Lori is amazing!! She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. But more importantly, she cares about her clients and what is best for them. Her experience and insight on how to get your property ready to put on the market is beyond helpful. You can are guaranteed to know she cares because she is willing to assume some of the risks that come with listing your property. I am so glad she was recommended to me and I have no hesitation in recommending her to someone else.

Lori went above and beyond in helping to sell my mothers house. Lori was professional and truly cared about meeting the needs of every member of the family. There wasnt a situation she couldnt help with or a question she couldnt answer. She was always there when I needed her. She dealt with a variety of different personalities with grace, kindness, and a good sense of humor. And she got us a great sales price on the house! I liked everyone whom I dealt with at Real Estate REsolved and felt that they were a company full of people who truly cared.

I have sold a few houses before, but I was never impressed with the outcome until Lori. I can say it was the first time we got well above what we expected and with no credits to the buyers, which is a first for me! Lori takes feedback and your priorities to heart and really makes an effort to make those things happen. I was impressed by how many open houses her and her team did. Her stager also did such a great job that I am sure it made a big difference in our final price. Also, she has impressive digital systems in place to monitor appointments and offers, easily complete our sellers disclosures online, and view escrow timelines and completions. This was also a first for me. Lastly, Lori is a pleasure to speak with and I enjoyed our interactions throughout the process.

Lori and her team are the best people you can ever meet! I cant say enough about how amazing they are! This was the first time we were buying a house and Lori made the process so simple and easy. She provided us guidance from her years of experience and answered all of our questions promptly! Since this was the first time buying a house, we did not know what we were getting into, what to look for when viewing a house, etc. However, whenever we saw a house with Lori or her sister Amy, they would take the time to evaluate the house with us and see the potential in the house. Lori and Amy always asked us questions after viewing a house, like how did you feel about the house, do you see yourself here for at least 5 years, etc. She also asked questions that were more tailored to us and our future plans. Thats another thing Lori and her team did, they got to know us, found out what our plans were and guided us on what we needed to do if we had a specific timeline.I have heard the horror stories from friends and families about how they were pressured to buy from their realtor, but I never got that with Lori or her team. They make you feel like family with only your best interest in mind.I have and will recommend Lori to anyone who is looking to buy a home or any real estate. You cant get a better team than this.

Wow! Lori and her team were recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint! When our daughter was born I knew we would need to move to something bigger but didn’t know anything about buying real estate. After asking Lori too many questions (which she happily answered) and listening to her podcasts on Spotify we felt like Pros going in to it. We quickly found a house we loved and Lori & team got right to work handling every step of the process while keeping us involved. I would have never guessed buying a house could be such a fun experience with great people.

Lori helped us buy our first home! Our daughter turned 6 months and we knew we needed a home fast! We reached out to Lori and we had a home tour that weekend! From there on she was available anytime to answer all our questions & update us on the process. We can’t wait to move into our new home!

Lori ... Lori Alvarez is my super star 🌟 realtor. Shes patience, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, informative and precise on the offer. She helped us get into our single family home during Covid while all homes are at bidding wars, but not ours. My husband and I bought our first home with Amy and let me tell you how amazing she was! Being a first time home buyer is scary and we had a lot of questions... she answered everything and if she didnt know she reached out to someone for us who knew the answers. She helped make this whole process so seamless. It was the best experience.I can not recommend Amy and Lori enough! We will definitely be going back to them for our future purchases!
