Tom and his team were amazing. We had listed our home with another realtor and our home stayed on the market for 6 months with no results. We terminated our contract with that company and hired Tom Rapisarda and his team. Tom made reasonable home recommendations regarding upgrades, staging, and state of the art marketing. We went off market for 6 weeks making the necessary renovations to the home. When we cam back on the market the home sold in 4 weeks at our asking price. Do not make the same mistake we made. Having bought and sold several homes in my lifetime, we have never quite had the experience that we had with Tom Rapisarda Realty.Being fairly new to Vacaville, I had to rely on the Internet to find an agency to help us sell our home. We chose Tom Rapisarda Realty because of the many positive reviews but was still concerned if we had chosen the right agency to represent our house.After contacting Tom Rapisarda Agency, we quickly received a call from one of his staff insuring us that we would receive a call directly from Tom which we did. He was available to meet with us at our convenience. Our first meeting was very informative as his pulse and specialty was on the area market with extensive information. He was confident that with his marketing techniques and skills he would saturate the market showing our house in the best light. His marketing techniques are second to none and at the end of one week we had two full price offers!His staff was warm, prompt, and very professional, keeping us informed at every turn. The buyers Escrow had a few glitches but Tom was very confident and comforting as we went through the process. Tried to sell me a house they had no authority to sell. I spent over $1k in inspections for the home then tell me we can’t sell you the home because the seller is not on the title.Then say we aren’t reimbursing you have a good day. I usually don’t write reviews but this is uncalled for especially being a first time home buyer making it that much more stressful.If your dealing with the rapisarda team be very careful. Triple check the disclosures so you won’t be another victim of there fraud.I would highly recommend you look elsewhere when selling or buying a home.
