I have known Tom Duggan IV for almost 40 years and worked with him 30 years. He is a very reputable guy. I would trust him with anything. He has helped me with many projects and I have worked with him on many of his projects. When I sell my home I will trust Tom to get me the best deal possible. He is the only Realtor that I trust.

Tom has been our realtor for the last 13 years. We bought 3 houses with him. We recently had a plumbing problem and we called Tom to discuss it. He was at our house next day and fixed our the problem. We are so grateful.

Tom is a great agent and person! He is personable and very knowledgeable, drawing on his experience as a former contractor. He is excellent at pointing out flaws in homes and talking through potential remodeling. In the end, he went to bat for us when it was time for purchase and, as a result, we ended up with an extra $12K off closing costs. Now, months after we moved in, I still consult him about issues related to mortgage, etc... Seriously, what else could you want in a realtor?

Tom is very well informed about local real estate market. He gave us very useful information about Marina and Monterey area and Salinas housing availability, price to be expected from a buyer`s perspective and showed us multiple homes in this area. He had good insight into specific areas in each town and was extremely helpful in our making the final decision about purchasing our home. He went beyond the expected responsibilities and helped us with programming the drip system and securing the locks at our new property. He even made the payment to water authority in Marina on our behalf. He is very easy to work with. I and my wife highly recommend him.

As a first time buyer me and my wife didn’t have any idea of this process. Tom was so incredibly informative throughout the way and made the whole transaction fun. He was always very conscious of our busy schedule and trying to fit in calls and meetings to our limited availability. My wife and I were very impressed with how thorough and knowledgeable he was. We learned a great deal with Tom guiding us through the whole first time home buying process. Much of the time we felt like we were dealing with an old friend rather than a real estate agent we had no history with. We highly recommend Tom for all of your home buying needs.
