These guys are great! We had a bad backup that kept us from using 2 of our 2-1/2 baths. No showers and only one toilet for 3 seniors is never good. Ryan and his crew got us clean and clear in a couple days with minimal tear-down on the inside of the house. And now we have proper cleanouts available if needed in the future. Best part: they clean up after themselves like it’s their own house! I’m very happy and highly recommend RD Hydro Jet for anything plumbing.

We had a burst pipe in our kitchen on a Sunday and Ryan was one of the only plumbers that answered my call! I’m so thankful that Omar and Ronnie were able to come out and fix it for us. We ended up having to do a full renovation in the kitchen and after everything was complete, there was a small issue with the plumbing and again, Omar and Ronnie came out quick to fix it! Omar from RD Hydrojet Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He quickly cleared a stubborn hair clog from our shower drain. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He even explained some preventative measures to avoid future clogs. I was impressed by his expertise that I asked about their tankless water heater installation services. Omar patiently explained the process and answered all my questions. Their rates seemed fair, and I will definitely be calling RD Hydrojet when its time to upgrade our water heater. Highly recommend!

Ryan is a literal, real life hero. We had an emergency plumbing situation come up a few days ago that has been so distressing because we didn’t know what was causing it. I had a number of people come out to take a look, and they all gave me reports that were really overwhelming and didn’t address the root/source of the problem. Ryan literally walked in and within a minute understood what was happening and within 5 to 10 minutes started working on the issue. It’s so clear he has a methodical approach to figuring out problems and is so incredibly honest about solutions available. I only wish that I had found this company sooner! Will be using them exclusively for all our future plumbing needs.

I had a drain issue that I needed a drian clean out. I had another company come who said I had roots on the line and it needed to be replaced, and they couldnt clean the line either. Than we called RD Hydrojet Plumbing came out with their equipment and they fixed the drain issue extremely fast. I would highly recommend!!

These Guys were excellent. Quality of work was a 10 out of 10. They corrected a gas line was installed improper and redid the whole project as it should be done. 3/4 gas line reduced to 1/2 for a kitchen stove. Clean and tidy. Thoughtfully executed and understood the assignment.

Ryan and Ronnie were able to come out right away and fix my clogged pipes. Last year I gave them a 5-star review.This time they came out, they jetted the wrong way on the 2-way cleanout. Sewage sprayed out of both toilets and the washing machine drain and the jetter broke through the toilet at the end of the plumbing line. Ryan, Omar, and Ronni would not take any responsibility for jetting in to the house instead of out toward the sewer. Ryan says there is no way they could have know which way to go on the 2-way cleanout because it is a T not double y’s and the fitting is 12” below grade (this illegal plumbing and not their responsibility). I’m not a plumber, but I just tried it myself and can easily tell which direction the snake goes down the T. When I told Ryan I expected them to be able to go the right way through a t-shaped 2-way cleanout, he became angry and defensive and refused any accountability. They charged nearly $1500 for the service and never even touched the clog in the main line.

Our bamboo flooring buckled and I wanted to find out if we had a water leak. I requested quotes for the cost to do leak detection with supply line and video of sewer line. Ryan was the first to respond to my request. He provided what I felt was a fair cost for those services. He even tried to help me by giving me advice on what to check before hand. He even answered several of my questions throughout the day. I wanted to clarify if there was a service call fee on top of the cost for the services and he said no. I also wanted to clarify if he was charging per line of if it was the cost to just find the leak throughout the whole house. Which he clarified it wasn’t per line and that he would be finding leak. I felt reassured and confident going with him especially after comparing all the quotes which charged a service call fee on top of the service cost.I decided to make an appointment with Ryan. He scheduled it and I got a text confirming the date and time. What what really cool was the day of the appointment, I got a text that said that he was enroute. So far my impression was that he was genuinely a nice honest guy. When he showed up, he was exactly that. He checked for leaks and didn’t find anything. He said if there was a leak, we would be able to smell the mold/mildew. He said with his experience he’s been in multiple houses where you can immediately smell the mold/mildew when you walk into the house and that our house didn’t have that smell. We were still concerned about water damage so to reassure us, he said he’d even send out his floor devision with a tool that can see through our floor. But we decided to cut a piece of our floor to see if we could see water under it. He offered to help us cut out a piece of our bamboo flooring since he was there and had tools. After cutting up a small piece, there was moisture. He ran the water from our kitchen to see if it was a leak but it wasn’t. We are going to have to take it up with the moisture barrier company as that failed and the moisture went through. Ryan said he would write up the report at no cost that he did the leak detection and no leak was found.I definitely will call Ryan in the future for any plumbing needs I have and refer him to people we know. I’m so excited that I found a good plumber and just good person. I felt that he genuinely does what is best for his customers and tries to save them the most money. There’s a reason there’s multiple reviews that stated that he is honest, reliable, professional, experienced, helpful, and fair with his pricing.

I’m very happy that I ended up using RD Hydro Jet. Ryan seems like such an honest person and let me tell you, he puts in the work!I needed two toilets installed and my underground storm water drains jetted. Ryan and his son worked like they were working at their own home. Very respectful, clean, and just overall good people that do good work.Once the storm drains were jetted out, there was a ton of dirt and debris going down the street. I watched Ryan clean the debris up, working from my house all the way to the sixth house from mine! He really didn’t have to do that but he did and that level of care is why I will immediately call him when needed in the future.I also watched him carry my old toilet out of the house, walking in super slow motion to make sure that there was no contact through the doorways.He also double wax sealed each toilet.
