This was one of the easiest and nicest experiences I’ve had at an urgent care (or any medical facility, really)! I came in at 11:45 for a 12:00 appointment, and since there was no wait they saw me immediately and I was out by 12! The doctor was incredibly kind and thorough - he asked me a lot of questions and explained why he was asking them, even asking me what I would be comfortable with treatment wise. I felt very heard and genuinely cared for, even in the short time frame I was there! On top of the really kind staff, it’s also just a really nice space! Very modern and clean. Would absolutely come here again!

Doctor David Pouldar is by far one of the kindest, friendliest medical professionals I have ever dealt with. His energy and sense of humor made a very painful situation somewhat more bearable. I cut myself this morning and went in to get some stitches. Wonderful bedside manner, very caring. The numbing needle was worse than the stitches and they brought me water and ice packs and tried to keep my mind occupied and not on the needle. :-) Did a nice job with stitches, too. Very thorough explanation.I did a walk-in without an appointment and they were able to see me right away. The facility is very clean, big, and had tons of free parking. It is located on Wilshire, so for me from Beverly Hills, it was less than a 5-minute drive.Overall, nice experience. Exceeded my expectations and was better than sitting in the ER. I recommend Dr. Pouldar and his team. They made my bad day so much better--thank you.

This is a great urgent care space in a convenient location. I called beforehand to see if they took my insurance, and the person I spoke with was super detailed and helpful. I scheduled an appointment for the same day and easily filled out all the necessary forms online before arriving. I arrived to an extremely clean and organized urgent care space with clean modern decor. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and kind. There was nobody else there, so no wait time which was amazing; I was seen right away. The doctor listened to me intently and asked questions to pinpoint the issue, then went above and beyond to prescribe necessary medications. Hopefully I wont need to go back anytime soon but if I do I will return here for sure!

This was by far the BEST experience at an urgent care I have ever had, hands down. The facility is clean, well maintained and modern. The staff is kind, prompt, and respectful. The doctor was thorough and I have confidence in the information he gave me for my visit. Bonus points: I had called to ask an insurance question prior to visiting, got an answer, and then a few minutes later got a call back saying “I apologize, we gave you the wrong info, it’s actually XYZ”. How many places would take the time to do that? I would 100% go back here in the future even though my insurance isn’t accepted - I’m that impressed!

I went to RapidDoc Urgent Care today and Im super happy that I did. As I only have travel health insurance because I dont live here permanently, I went back and forth about whether a visit to the doctor was absolutely necessary. But I just feel safer now. The waiting time was super short (only one patient before me). The staff were absolutely friendly both on the phone and on site and were willing to explain everything to me in detail. Also the prices for the respective treatments can be viewed in advance. The doctor got a picture of my situation, also explained everything and prescribed the medication for it. He also gave me the absolute feeling that I am in good hands. I would definitely recommend the practice and, if the need arises, I would come back myself!

Clean, bright reception area and a large suite of well appointed examination rooms. Friendly personable care was given both by the nurse staff as well as the doctor. I was screened by the nurse and diagnosed by the doctor faster than the other urgent care facilities Ive been to in the past. Highly recommend.

I woke up on a Thursday morning with terrible, flu/strep-like symptoms. After checking where I could go see a doctor urgently through my insurance, I was pleased to see that RapidDoc was just five minutes from my home. Great location and lots of street parking.I was able to make an appointment for the very same morning, just 30 minutes from when I first checked their website, so I was guaranteed to be seen, which was super reassuring considering how awful I felt.Once there, I was so, SO pleased with how clean and quiet the facilities are, how quickly I was seen, how kind all of the nurses and doctors were, and how efficient my care was — I was in and out the door in under 30 minutes. Not only were they efficient, but the whole care team was extremely thorough, testing for all the right things and offering solutions when I came up negative for all the usual suspects.I am so unbelievably pleased with the care I had here that I will not only recommend them to friends and family alike, but I will also return for any other urgent care needs I have in the future. This urgent care is amazing. I had some issue with a swollen foot and I called and the doctor was so nice at the phone. Parking is free. The building is very new and welcoming (very fancy !) and the doctor was so calm and caring. The staff upfront also was very knowledgeable and nice. Even tho it was not in my network I still will choose them if I ever need urgent care again!

I came to this urgent care complaining of chest pain, cough, etc. They did tests and told me that I had an upper respiratory infection and that it would go away in about a week. Thankfully I had an appointment with my doctor already scheduled for that day because otherwise I dont know what would have happened. After hearing my symptoms my doctor was adamant that I go to the ER in fear of a blood clot. While waiting at the ER I called the urgent care back and was told by the doctor that a blood clot crossed his mind but he didnt think that was it. Several hours later, test results came back that I had two blood clots in my lungs and I needed to be on blood thinners ASAP.Not usually one to write reviews, positive or negative, but I felt as though this was warranted because my story could have been WAY different had I listened to the doctor at this clinic.

Clinic was very clean and orderly, staff and doctor were very friendly. Unfortunately when I went on a Friday the labs were already closed for the weekend so the doctor suggested I visit the ER nearby to get lab work done. ER wait took over 2 hours so I gave up and went home. Went to a UCLA Urgent Care doctor the next day who said he disagreed that I needed lab work done this early and to let my fever run its course unless it got worse by days 5-7. Fever ran its course. It’s now gone after day 3.

Highly recommend this walk in clinic! Its new, clean, fast and efficient. I got bit by an unknown dog while trying to rescue it running into the street. I was scared of rabies. I went straight to Cedars on 3rd and it was 5-8 HOUR wait just to be seen on a Sunday morning. Frustrated I came here to have my bite checked out.I called and the receptionist was very calm. She told me to make an appt online and within 15 min of driving from Cedars- I walked in and was seen right away. The doctor was compassionate and caring. He asked lots of questions and reassured me that I probably didnt have rabies. He gave me some antibiotics just in case. I was in and out within 30 minutes.I followed up with my general practitioner at UCLA a week later who said the same thing about the dog bite. Cant recommend this clinic enough!!

The ambiance is relaxing and tranquil, beautifully decorated, most of all the staff, Jonathan, Lesley and Dr. Poulder we’re all exceptional! Very quick, knowledgeable, professional, and it’s a relaxing atmosphere. The music and ocean landscape tvs make the experience of going to the doctor not feel so sterile & helps to calm the nerves. Feels like a place that would charge high prices but they do take most insurances, including LA Care. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Pouldar was extremely thorough and explained his reasonings behind his diagnosis. After two other attempts and being misdiagnosed and prescribed the wrong medications by other doctors, Dr. Pourdal and team got me on the right track and also called in my prescriptions expeditiously. It is also a beautiful facility and the staff are very professional and nice. This is definitely going to be my go-to for any future urgent care needs. Highly recommend this location to all!

RapidDoc feels like Spa meets Dr Office. Everything is new with calming music and moving art on the Televisions. The Receptionist and Medical Assistant are professional, pleasant and intelligent. The Physician was thorough and right on point with a diagnosis and treatment. I cannot tell you how nice it is to go to an LA urgent care/dr office and have everything be clean. Flat rate $200 for the doc to see me and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Would 1000% recommend going to this clinic if you are in the area.

I want to recommend this place if you are looking for an urgent care to go to.This urgent care facility is very efficient. We just walked in, filled in the info, and were able to see the dr quickly.The quality of care was also good. My kid had severe asthma, and the dr gave my kid the shot and asthma inhaler right away.The price was reasonable to me. We do not have any medical insurance at the moment, but they gave us a fair price which I am grateful.Overall, I recommend this place.

My suggestion, dont waste your time and money.First, I tried completing the forms online ahead of my appointment today. No luck. System froze.(The 1 star is for the ease of making an appointment and the cleanliness of the place).1 I had to wait in the waiting area over 20 minutes for no reason. No one was before me.2. Once seeing the doctor (which the website indicates they care for toe issues), was told a. One is a callus and b. I need to see a podiatrist.Its an ingrown toenail and they do no treat them there.The doctor took a cotton square, folded it and placed it around my toe.Said he would have them call in an ointment prescription and to wait in the room.I waited and waited. Wondering what the hell im waiting for, I got up to leave and the doctor popped his head in to ask if anyone has been in the room. I said no and I was leaving.What a waste of time!!I

Came in with a bad rash on my back, literally two nights before Christmas. The reception was great, location is beautiful & attendant helped me get through the intake forms quickly and efficiently. Everything was done through an app which made it easier, took less than 10 minutes to fill out. Brought me back to triage and I literally was sitting in front of the doctor within 20–25 minutes (if I had already filled the forms online from home, it would’ve been even faster!)Doctor was very nice, polite and super attentive. We were talking later and he mentioned that he is a former ER doctor, pretty intense dude…but that’s a good thing when you are sitting there in pain, trust! He took a look at everything and really got in there, started squeezing & touching my back like a dermatologist (even though he’s a general practitioner). Gave me excellent diagnosis, went through my entire dietary behavior for the last few days and determined that I must’ve had an allergic reaction to something, or maybe just holiday stress who knows? He prescribed some topical antibiotics & put me on antibiotic (pills) for skin infections, as a precautionary step. He wasn’t sure if it was a viral infection, so he referred me to several dermatologists that he works if it did not clear up within a few days…It did!I feel like RapidDoc urgent care is on some next level. And it looks awesome in there, like some of these hip wellness clinics popping up all around LA & Beverly Hills. staff is fantastic, Doctor has great bedside manner and answered every single question I had. He even gave my wife his medical opinion on something she was asking about for a girlfriend dealing with family health issues.Doc was just awesome! I will definitely be back there, hope they expand their insurance coverage for more plans.

I wish I could give a lower score.I went into see them, waited in the waiting room for 25 minutes, they took my temperature and recommended me to go see a dermatologist.I had to pay a $65 dollar co-pay which I wasn’t happy about since they just wanted to send me somewhere else.Now they want to collect another $170 from me.I wouldn’t recommend going here at all. I’m shocked they have good reviews honestly.

What a fantastic experience! I had called other places locally, like Exer Urgent Care, but they had a 3-hour wait AND cost more! RapidDoc was able to get me in immediately, and the doctor was fast and kind. I really enjoyed the visit - did not expect that. AND even better news, they took my Kaiser Insurance so I only had a small copay - about 1/3 the normal price. Definitely go here - highly recommended!!

Really abide by their name as I was seen rapidly and the doc was able to tell me what was causing my symptoms and how to treat it. He gives thorough details about his diagnosis on paper and listens to any other concerns you might have. This was the first urgent care facility I have been to with exceptional service. I felt like trash when I woke up on Saturday and booked a 9:30 appt. They saw me immediately and treated me with care. I can not say enough good things about this place… It was easy to find. Parking was quick and painless. Entry and waiting room were clean, and staff was welcoming. After being brought back, the space was modern, clean, spacious, and well designed. Nurses were polite and quick - very calm and professional. The Dr deserves a million stars… he was gentle, attentive, patient, and thorough - everything you wish everyone in the medical profession was. He listened, he asked questions, he went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable, everything was checked, and no stones were left unturned. I left feeling like I knew exactly what was wrong, exactly what had to be done, and like I was taken care of to best of anyone’s ability. This place will absolutely be my first stop when needed. New urgent care opened downstairs from my apartment building. Went in for a quick and simply inquiry. The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff worked quick yet efficiently to check me in and take my vitals. The doctor was nice. Very professional, saw me within 2 minutes of entering the exam room. He was through by asking all associated and appropriate questions to narrow down symptoms. After a simple urine test he explained the prescribed medication to me and other options if needed. The office sent over my prescription to my local pharmacy. I would return again (hopefully no time soon) but if I had to I would be happy to visit them.

This was my first visit to RapidDoc Urgent care even though I had passed by it several times. I was so lucky that they were open considering it was Sunday. It’s beautifully decorated and very clean. The front staff was very welcoming and checked me in quickly. The nurse/tec who took my vitals was very nice and professional. The wait time was only a few minutes (I was a walk-in). Once I was checked in and vitals were taken, it was only a couple of minutes before Dr. Pouldar came in to see me. He was very nice and I never felt rushed. Dr. Pouldar was a very good listener as well as asking great questions. He was able to address what was a bladder infection. After my visit, I was given a detailed print out of my visit. I highly recommend them! As a retired military officer, my wife and I have been to several military and civilian medical facilities. There have been good, bad and other ratings. RapidDoc Urgent Care is rated with the GOOD!My wife and I went in for a COVID validation. Our home tests were positive for one and negative for the other. The check in process seemed complicated for our generation, but was quickly taken care of by the friendly front desk personnel. After the process was completed and about a 3-5 minute wait time, both of us were taken back to see the doctor. The doctor was thorough in his check up. Their COVID tests provided our same results. In further discussion it was recommended that one take PAXLOVID. They sent the prescription to our pharmacy and it was waiting for us when we arrived.All personnel were very knowledgable, friendly, proactive and professional! It was late at night when My wife cut her finger pretty bad to the point where she needed stitches. This clinic was the only one open at the hour it occurred. We got assisted immediately. The doctor came in and stitched her up within a few minutes. He even called to follow up a few days later to make sure everything is going Smooth. Stumbled upon this urgent care very randomly because it was close to where I live. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and offered water and tea. The sign in process took no longer than 5 minutes and I was seen by a doctor after 10-15 minutes waiting. In the clinic itself I felt like I was at a luxury hotel. I was a bit hesitant to go in to this urgent care because it was closing in about 45 minutes. I didn’t want to be a bother so close to closing time & not get the proper care. I really was not feeling well and come to find out they did not take my insurance so I was even more upset at the thought of having to go sit at an ER, but Sandy was extremely nice and empathetic therefore I didn’t hesitate to pay out of pocket. Sandy, Jonathan & Dr Pouldar took great care of me. Not to mention this was the cleanest facility I’ve ever seen. Grateful for such a caring staff.

Dr. Pouldar is truly an amazing doctor. This is the first time I went to the clinic, and it was a great experience. Dr. Pouldar spent his time getting to know me and my health history, did a full evaluation, and gave me multiple options as well as what he recommended. I was able to get a quick appointment and was seen by the doctor very quickly. My Covid was positive, and he prescribed Paxlovid, gave me a steroid shot (I have post polio lungs) and prescribed other helpful palliative measures. It was very good. He listened to me, and he reassured me, and Im home and already improving, although the fatigue and brain fog are slow to leave. It was an excellent experience (if you have to have an Urgent Care, I can recommend this one wholeheartedly).

Am very happy with the care extended from Rapid Doc.Was seen promptly, Dr. Pouldar was very thorough, even called a few days after my visit to follow up, which is almost unheard of for a doctor in this time. Dr. Pouldar has also been great about answering questions via e-mail. I would highly recommend Rapid Doc to anyone in need of medical care and great easy covered parking provided as well!

On just returning from Hong Kong I went Dr. Pouldars office with chest congestion and a nagging couch. After a short wait I was in his office with a staff member who took a series of tests before the Doctor came in. His examination and intake info was quite detailed in such a way that he was able to diagnose and write a complete recovery plan. He gave me a copy, and had already sent the prescription and non-prescription list of meds to Ralphs pharmacy across the street. The meds were ready on my arrival there. I appreciate the level of efficiency Dr. Pouldar and his staff displayed, and how the doctor had done his research in our neighborhood of the need for a doctors office. Olympia Hospital had shut down during Covid, leaving this community stranded.

Definitely recommend because the doctor is nice and listens to you- a nice change after some experiences earlier this year (ED being one) where they do not. They have xray on site and accept Medicare so those are pluses in my book as well.

I am writing this review for RapidDoc as this is how urgent care should be. Courteous staff, impeccable facilities, and most important a competent physician. I was traveling to Los Angeles for a work conference when on the second day I woke up with a terrible sore throat, cough, headache and feeling very sick. I felt like I had a fever or even COVID and wanted to get checked out before my meetings. I found this place from a google search. Upon calling, I was greeted with helpful staff, who informed me that there was no wait time. When I arrived the front desk staff graciously welcomed me and the receptionist remembered my call. They helped me get in right away to see the physician. Dr. Pouldar is not only a highly experienced ER physician, but a consummate, patient professional and an empathetic man. He was extremely thorough and able to diagnose me within minutes. Knowing I am from out of town he helped me then find a CVS on my way back to my hotel to grab my medicine as quickly and conveniently as possible as I did not have a car but was using Uber. I highly recommend Dr. Pouldar and this facility if you need excellent bedside service and friendly staff.
