Superb job, Excellent service, Response time, Great Communication, Speedy turnarounds with updates on the stage of repairs.Ruby was my point of contact, very friendly and displayed stellar customer service. She explained step by step the process to me which made me feel very comfortable leaving my car with the repair shop to handle both my gieco insurance and repairs on the cars. I also had other had other damages to the car unrelated to the insurance claim and they were very transparent about the cost of repairs, I decided not to purchase a new replacement part however they insisted on finding me an alternative option free of charge. Im super satisfied with this repair shop and the team.Upon pick up, they did a stunning job cleaning interior and exterior of my car. Love how it turned out. Feels like a brand new car.Thank you Real Auto Body.I will be recommending my friends and families here.

From start to finish, the process was made seamless. Professionalism above reproach. Had a hit and run incident in a store parking lot. Real Auto Body worked with my insurance directly and picked up the car on a flat bed, taking it from my home in south central LA to their facility. When the work was completed, they brought the vehicle back in pristine condition. They made sure not to rush through quality checks, taking their time to do it right. Very impressed with the entire process. Will highly recommend.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a body shop. Joanna was the absolute best! She scheduled for my car to be picked up for service and then sent me regular updates on the process and timeline of my repairs. They were able to get my car done and then delivered to my driveway once the work was complete and my car looked brand new. Even brought my Tesla back fully charged and clean with a little gift in the passenger seat. I have already been raving about them to everyone I know and plan on referring my family and friends that are ever in need of bodywork on their vehicle. I have been thinking about how to start my review...Nick and the team are excellent; it is like art. Not only does this business run well, they care. Im not a car person, but when I got my Range Rover, it meant the world to me and has got me through a lot on bad days driving up and down PCH. Accidents do happen. I feel I was lucky to have found Real Auto Body. They put my car back together and took the extra mile; she looks better than when I bought her from the dealership. I am so glad that I found Real Auto Body. From start to finish, it has been an absolute pleasure. Our Tesla Model 3 was rear ended and my wife was devastated that her beautiful car would never be the same. Not true, in fact, after Real Auto Body completed their repairs, our car was returned to us in better condition than before the accident!Nick, the owner picked up our car from our home in Santa Clarita on a beautiful flat bet truck. He was quite a pleasant surprise in that he was on time, super nice and reassuring that all will be ok. I felt comfortable with him taking our car to be repaired. Just had some body work done on my Tesla MS by this body shop. This place is as good as it gets at any business. Prompt, immaculate work, they detail your car before handing it back to you, great communications with the office on the status. This place is run right. Dont bother going elsewhere, youll be wasting your time. I had been in a minor accident a few weeks ago and was recommended to go to Real Auto Body. I was so glad that I did! Unlike other companies that just take photos for the estimate, Real Auto Body took my car apart to ensure that a detailed and accurate summary of the damage was reported to my insurance.In addition, the staff was so generous and proactive with dealing with my insurance ( which is usually the most painful and cumbersome part of the whole process). Both Ruby and Theresa were kind and communicative throughout the entire process. Got into a car accident last month and had to find a Tesla approved auto body shop near me. The Tesla website showed a few shops but either the reviews weren’t great or the waitlist was too long. Thank god I found Real Auto Body!First off, a huge thanks to Ruby! She was amazing at communicating and handling the whole process from pickup to delivery (Yes, they pick up and deliver!!!) She arranged a pick up, kept me up to date on the status of repairs (at LEAST twice a week), dealt with my insurance on my behalf, and followed up after delivery to make sure everything was great and that I was happy with the results.Thanks to Nick as well for making the tow and drop off so easy as wellThe accident required a front wheel and bumper to be replaced. The results are amazing and even threw in a detail. This place is a Gem! I luckily found REAL AUTO BODY online after a few days of many attempt and frustrating calls to other certified TESLA body shops. Ruby was very professional from the very first phone conversation to the last final day. I was in despair trying to find a decent place to repair my Tesla Model 3P when they suprised me that my disabled car was able to be picked up the very same day. I recently had my Tesla serviced at Real Auto Body. I had a really amazing experience with them. They were really amazing with their customer service and everyone is really nice and helpful. I got the estimate from them really quickly and they explained everything and answered all my questions. Ruby was especially nice. She always texted me with all the updates while my car was in the shop. They did a really great job and my car looked like new again after they were done with it. They give you the option to pick up your car and bring it back to you without any extra costs. I dropped mine off and then went on vacation while my car was in the shop. They dropped my car back off, parked it in my parking spot and sent me pictures of how they parked it all while I was on vacation. They also give you little gift bags a well, which was nice. Best car service experience I ever had. Amazing customer service!!!

I got rear ended in my Tesla Model Y and found Real Auto Body from google search so I decided to take my car here for repair. All I can say is Wow about Real Auto Bodys service. Im in a bit of disbelief since the customer service was amazing, theres no out of pocket payments you need to make, they gave you $500 discount on the deductible, and they took care of my Tesla super well. Im one of those guys that hasnt gotten into an accident in about 20 years, and wasnt sure what exactly to do after the accident. Especially with Teslas it is super hard to find a body shop that is capable and will take your car. I stumbled upon Real Auto Body while doing my search for a repair shop. After filling out the form on their website, Nick called me immediately, and came over to my house to pick up the Tesla within the hour. He works with a network of extremely reputable Tesla repair shops, and he brought my car from Orange County to Burbank for repairs. The repairs took about a month and a half since the parts are hard to come by. But as soon as it was done, Nick gave me a call, and brought back the car from Burbank to OC on that same day. The repairs were excellent, and it looks brand new. On top of all this amazing customer service, he will give you $500 off of your deductible. When the repair shop called me on the day my car was done, they asked for the insurance deductible, and told me because I went through Nick, I only had to pay $500 of my usual $1,000 deductible.His service is amazing. Its one of those businesses that you dream to exist, and he made it real somehow. Just to get an idea of my damage, here it is. It now looks brand new again. Amazing. I was offered to have someone come to my location to pick it up on a flatbed as part of their normal service. The communication was excellent. The police team responding call to collision scene helped to restart my car and move it from elevated lane divider island back down on the roadway.My car on inside lane was hit hard by another vehicle suddenly driving into same lane from the next right side lane. The collision forces having such strong impact to have even flown my car to lastly stopped on brushes of the road island.I was advised to drive the damaged vehicle home on Saturday afternoon. Dates later it was Real Auto Body came out atop on Google’s car repairs, I was well informed during call conversation with Ruby. An idiot ran into my car (Tesla M3) in February and it was a challenge finding a shop that could take in my car right away. I made the best decision coming to Real Auto Body.Total repairs were estimated at 3-3.5 weeks and they were accurate. The repairs came out looking very clean and my car was even nicely detailed.The worst part about being in a minor collision is dealing with insurance. The liability was on the other guys insurance, but it was a headache so I had to go through mine. Ruby was exceptionally patient and understanding and helped ease any of the concerns I had regarding the entire process. She also kept me informed through regular texts. She made this process 1000x easier than working with the insurance directly and even found ways to save me money with my deductible and glass repair. Nick (manager or owner?) was also helpful and I can tell they truly have done the work to understand how to repair Teslas - whether its external damage or software related.My insurance wanted me to go through one of their pre-authorized body shops, but I definitely made the right decision in choosing Real Auto Body. I hope nothing else happens for me to need repairs again, but if it does, Id come back!

When my model 3 got into an accident I had a difficult time finding a body shop that would be willing to take in a Tesla. They were all booked out months. If I used the Tesla body shop it would take me 3 months or more just to get the car assessed. When I called Real Auto Body Nick was able to pick up my car the same day and get the car assessed within a week. I was in an accident in November and no other body shop would take my car for at least a month- Real Auto Body came and picked it up the next day. They do a really extensive inspection so they can get an accurate estimate of cost, and gave me a breakdown of it as well. Tesla Model 3, Simple rear-ender taking out the front fascia and hood bend. No main frame/structural damage. No fenders, doors, or back of hood out of alignment. Pop on and paint a new hood and front fascia, end of story... for what $5-8k max. DIY for $2-4k.Instead RAB replaced both fenders (not gapped correctly), replaced the fully functioning side cameras with non-OEM, and painted the entire front end (orange peel) from the front end to the rear doors, taking out the custom pin stripping, at $18,732.

This was the easiest process I have ever gone through. I was in a rear-end collision on the way to visit my family for Thanksgiving and, of course, the person did not have insurance. I was looking for a certified Tesla body shop to work with, and most were going to require me to get my insurance to do an appraisal, then bring it to the shop for estimate, etc. This would take a few days. I found our Real auto Body online when I was involved in a hit and run. My insurance assigned me to an auto shop who is not specialized in Tesla. I searched myself and found Real Auto. The process is easy, you filled out a form online and got contacted by Nick within a day. He came to tow your car to the shop and took it back to you which makes the process so easy. The only downside is the repair process is taking longer than I expected but I believed it’s due to the part shortage happening everywhere. There was some issue of the repair afterward. Nick took care of it right away. They stand behind their works. Obliviously the $500 credit is a big big plus in this. Thank you Nick!

I wouldve liked to do business here, but the marketing practices on the $500 VISA gift card are unclear at best and deceptive at worst. Despite the fact that the website says the deal is available on insurance claims, Nick from Real Auto Body said he could not honor the deal because my car was involved in a collision with an object, not another vehicle.It is industry standard in the insurance world that collisions with stationary objects ARE collisions, so Im not sure where the misunderstanding is...so, if youre a potential client, be aware that unless your vehicle was involved in a collision with another vehicle, Real Auto Body will not honor what theyve advertised.Nick said he would have the website changed to make this clearer...I hope he does.

The bodywork on the car was perfect. You could not tell did it had been in an accident. It is a Tesla the parts are a little hard to get and the body is tough to work on. I would use them again. They fixed two extra things which I’m sure was expensive
