I had my wisdom teeth removed here and my recovery was amazing. Amazing work. We had an issue with the previous front office manager who no longer works there. We have since been working with Kenyi and he’s been quite the pleasure. He made it right and we truly appreciate him for resolving our issue!

As a person who has always had dental anxiety, Rancho dental reversed that feeling after the very first visit. The staff and dentists are 1st class, personable and diligent in their work. The procedures are quick and painless. Hands down the best dentists office I have been to.

So many issues with this office and I kept trying g to give them a chance. From appts being canceled or rescheduled without notice and just being Scammers. Barely even looked at my teeth and decided to schedule a more invasive and costly procedure. Trying to cancel my appt but it’s still on the app. Will not be coming back.

I’ve always have an amazing experience at Rancho Dental. I’ve been a happy patient for over 10 years, and they have consistently provided great care to me and my family. My visit yesterday with Grace was exceptional. She had advised me on a number of oral care techniques at my prior visit - and following her advice for six months, I had huge improvements based on her input. Dr. Panchal and staff at Rancho Dental are amazing. I do not like going to the dentist but the staff are caring and make sure I am comfortable during any procedures I have. The hygienist is gentle but thorough and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Panchal.I also had a lot of questions about a dental procedure my 13 yr old daughter was having and I called Dr. Panchal several times beforehand. She called me back within the hour each time and answered all of my questions.The front desk staff are also very professional but also very nice and knowledgeable about all of the financial issues associated with the dental procedures.I highly recommend Rancho Dental.

Dr. Panchal is both me and my sons dentist. My son has sensory issues, anxiety and sensitive gag reflex. Dr. Panchal and her assistant Margarita were so patient and kind making sure he could safely get treatment done and a night guard made. I would highly recommend this office! Reema is my hygienist and she is so great with a a gentle touch!

Miriam (the front office girl) was so welcoming, kinda and super helpful when it came to explaining my insurance benefits. The back office assistant are professional and nice made me feel comfortable. Just had an appt at Rancho Dental Group and it was one of the best experiences I ever had at a dental office. All the office staff members are knowledgeable, patient, and extremely friendly. Dr.Nguyen really took her time explaining both treatments needed and preventative care needed. She answered all my question throughly and She made sure I was comfortable or throughout the entire treatment! It was the easiest dental visit I ever had and definitely will make this my forever dental office and doctor. Highly recommended to everyone looking for a new dental office. You wont regret it.

I have had this dentist for over 20 years. Had a lot of work done. They were good. Always nice and helpful. But 10 years ago they have go down hill. They over charge now.I just left there trying to get my teeth cleaned and the appointment was changed. They changed it to an evaluation instead. I have bad teeth because of genetics and had Periodontal work done two years ago and they keep telling me that because of bone loss I have to keep having it redone. Why would I keep paying 4200 to keep doing something that won’t fix if. Today I was to that the cleaning that needed to be done was going to cost me between two and $700 and when I told her I can’t afford that she told me that I need to find another dentist with no remorse and just walked out of the room that was the person that What is the receptionist that greets you and checks you in. The dentist was really nice but they go through dentist a lot now. I have had 3 in the last two years. They just lost another costumer. They lost my wife and daughter five years ago. I guess money means more then reputation to them.

This place is a scam, the front disk employee (Mariam) is a arrogant, liar and unprofessional person. I cant believe a dentist office would have a unprofessional employee like Mariam working the front disk, Your appointment means nothing to these people, your insurance means nothing to these people. They always come up with a long list of unnecessary things to be done, if you dont do what they suggest they will not even do your basic cleaning. if you have to go to these people, please make sure you check with your insurance before you authorize them to do anything, they will charge you what they want unless your have your insurance cost sheet in your hand to verify the actual cost.

WARNING. This is the worst dentist office ever. The receptionists (Mariam) is a lier, thief and very rude. Your appointments means nothing, she will charge you whatever she wants to charge, I can’t believe someone like her is dealing with their patients. Never go the this place without you insurance papers on hand, make sure you check with your insurance company about their prices before you agree to do anything with your teeth. Otherwise they will rob you blind.

If i could do zero star I would but sadly that’s not an option. This is one of the WORST dentist office i have ever been to. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. The wasted 6 weeks of my time by pushing my appointments around based on their orthodontist availability. I was told the ortho is only available at their office twice a month and scheduled me on Jan 5th . When I showed up to my appointment the receptionist at front desk told me to have a seat before she even obtained my information. After about 15 minutes she called me up and asked for my first name only. Then she told meYou have no appointment here. After I insisted she looked my full name and told me my appt. was on Feb 17th. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked her if my appt. was rescheduled. She said “No that’s just your appt. the ortho is not even here today he’s on vacation”. I know she was lying because my husband and i were both scheduled on the same day he was able to get his appointment before me but mine was pushed back over a month because their staff can’t handle patients influx. Maybe do not offer appointments if you are unable to provide service.We will never go there again.

I recently started with this dental office and have been very pleased with the customer service from day one. The receptionist who made my first appointment over the phone was very pleasant. Upon arriving to my appointment, the level of customer service continued. It was an easy process and the wait was minimal. The dental assistant, dentist and dental hygienist were very friendly and thorough, answering any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this practice!

My wife used this dentist for some work, and Dr. Vanson actually did wonderful service. Unfortunately we had an absolutely miserable experience with the front office.Long story short, they overcharged us by over $3000, which is almost *HALF* of our total charges. They assumed that the procedures we had performed (that were covered by our insurance) were not covered, so they just didnt bother submitting the procedures to the insurance. Isnt that the point of submitting codes to the insurance, so that they can determine how much I need to pay?We mentioned this to the office manager and got the runaround for *FOUR MONTHS*. Each time we tried to speak with the office manager we would get brushed off. Promised deadlines came and went. Each time I talked to them they would get back to me in a week, or a few days. Each time I never heard back from them.We ended up opening a complaint with our insurance to get this matter settled. I cannot recommend this office, because SOMEONE on the back end isnt doing their due diligence. Buyer beware if you use this office, and check your insurance to make sure that the office is charging you what they should!

Hi Neighbors, I almost got scammed by DDS Darin Reagans Office: Rancho Dental Group.They wanted me to sign a bill for around $3000, They said my insurance would only cover $1600 of it and I would have to pay around $1400.I told them that did not sound right and needed some more time to double check with my insurance. They told me just to go ahead and sign and start the work as we are running out of time.I called my insurance and confirmed that the fees for my feelings were $24 not $133.There was over $15000.00 worth of work that I was about to sign off on and start, after talking to my insurance the correct bill was roughly $6000.00.-This office was ready to over-bill me by $8000.00.The office has since acknowledged the discrepancy as a mistake and has reissued a new quote that reflects my coverage.But the questions is: HOW MANY PEOPLE DID NOT CATCH THEIR SHADY PRACTICE!?I want to fund a lawyer to subpoena their records and compare them to insurance policies. - based on their yelp this happens often.

Dr. Ip and his staff were so polite and helpful. I was very nervous going in for a root canal and they put me at ease right away. The office is clean, professional and decorated with warmth. Dr. Ip was very informative and walked me through every step of the procedure. They made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I was so relaxed I even fell asleep for some of the procedure!! Horrific experience. This office needs to be investigated for fraud. Overpricing and not sticking to insurance pricing is huge here. If you have social media within RSM, search for their name- youll see the other 30 other people who have also had terrible experiences in terms of their faulty pricing.My husband went in yesterday for a $1400+ treatment. He was extremely suspicious. We called our insurance. Anyway today the office called to confirm the price was only $400. Um seriously?Let me add that it was not so simple and the new quote did not come without their two cents of my social media post that I left last night to warn consumers of their bad (and fraudulent) billing practices.I asked others to come forward if they had similar experiences and as mentioned before, so far, over 30. If you live in Coto, check out the Coto page to see what others have experienced.This office is unethical in pricing- do yourself a favor and find a dental office that bills accurately.No guys, its not a mistake when the office does this repeatedly- its procedure.

It’s unbelievable that a place like this would be so inclined to try and scam you. Just like the many other reviews here, STAY AWAY! They were billing me thousands for a few fillings and when I got my insurance company to speak with them on a 3-way, there were largely incorrect numbers all around. Don’t waste your time here like I did. Huge mistake coming here in the first place. And yes, they do offer bogus treatment and refuse service if you don’t accept it. Just thinking about how they do business makes me extremely furious.

Not sure if the dentist is legit or not, seems shady too, but from the moment you walk in, the people are rude, unapologetic, the machines are broken, theres an air of confusion, and just a general sense of unprofessionalism. Such a pleasant experience with Dr. Vansen!I havent been to the dentist in a couple years and knew I was due for another checkup and cleaning. I looked through my employers dental directory and found Rancho Dental Group and signed up with them out of the blue. The assistant, Moji, was such a sweet and warm person and made me feel very comfortable from the start.Dr. Vansen was such a professional and is such a warm and friendly doctor! She performed her work with the efficiency and skill of a master dental worker. I dont think Ive ever seen hands move from the teeth to the instrument tray so fast. Im confident that she could do her work with her eyes closed! I felt like I was in good hands the whole time.I didnt experience any of the issues that these old 1 star reviews had before me. They were posted several years ago so there could have been a personnel change. I cant speak for the other doctors here, but I couldnt have asked for a better exam/cleaning/filling than what I received with Dr. Vansen.Rich

Terrible experience, was treated very rudely. They only want to up-sell you, and when you decline they refuse to treat you at all. If they tell you that you need a deep cleaning (and they will tell you that you need a deep cleaning), please get a second opinion first.
