When they discovered this they upgraded my plan in a short time at no charge because I was a long time customer. Great customer service and product.

Been using Razzolink in several capacities for years. Customer service has been great in addition to stability, speed and no data caps. They provide a very reliable service. What I use is a business line setup for intense WFH (many video calls) but also gaming, streaming, etc. No stuttering, crashing and Ive never lost an online game match due to their service (mostly due to my skill :) ).

A project came before us in the past few weeks..... that being, the installation of Broadband Internet. Our location was VERY remote. Definitely off the beaten path.There are absolutely NO hard wire (Cable or Fiber) possibilities available ..... and not many other alternatives. I was not really interested in satellite (Elons Rocket Ship) .... nor was I keen on spending very much time talking to salesmen from the big corporate companies with their hipe and empty promises.The folks at Razzolink (a smaller local home grown business of the Monterey Bay Area) were ready, willing, and able to visit our site to review the possibilities.After they (tech ...Sal) scoped out and confirmed that they had a Line of Site to one of their towers ..... we proceeded with the installation.The install tech, Antonio reconfirmed the solid signal numbers and then accomplished one of the cleanest professional installations that I have seen in a long time. These two fellas really know what is going on in the world of Broadband..... very interesting conversations took place that showed me their wisdom pertaining to their product.The CUSTOMER SERVICE did not stop at this point. This team also includes Mike, Richard, and Ismael back at the shop..... the Customer Service Techs that are on top of the happenings of this equipment ..... around the clock...... assuring me that this system will perform at the level that I expect. Ismael continued by watching and monitoring the signal strength levels and then went into the equipment from his end ..... making adjustments and installing updates to fine tune our receiving end.Donna, Nicole, and I sat down with three laptop computers & three phone devices, along with a wide screen TV .... attempting to overload and / or bankrupt the system of available signal strength .....We could NOT EXHAUST the system !!!( It accomplished all that they said that it would).It is not often that we find a little local company that has a very fine product today ..... and then to watch as their good hearted people stay on top of all of the fine working detail that continues to need attention behind the scenes ..... we just wont receive this kind of care from the big box mentality .....I do not write reviews often ..... and its not often that I run across a situation where kudos are warranted.But ..... in this case ..... I proudly sit at my desk and write up this little composition ..... These folks have one helluva a product .... and were not just talking about an electronic gizmo ..... It is inevitable that one has to replace the router. Mine was 6 years old so I purchased a new one. I had forgotten how to set it up a router. To boot, the new one router now uses a smart phone for the setup which added to the complication. Anyway, I got stumped and things got jammed up royally. I decided to put in a call to Razzolink support and after a few late night calls we were unable to resolve the issue. The internet was now down for the night. I was told I would get a call in the AM and sure enough, Ismael called me first thing and helped me get things unscrambled. He was knowledgeable and patient, as we walked through the various possibilities. In a logical step by step manner we got things put back together and we had connection!! Thanks Ismael!! Sal was awesome! He came out diagnosed and fixed our problem in minutes. After checking the diagnostics on his laptop he knew exactly what to do and had us up and running in no time. I changed my review because after the merger with Redshift was totally complete the service became much better. I think the old staff from Redshift took over on the engineering end. Which is great because those guys always answered every one of my silly questions without getting impatient. Theyre super friendly spot on and care about getting service out to everyone. When an issue comes up they get the internet back as fast as possible. They dont pressure sales to get you to buy more, and always willing to help you with the best pricing options. Theres finally higher internet speeds in the rural are where I live, so I can finally ditch slow DSL. Sadly the phone companies still refuse to install anything higher than the old DSL lines out here so there isnt much to do for that. But I think Ill be pretty happy with the wireless service.

Rich is THE best! It’s been months since I have had Internet. Although razzolink showed that I was receiving decent service, it was not connecting to my computer. Rich spent over 30 minutes with me on the telephone. He found that there were two mistakes : one on Razzolinks end and one on my end. Both probably done accidentally but both fixed by Richs’ perseverance to solve the dilemma! Give that man a raise!!! :). Thank you Rich.

Worst customer service ever by THE Technician..upon arrival request $150 CASH . After that tech just wanted yo throw the cable over the roof ..just because he said it was too much work ..after tech got irritated and just said that their no available service (while there is service and 5 towers). and LEFT .while my next door neighbor recommended me because they serviced our area..WORST TECHNICIAN EVERWORKERS MAKE THE COMPANYWILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Tech support is not great. New router requires registration before it will work, Anns typically you need a working router right up until the disable the old one. Not all browsers present the registration screen, maybe pop-ups need to be enabled? Support couldnt say. Three days of waiting on hold, requesting a call back, not always getting the callback, being forwarded to tier 2 short and going thru it all, all over again. Third time in, the call back can two days after I had to leave town. Clearly they are short staffed and their processes need some improvement.
Our installer Antonio was both professional, Fast, and amazing. Great installer and even better customer service. Very happy with this relocation.

2024-05-18 17:29:53This was the best experience that I have ever had with Razzolink. I have been with this company for 7 years+ and Rich was available via text and phone call for me. He took the time to help me without making me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience like past times. Rich took the time to explain to me why I could be experiencing my internet disruptions and followed through with scheduling me an appointment free of charge to come out and replace old equipment at my earliest convenience.(something that others have not offered) Too bad they could not clone this guy because they could use more of him. Thank you Rich for everything!

2024-04-24 03:35:30The purpose of my call was to set up a new router and I was a little bit anxious when I called and got an answering machine to get a callback mostly cause I was in a bit of a rush and I’d already taken apart my previous router set up But I got a call back in a reasonably prompt time and Ishmael was most helpful in getting my new router set up and very patient, supportive and understanding in the way he assisted me in doing it. He is a good listener and communicates clearly, and inspires confidence.

2024-03-29 00:20:57I’m so happy that I switched to Razzolink; the only other WiFi I could use @ my house was Spectrum & it cut out all the time. Razzolink uses Satellite & I now have full WiFi even outside around my house so I can install security cameras, which I couldn’t do with Spectrum. Kate was a great sales person that answered all my questions & delivered on every one. Justin did a great job @ installing. This was so easy & I’m a very happy customer.Thanks for providing such a wonderful service; it’s the Satellite making the WiFi work so well & the team of Kate & Justin for the process of switching to Razzolink.
