Great experience with Real Time Bros! They were able to present multiple options for my concerns and allowed me to pick what was the best solution my needs and ability. They were on time, and finished the job quickly and efficiently. I also had a super difficult grill size to find and the made multiple trips to the different vendors to find it! Moises was fantastic. I had a wonderful experience with Real Time Bros. I got a brand new AC unit, furnace, ducting work, and a few other items. Anthony and Jake were great and even got the job done a day early! (Which was amazing since we have a baby who needs his naps 😂). Darren did the inspection and he was very professional and friendly. We also got the best deal around and didnt have to worry about coming up with all of the money right away because of their convenient financing plans! Very happy with the final results and the service!!

Jay was amazing! Punctual, super professional, incredibly knowledgeable. He explained what he was looking for, climbed up onto our 3 story townhouse roof to inspect our A/C unit (was super mindful of not checking the attic first since the opening is in our daughters room). Diagnosed the problem quickly with a great explanation and was able to get us back up and running all on the same day. Highly recommended!

AMAZING, amazing service and attention to detail! So incredibly knowledgeable and our issue was resolved in a timely manner. Andrew took the time to explain each step and course of action and I know more now than I did before about how to properly maintain our unit. I had 2 other HVAC companies come out to my house. They gave me the run around. One company quoted me $4.000. I decided to get another opinion. I reached out to Real Time Bros. They sent Kekoa out. He dialed in my 3 zone HVAC system within an hour. Total bill was under $500. I will be using this company forever. Kekoa was insanely skilled and honest. Awesome company!

Oscar, Tony and Rolando were friendly, professional and very focused on their work. I appreciate they took the time to keep me informed of what they were doing. I also appreciate that they moved some of mom’s decorative items that were in the hallway to ensure nothing would be accidentally broken. I’m glad they brought tarps to cover and keep the carpet clean given they were going in and out of the house. I’m happy with the product and happy with the expert service I received. They did a thorough job of testing the system and found a part that needs to be replaced. I appreciate their attention to detail.

TL;DR: I HIGHLY recommend them ! High quality service, super respectful workers, AND competitive pricing. 10 year warranty on the appliance AND labor (so basically if anything breaks working youre COVERED). Dealt with the complexity of my condo (a/c on roof, my building was dead center in the complex, and old wiring).Experience from beginning to end was great, scheduled time for them to get a quote. Darren reached out before to let me know his ETA and showed up within the time frame. Gave me a quote with Andrew on the line stating theyre going to fight for my business. I got price quotes from several other places and they were able to match them! We scheduled within a few days after they kept me updated and always called day of to let me know their ETA.Total took about 3 days ish. The Alvin and the crew was super great, laid out blankets for the hall ways to not scratch anything, and super mindful when installing. I was working from home so they would close doors (or sneak in to use the breaker box in my room). Always cleaned the place like they were never there after they left (super appreciative of a crew thats super considerate)! My condenser was also on the roof as well which made things very difficult but they still got it to work !Ive attached a picture of their masterpiece. Adding them to my roster of home improvement team since its so difficult to find good and trustworthy companies!

Kekoa was super nice. The problem with my AC was that when I turned it on all I heard was a clicking sound. When Kekoa walked in and turned it on, it worked. But he didn’t there simply thinking it was user error and continued to troubleshoot and discovered we had a faulty thermostat. I so appreciate his persistence and willingness to help!

Real Time Bros was fast and got out to my unit the next day. They gave me very a detailed run down of what was happening with my broken heater and told me what was worth fixing and what wasnt. They ended up showing my tenants how to use the split ac units I had as heaters and I didnt even have to repair the ancient furnace that broke down. Highly recommended and very professional!

I am writing to commend DAN for his service and low key salesmanship! At my 1/2 year check, he mentioned that everything is working great now (!), but that the A/C was old and would likely need to be replaced sometime in the near future. I asked how much (about $10K), and he mentioned that it is less expensive now, when the summer season hasnt increased demand and prices. That is all - no pressure to buy.I then asked how long, and he said about three days. The date was the issue - I start Zoom teaching from home on Monday (its Wed. today) and they werent scheduling for this soon. He just graduated from CSUF (yay!) and knew how important a quiet and stable environment is to teaching online. He thought they might be able to squeeze me in this week on Friday, finishing for sure by Monday.I had to give a shout out for outstanding service and low pressure information when I inquired (guiding me rather than selling me on it). He also gave all the price options, so I feel informed and trusting.Thank you, Dan, and Real Time Bros!UPDATE: Dan called and said he could have a team there THE NEXT DAY! We were thoroughly impressed with the service provided, from beginning to end. Kekoa had us off to a great start, pricing out the right unit for us (we were wanting to qualify for the energy efficiency tax credits) and answering all of our questions. The installation was seamless, and was even moved earlier so we didnt have to wait out a whole week without air in the current heat wave. Oscar and Oswaldo were our installers, and they were diligent, friendly, and made sure everything was done properly. Team replaced 40 year old furnace.- Moises was initial contact and was outstanding from the start: initial assessment, detailed options, fair pricing.- Scheduling was also easy (definitely subject to season, so plan accordingly).- Installers arrived on time 830am, finished by 3:30. They completed several tests and the unit works great. Very professional, they put out tarps along the house where they would be walking and working in the house, and cleaned up perfectly when they left.- Overall, great personable service, professionally done. I worked with Kekoa, Anthony, Tien and Sam. Kekoa did the consultation and he was super knowledgeable and accommodating. He made sure I always had the best customer service and took care of me. He was responsive as this took as well over 3 months to do because we were waiting for solar installation first. But he was patient and always made sure I was updated. The installation guys got everything in within 2 days, super honest and nice to work with. They answered any questions I had during the process and they were an absolute team! I was charged 500 for someone coming out to our heater which had an issue with its zoning. Mario said he had checked the wiring and rewired the circuit board and checked the damper. At the end then told me it costs 500. No breakdown of costs, no hourly rate nothing. No discussion of costs prior to this. When asked to give a breakdown of the costs he said we don’t have an hourly rate. He also stated that they charge credit cards 3% (which is fine I get it ) but should have had that discussion prior to coming out so I can be prepared. So since I didn’t have cash or a check on me he had to call his manager to see about the credit card charge. I hear him tell his manager he’s in Irvine, and states that the cost was 500 and 2 hours of labor (he was here from 320 until 450 or so conservatively). So now apparently to his boss he has an hourly rate.This was a very dishonest way of doing business and I feel a tax added for living in Irvine. I would never use or recommend this company or person for your HVAC needs.Update. Owner called and refunded everything. But still felt lied to. I’m not sure who to believe. But I don’t want a business to suffer because of what may be one bad apple. Just watch Mario. And if you have a question. Have them call the owner in front of you and put him on speaker. Maybe that would have helped me?

I normally don’t write reviews, but I had to give a shout out to REAL TIME BROS.Dan came out during our 100 degree heat wave we recently had a few days ago. Bless his heart he tried fixing my 27 year old AC unit but it failed. I knew it was time for an upgrade. I asked for a proposal and I decided to have work done before the summer heat.I recently had an installation done by Abraham & his team. Very professional, knowledgeable, and on time. He went over all the details with me & including the new Nest thermostat to be installed. I had an A/C issue in my new offices. Andrew at Real Time Bros scheduled a tech to come out the same day. This was supposed to be a simple issue of replacing some fuses and getting the unit up and running properly.Kekoa showed up on time and was well presented. What was supposed to be a simple issue turned out to be a way bigger problem. Kekoa handled this with a good attitude and went way over and beyond to get this resolved. It is rare to see such service nowdays. I was surprised by his price, and how much more affordable it was than the other three companies. He explained the reasons for his price in a clear and understandable way. He is young, but he is very professional, knowledgable and skilled.The work itself was very well done. I am happy with the results and so are the tenants in my building. So much for being thorough and wrapping everything up, and customer service experience leaves a lot lacking.While the quick response was good to sell and install a new heating and air conditioning system, the attention to detail wasnt good, and they left a really bad mess from the removal of the old heater. Piles of rust dust between 1/4 and 1/2 inch in our garage. On top of this, they damaged the clip for our electricity breaker box access panel, and explained one of the two twist clip locks for the furnace front panel could not be turned all the way because they dented in the top of the brand new furnace theyd just installed.When this was explained to someone from the company who called to check on our satisfaction with their service, I was told they would have someone from their company who specializes in handling any loose ends come by, and we set up an appointment for this afternoon. Its now after 5pm, and there has been no phone calls. After waiting a week, staying home for the repairman today, and nothing heard, I caled the company -- who appeared not to know anything about it.It appears they really dont care about quality customer service, because their actions (or lack thereof) prove it. If you want the bare basics done, with average overall performance, then this company may be alright. If you want higher quality work done with good business ethics, look elsewhere.

They schedule directly with the tenants and keep us informed the schedule has been set.Always provide a thorough proposal if necessary after diagnosing the issue. Love these guys! The heat in my girlfriend’s parents house had stopped working more than 10 years ago and Real Time Bros came out and inspected it and gave us highly informative recommendations. They were honest and friendly.We decided to proceed with the replacement of the furnace. They came out promptly and fixed it within a few hours! Steve and Jesse worked fast and professionally. What can I say about these guys that hasnt already been said in other reviews?Quote/Sales: I received quotes from 3 other competitors and Tony showed up, was professional, knowledgeable, and did not pressure me whatsoever. He called one of the owners, Andrew and they agreed to beat the other quotes I received by a significant amount so we signed on the spot.Project Start: Andrew arrived with his crew on the first day and double-checked Tonys assessment of our home and finalized the system design that would replace our 1990s unit. I asked about dual-zone and he said, OF COURSE we can do that and although I had already signed the quote for a single-zone system he gave me a BRO-deal and said no extra charge! On top of that, the standard A/C unit was out of stock so in order to get us back up and running faster he upgraded us to the slim-line at no extra cost as well! (are you kidding me!?) These guys exceeded my expectations every single step of the process.Install: RTBs crew was on time every day, protected our floors every day, cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, were careful to not let our dogs escape the house or yard, and worked quickly in some intense heat! They went through the fine-tuning of the dual-zone system with Andrew and Alvin (when do you have both owners of the business come out to ensure a job is completed to your satisfaction?) and we are absolutely thrilled with our system.BIG BONUS: I told Andrew that my wife would love to have our old furnace closet converted to a pantry (its located in our kitchen) so he said, Bro.. for you well make it happen. We kept it a secret until the last day of the install. They relocated our HVAC to the attic and we not only gained a whole new pantry but increased efficiency. My wife literally did a happy dance when she saw her newly finished pantry. Our system blows hard in all rooms of the house and its ice-cold!Ive referred 3 friends already because the work and customer service speaks for itself. I have a hydraulic heater system at a rental unit. It was shorted by the previous tenant. Other HVAC companies either are unwilling to service it or failing to fix it. Let me start by saying i have never more of a polite and honest bunch of guys. I was told from 3 other companies i needed a whole new a/c system quoting me 14k dollars for my home. My wife read the reviews of Real Time Bros Heating and Air Condition on Yelp and said i need to call this company. They came out did a complete thorough inspection and showed me the problem. The problem was an easy fix and the total charge was $1100 and the problem was fixed completely. I wish there was more companies out there like this. What goes around comes around. I also wanted to say I had no a/c and told them I have 3 dogs and they made it top priority to come out right away and inspect. i was lucky enough to meet the 2 owners even though they have other employees but them being animal lovers were anxious to come out and meet my 3 German Shepards. Real Time Bros at RIPING PEOPLE OFFI bought AC 1.2 ton and within 10 months it broke down with leakage in indoor unit coil. I raised complaint 25 days ago but they have not yet replaced it. Every time I call Customer service I hear a new excuse. Very bad experience. You will hear all the excuses starting from power cut to fire breaking out in their warehouse. Im very disappointed with Real Time Bros Heating And Air Conditioning .
