Great customer service! Our technician, Kristopher Lind is exceptional! He has an extensive knowledge of Ubeo machinery. He is highly skilled in identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. His amiable nature and patience with clients make him one of our preferred Ubeo technicians.

Craig Brisgel has been an amazing Field Service Technician. He has come to our hotel when the copy machine breaks within minutes or the hour often. His communication skills and promises are always kept and he makes Ray Morgan a great choice to have as your supplier, or Leasee. I will be signing another 5 year contract because of this service, and much to him and Kerri Schultz that helps me with the billing and contract. The products are reliable, and I have a team that cares about us. Novato Courtyard by Marriott.

I was very impressed by Rons courtesy, knowledge and enthusiasm. It is apparent that he likes his job and is very good at it. He explained everything thoroughly, but more importantly, was able to resolve the issue which was really on the clients side, very well. 5 gold starts!If I have any additional clients with copier/service needs, I will highly recommend your company.

A real person answered the phone and scheduled my service visit. A technician responded SUPER fast. The courtesy and professionalism of the on-site technician, and experience with our on-site technician (listening, understanding problem), was easy, helpful, clear, and efficient. I was honestly shocked at how painless the whole thing was.

Any issue that arises is quickly and efficiently resolved. If unable to solve at the time of arrival due to part replacement, an accurate ETA for the part is given and then it is immediately replaced as soon as the part is received. During service, the technicians are always friendly and provide as much information and helpful tips as possible in order to ensure that our office equipment continues to operate without further issue.

Always great service from your technicians. Many concerns are solved over the phone, but when they do need to come out, they are always able to do so timely.Appreciate too local rep Marea Canizzaro. Marea does a great job recommending the type of copy machine that fits our needs without suggesting features we dont need that would result in a higher cost.Highly recommend Ray Morgan.
