Being a first time home buyer, my wife and I had no idea about the processes behind purchasing a house. From the start to the finish, every question we had (and there were many!) was answered pretty much immediately, and explained further when needed!Martin is amazing, thorough, and one of the best! However, I really want to shine the light on our agent, Jorge!!Jorge always went the extra mile and by the end of the journey felt like family. He fought for what we wanted, knew what we didnt, and often fought on our behalf with the sellers agent until the late hours of the night to get the best deal for us! The process was seamless, quick, and despite knowing very little, we felt we had the right person representing us and having our backs through the entire process and after. And this was doubly confirmed when we walked in to our new kitchen and saw the lovely and incredibly thoughtful welcoming basket that Jorge put together for us!From the first look, through the inspection, and into closing and afterwards, Jorge and Martin were exceptional and we whole-heartedly recommend them to any sort of buyer, be it your first time or fifth time!I hope we never have to :D but if we ever want to sell and buy again, we would definitely be using Martin and Jorge! Absolutely the best agent’s out there from day one!! Not only were they professional and knowledgeable but they didn’t try to paint everything with roses colored glasses.
