I had the pleasure of working with Raquel for my first time home purchase and it was definitely a great experience! After interviewing a few realtors I pretty much decided on Raquel immediately after our first call. She spent over an hour on me with the phone going over the entire home buying process and clarifying any questions I had. I knew I was in good hands at that point and knew shed be very open and honest about any questions I had in the future.After a short couple months I found a great property to buy and Raquel was very helpful in ensuring we put in a competitive offer, expedited everything, and stayed on top of all the documents with incredibly timely communication. She was excellent at answering my questions and it made the process much more straightforward and easy than I thought it would be.Overall, for a first time home buyer knowing nearly nothing about the process, I new I was in good hands with Raquel and Im glad I ultimately chose her as my realtor. I will definitely be recommending her to family members and friends who choose to buy in the future!

Working with Raquel was a dream! She took all of our anxieties in stride and with patience, intelligence and massive knowledge, she explained what was happening with the market. The housing market was kind of a nightmare for homebuyers like us who arent developers or speculators. She gently guided us through all of the ins and outs making sure we fully understood the many aspects. She kept us calm and focused. She took us to so many homes and never once made us feel rushed, or as if we were wasting her time or ours. Raquel is easy to work with and produces great results, We found our home! And she did it with integrity and ethics. We always felt protected and comfortable with her. She is everything a top agent should be.

We had several constraints that were challenging to meet in the current real estate market situation and it was our first time purchasing a property. Raquel and her team are excellent! We had our house sold in 4 days after listing. She is communicative and walked me through the process multiple times (I’m kinda needy) with such patience.The cleaning company and photographer she hired for us were amazing, our house looked the best it’s ever looked.Raquel made selling our house as simple as it could be and always put my mind at ease. I can’t say it enough…Raquel is one the best realtors that I have met and am so glad we picked her to guide us with buying our home. From our first conversation she put us at ease and showed that it was about us and not her. She invested time in really getting to know us, understand what we were looking for with all our wants/needs and really listened to pull together a list of houses that fit our vision. She took us on a couple of open houses to make sure she was on the right path and every single house we looked at were right up there with our expectations. Its important for someone in this line of work to listen and show that this is not just another business transaction; Raquel truly did that. She cares about you and your familys well-being. She doesn’t push her agenda on you but helps you articulate and think through options. Raquel was referred to us by a friend of a friend and I will surely be referring her to all our friends and family.Even after the sale is closed, she follows up and checks in. Raquel has definitely been amazing. As soon as I reached out to her, we got everything going super fast. She made sure all my needs were met when looking for places. Devin and I thought we could never buy a home and Raquel made it possible! She was very caring and professional. She showed us homes in our price range and made house hunting fun! She got us a good deal on our dream home and during the escrow she made it possible for us to close on our closing date. Almost a year later, Raquel still reaches out to see how we are doing! I had been searching for two years with other agents and none of them were able to get me a home. I was about to give up! I luckily found Raquel, God Bless her on finding her way towards my direccion. She made it happen and got me a Home in very little time, very happy with her service. I wish I had met her before I swear. She is by far the best Agent I personally have known.
