Visited mid day on a Thursday, no other customers were in the shop but plenty of doughnuts to choose from. Ordered an Apple Fritter, plain glazed, maple cake, and a maple bacon doughnut.Everything was delicious. Apple fritter was the best- had a nice hard exterior with a soft flavorful cinnamon inside and tiny apple pieces. All donuts tasted fresh and none of them were overly sweet which I really enjoyed. Classic plain glazed was fluffy and better when microwaved a few seconds at home.Would highly recommend

After seeing so many videos and watching it on so many movies, it was my first stop when landed in Los Angeles International Airport.The donuts were fantastic. Very good donuts. What upset me is they seem to have lots and lots of trays of all their regular donuts but they just said sold out sold out. I enjoyed the apple fritter one of the best Ive ever had

Tried their classic chocolate donuts, they were really tasty but be cautious as its all highly processed sugar and just cause it tastes good doesnt mean its good for body. Just once in a while is fine but dont get addicted cause this stuff is highly addictive lol. The workers were very nice and friendly.

Holy cow, these donuts are insane. As a donut-lover, the fluffiness of the raised donuts are unmatched. There is so much to choose from that everyone can find something for their tastes. Service was friendly and patient as we took in all the options and tried to make the impossible decision of narrowing down our choices to a reasonable order. We are here for two more weeks and you can guarantee you will see us again. Thank you for a great experience!

Randy’s has been a local staple for decades and it’s easy to see why. No kidding, they’re probably 10x better than a Dunkin donut. They’re always fresh, fluffy and just plain good. Dozens of flavors to choose from and the line usually moves pretty quick. Parking is in the back so if you’re coming from Rosecrans you’ll have to turn onto either Apollo or Continental into the business park.

Love their spicy jalapeno ham & croissant. Good coffee options. They also have kid sized milk lil cartons. Pricey fir donuts- you could easily spend $40 for a dozen donuts & coffee. But it is a recommended experience since its an LA landmark.

In California for school trip. We of course had to stop at Randy’s. Plenty of choices,Friendly staff that know all about the difference in products. Restrooms were stocked and clean. So was the room for guests. Outside had one of the giant donuts from all the movies. Great experience and loved the atmosphere.

The iconic Randy’s Donuts is something I have always wanted to try. On a trip to aek Segundo today, I saw a new location tucked next to a Shake Shack and decided to try it. They have multiple flavors covered in churros, M&M’s, you name it, it’s here. I bought a couple and knew what I was getting. That oily old school donut. Solid if that is what you are looking for. I would still like to go to the original location, but for now, this will do.IG Tip: Any Reel or TikTok would look good with one of the donuts in it! All looked great!

First time to Randys. The staff here is awesome and explained the menu and the different tiers of donuts they offer. I opted for a mixed dozen of their classic, deluxe, fancy and premium. My coworkers liked them! Will have to order here again soon. The parking was quite convenient in the shared lot with other business. Other customers had called in their order for pick up, which works great for large orders.Update: Went back to Randys again two days later. They were giving out free small cups of coffee of their new blend, plus I was craving their donuts again. I ended up getting a Maple Raised which was my favorite flavor. The donut is a fairly good size with a thick coat of maple frosting. The coffee was rich and bold. One note, they dont have half and half available and only have the little coffee cream cups.I hear theirs a new location coming soon in Downey, so will have to check that out in the future!

My son had the nutella doughnut. Loved it, Than he had the white oreo - not so much.Very clean, EXCELLENT, friendly service. Amazing variety. There were like 40 different doughnuts. Yummy. A lot of different varieties, but the classics were the best. Their more interesting donuts didn’t taste all that great. Like the fruity pebbles chocolate glaze isnt great because the cereal was all soggy lol. Best ones I got were the raised glazed, jelly filled donut, chocolate cruller and the powdered sugar. Even though their doughnuts are great, it is overshadowed by the worst customer service ever. First off, they take forever to assist you despite the long lines in the AM.I go there quite frequent and it is always the same service, it doesnt improve. Today I stopped by and noticed they had like 3 employees in the back doing nothing, one of them texting while she can easily see a line of paying customers, this person wears wayfarer glasses and a bit on the heavy side female.The African-American girl up front smiles but you can definitely tell she need to try harder to improve her service. I nicely asked her why only 1 person up front and all the rest in the back, she then commented that they are decorators. This is totally unacceptable since I saw one of them come out and started assisting.I could tell the people behind me in line were not happy about this, the corporation needs to look into who they hire and a proper training wouldnt hurt.As paying customers we deserve the best customer service possible. Wouldnt you like the same?Hope my comment helps you better your service and attitudes.

I pick these green ones: matcha raised donut and mint raised donut.. I kept it in the bag until I got home, bout less than an hour. And I can see the grease leaking through white bag. Typical, I thought. Donut are oily. But after two bites on each, I can totally taste so much oil and my hands had so much oil from it. Lol I definitely didnt enjoy it. All the donuts were definitely good to the eyes though, not complaining bout the looks. But maybe the raised donuts need to sit under some paper towels to get some oil off? 😄 idk. Well I gave three stars for this. *matcha didnt taste much like matcha, but it did remind me of a matcha candies, too sweet if your into that; and the mint donut, definitely got the mint from the candies. * if it wasnt so greasy, Id give it a 4.5. ❤

Close to evening time, I visited the store on Monday, 04/03 for the first time with not many donuts left. I decided to save my Randys dounut experience for next visit. As I make my exit, the dark hair gentleman who greeted provided me a few samples (doughnut holes) for my home flight to the eastcoast, making sure Id at least have a taste of Randys donut. We are from out of town and had to try this place. Luckily we did because it was phenomenal! They have a variety of donuts to choose from and each donut was so soft and delicious. We got the fruity pebble, Nutella, matcha, original glazed, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and strawberry filled. They were all tasty! The two cereal ones were still crunchy the icing was a bit sweet but it was still good. The rest weren’t that sweet and showed their flavors.

I came in this morning to pick up a dozen donuts. Total wait time to get helped was less than 5 minutes. The woman who helped me was super courteous and helpful. Doors were open so there was a breeze flowing and there was only one customer at a time inside the shop. I love Randys donuts. Their raspberry filled and Apple Fritters are top notch.

My kids love the donuts, but a line only a few people deep is easily a half hour. Just not worth the wait. Service is just way too slow for a donut shop. The whole line cant figure out why it takes so long. Management really needs to evaluate their service bottlenecks with all those donuts sitting around waiting to be sold. It definitely turns away business seeing long lines.

Raised donuts here are amazing. Everything is responsibly priced and they have a good variety of flavors. The Raised donuts still are something special and I definitely recommend them. There are doughy and juicy chewy soft everything you could once in a sweet pastry package. This turns me from somebody who is on a diet into Homer Simpson! I had the matcha tea raised donut which really didnt have much match flavor but it was definitely really good 😊 I also had the blueberry and Ive had better blueberry at several places such as m&Ms and I wasnt impressed.

Friendly staff. Overpriced donuts. The churro on my donut was not very fresh. Bought three different kinds of donuts to try them all and none of them were worthy of mentioning. Im sure this is a popular place for some reason and maybe their donuts are so unique and amazing that I am not appreciating them for what they really are, but the ones I ordered were disappointing. I ended up going to Winchells today and I was happy because I knew what I would get and I was not disappointed. Sorry Randy, maybe I will try you again when I come to LA just to see if it was an off day.

Purchased one dozen donuts this morning, being the first customer of the morning. I purchase a variety of donuts, including 4 raised chocolate frosted which I specifically asked for. When I got to work 26 miles away, I found out they were hazel nut. Very disappointed, please make sure your employees know the difference between the different types of donuts toppings you have. I also tried to call and now one answered. Not a very good first impression.

I love this place! Always clean and always find parking. Plus in the mornings not a big wait time Im in and out no more than 10 min. I usually go around 7 am on Friday mornings.
