During the A+ Plus conference, Jacob G. hosted a workshop session to discuss various options for workforce automation in charter schools that focus on personalized learning. I appreciated hearing from 1 or 2 of their clients about how they contracted R&B for assistance with their website bot and first interactions with potential families. From what I gathered, R&B has the technical and program management capabilities to provide schools with (semi-)custom features to help streamline their often manual and clunky processes. I am hoping our school initiates a consult to see whether their services could help facilitate any of our manual-heavy processes. Note: This review is solely for the workshop I attended, and not any contracted projects.

It is so reassuring to have a person answer the phone and walk me through steps I can take on my own. Better yet - with their remote capabilities, the more complex issues are in their capable hands. R&B techs get my system on track every time. The same is true when onsite visits have been necessary -- problems solved! Courteous, professional, super knowledgeable, always helpful.

I have worked with MANY companies and most of the time I am required to do 80-90% of the work and they get paid.But with all the R&B staff there is no way I have done more than 10% of the work. I am extremely happy with ALL the work they have done so far. I cannot wait to do more projects together. Everyone is quick to answer all my questions and fix anything that is necessary. SO GLAD I FOUND THESE GUYS! Im not super techy, and needed someone who was, I barely even knew how to explain my problem, R&B took on the task, juggled their busy days to help me and fixed me right up. After several days of frustration, attempting to teach myself the inner workings web hosting and migrating a site with dns records, they quickly got me out of a sticky situation with one of my clients and solved my problem same day right away, from home via zoom! Their team were great at understanding my issue, and took the reins when my eyes were rolling back in my head from tech headaches. Im sure my little problem was simple for them but for me it was a major relief. 100% recommend

I had a power surge in my office last week and I thought I lost everything on my hard drive. I emailed Jacob and he had one of his techs contact me with a couple of hours. After remoting in they were able to restore everything on my hard drive. They were quick, friendly and so helpful in reassuring me they could help me.

Having the expertise and tech support of R & B Communications has helped our nonprofit organization go to the next level of technology. We want to install a hybrid system so we can offer meditation teaching to an in-person group as well broadcast via Zoom to an online group. Our process was stalled because of low broadband throughout our building. Brad and Philip diagnosed and fixed the internet problem and now we can move forward with the hybrid installation. They designed a really functional site that perfectly fit our needs. They do high quality work and pay attention to detail. No sloppy outsourcing here, in house work is by competent professionals, and it shows. Sarah is a delight to work with and knows her stuff! When we had a payment issue she was all over it and resolved the problem in record time and saved us losing orders. If you want to build a great site and have it run smoothly you should hire this crew.

Always ready to help. That is so key when ever I am having technical problems. The team always gets the job done. Recently, we worked with R&B on a marketing project, which went well. In the past, they have helped us on numerous other projects: webpage assistance, updating monitoring equipment from modems to internet, webcam set up at all our air monitoring locations, assisted in developing an air district logo which fit our mission, etc. The team was especially responsive and efficient in March 2020 - they assisted my staff in setying up remote work within one week.

In the past we had done very little advertising, as most of our business was from referrals. Quite honestly, we had been inundated with work until the COVID-19 disruptions, so with the lull in business we finally decided to work on our marketing.While we had decades worth of happy clients and written testimonials, very few had gone online and left a review anywhere. Therefore, our name was coming up predominantly in internet searches, yet the lack of any stars by our name made people just pass us by. We signed on with R&B a short time ago, and they helped us reach out to all of our past clients to encourage them to share their experience. In just over a month weve acquired several online reviews, and now when our name pops up in searches its accompanied by 5 stars rather than none! Definitely makes us look more legitimate.We have also retained R&B to start working on an entire revamp of our outdated website, which Im very excited about as Ive done about all I can with it with my limited time and design skills. While our website currently has some useful tools, Im looking forward to having them clean up and modernize our online presence. So glad we gave them a try and highly recommend!
