Your technician a very pleasant gentleman, resolve the issue in less than 5 minutes. He even took the time to explained to me, about the device problem and how to prevent or what to do in case of happening again. Employees like him deserves a raise. Thank you, guys for all your service!

The prompt response from your help desk and technician were greatly appreciated, as our printer would not print without a toner waste container replacement was performed. Luckily for us, the technician had one in his car and was able to replace the container without any further delay.
