The experience I had at the Center was excellent. From the moment I parked my car to the moment I walked out the door of the Facility. I was seen on time. Taken into the room to have the image taken and to have the next appointment to know whether or not I have to see the “ doctor “ completed in the same day was an unexpected result. Thank you to the Staff for your attention to detail. Love is in the detail. Not the devil !

I discovered an area of concern and had a referral for an ultrasound and 2 mammograms. I called and was squeezed into a same day appointment. I would have had to wait over two weeks otherwise which wouldnt have been good. They were professionals and when I had the ultrasound, Caroline, my friendly and professional young tech reassured me that they possibly could detect if it was cancerous or not and that she and the docor/radiologist would speak after seeing my results from both the mammograms and the ultrasound, and she assured me that I would leave knowing if I had cause for concern or not. I was told the same day that a small benign cyst had been detected and I had no cause for concern! It was the best news I could have prayed for. It was awesome that I was able to find out accurate same day results and leave with confidence and peace of mind! Im very grateful for their thoroughness and professionalism!

The front desk personnel were prompt and efficient. The large reception area was very full when I went in and I expected a long wait. But within 5 minutes of completing my paperwork I was called in for the procedure. The technician showed me to a changing room and met me when I had changed into the gown. She walked me through every step of the procedure cheerfully and respectfully. This was a very positive experience

I really like the pre check-in process. The front office staff was very professional and helpful. And the DexaScan tech was terrific. My only complaint, and I’m not the only one, is the wait time. My appointment time was 1:20 pm but I wasn’t called back until 2:30.

Arrived on time but waited 40 minutes for the mammogram. Elan the tech wasnt very friendly and did not make the unpleasant experience any more pleasant. When a woman walks in to have test like these, it’s nice to have a pleasant technician to make things easier. She didn’t know my background I think next time I go I will ask for a different technician.

My experience was excellent. Reception was fast and efficient Mammogram technician was very skilled & made sure the exam was getting the area in question. I then met the ultrasound technician Kaitlyn who was very pleasant and conferred with physician for results. Luckily all was well for me, however for those women who face negative results, they are in the best of hands, both physically and emotionally. Thank you all for your professionalism.

Today I was assisted by Bernice who has been a mammogram tech for 12 years. Her experience shines through and she made my visit relaxing and a joy. I always go to the Lucy Curi Cancer Center for my mammogram, but they are not accepting my primary insurance (Kaiser) anymore. I was so bummed & put off getting my mammogram. I got a reminder call from RM Interventional Radiology (thank goodness or I would have forgotten to schedule). I decided to give them a chance & to my surprise, it was a great experience. I filled out my forms & submitted them online. I had a very short wait after I checked in. I was taken to the changing room & i was able to lock up my personal belongings. Within minutes, I was taken to get the images done. The technician did a great job explaining everything & it was painless - believe it or not. I will be returning to this facility for future mammograms. I was very pleased with my experience.

Need to get the appointment times straightened out. Had appointment on my calendar as 1:00 then received text that it was at 12:30 so I called and was informed that the appointment was at 12:30. So showed up at 12:00 - I always like to be early. Only to be told that the appointment was at 1:00. So I had to set for 45 minutes!Other then that office is nice

My son is in a wheelchair and I was highly impressed that you had a Hoyer Lift in your facility. Made the whole experience so much easier. Hands up to whomever thought of the lift!!!

Lindsey was very helpful and her happy uplifting cheerful attitude made me restore my coming back to this facility.Had a very bad experience back in March 2022 that’s why I didn’t return in 2023. First of all, the entire place is very clean and sanitary. The receptionist was polite and efficient. The ultrasound technician was great. I’m horrible remembering names; however, she was so friendly, efficient, and professional. I was an hour early which is rare for me and she managed to get me in 45 minutes early. I was so pleased and appreciative! I will definitely return to them for future ultrasounds. Thank you Rancho Mirage Interventional Center!!!

Having had many MRI and CT scans over the last several years, this visit was different. This visit was an outstanding experience because of my tech, Sarah! She was professional, kind and gentle. She communicated with me and looked me in the eyes. This kind of service does not exist today and I left feeling there is hope! If Radnet hired all employees like Sarah, they would be a first class operation.

I was literally petrified. I went to have an MRI which I have not ever had one before going in head first. The MRI tech was absolutely amazing. Made me feel so comfortable. It was awful experience, but the friendly staff and the great environment helped me through the process.

If I had the option to pick zero stars I would! Horrible experience from the scheduling department and the ladies up front! They had canceled my appointment because I was too “young” to get a mammogram but if my doctor requested it, it’s for a reason she obviously knows how old I am that’s not for them to cancel it. So, I then had to drive there and the ladies in the front were being so rude the girl in the corner right closest to the door, in specific, she came up to tell me that I can’t have Breast cancer only if one of my siblings have it??? Like excuse me it doesn’t make sense but thankfully one of the techs overheard my frustration and was able to help me get an appointment. The techs are great but the ladies in the front swear like they’re paying for my mammogram.

The technician was most informative introduced the doctor the procedure and then the doctor or surgeon, she was actually explaining things to me in an English common sense verbiage. Thank you! She definitely deserves a raise she was beyond kind profesional and informative unlike most of the other staff I over heard while sitting around waiting they were careless about their patients and couldn’t even explain properly how to lock their lockers and with a face !STEPHANIE is the best and a great human being overall. 💕

I love this location because you can book an appointment within 1-2 weeks rather than waiting 3-4 months to get in for a screening. The staff was friendly and very efficient at their jobs. Definitely the place to go!

Appointment was scheduled for 8:20 am. Arrived 8:15, processed, but not seen until 9:05 for simple X-ray. Appointment is a2-way agreement and provider should manage its end better. Being busy is no excuse; everyone is busy all the time.That said, staff and equipment are the best around.

Nobody likes mammograms. They just are not fun, but the technician that worked with me today, and I’m sorry I did not catch her name, was very quick and thorough and did not hurt me. One star for extremely frustrating appointment scheduling. Took multiple phone calls over days. Once you get through that and arrive the staff is great and didnt schedule my MRIs 3 hours apart like they told me and confirmed on the phone. Also sent me far from a location near my home without any explanation given. Really a shame they didn’t have a department for scheduling appointments that was more knowledgeable and cooperative. I will look elsewhere in the future

The gals that helped my Dad were not at all welcoming. They talked so quietly that neither one of us could hear them. They didn’t tell us what was going to happen. Otherwise it was fine. They need some lessons on just how to greet a person that has no idea what’s going to happen.

A bit frustrating. As a Kaiser patient, I had given the information of my doctor ahead of time, but when I got there, the person who helped me, told me that nothing had been inputed into my file. Then, they insisted on a fax number (people still use faxes?) of my doctor to send the imaging. My doctor (I suppose Kaiser) does not send imaging that way and have no fax numbers. Rather than say I could come back and pick up the image physically and give it to my doctor, the person just told me they couldnt do the imaging. I had to ask if I could pick it up and then finally was told I could do that. But geesh...what could have taken about 15 minutes, ended up having me there for over an hour.

There was no way to contact anyone no phone answering no email. It was very disorganized. I did finally get a hold of the manager and she was really good super nice and she finally handled it, but it was really kind of scary to be so disorganized in the health field. my radiology technician was very good and caring and so were the front desk people. It was mainly the systems of not having anyone to answer the phone or machine to take messages or anything.

He did my initial intake, administered the glucose, had me prepare for my PET scan, he also did my scan, and through it all he had an amazing attitude. So thankful for him. The x-ray Dr/tech was extremely professional, very pleasant, and made certain everything was in order for the insurance company. However, the reception desk staff has less than accommodating. When I arrived 9 minutes late. I apologize, saying that the signage and location was not easy to find. Receptionist was unscathed, and did not acknowledge my comment. After waiting for an hour and seven minutes in the lobby, I inquired if my name was still on to receive an x-ray. One of the three receptionist screamed at me telling me I was way over 20 minutes late, the second receptionist, who checked me in told me once again I was like I simply said it would have been nice to known I was pushed to the back of the line. The third receptionist did say that there was not one person ahead of me, and she was very nice, the other two literally sneered and made for the rude comments. In addition, it seemed very unprofessional to have all the receptionist sitting with absolutely no lights on in their workspace. One final note, I found the loop video playing of all services regarding imagery and all of the interviews of doctors and patients to be far from informative, but rather wishing for some elevator music. No wonder the reception help is grouchy having to listen to that all day

I had an excellent experience today for two reasons: (1) I went to the wrong office but they kind and somehow they were able to book me at the Rancho Mirage location instead of the Palm Springs location, while I waited maybe 15 mins. I didn’t appreciate getting my results told in the hallway, I didn’t even get a chance to ask questions or concerns I was having. Appt was for 3 to be there at 245. Got a text 1 day before to be there at 2 which is when I arrived. I had to wait until 3. Very professional and clean facility I would recommend anyone to this location who needs an MRI. I wasn’t trying to show it but I was very nervous about getting an MRI (never had one before) and the tech made me feel a lot better about it and even lightened the mood with a little humor which was very much appreciated he explained everything well an told me exactly what to expect an assured me to just let him know if I felt uncomfortable while in the machine. Also they got me in and out quicker than any medical office I’ve ever been to.

The front office didnt communicate well with my mammography technician. I was to receive a 3-d mammography and the insurance company was not clear of who was my provider for coverage. I had to tell them I was Desert Oasis and they thought it was someone else. Lack of communication with offering artificial intelligence for an additional 40.00. I was having a follow up diagnostic and they wouldnt do AI for the 40.00 because I was under care of a review by a radiologist. Now I have to wait one year for my next annual mammogram. 😩
