I’ve had only great experiences with all of our insurance policies from this agency. We have home, auto, and umbrella coverage with Rancho Simi Insurance agency. They have been at a consistent, fantastic rate for over the 13 years + I’ve had coverage through them. Also, the customer service is exceptional with their friendliness, and timely fashion. In fact, I had a grade A+ experience with Tanya L Ferguson, agent/customer service representative, this morning. I simply requested to email my newly, renewed automotive ID cards, and I received them in probably less than 1 minute! Thank you so much for the excellent service Rancho!

I have been with Mercury through Rancho for years I mean maybe even 20 I have my home and I have had multiple car policies with them their agents have no clue what’s going on they are very misleading they give the wrong price quoting and they lie they are the worst agency that I have ever utilized I am canceling all my policies with them today and I’m warning you as a consumer you should really check into this agency before you utilize them they are the worst. Beverly was very helpful in selling me Earthquake insurance a few years ago---at a cost far less than my homeowners insurance company was offering. This week she (and Leticia) helped me out of a jam (I accidentally let my GEICO auto policy lapse while on vacation--my bad) by providing immediate coverage for my autos. GEICO was going to make me wait 15 days without coverage and their website isnt at all conducive to customer service. I am pleased to call Rancho Insurance my insurance company for 15 years now. I’ve been dealing with Beverly Bramson for the last four months regarding my 20 year old college student being taken off our insurance and then putting her back on. Because our circumstances have changed back a forth (like 5 times, take her off; no wait put her back on). She was courteous, calm and professional throughout the entire process. If it was me, I think there would’ve been somewhat frustration that this customer couldn’t make up their minds. To top it off, I was on a lot of vacations this summer, so I would have her send me emails of reminders and every time she completed these enormous emails promptly and never gave me an attitude that I was inconveniencing her. Recently my car broke down in heavy traffic. The tow service for Mercury would take over an hour. I called another tow. I called Rancho Simi Insurance to assist in recovering the cost of the tow. They said I would have to call some company Mercury outsources to make request a claim. Really??? Rancho Simi Insurance should have done this leg work for me. I know other agencies do it. Needless to say I now have emergency tow service through AAA.
