Where do I start? Reagan has been the epitome of what every real estate agent should be. My husband and I met Reagan at an open house. We werent seriously looking at that point but had been talking about buying for about a year. After deciding that we were definitely going to buy in Palm Springs, it was time to choose our real estate agent. There was not a moment of hesitation; we knew we would choose Reagan. Lets face it, buying a house is very stressful. It gave us peace of mind knowing that Reagan was on our team and that she could answer any question we had, from appraisals to names of contractors we could use after the purchase. We live in Indiana and arent extremely familiar with the area. This hasnt been a problem in the least. Reagan was a wealth of knowledge and always took time out of her schedule to answer any question we had at the drop of a hat. If youre looking to buy or sell anywhere in the Coachella Valley, look no further that Reagan!When planning to purchase a second home in Palm Springs, we researched many realtors and interviewed a few in person as well. Not only was Reagan a joy to speak with, she came to our meeting interview with hard data and facts about the current market and completely won us over. We knew that we would need to put in an offer on a place sight unseen, and we felt like we could trust her completely after our meeting.Fast forward to a perfect condo suddenly showing up in our search for purchase - Reagan personally inspected the property right away and promptly sent videos to us so that all of our initial questions could be answered. Once we decided to place an offer, she was on top of it, and even with other parties interested our offer was accepted. The escrow and closing process was a breeze and Im honestly still in amazement how smooth everything was. Reagan is amazing. Her knowledge of desert properties, the inner workings, and her attention to detail is second to none. As is her patience! My wife and I spent a year working with Reagan in search of the perfect property for us and under no pressure. We finally found it a month ago and before coming back east for a period of time, Reagan helped us to quick and easy close. Her care for her clients is evident throughout. And her network of outside contractors and helpers in the area is a huge bonus. She is near and dear to us and has become a special friend who we know is always looking out for us. Reagan is the best! She earned our trust the first call about a home in PS. She said no, you dont want this house...there are too many problems. She told us this 4 more times during our search, due to location, high winds, house issues, etc. We LOVE the house she helped us buy in Rancho Mirage, which was tricky as the sellers were not U.S citizens - she helped us navigate this. She is super responsive, honest, fun and knows the PS market really well!

Selling a home and buying a new one can be a very stressful time. Reagan made both events so much easier for us and provided so much support.Between rental units and homes we have owned 18, so we are no stranger to buying or selling. What can I say?! We struck gold when we met and connected with Reagan! She represented us as sellers and she was incredible. From the amazing video and pictures of our property to the personality and professionalism when showing the house, she was perfect. Half of the time we were not there and we slept well knowing she would do all of the showings, expertly. She always locked up afterwards and made sure all lights were off and even closed umbrellas outside, when it was windy. We have sold and bought many houses and Reagan is exceptional. We couldnt be more pleased. She really cares!

Before listing with Compass, we had previously listed with another agency, which was a stressful and unpleasant experience, ultimately leading us to delist our home after almost three months. Switching over to Compass, and having Reagan as our agent, was one of the best decisions we ever made! From start to finish, the process and experience were so drastically different from our first time listing. Looking for an expert in the desert? Palm Springs and Joshua Tree? Look no further! Reagan is extremely responsive, quick to investigate, and a wonderful human being all around. I was looking for land (first time) in Joshua Tree, and she helped me A-Z. Even helped me investigate things I had no idea I had to look into. Provided company names, reached out multiple times to the sellers to get my questions answered, and made the entire process smoother than imaginable. I loved working with her!
