligent in every stage of the project. He had very little room to work, but kept the area as clean as possible, and completed the project with flying colors. He passed all inspections, and produced a much nicer shower than we anticipated. I was very skeptical in regards to Kitchen Cabinet refacing. After the job was completed, honestly, I was extremely satisfied with the results. Alberto P & Victor R worked for 8 hours to build my awesome shower. They consulted with me on every part of the construction concerning height of the bars and seat, height of the shower equipment and shelves so I feel I was a part of the construction. It has been approximately 6 months since we had our kitchen refaced. Had to call them back within the 1st month because cabinet stripping was coming off. We now have been waiting for 2 months to have peeling and cracked facing repaired. Today we had an appt. It was a No show, No call! I would not recommend this company.

Excellent and professional teamwork by the 2 man installer crew. Let them do their job and the best will come out. We had wooden cabinets and with completion of this refacing project (though little expensive), it’s all brand new now. With strong wooden original cabinets, the inside edges are sanded down and ready to paint or they can be left alone to give them a new look which I have seen people tend to question in the beginning as to why pay so high when you can get new cabinets altogether for less. With cost of redoing new granite counter top and back splash which we already had just installed few years ago, it was not worth it for new cabinets install projec. It was well time and money spend with reborn entire team plus with very comfortable warranty of 25 yrs (free hinges replacement or vineer peeling or discoloring which are common traits with time), we are very happy thus far with reborn and recommend them to all customers looking forward to renewing their kitchens. We had reborn replace two bathroom showers. Ahmad Malikzada and Brian Vasquez did an amazing job. They showed up on time and put in a very long day the first day. They replaced the shower in our master bath and did an excellent job. They came back the second day and pulled out a tub, replaced the sheet rock installed the new shower in record time. Ive had my Reborn kitchen cabinets for a year now and am somewhere between happier than expected and way happier than expected. Heres the breakdown:Sales experience: 5 stars. The sales agent was lowkey, helpful, instantly available to answer questions that occurred to me before and after I signed up, and insanely resourceful with suggestions, all of which Im glad I followed.Installation experience: 4.5 stars. The carpenters were quick, capable, professional, and considerate. I had to bug them at the end to make things just right, and if I had looked a little more closely, Id have asked for a few adjustments that I later made by myself.Quality: 5 stars. I wasnt sure how well the cabinets would hold up under intensive use, even after seeing a dramatic sales demo of how much abuse they would take, and I vowed to be extra gentle with them. But several kitchen accidents later, including today knocking a cabinet door with a heavy iron grate that I was lifting from the sink to the stovetop, Im confident that the cabinets will survive beyond the ten-year limited warranty period. The lamination did come loose in a corner that gets a lot of heat and steam above the stove but was easy to glue back.Financing: 5 stars. The one-year 0% financing has reduced the effective cost by 5%.If youre considering refacing your cabinets but are nervous about what could go wrong, I can only tell you that I was in that position a year ago, and Im glad I took my project to Reborn.

The shower is great the work however was just ok when the took out the old tub and tile the bedroom on the other side of shower the nails in the Sheetrock came through the installer said he was going to send somebody back but that has not happened yet the room needs to be repainted anyway but I think they should have fixed the wall. They also seemed to be in a hurry to get it all done. There was 1 tile that needed to be replaced on the base board but used white silicone instead of the color grout that matched the other tile I had to have them change it to something similar also the glass doors were not set right I had to tell them that just before they left they did fix it however

The service we used was a Tub-to-Shower conversion. Due to a brief rain delay on day 2, the project toll two days plus a wrap-up on the morning of the third day. The final product is excellent. Be careful! Save your money! I used Reborn cabinets a few years ago through Costco. Worst experience ever. It took them 4 months to complete the job. They ordered wrong parts,etc. I had my kitchen in boxes for 4 months. They had no problem charging me for the job, though. Customer service was poor and unresponsive. Installers lacked skill and were impolite. Now my doors are falling off the hinges. The pullouts are coming loose and falling on the floor. What a waste of hard earned money. Really disappointed that Costco would even use them. Left voicemails for repair. No answer. Horrible company

Very happy with our refacing, Rafael Guzman was excellent, he was professional, on time, extremely nice and courteous young gentleman. I could hear him checking in with his mentor on minor details to make sure we were happy. Both Rafael Guzman and Alan Wong did excellent work, took their time but were done in the time company slotted for the job.We did have an issue with drawers not being exactly what were displayed to us and Rafael immediately talked to foreman in charge who fixed the issue the same day, they installed the drawers they brought but will be back in two weeks to install the higher quality ones we were shown and foreman was going to talk to sales people to make sure this doesn’t happen to another customer.I’ve been waiting 3 years for my new kitchen look and it looks beautiful. I recommend Reborn Cabinets and hopefully you get lucky enough to have Rafael work on the installation!

We are so happy that we chose Reborn to change our shower to a soaker tub and to redo our cabinets!One week after we chose to go with Reborn, we had Tony and his co-worker ( I am sorry that I dont remember his name) complete our shower upgrade in one day. They did an excellent job. We had an old shower with tile and wanted a soaker tub with an easy-to-clean acrylic surround. The project went smoothly and quickly and we are very satisfied with the work and quality of products.Two weeks later Will and Josh arrived ready to work to remove all our cabinet doors and drawers. We changed our old oak cabinets replaced with white cabinets and nice, solid doors and drawers. They did an excellent job!! They tried to cover and block off the rest of the house from the sanded old cabinet finish. They were thoughtful and very conscientious about their work. We are completely happy with the work they did and the quality of the products they used.We highly recommend Reborn!

Amazing work done by our installers Luis and Martin. The professionalism of everyone from sales to engineering to installation is top notch. They did a great job keeping job site clean and protecting the rest of the house from sawdust. If you’re considering reborn they do quality work. Only thing to keep in mind is this is a large company so you’ll work with different people throughout the process vs a smaller contractor where you have one point of contact.

Tristan and Orlando did an amazing job installing our new Jacuzzi shower. It was a challenging job removing to old bathtub in an older mobile home where the access door is only 22 inches wide. The first day was the demo and plumbing upgrade and the second day was the installation of the new shower. Despite the inspector not showing after 3 hours, Tristan and Orlando continued on, taking pictures of every step of the installation for documentation. They were very professional and even answered all my wifes questions, which can be a little much! Thanks again Tristan and Orlando for your excellent service. Stay away—I almost made the worst financial decision of my life for $28k. The interest rate was also terrible for two showers made of acrylic (glorified plastic panels). I endured a 2-hour sales presentation that convinced me this was the best material ever. The fact that they couldnt even provide the labor cost should have been a red flag. Additionally, their price match guarantee is not true; they couldnt even come close to the price I got. I ended up getting the job done with real marble and vanities by a local licensed contractor for $9k for 2 bathrooms. There are so many people involved with significant overhead—they rob you blind.

I am deeply disappointed with their pathetic customer service. After having a 20 mins call from local Costco & providing all the details for kitchen cabinet refacing, representative told I will get a call to schedule a free quote visit by a service person. Next they called and setup an appointment on a weekday evening. Up to this point it was good. But the day before the appointment, the service person, who need to show up, messaged me asking am I up for preponing by few hours. As I had other commitments, I told I want to stay with same schedule. He said okay. On the day of appointment, I got the call from Reborn scheduling front desk lady that the service person is having a family emergency and he cant come on that day & she asked the same set of questions for rescheduling the appointment. This time it was rescheduled to a weekend, I stayed home and waited but no one visited. Reborn never attempted to communicate that service person will not visit. When called them back, that time front desk person was saying yeah we missed. can I reschedule again?. I dont think anyone undergone multiple rescheduling already will really accept one more. At least not me!I didnt expect this kind of Pathetic customer service!

We hired Reborn Cabinet through our referral at Sams Club and their reasonable bid compared to others. Juan was the Project mgr. and Will and Josh came in first day on time to start the prep work and begin the remodel. They realized once they walked in that we had a big kitchen. They work diligently for a week removing the original 1976 drawers and cabinet doors and began the sanding process to remove the old paint. Both Will and Josh were professional and courtesy at all times. The reface was completed with new slide drawers, no hinges on cabinets, and pull out drawers for pots/pans and pantry. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the result.

We purchased a condo 6 months ago with a kitchen that hadnt been updated since 2008. The cabinets doors and drawers were dark, beat up and not working. In brief, I have an old house, with old school kitchen cabinetry which can be difficult to repair, reface, basically make look modern and cute. The start of our project (demolition) was rough since the existing laminate was extremely tough to remove. There were a handful of hiccups and issues which put the project on a long pause. After ironing out a handful of challenges, our project manager, Justin, knew he had to send the most skilled team of installers to get our kitchen back on track. To be honest, I had become unenthusiastic and “blah” about it.Then Nam, George and Felipe showed up. Nam’s ability to think outside of the box to solve problems, talent, skilled craftsmanship, and willingness to put in quality time resulted in a legit transformation of our kitchen that I am now not embarrassed to show off. George was very experienced and skilled at installation, and he mentored Felipe throughout; they both worked really hard to meet my standards which are NOT low. The three of them were professional, patient, respectful and communicated well. The best thing about all of their work, especially Nam’s, is the super attention to detail. At the end of the day, all people see are the clean lines and streamlined trim and finishings. Just last month my husband and I bought our first house together. We are both so happy to no longer live in an apartment complex, or fight for parking space. While our new home had most of what we need, the master bathroom had an oddly shaped bathtub that was difficult for me to get in and out of. For my veteran husband who is now disabled, it was nearly impossible.I had contacted 4 different companies to come to my new home and give me a quote on a walk in bathtub or shower. Two companies never showed, Reborn Bath Solutions did. The first sales employee spent his entire time on a slide show, explaining how the other companies dont compare. He never looked at the bathroom, never took measurements, and never asked me what I wanted. He slapped down a $17K quote and said that he would expect my call. I was appalled. I was not planning on giving my business to the company, until I received a call from his manager asking about the quote. I can only guess that I was not the only unhappy customer with this person.The next Monday, Stephanie the Sales Manager, stopped by and went through a proper quoting process with me. She asked what we were specifically looking for, what we can afford (the biggest factor in my opinion) and piece by piece, helped me piece together what is now my new bathroom. My husband spent the time chatting with us, and giving no opinion on the matter. I did tell him speak now, or forever deal with my choices. One deposit later, and we were on our way.The normal lead time from paying a deposit and construction was quote at around 4-6 weeks. It seemed like forever, but with me time always moves too slow. About two weeks after I spoke with Stephanie, I received a call to schedule the construction. We were scheduled for June 8th. So I took the day off and kept on living.Sometime in the last week of May, I got another call telling me that they needed to reschedule me for later. I couldnt, my boss would not let me reschedule my day off, nor take any more time off at such a short notice. I told the person on the phone, but she still rescheduled me anyways. I called back to verify the date, and I learned that I was rescheduled, I was less than happy. After explaining my situation, I was re-rescheduled back to the original date.The construction itself was quick, and almost effortless. Enrique Lopez and Kenny were both quick, and professional. There were questions of placement, and verifying that the color, and height were correct, but nothing major. However, I did have to go to Ace Hardware to pick up a vertical, round brace bar for the shower, but that was because they would need to order one, then schedule another day to come back and install it. I couldnt take off any more time for work, so I opted for the quick route.Overall, my husband and I are both very happy with our new shower. Im especially happy that he will be able to get in and out of the shower by himself, and get more of his independance back.

We had (2) bathrooms reborn by Reborn Bath Solutions. In both instances, the work was done by Enrique Lopez and Jorman. Although, our principal residence is in the Bay Area, the work we had done was in our cabin in South Lake Tahoe. That means Enrique and Jorman had to travel a few hours, in the snow and cold to get to us. Despite having to work outdoors in the cold weather, Enrique and Jorman did an excellent job! They were both very professional and courteous. We had to have the work done on the (2) bathrooms a few weeks apart, but after seeing the work Enrique and Jorman did on the first bathroom, we definitely wanted them to do the 2nd bathroom. The only reason this is not a 5-star rating is that we did have a couple of hiccups with the scheduling and the permits, but our project manager, Greg Ryan, helped us work through those issues and resolved everything to our satisfaction.

We had our shower replaced. Initial contractors cracked one of the shower walls while cutting it. They also did not clean up after themselves when they were finished. Initial contractors did not tell me they damaged the wall. They left and had their supervisor call me. I was not happy. A new shower wall needed to be ordered and would take a week to receive. I told the supervisor that I wanted an installer that knew what he was doing to replace the shower wall. He sent out Guillermo M. He was great. We found out GreenSky finance sent a different finance application. We contacted Greensky to correct but the said the revision needed to come feom Reborn Cabinets. After numerous attempts to have this corrected, there was no follow-up on their part to confirm they corrected the issues. And by the end of it, Rueben, stopped even responding. The lack of communication from the salesman and the accounting department has made this a very frustrating experience. I signed up for 2 cabinet resurface projects for kitchen and bathroom around June 1, 2023 for a total of $23K. It has been 3 months, today is 8/31/23 and no one come out to start the work. In addition, the office has made numerous billing errors between the 2 projects delaying the next step of the process, which delayed getting someone to come out to do the measurements. After the measurements were done, dates to start the work was 3 months out for my bathroom and 4 months for the kitchen. During this time, I expressed my dissatisfaction of the billing errors and the slow response time in getting someone to start the work that I said I wanted to cancel my bathroom project. The kitchen project was for my moms house and we decided to wait on this project. After requesting the bathroom project to be cancelled, I called the Sales person to let him know what was happening and he said he would fix the situation and that he would request my start date to be bumped up to 8/24. I called on 8/23 to confirm my upcoming appointment only to find out they had cancelled it by mistake because of old notes in their system. And they refunded portion of my bathroom. They didnt verify or retract the series of mistakes that have been ongoing since the very beginning. The sales person told me he would expedite it and have someone from upper management call me and to date no one has called, but they charged my credit card AGAIN with no call to give me a new start date, no apology, etc.. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Designer who came to our home for measurements was super rude and adamant with customizations. If you cannot customize then why would one spend $20K on resurfacing the cabinets, one would buy new ones with that kind of money. Very tedious cancellation process. The complete remodel of my Master Bathroom was performed by Reborn Bath Solutions and Guillermo M did a fantastic job with the removal and replacement of the tub and shower with a full size shower, rerouted the plumbing for the installation of the vanity and cabinetry, removed all of the flooring and prior tile work and put down a beautiful floor and the tile portions of the wall. The work was done in less than a week and all items removed were disposed of by Reborn and Guillermo M. left the area nice and clean. I would recommend Reborn and Guillermo M. for you bathroom remodeling needs.Reborn returned three months later and replaced my tub and shower in my main bathroom with a larger soaker tub and shower surround that matches the Master Bathroom shower. Originally had my appointment set for late September to do replace our bathroom shower stall and tub, and the scheduling team was able to move my appointment to early September to accommodate our new addition to the family. Our service technicians Guillermo and Luis arrived on time and were extremely thorough and meticulous about the work they did. I constantly check on them and expressed the need to have everything installed perfectly as we were having custom frameless shower doors installed and needed sufficient backing during the shower installation. Guillermo took the time to take pictures along the way and showed me exactly what he did which provided me with 100% confidence that it would meet the needs of our 3rd party frameless glass vendor. I checked every nook and crevice to ensure everything was cleaned up and Guillermo and Luis went above my expectations and cleared all dust/debris and took the time to shine the shower/tub when they were done. Reborn Cabinets promised that a projected kitchen cabinet refacing project and a wet bar cabinet refacing project could be begun and completed within four days. Here we are on day four and the crew is now packing away the last of their tools. The cabinets were refaced so that our kitchen now has a new and bright feel to it. The crew (Rafael, Alan and Riley) commuted daily from about 95 miles away, yet they were always here, on site, when they said they would be - between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. They were the consummate professionals, telling me what the plans were for the day and what we could expect to see by the end of the day. I loved that each one of the crew was extremely detail oriented and they were not satisfied until whatever they were working on was perfect or as near perfect as could be. They always cleaned up after themselves, never were on their cell phones or taking excessive breaks - always working diligently and in coordination with the rest of the crew. We know we will much more enjoy our kitchen and bar area and it is thanks to the Reborn Cabinet team, including the project manager, Nick Ybarra, who was always accessible and helpful in resolving the few small issues we had. Using Reborn was expensive, but service is unresponsive, they lack professionalism, and the work was low quality. I sent in a complaint about their installation work for our kitchen and it has not been addressed by the management team.We specifically chose Reborn due to the perceived (i) timeliness, (ii) professionalism, and (iii) quality, of which we felt was not substantially addressed during this project.Timeliness: Construction was promised to be 3 days, it ended up being 5 days across a 6 day period, which we were not adequately prepared for. We felt that with the inspection period and continual reassurance that this would be a 3 day project, we could comfortably make this choice. However, Reborn failed to deliver in its promise which led to us having to scramble to find alternative accommodations and cancel plans due to this failure.Professionalism: We were told that the construction would be nonintrusive and well contained. However, the construction produced a huge quantity of waste product (sawdust, plastic scraps) that are now covering our backyard and have infiltrated every bit of our furnishings. Coverings hardly did anything as we have found sawdust and ground plastic everywhere in our yard and in our rooms that are not the kitchen. This is a gross misrepresentation and a safety hazard given sawdust is a known cancer agent.Quality: We saw large quality problems in the construction of the cabinet refacings. Many shelves were improperly installed, they installed shelves that were the wrong size, and many were misaligned. They are sending another crew to fix this but are still frustrated by this.Ultimately so far this is a 1 star experience and is very different from the high touch sales effort that went into getting me to sign a contract. Very unhappy customer here.

We went through Costco to get our kitchen cabinets refaced. Vinnie was our kitchen designer and he did a very thorough job of explaining all the details and patiently clarified all our questions. It roughly took 4 hours to discuss everything. At the end, we had to sign a contract. We went with Reborn rather than other contractors because they gave us financing options as well as a great offer (10 free pull drawers and door knobs).A week later, few folks came and took our measurements. I unfortunately dont have their names but they did a fantastic job as well. Did their work very diligently.After a long four months(we signed the contract in feb and got an appointment only on June 27th).Nam and Supi came promptly on the morning of 27th June. We had gotten a few reminders the week before that Reborn was going to begin their work the next week.I was honestly a little apprehensive that it might get postponed or canceled because of the really long wait, but wow, everything went so smoothly.Nam and Supi came right on time in the mornings, and did their work diligently throughout. They actually finished the work 1.5 days earlier than projected. I was so impressed! They put up tarps and protections on our appliances and even cleaned up very well once they were done.They were accepting of feedback on their work and made changes wherever asked. This was something I truly appreciated because I usually face backslash whenever I point out something that needs to be fixed in other places. But nope. Nam and Supi went out of their way to assure utmost customer satisfaction. Nam even came back after finishing all the work just to confirm that he had correctly installed the soft close on a cabinet door he said he would fix!My experience with Reborn was tremendous and that is definitely thanks to Vinnie, Nam and Supi. Reborn did a great job on refacing our cabinets and replacing the drawers in our kitchen. The look is more modern and the price was competitive. I was given the same price for just sanding down and paining existing cabinets by another contractor as I got for the full refacing by Reborn. Our consultation with Vinnie was great, and we were excited about the project. This has led to MONTHS of back and forth, contacting multiple people, emails, phone calls, and our project is STILL not complete. It is clear that once they receive your money, there is no accountability and very poor communication.For a simple and straightforward job, it probably works for most clients. Our master and guest room bathroom vanities were in need of a reface. After contacting several companies we decided to use Reborn. I called and scheduled an appointment for a consultation and estimate.Nick arrived on time and met with my wife and I. After inspecting the vanities he reviewed the options available. He was polite and professional and at no time pressured us into signing a contract. The next day we called Nick and he came back to our house and we made the final selections and signed the contract. A couple days later Reborn called to schedule the installation dates.As we approached the installation date Alex the Project Manager called to introduce himself. The next day Omar the Project Lead also called to introduce himself. Both gave me their full names and numbers and asked if I had any questions about the job.A few days before the installation Nic the Lead called to confirm our date and provided us with a 2 hour arrival window. The Reborn crew arrived within the times provided. Nic, Mike and Cameron reviewed the vanities and decided on area outside to setup. We were give an original 2 day estimate to complete the job. However, Nic said he brought an extra guy and was going to try and finish the same day.Nic, Mike and Cameron diligently worked throughout the day. They were courteous, respectful and took precautions to not damage anything. It was a full days work but they completed both vanities the same day. The vanities look amazing they did an awesome job. They swept, vacuumed and cleaned up before they left. If we weren’t in the house while they were working we would have never known they were there. We have 1 drawer face that will be replaced because it was scratched during shipping and Omar has already ordered it. The whole Reborn process has been amazingly positive.After the the horrible experience we had with Home Depot when we refaced the kitchen. My wife and I swore we would never use them again. I’m so glad we found Reborn.

We contacted Reborn to reface our kitchen cabinets. The order and measuring were quick but that is where it ended. We were told the day of the install and a time frame, 8-10. We waited, waited, waited! I finally called one of the numbers I was given to see what was going on. The person who answered told me that he was looking for the doors. He would call back. He called back hours later and told us the doors were not shipped from LA. Well not only were they not shipped they had not been made. We wait for another couple of months. They finally showed up to start install, which took a week. There were 3 damaged doors. Waited months again. They came out replaced but there were more damaged doors. This time four. They just came out today to replace the doors and fix the soft close on many doors. This whole thing started November 2021. If you are thinking about using this company think twice!

My master bathroom had a leak. I had to call a plumber nuernous times and they were not able to find what was the reason for the leak. I live in a 2 story house so when we showered it would be dripping water down to my kitchen every time we shower.After having a plumber come to fix the issue they never found the issue. I started to like around the tub and I noticed a crack on the tub. I had a microfiber glass tub and the tub has been here since the house was built so it was time to remodel.I began doing my research and came across reborn. I read so many good reviews and I scheduled an appointment with the designer to discuss what we can do. We decided on the visit to continue with the renovations. Our only issue was our scheduling because both my husband and I were different schedules but reborn made it happen. They were able to accommodate our schedule and they sent their best and fastest worker Tony Dinh.He had a guy assist him the the morning but the guy ended up leaving so Tony did it all himself. I was told it would usually take 2 days for tear down and installation but with my husband and I having a hectic schedule they were able to work with us and they were able to get squeeze us in on a Saturday.I am beyond pleased with Tony’s hard work. I am in love with my bathroom!! I feel a big weight lifted off my shoulders after seeing how beautiful my shower looks!Thank you Reborn! Thank you Tony Dinh

Nam and Supi did a great installation job very clean and it was a very large kitchen/job. All the work was done quietly and professionally over the week that they spent in our kitchen. Two installers: I give Cruz Hernandez and Edgar Cruz 5 stars plus! They were on time and courteous, very hard working and knowledgeable.
