Scott Ehrke is an excellent Realtor. He knows the market, communicates quickly and effectively, is detail oriented, and gets deals across the finish line. I hired Scott after interviewing some of the top sales agents in the area to sell a multi-family investment I had in Paso Robles. I was impressed with Scott’s market knowledge, his sound strategy on how he would keep my existing tenants happy and cooperative throughout the process and his advice as to how to price the property to generate the highest price/most interest from prospective buyers. Scott’s knowledge of the local market and local agents help my family accomplish our goals. A once in a life time opportunity presented itself to us that required us to sell our primary residence quickly and at a value that would assure our closing on our ranch. Scott sold our home in Paso for much more than I thought we would get for it, due to his expert grasp of the way the current local market is working (anything but normal) and how to maximize our gain and minimize the amount of time on the market. He was very responsive, prepared, knowledgeable, ethical, and just a consummate professional. He guided us through every step, telling us what to expect from the very beginning, all of which was correct. None of this surprises me actually, because he has been in the business of selling homes for several decades and his reputation is why I selected him. After working with Brian Thorndyke for the past several months, we can say that not only is he a highly knowledgeable and easy to work with realtor, he is an upstanding person. After looking for months for an existing home to purchase and not having any success finding one that suited us, he suggested the possibility of us purchasing land and having a home built, even though that would mean a lower payday for him.
