I’m a Veteran, and we needed a broker to work with to help us shop for VA loans and help us understand the VA home loan process. Thai Pham was our guy! He is very thorough and quick with his responses. He was able to get us through the process seamlessly. I found out through the process that Thai is also a veteran which made this so much better. We have worked with many brokers and realtors and the biggest frustration we faced was their lack of knowledge about the VA home loan process. Being that Thai is a veteran himself, he was amazing at helping us understand everything there is to know about what we needed to do to get us aligned with our home loan. I had a wonderful experience getting my loan from Rise Group. I was referred to Thai, who was very thorough and understanding of my unique situation. He and his team were able to get the loan approved even though it was unconventional and many other lenders were unable to do so. Insurance is not my thing, nor do I ever look at my policy. I was invited to to the Thai Pham Farmers Agency by Pete Baldazo for a chamber event in February. They have an awesome space, very upbeat, all of the staff and owner were welcoming. They had an awesome Q&A session for guests to participate and a generous spread.Pete recommended we do a review of my policies if I have not already-- its been years (approx 8-10yrs). We set up some time, he checked out my policies to see if we were under-insured or needed a little more coverage in specific areas. Thats when I realized, NO ONE has talked to us about these items, we would just call the brokerage or the insurance company directly that we use and add things, but I havent heard from anyone in years.Pete reviewed all of my policies and explained things for our home policy that I didnt even know about. Hes super patient and knows his stuff. We are going to run a few more scenarios and see if we can make this work. They have a knowledgeable team and good vibes!
