New ownership is awful, this place used to be a gem. Be careful here with charges and fees. I understand prices have changed since pre Covid but let’s be more reasonable, shall we?

HORRIBLE. BE CAREFUL. New owner sucksDr. Won Kim’s lack of guidance and interest in his patients is upsetting. Ive been a loyal customer of this veterinary hospital for years, but unfortunately, since the change in ownership, the quality of care is BAD.Dr. Won Kim aka the new owner should not be allowed to have his license.During a recent visit for my pregnant stray cat, instead of providing guidance and support, he advised my mom to go search online for info labor and delivery care for our cat. Also he couldn’t even tell she was pregnant during her initial appt (Feb) Then blamed it on us and said she probably got out of the house and became pregnant in between the two visits.He said the same thing when I asked about dental care for my dogs. This lack of professionalism and care is unacceptable.I hope the he understands he only has his current clientele because of the previous veterinarians.

Been bringing my cat here for almost 3 years since we adopted her. Staff is always friendly and so helpful. Kiwi usually growls at new people but she trusts their veterinarian team to keep her healthy! Thank you Rancho veterinary staff

Nice location. Friendly staff. My only frustration was bringing my dog in for an acute injury, first thing in the morning. Empty parking lot, empty waiting room but was referred to an emergency vet clinic because the schedule was full for the day and they didnt have any appointments until June. I didnt need an emergency clinic and I definitely dont need the high bills that come with it for something non-life threatening. Im used to clinics having appointment slots set aside for such common occasions so I was super shocked to get turned away, especially from an empty facility.

We have been bringing our dog here for 4 years and could not ask for a better veterinary doctor for our pup than Dr Berg. He is always patient with our questions, informative of our pets needs, and we love the communication he provides. I am a local realtor and I refer all my pet loving clients to Dr Berg as I know they are our family and will be in the best hands!

Dr.Buehler hands down the most caring vet I ever met. The attention to detail to my Corgi and Morkie world class. 10/10 would bring my dogs here, regardless of the distance

Thank you to the kind doctor who helped us through a tough time. All the staff were kind and understanding to us. Everything was well explained. Our dog’s remains and the presentation was very thoughtful and was beyond our expectations. We received a surprise in the mail, it was a letter from all the staff, sharing sympathy for our loss. We never thought we would get that letter, it was just a simple thing that touched our hearts.

We have had such great experiences with this place! The people at the desk are so kind and friendly. One of my dogs was having issues and when I called, they were helpful and were able to see my pup the same day. The staff really cares about animals and I am grateful they were able to help my dog. I definitely recommend!

After years of coming here for our dog, we hadn’t had issues. Today, we brought her in for a nail clipping, and she was cut deeply and is bleeding.We had to drive to a different hospital to get it treated, as we’re worried for infection.Picture doesn’t show how deep the cut is, but if you spread it, it will bleed and is a deep cut.
