Edward came to my house to fix my Thermador oven range and he quickly diagnosed the issue and discussed the required control panel needed and the cost was able to get it the next day resolve the issue. He was very knowledgeable and communicative and on time and applied the service visit to my total cost and more importantly got my range up and running. Thank you. Will for sure be using them for all my appliances needs in the future. Highly recommend them.

I searched Google for LG dryer repair and called a few companies, Raptor was one of them. At first I was uncertain because they were listed as Superior Santa Monica Appliance Repair without any customer reviews. However, they sent me a link to their Raptor Appliance Repair website which had many 5 star reviews and they were very responsive to my dryer issue via texting and my photos. They had a repairman, Paul, here the same day and fixed the dryer. Paul was very fast and efficient. He immediately disassembled the stack dryer in a tight space and worked through several diagnostic trials until he discovered the problem and fixed it. I was impressed how he worked and would use him again for any other appliance repairs.

Our dishwasher had stopped working due to a power surge in our area. We called Raptor and they came the next morning. The repair person was knowledgeable and determined that the control panel needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, our model was no longer being made. After he tried for a couple of days to find the part he succeeded and came to install it. But, it still didnt work because more of the machine than we realized had been fried in the power surge. He said that even if he could find what was needed, the repair bill would be roughly the same as buying a new dishwasher. I appreciated his honesty. Also, he never charged us more than the basic service call and said that if we wanted him to install the new one, he would apply what we paid toward the installation charge. Bottom line: these people are professionals with integrity.

HUGE thanks to Raptor Appliance Repair for rescuing me from my broken dishwasher on Wednesday this week.The dishwasher actually broke months ago, so I became a hand-dishwasher, and had got quite used to it with my gloves and my dish drainer.But then things got really out of hand. The water pipe under my sink came loose and the water was under my sink instead of in my sink. Thats never the best way to wash dishes. LOL.I called up Raptor Appliance Repair and they set up a same day appointment. Alex, arrived on time and expertly fixed my dishwasher AND repaired the broken water pipe.The price was very fair and I feel like the lady of the Manor again with no dishes to hand-wash anymore.Thank you Alex - for your kindness, expertise and for being so respectful of my home and so nice to my dog. 🏆

Saved me several times now! Ive used Raptor a few times now for my clothes dryer, washer, and refrigerator.May 2024: Fixed it again! My washer would fill up with water when not in use. They sent a new technician out to fix it. And done! The technician and people at the office are very polite and professional. Will continue to call them as my go to appliance repair company!Jan 2024: My washer pump decided to fail this time. This time Alex came out and replaced it. Highly HIGHLY recommend them. Had a washer/dryer unit in need of repair. I called them based on the reviews and they were able to come out the next day. They ordered the part and fixed it to perfection. They even had to come back because my air duct was clogged and even though they couldnt provide that service, the tech showed up the same day I called them and helped me as much as he could. It seemed like he went out of his way to stop in the day I called on his way home to make sure it was working properly. They were also professional, on-time and extremely friendly.

I was very satisfied with Raptor Appliance...Prompt service, very professional, describing upfront the time, the possible cost and options. They worked on LG Dryer and a few other appliances that I had few other companies bidding for. Got the best price quote from them, ( later realizing that other companies tried to overcharge me) Work was done on time as promised, and dryer was working like new. Some work on refrigerator was a lifesaver.... avoiding to buy a new compressor, as other companies recommended. When I came back home, everything was clean and tidy. I called several refrigerator service providers when my compressor stopped working and I urgently needed help. Edward at Raptor was the only person who advised and helped me to get a new part for free through my warranty (I didn’t even know I had one since it’s a used fridge). Eduard was polite, on time and fast. He identified the problem with my all-in-one washer immediately and had the pump I needed on the truck with him. He did have to come back about 2 hours later to fix a leak, but that was because I had tried to repair the machine myself first not related to replacing the pump. As soon as I called about the issue, he was back very quickly and fixed the issue. I also looked up pricing and it seemed reasonable.

Coming from a homeowner who has dealt with poor quality companies, please see prior reviews, this company was absolutely incredible. They returned my phone call very quickly. They made contact and assessed my issues over the phone correctly. I had somebody out here the very next day and he was able to repair my oven. We had resigned ourselves to most likely having to replace the oven and the cabinetry due to the age of the oven. Thanks to this companys professionalism and knowledge they were able to save me thousands of dollars. I received their referral through a page on Facebook called Maiden community. I required my refrigerator to be inspected before moving it and requested Raptor to look at it to ensure the change can be handled by this not so new refrigerator.I had lately noticed some ice build up near the vent and had asked for the cause over the phone.The Raptor tech lead talked me through some tests and identified some areas of change.The next day, Aleksandr promptly arrived and did a complete analysis of the refrigerator and identified the issue of a tear in the gasket that was not so easy to locate.I am not easily impressed, but the Raptor tech was very thorough and honest. A quality rarely found in this line.

I had used several other service entities with poor results, erratic, call back times, unreliable, scheduling appointments, and expensive bills at the end. Finding Raptor was literally a God shot for me. They called back almost immediately after my initial service inquiry. They scheduled an appointment time within 24 hours. They showed up on time for the appointment and diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired it extremely quickly. It was only a matter of ordering the part. They even offered to vacuum the rugs after the service was completed, and the bill was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!!

The technician did not seem to be knowledgeable at all. He basically looked at the fridge, had trouble opening the Icemaker tray (like he didnt know how), did not know how to set the program to dispense ice (he did not know which buttons to press), then he said it would cost over $500 to replace the Ice making mechanism and computer. He had no tools nor diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot the problem. I was so disappointed that we will not be utilizing their services. In essence I wasted $75 of my hard earned money for 15 minutes of a non-technical technician who did not troubleshoot the problem.

Since the pandemic, we’ve been spending a lot of time at home (haven’t we all?!) and just recently our Miele dishwasher gave out and stopped working. We called Raptor and we could not be happier! Edward came by to fix our dryer that was screeching. He was very responsive and respectful and did the job quickly at a reasonable price. I let him know the problem in the late afternoon and the problem was fixed the following afternoon. He had the parts necessary and did not have to make multiple trips. Edward is a godsend! I cant even begin to describe how amazing he is. After our washer locked I called not one but two repair places who 1. could not open the washer 2. could not correctly order the part needed 3. could not move the washer after repeated instructions that they needed to send someone who could move a washer.Edward came to the rescue. He swooped in, easily moved the washer with a fancy dolly type thing and had the whole washer repaired (pump replaced) in less than 20 minutes. After waiting for 2 weeks from other appliance service people (and trapped wet clothes) we are in business again.I cant recommend Edward more!

This was the fastest, easiest, cheapest possible fix for my refrigerator and freezer problem! Within 10 minutes of messaging the business I had a response, a quote over the phone, and an appointment for the next morning. The technician arrived on time and diagnosed the issue within seconds. We had some repair work done in out condo and it required our washer and dryer to be disconnected and moved. I called Raptor Appliance to inquire if they could reinstall both units (gas dryer). The digital relay board in my electric oven needed to be repaired or replaced with a new one. I made quite a few calls to other companies before I spoke with Edward at Raptor Appliance. He told me that he could repair the electronics in the board rather than buy a new one which was very expensive. Just the way he spoke to me I knew right then and there he was the right choice. His knowledge and experience came through in our conversation. Edward came by on a Friday, took out the relay board and said he would have the work completed and fixed by Monday. I was amazed that he would complete the repair over the weekend. He was back on Monday with the fixed relay board. He spent time making sure that it was working to perfection.His dedication to making a customer happy is above and beyond. Dont look any where else other than Raptor Appliance if you want the best there is. Fabulous company run by an experienced and honest man.Harvey Greenberg
