Craig and his trusty team were a pleasure to work with when selling our home this spring.Craig made the effort to commute to our home, 2 hours away, multiple times to ensure that the selling process met his strict standards.We are happy to report that we sold our home above asking price and Craig was even able to find us a new home in the Coachella Valley which made the moving process seamless.While there are many options available when searching for a suitable realtor, Craig is one of the few who makes the effort to know his clients and earn not only their trust, but their friendship.Thank you Craig for all of your help. When you are buying or selling, as we did both, there is no one better to guide you through this process than Craig Micheals. I can only speculate on the number of realtors in the Palm Springs area, easily hundreds, Craig is one of the best. One of his best qualities is his 30 plus years of selling real estate in the valley, is his contact list it is extensive, he knows everyone and how to get things done quickly, efficiently and with the best results! The house we bought from Craig’s client was a bigger deal financially than the condo we sold with Craig as our realtor but he handled both transactions as if they were the same “big deal”. Craig is by far the best realtor in the Coachella Valley. He represents his clients and wants and does what’s best for them. Craig is a consummate professional. I contacted two realtors to sell my house in Palm Desert. Craig was obviously the better choice from the start. During our first contact he described all the services he would provide. The one thing that really caught my attention was his attention to detail, oh and his strong presence on social media. After meeting him in person, I knew he was my new guy. I cannot speak highly enough about Craigs competence. He was eager and hungry for the sale. He also has built a great team: stager, videographer, etc. Needless to say, I approved. Bottom line, he sold my house in two days for full asking price. You know that really is all that needs to be said. If you want an experienced, well known, and competent realtor, you will be totally satisfied with Craigs diligence.
