We have been going to Reagor Pet Hospital for over 30 years. Dr Hart and her team are wonderful, caring and professional in all respects. Ironically all my dogs have loved going to Reagor especially my most recent girl. She goes nuts there even though it is a visit to a vet. Everyone knows when she is present in the office!

Visited here last week. Is a great place to bring your pets. Was very happy with everything. And can see they really care about your pets. They answered all questions. And could see the great care they have for the animals they treat. Would highly suggest bringing your pets here. You wont be sorry.

The doctors and staff at Reagor are very knowledgeable and caring. I brought my dog in for possible heart and breathing troubles. They took x-rays and had them evaluated by a radiologist. They got back to me within 2 hours. The price was reasonable and, thankfully, the results were favorable. The level of professionalism was outstanding. I give them 5 arfs! 🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕

I was here last week with a friend who brings his dog cooper here for his shots, interceptor,and health check ups,he has been bringing his dogs and cats here for years,cooper Roadway,Rocky,midnight,pumpkin and a few others,hes happy with everyone and the service you all give to his pets. 😊 🐕 🐱.❤s Reagor Pet Hospital.

Ive been taking my animals to Reagor Pet Hospital since 1994. I got home from work one day and my male cat was leaning against furniture and having whole-body spasms.It was 7 pm and Dr. Reagor told us to meet him at the hospital. My cat had a blockage in his urethra and his bladder was filling up. Without immediate surgery, it would have burst killing my cat. At 8 pm Dr. Reagor was performing surgery while my husband assisted and I held my newborn baby watching. I have been a fan ever since.About 10 years later they did a cesarean on my pet rat who had had a stroke during labor and gave birth to 3 healthy large pups. Usually, rats have a little of 9 or more and much smaller than these pups were. It was their first cesarean on a rat. They were so excited to do it on such a small animal, they didnt even charge me.At the beginning of the pandemic, while so many veterinary clinics closed, Reagor Pet Hospital stayed open. They were busier than ever and with curbside waiting, you can imagine how very slow it was, but with the care they provide to our furry family members, it was well worth the wait. And I dont drive, so Uber was dropping me off and I was waiting in the parking lot. I would do all over again for my fur babies.

We love Reagor. Our dog was traumatized at our previous vet, so was referred here by a friend. SO much better. Though we lost our beloved girl, we just rescued a pair of little dogs. Well be back at Reagor very soon.

We had to put our beloved family pet to sleep. The entire staff was amazing. They were so compassionate and let us have time to grieve. The vet especially was wonderful. She handled us so gently and with such warmth and professionalism. We will definitely continue to use Reagor with all our future fur babies.

My dog, Ralphie, has poor eye sight and gets very scared with vets and strangers in general. He was terrified when I brought him in for an exam- my usual ball of fur and love was barking and being aggressive with the staff. Dr. Haycia and Christina were both amazing in working with me to calm him down and in working with him to get through the exam without anyone getting hurt. They could see he was a loving dog who was just too scared to show it, and went above and beyond in their patience, understanding, and desire to help. I spoke with Sonya too, and she was also super nice.

Saw Dr. Ford for my 9 year old bird today who has a tumor. She was so compassionate and thorough. Explained all my options and made sure I completely understood everything. It was hard not being able to go in with him but I felt very comfortable leaving him in her care. Dr. Ford called me later in the evening to check in and get an update on my bird. I won’t hesitate to take any of my animals to Dr. Ford moving forward. Couldn’t have asked for a better doctor during this difficult time.

My pet has been to 3 different vets in her young four years, and this is the first vet she is completely calm and responsive to without fear. All of this, as I wait outside due to Covid 19. ALL of the staff are pleasant, patient and helpful. They are compassionate and caring. I highly recommend them for your animal family. I wont be going anywhere else!❤

They told me to put my cat down because they didnt know what was wrong. GET A SECOND OPINION.Took my old man kitty in for a thyroid check because he eats a lot and is too skinny. After $800 for blood work and an x ray, they tell me to come pick him up, spend some time with him and bring him back to get put down the next morning.When I picked him up they told me that certain results might be or could indicate something serious but no actual facts. They dont know what was wrong, they couldnt do anything.I asked for copies of all the test results including the x-ray. The vet asked if I was going to get a second opinion, when I said yes she launched into treatments options that might come up but that were going to be very expensive and possibly not available due to supply chain shortages. Note: SHE DID NOT OFFER ANY TREATMENT AT ANY POINT IN OUR CONVERSATIONTook him to Carmichael Pet Hospital, where they told me the x-ray was unreadable because of how poorly it had been positioned. They came up with a treatment plan to address a THYROID problem and an infection indicated by the bloodwork, he is still very much alive six months laterI have an aging cat, he wont be around forever. Im aware of that. But Reagor just threw their hands up and provided nothing. Go elsewhere. GET A SECOND OPINION before they tell you there is no more time left for your furry family members.

Dr. Tripp has been our family vet for many years. She is compassionate, trustworthy, friendly, and goes above and beyond. I never worry when I go in because I know that my babies are in good hands. Her career fits her greatly. If youre looking for a doctor that will treat your pets like a family member then this is the place for you to go!Thankful for her and the staff there! The best vet office in town. They treat every pet like their own. They get to know you and your animal, and they really make an effort to let you know they care. Dr. Hart personally called us to give her condolences after our dog passed. Dr. Faith and Dr. Trip are equally as great too. All of the staff at Reagor are amazing.

Edited review (way overdue). After my first encounter I mentioned below, I worked with Dr. Tripp for my cats diabetes for the duration of his life. He lived a happy life for 14 years. When I had to make the horrible decision to put him down, it was a weekend day. I was only able to see the vet on duty that day, and it happened to be Dr. Faith.At first I was upset. After our history, she was the last person I wanted to see in the state of mind I was in.However, she couldnt have been better to me, and more kind to my situation.Dr. Faith was amazing! Everything that I had an issue with before, washed away so quickly with her compassion. Thank you, once again, Reagor Vet, Dr. Faith and Dr. Tripp.for taking such good care of Gizmo.... and me. :)Dr. Faith was judgemental and rude. Im only thankful for her identifying and addressing my pets illness. Dr. Tripp was amazing. Her great upbeat attitude and positivity will keep me coming back.

Dr. Hart is my favorite vet but the other vets there are great too. Christina the front desk always takes care of everyone. They are flexible and are able to work in my dogs or cats that need a same day visit. Been going to them for about 6 years now. When it came time to a pet to sleep they are very caring and sent a card with a paw print.

Great pet hospital! I understand that this place is set up so that people call in once they arrive, but I think it would be helpful to also include the option for texting your arrival. There could be a pop up notification on computers once someone texts that they have arrived, and the person at the computer could quickly respond. This could also be beneficial if it is busy. Just a suggestion!

The doctors and technicians at this pet hospital are very courteous and professional. They show genuine compassion for your furry; and not so furry companions. Their fees are reasonable, and they treat their charges as if they were their own. I have multiple cats and would not hesitate to bring my pets to them for care. Kudos to these Frontline workers. They are exceptional in all respects.

Reagor Pet Hospital is the only place we will take our dogs, all four of them! Dr. Hart and her staff are the best and go out of their way to take care of our dog family. We have one dear soul who is on the last part of his life’s journey and will soon be crossing over to the other side. The staff treat him with love and caring. Reagor is our dog hospital and we wouldn’t go anyplace else!

The best staff and pet care around. Ive been taking my pets to Reagor for 20+ years and will continue to because they have the best staff and truely love each and every animal they see. They have worked with me when I had financial difficulty paying for the care my pet needed to ensure a speedy recover from a bad wound. I took my much loved labrador to Reagor for a second opinion about a tooth extraction. Dr. Hart gave him a gentle, thorough examination and gave me all of the time I needed to address my concerns and answer all of my questions. She gave me detailed, understandable information and did not pressure me to make any immediate decisions about treatment. She assured me that the dental procedures needed were not urgent and that they could wait until I was ready to do them. Because Oliver has a history of cancer she biopsied a suspicious lump and had the (thankfully negative) result within five minutes. All of the staff were friendly and professional and we were seen promptly. Reagor came highly recommended through a neighborhood Facebook group and numerous friends and Im happy to add another stellar testimonial. Im looking forward to a great, long term relationship with Reagor! 😊

Great vet hospital. My dog is usually scared and has to have a muzzle on during visits, but their team was so friendly and patient with her she did not need a muzzle and was wagging her tail the whole time. Also the price was fair compared to other hospitals.

This place is not going to care about you or your pet. I recently moved to the area a tried for months to get an appointment for my elderly dog who has thyroid problems and needed to be seen asap. No one ever contacted me like they said they would when they received her previous records.Every time I called they said they still needed her records. I called her previous vets multiple times and they confirmed sending her information several times to reagor. I was also told we can not put our puppy in obedience training until he was almost 5 months old but when we took him in for training they said he should have been in training months prior. Now we are doing corrective behavior training because of the vets misguided information. Thanks alot.

Too funny. My long hair Dachshund Hedwig was taken to the back for nails and a blood test. She came back with a Mohawk. The vet said they were playing with her fur and gave her a Mohawk when I mentioned it. They seem to really care about the fur kids. Switched here a few years ago and very satisfied

Everyone was helpful and kind to Bishop and I. Being a new fur mom, I had lots of questions. Bishop is a Shih poo. I had Bishop for a month and he is very smart. He has learned many tricks. Oh.... he is potty trained thanks to watching many YouTube. Bishop will go to the glass sliding doors and look back at me to let me know it is time to potty.

Christina at the front desk provides horrible service. She is rude, insensitive, and lacks knowledge. Christina is the one who does not greet people in a friendly manner. She does not recognize and evaluate a situation in scheduling to know if situation is critical and needs immediate attention. She does not relay information to veterinarian, technician, or someone who is knowledgeable and better suited to access the situation. If customer has a follow up question or concern such as after a recent visit or procedure earlier in the same week, Reagor Pet Hospital does not provide guidance, assistance, or support without having customer make another appointment. Be aware, if you do not ask all your questions at time of appointment then Reagor Pet Hospital will require customer to make another appointment to answer question. Information does not get relayed to veterinarian or qualified individual to evaluate or respond to your question to comfort and ease customers mind. Customer just gets told from front desk person of next available appointment regardless of symptoms and if patient can wait until next available appointment or if immediately attention is necessary. If you have a question or concern, it stops with Christina at the front desk who does not know anything regarding pet care and will only offer you next opening available on appointment book. Due to the poor and unfriendly service from front desk person as well as not having a qualified person doing the scheduling, I would not recommend Reagor Pet Hospital.I located another local pet hospital nearby that has a knowledgeable and friendly front desk person who addresses my questions and concerns and schedules accordingly. If the front desk person is not able to answer question then question will be forwarded to veterinarian. I receive a return call within a reasonable amount of time to ease my concern. The service I receive from this other local pet hospital is what I would expect from a the veterinary hospital I choose for my pets care and well being.

My husband dropped my father in-law little dog on the sliding door. Poor bo thats his name yelped for 5 or more mins. He could not stand, every time we tried the would cry it was breaking my heart. so without a app. we just went to the closest vet I pull in at the same time a the vet .She had came in 1 early they took him right in .they did a great job and i was shocked at how much they charged for 250 for everything i have payed more for just blood work they have a customer for life
