Great people to work with, really know their stuff... answer all your questions, always help out to insure you know what you are doing and how & when to do it. Kent is so helpful and so nice to work with... They dont leave you hanging if you are confused about anything. So glad I found this great group of people.

Updated review: The issues was brought to owners attention. The REWW management team was very upset by the miscommunication and did resolve the issue. Thank you.Company valuesKent, I thought you should know this is how your company portrays it self.My sister purchased a course from this company but subsequently died around 45 days later. This was a significant purchase and the company has refused to talk with me and keeps pushing off any of our attempts to get even a small refund. As the full service was definitely not used, they have said they would provide a refund but now refuse to return calls/emails. Their response was that the fee was put on a credit card and that debt will be written off by the card company so it is not their problem or ours to deal with. As her estate is very small and we are not able to pay off all the debt, this refund for potentially $10,000 (the course she bought was over $20,000) could mean the difference between everyone getting paid for their debts or bankrupting the estate and having to pay only a portion of the debt to everyone. The lack of willingness to work with us or even respond is frustrating. They have their fee and will not discuss any options despite extenuating circumstances.

Kent and the entire team at REWW are a real pleasure to work with plus they have the best training (Academy) and technology (S.M.A.R.T.) products in the industry hands down! Our company has gone from doing 30-40 real estate transactions a year to close to 100 utilizing their software and training while now being a part of their Boardroom Elite mastermind. They have the products, training and masterminds available from the first time investor all the way up to folks doing several $Million in sales. I highly recommend reaching out to someone on their team to gain the advantage in todays ultra competitive real estate climate.

I have been to many RE seminars over the years. While most are thinly disguised sales promotions, this was the real deal. Great Real Estate Seminar. Not much fluff. Really appreciated industry panels at the end of the day. I will definitelt attend next year as well

This is a group of people who actually care about those they are helping. Its not just about profit; there is a palpable feeling of wanting to help others succeed that filters down from the top (Ken) through all those in the company. Have attended many seminars and have been active in real estate for 40 years but this is my number one recommended group if you are wanting to find a good and trustworthy family of advisers. REWW is the truth! Since I invested in this program last summer of 2017, my sales have increased by 76% to date. I mailed 500 letters August 2017 and started to receive so many leads that I could not handle them, so I had to stop sending letters. (Okay, I’m too cheap to hire a team, I’ll admit it). I have received 12 responses, all of which I translated into transactions. Here is one example: Late November 2017 I received a response from a Motivated Seller in Sanford, NC who inherited a 2/2 condo in Winston-Salem, NC where I live. I closed on that around January 12, 2018 to cash buyers! I then sold two more just last week and moved on to another transaction! Okay that was three examples. Here’s the one I want to tell you about: Mid-February I got a callback from a motivated seller who owns a really nice condo near Wake Forest University that he bought for his law student son. The son moved back to Georgia; so they didn’t need the condo any longer. The Augusta, GA seller sent me the keys and I introduced myself to the HOA manager. I am now under contract pending and will close with the buyer on March 29 Maundy Thursday. The closing attorney had to move the date up from Good Friday because we remembered that the banks are closed that day! Okay check this out: This is gonna deep fry your Oreo— I got a callback last week from a cash buyer who told me that HE was finishing up law school at Wake also and that he just formed an LLC and had $400,000 cash to invest!!! Yeah, I had to type the whole $400,000! Say it with me “$400,000 somoleons!” Anyway, this buyer is picky and only wants condos or townhouses in a certain area (I’ll give you a hint— the subdivision rhymes with “Deacon Ridge Condos”.) I found about 4 in Deacon Ridge using (you guessed it) REWW/SMART program. Already got a response and made an offer on a cream puff 2/2 with a private entrance. So, what’s the big deal? Well, this cash buyer law student was calling about the other condo that I already have pending closing on Maundy Thursday! So, when we finish with this deal, we still have capital to exhaust the rest of that $400,000 reserve he has! REWW not only generates cash buyers, cash sellers, non-cash buyers, residential, and commercial prospects, BUT they are untapped! What’s more- you can parlay one transaction into another! I give God the glory (and REWW a little credit, too).
