I have worked for Real Time for over 9 years, and it is a very challenging and demanding job but if you like IT then this is the place to be. The company culture is always promoting growth within, staff is eager to help each other reach their goals, while holding each other accountable for their work. This is a company that treats its clients like family and are always trying to put themselves in their shoes when issues arise. A perfect example is there are not many companies where you haven’t talked to a client for years and they remember how old your kids are or are asking how our other employees are doing because they have not seen or talked to them. I truly believe this is one of the many reasons for the company’s success for over 30 years.

Im not a client but my wife works here. She came home today distraught because a client left a 1 star review. It wasnt the 1 star review that bothered her, it was the fact that a client wasnt happy. She has been bothered by it all evening and keeps saying, What could we have done differently? & What can we do now to make it better? This is the kind of business Real Time is! The crew is a family and from what I understand the clients are extended family! It genuinely hurts to know a client or family member is disappointed in them! I know 1st hand work doesnt end for Real Time at 5pm, theyre always thinking outside the box to resolve issues and and grow as a family. The boss hires people, takes them under his wing and helps them grow to be successful. This is why he has employees still working for him and the same clients still calling to get their issues resolved for 25 + years!

Real-Time is a very serious company. Their employees and clients come first. I have worked with Real-time since 2019. If you are passionate by IT, honest and serious you could not pick a better place.The engineers are always willing to assist each other and happy to teach and pass their knowledge to make you grow.

I have had the pleasure of working with Real-time for nearly 10 years now, I recently left my longtime employer and moved into a new role, I was excited to hear Real-time was supporting the new office I had moved too. It brought a sense of comfort. Real-time is committed to providing quality support to its clients. All technicians are patient and helpful in so many ways!

I have had the honor of working with Real-Time for my computer and technology needs since 2004, over the course of working in management for two very different, but unique, industries. The staff at Real-Time are so service-oriented, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I currently work for a busy law firm where data security and technology are crucial and I cannot imagine doing my job without Real-Time.

If you are a woman, this is not the place to work! The owner treats women like subordinates. No one is allowed to have family issues and/or obligations and the owner would rather put employees on blast in front of others than pull the employee to the side and talk. He will act like he is pleased with you during the interview process, but once you are hired all bets are off. He shows his true colors and they are all BLACK.

Brandon was so professional and very informative about the computer issues I was having. He fixed it in a matter of 10 minutes. I was having this issue for weeks and he cleared it up in a matter of minutes. Thank you Brandon for helping my computer issues.
