We had a great stay here! The location is right near the airport which was ideal for us, the room was super clean and spacious. We were impressed that each time we came back, even without requesting cleaning service, the room still smelled like fresh hotel.The pool was nice, and the staff was super friendly! They even told us we could check in a few hours early when we dropped our bags off upon arrival.Well absolutely stay here again!

Its an independently own hotel with the name from Ramada By Wyndham. Rooms are clean and updated, good service. Parking easy.Minus: beds are not the best, and pillows are hard, so bring your own if you need a softer one.Miss outlets around in the room, not enough to charge pads, phones and more. Dont forget to bring earplugs if you get disturbed by traffic noise - lots of traffic outside on the freeway.Plus: coffeemaker and fridge in the room.

We stayed here for its proximity to the airport. Room was very spacious and clean. The staff is great! We were able check in early for an additional cost which was no problem. They provided transportation to the airport. Their pool is huge! No hot tub though. Quiet location. Felt safe. The cafe on site is amazingly delicious. Only downfall was that there was really nothing nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was huge and spotless, the staff and service wonderful. Very comfortable bed. Special shout-out to Frank at front desk for his assistance. He is very personable and most helpful.Since it is located directly off the freeway, and next to the Metrolink tracks, it can be noisy but I found a pair of 79 cent foam earplugs fixed that issue.

I was totally blown away when I walked in to the room totally different experience than what I thought rooms are very clean big comfortable beds all around great service. Plenty of parking safe area to park that is gated, Cuban restaurant inside the lobby that is not included with your room. Good prices close to the airport and shopping centers right next to the South Bound 5 freeway entrance.

Rooms are clean and safe. Its an old Motel style with a few upgrades. Fairly large bedrooms with usual amenities for this grade of hotel. Pool looked great. Small exercise room available. On site cafe is good. One major gripe is that during my stay the wifi was unsafe to use (see photo). These days you have to be very careful with public wifi and this needs to be fixed.

Ramada inn by Wyndham Burbank airport near burbank is a good place to say. Clean rooms, friendly staff and good location. Plus a Walmart within 5mins to it with good prices as well. Check in if you want to do it prior to 4pm but there is a $55 plus tax charge but they will send a free Lyft or Uber to Burbank airport to pick you up and bring you to hotel then allow you to store your luggage with them until you wish to check in which was cool. They let us hangout in lobby and relax while we waited. Now let me tell you when they go above and beyond we were exhausted (had been up for almost 48hrs) and hungry from traveling and when we went to check in had a surprise from Expedia (Never ever ever use them!!! I will never use them again) they charged my card ahead then said oh no that was hotel I did pay at hotel which hotel did not charge ahead they didn’t even understand why Expedia did and Expedia customer service was horrible and the hotel needed to run my card plus collect incidental fee (refundable) but then I would have been double charged. So as I’m freaking out and being a troll the people (sadly sorry to them but yes I apologized to them (hotel) for my breakdown but more so being troll to Expedia whom I was livid at) at hotel were super sweet and calming and worked with me. Ramada Inn by Wyndham near Burbank airport is great! I wish I would have gotten their names who checked us in but if they ever see this they’ll know this shout out for amazingness is to them!! Last time I was in Ca I didn’t have the best experience and I was afraid it would be again here but they helped make me feel at ease and enjoy our stay. They even let us know where we could go to store or good place to grab snacks.Way to go Ramada Inn to help travelers have a good time and be able to finally sleep!! Thank you guys for helping us out! Hope you all see this and know you rock! Oh and the maids are nice the two we encountered said hi and one opened door for us when we had hands full with bags.

Right off the 5. Such big, remodeled, and clean rooms! Rooms have updated appliances with an open floor plan, higher ceilings and vinyl flooring. This place is a little gem.... inside the walls; which are deceiving.. the fact that the parking lot is gated makes you feel safe.. keeps the riffraff out. (RiffRaff including ; random drive thru occurrences from :🚓🚔👮🏼‍♂️👮🏼). Feels like a nice courtyard cause all the rooms are facing the pool with only the lobby entrance or the driveway as access points

The room was clean and didn’t have that normal hotel smell which was nice. No carpets which made me very happy.The AC was obnoxiously loud and woke me up every time it turned on which wasn’t pleasant. The hot water took awhile to heat up and the water pressure was not great for the shower. It didn’t sound like the window or door were sealed very well, you could hear the everything (people talking, people walking by, the wind)The lobby was quite crowded with what seemed like a post party gathering. The 2 men at the front desk weren’t very welcoming, as if they were zoned out.Parking is free, but atrocious - parking spots are very narrow and it’s almost impossible to turn around or have 2 cars pass each other.

I’d give this location a solid 3.5⭐️👍🛏️ Rooms look fairly recently renovated. Nice and clean! No carpet is always a plus for me personally. Overall location looks excellent and has a pleasant aesthetic.👍💵 The price is great and it’s within a decent location, being in proximity to Glendale and North Hollywood.👋🚗 Parking within interior is very limited, but there’s plenty of parking all around the building outside. You can access doors using your room’s key, so it’s a quick walk. Overall, not a big inconvenience for me.👋🍽️ No included breakfast, but there is a restaurant at the location or a snack store.👎🛣️ It’s located right next to the freeway, and my room on the 4th floor and at the corner of the building was facing it.👎💨 While the unit itself is excellently renovated (as of Dec. 2023), the HVAC system didn’t seem to receive the same treatment. Whenever the ventilation unit would activate, it would do so EXTREMELY LOUD through the night. Too noisy…👎🚿 The water pressure level could use an adjustment since it was a little weak for my liking, at least in my particular unit. No issues with the bath/shower otherwise.⚖️ In conclusion, the physical location and the state of the units is excellent, but high level of noise can impact your restful night. I have no problem recommending it though if you the noise doesn’t bother you.

Front desk was excellent. Easy very friendly check in. Appreciated that after a long day on the road.Some secure gated parking .Room was huge. I did get a handicap king bed room. Very clean but the smell of bleach was over powering. Hotel is right off freeway. The area looks a bit shady but its not as bad as it looks. Places to eat just down the road (McDonalds, Panda Express,Dennys and Starbucks. Its not fancy but my room was also updated.

Our room was newly remodeled and was attractively and thoughtfully furnished. I appreciated the excellent lighting. It was very clean and the property was well maintained. Nothing was shabby and everything worked. We felt safe there. Location was very convenient to Burbank Airport and to restaurants and gas stations. Although located next to a busy freeway, noise was not a problem in our room.

It was my first time booking on HotelTonight coming in from Dallas and this hotel was one of the more affordable hotels. I was abit hesitant when I arrived looking at the exterior but I must say, I enjoyed my 1 night stay. The rooms look very modern, there are breakfast 🍳 options and they do have a gym. 💪🏾 I would stay again.Fernando was awesome when I checked out, he offered me shuttle service to the airport which I totally forgot about (I was about to order a Lyft) 👏🏾 great service

Location to the freeway, food, shopping, and airport is very close and easy to navigate. The rooms were very clean with almost a hospital feel, which was reassuring. The on-site Cuban restaurant had a very tempting menu but our kids werent in the mood for that so went elsewhere. There is a gated courtyard to park in but spaces are very limited and will fill up by evening. Staff and security were very polite. Would stay here again if in the area.

The hotel is located right of the freeway by itself. The street appears industrial, and the street is rough to drive on. It looks older. The rooms are big and very clean. There was staff constantly cleaning, wiping windows, cleaning floors, pool and everything. I would give it a cleanliness award.They have a little Cuban restaurant onsite. The manager displayed excellent customer service. He told us about the various dishes. He invited us back to try the oxtails. We didnt make it.There is a great strip mall about a mile away. It had a target and several other great places to shop and eat.

Rooms were clean! And staff was ready for anything! We were there for 3 nights and it felt really good. The area might be far away from places but it’s peaceful and a 15 min drive from Hollywood doesn’t hurt. I liked how the staff is friendly even at night times! You should act with respect towards the workers like always so they can respect you! We left it clean as it should! Might stop here again, this spot is nice if you’re looking to stay by the tourists areas.

For a budget motel my experience was great. Rooms are super clean and updated. Staff very friendly. No shuttle but they pay for your Uber, just have to call them when youre at the ride share area at the airport. Yes, its near the highway. I was in 229 which is the basically the furthest room from the highway and the front desk. I heard a little noise but not much. Ask for a room ending in high 20s or low 30s and youll be away from the highway. I can imagine the noise from some of the other rooms is a lot worse. I see a lot of complaints about the air conditioner. Yeah, its kinda loud but I like white noise so it didnt bother me. Trade off is it works well. Didnt hear any noise from other guests.

The plus side is that they are updating their restaurant so breakfast should be better soon. Parking was also very tight, but we lucked out and parked in the gated parking area both nights.

Its a little noisy being so close to the freeway. We were all so tired that it wasnt a moonlit factor for us.The shower head is set up a little strangely.The rooms are quite roomy.The grounds from the exterior doesnt look like much, but its actually quite nice.Our vacation bright is to Cali for Universal Studios. Ramada is about a 20 minute Uber/ Lyft ride away.Great value.Would stay here again.

The rooms were great the staff was great everything was pretty good until the next morning I woke up with a lot of itchiness on my stomach shoulders and arms we checked out pretty early because we had a long drive ahead and throughout the day I realized the itchiness was from bug bites and they got bigger and harder looked like red bumps on my skin. I was the only one who got them and me and my family think they’re bed bugs. The rooms look clean but maybe not as clean as we thought.

While this hotel is right next to a major freeway, we enjoyed our stay and found it very comfortable. I was originally nervous when I saw the exterior of the hotel, but was reassured when we were able to find parking behind a gate. There was a nice looking pool and our beds and pillows were very comfy.

Rooms are clean and its pretty quiet despite being right next to the I5 south. Great location. Gated parking feels secure. Staff are all Knowledgeble and very helpful. Restaurant has been closed for awhile making breakfast less than interesting but there are many for items available in the machines in the lobby. Pool is nice.

I was in room 208, the overall experience was a 10. Walls are pretty thin you can hear people moving around above you, but other than that the front desk associates were super nice. Reserved a room here ( literally in the room now ) and this place SUCKS! I normally give pretty great ratings but this is a huge no! The loudest place Ive ever stayed and you can hear not only the constant freeway noise, but every person in every room around you. The heater is also EXTREMELY loud! You cant open a curtain unless you want everyone walking by to view into your room. Website says that breakfast is included but what do we see when we enter the creepy elevators? A notice saying the restaurant is being remodeled and only grab and go breakfasts are available because of this remodel. NOTHING on the website(s) mention this fact. Horrible place.

I was a little nervous never been in that area and the hotel was SO close to the freeway. However, this hotel exceeded expectations. We had a great to-go breakfast with bagels, cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt etc. just easy to go items. The pool was nice and clean and not crowded. The rooms were identical to photos! It was a great experience and if we ever go back to this area I’ll keep it in mind.

There was no parking available inside the gate and the parking lot outside the gate (still on the premises) was dimly lit and a bit scary due to people loitering. There were people arguing outside our room. We did not stay, as I did not feel safe.

A number of our family flew in from Oregon to go to Universal Studios, including 9 children and 6 adults. We rented several rooms. Each were very clean. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the breakfasts each morning. Everything was great. Wonderful place for families.

Older Ramada with rooms that open to internal courtyard/parking lot with nice established vegetation. Property well kept. Rooms basic but super clean. comfortable beds, nice shower. Staff was incredible! Hotel offered free Lyft/Uber service to Burbank airport. Close to Interstate 5 so can hear the interstate, but didn’t notice too much once in our room. Chose to stay again on our way out!

We loved you all from the moment we booked until we left. I thought booking a 2 star would be like booking a 2 star. I just wanted somewhere clean to sleep. But you were a 5 star in every way that matters.Your staff was so helpful when I called to book. Answered all of my questions and provided me with personal suggestions.When we had an issue with our room leaking. We were met with problem solving individuals. We were called when the issue was resolved. We were offered another sleeping arrangement. And a free night which was honestly the best I thought it could be. But nope we came back from a long day to a bag and fridge full of treats with a note from the manager (who had also called me to apologize as well earlier in the day).The porters befriended my son and made sure he had mints for his fanny pack every morning. The breakfast was simple but we grabbed items and enjoyed them on our way to our daily destinations.I have never been treated so well. And I thank you all for the kindness you extended to us and our son. I will be sure to tell everyone headed your way.My only disappointment was that we didnt get to try out your pool because it was so cold! :)Thank-you!!

The beds were very comfortable, shower was weak, you could hear every conversation outside your room for a good distance. Internet service was horrendous, expect inconsistent dial up speeds rocketing to 3mbps for brief moments.

Weve stayed here twice now in the past few months and had friends stay here when visiting Southern California. Its everything we need as travelers. The rooms are clean, the staff is great and I feel safe. The front desk folks are very helpful. Rooms have a mini fridge, little coffee maker, iron and board, hair dryer and a roomy closet with safe. The beds are comfortable; we stayed over a week the last time and my back was just fine. There are microwaves in the lobby, coffee service and grab-and-go breakfast bags are available in the morning. There is a clean and secure guest laundry that works by credit card, Ive used it twice and no problems. Dont let the location fool you. It is right off the freeway but very safe. Close to the Empire Center for shopping needs and easy access to everything we needed. There is a pool but we havent used it. There is even parking in an inner courtyard that requires a room key for access. Its not fancy, but it met our needs well and and we plan to stay here again when back in the area.

Horrible, horrible experience 😣 .. worst we’ve ever had so far. We couldn’t sleep all night because the AC system is so loud, and the people staying on the room on top of ours were running, stomping and making so much noise. We called the from desk twice so they could do something about it but they didn’t. And this morning when we checked out, we brought it up to the front lady’s attention and she didn’t care, she didn’t even apologize and only said she would look into it. Very careless and not respectful at all.. Stay away from this hotel!

This hotel is on my top 10 list of favorite hotels. Its pretty laid-back and generally quiet. They have comfortable beds and clean rooms. The food at the restaurant is really very good, if you happen to catch it while its open.The staff and managers are all very kind and helpful. Ive never had a bad experience here.Tip: they have a few whirlpool jacuzzi rooms available. Rarely are they not booked, but if you are lucky enough to nab one try to get one of the corner jacuzzi rooms. Theyre huge and the tub could easily fit 4 average sized adults.

Easy access on and off the 5. Friendly desk staff. Plumbing was noisy, but AC had manual switches so we put the fan on and didnt hear anything after that Room was clean. Plenty of outlets Location seemed remote with nothing else nearby, but the hotel had plenty of security that was visible whenever we went to our vehicles even at midnight.

Im very disappointed. This is my first adult vacation without my son in 10 years. There is no hot tub, and the breakfast is bagels and toast that is not a continental breakfast. Not to mention to location is tucked by a creepy over pass and there are no food places next door so you have to walk under this creepy over pass to go get food.will not be staying here again. Would not recommend it either. If they actually provide breakfast foods such as eggs, bacon, waffles or pancakes maybe it wouldnt be such a disappointment however they dont.

Parking is a little strange you definitely want you car inside the gate. The staff was great. We did have children above us which it’s on the parents who are disrespectful and allow their children to run and jump all day and night. It got so bad I had to call The front desk and they immediately took care of it! Other then that the stay was great. Clean fresh updated rooms. The linens could be a little better quality. And maybe an actual blanket on the beds. We were cold. It wasn’t a sunny summer day so it was a little chillier than normal.

I would have given 4 stars for the attractive lobby, friendly service, updated room, and lovely landscaped inner courtyard with a pool. But my room smelled overpoweringly of bleach. I spent the first hour of my stay airing out the room as best I could, and my pajamas still smelled of bleach from the sheets after I got home. The other drawback for me was directly across the street were tall weeds with trash and abandoned junk mixed in. So yes the city forgot about that area but it would make a huge difference to shell out a couple hundred bucks to clean that up. When I drove up I turned the car around to look elsewhere but it was too late to cancel. Im glad I stayed, but they do themselves a disservice.

Rooms are recently remodeled, so that is nice, but the hotel itself is still super ghetto. Reservations state theres a free continental breakfast, we stopped by at 8am and not a thing in sight. Parking is horrible. None of the trash cans in the rooms have bags, or available bags. Rest rooms have no locks. Its a pain if youre traveling with kids. The amount of dirty towels you see everywhere in the outdoor areas is insane. Im not saying they should have to hide everything, but at least make a tiny effort. If you are on a very tight budget and you absolutely cannot afford another place, this hotel will do. Lastly, when was the last time you went to a hotel where the iron was bolted to the ironing board??? That should tell you all you need to know about this place.

Overall great experience. Rooms are remodeled and clean. Staff was friendly and wore masks at all times. Plenty of hand sanitizer throughout the facility. Nice pool area.The outside of the building is not welcoming. The neighborhood is an industrial area close to the airport, so more needs to be done to the outside, to make the place more welcoming. My wife and I were surprised at how the outside of the building, contrasted how nice the place was inside.

I was going for a convention and booked this hotel since it was close, and very economical. The staff was very kind and tentative, we did have a small problem with the parking one night. However they were kind enough to accommodate us. I also wished the hot tub in the room worked but it was under maintenance which was not a problem, next time for sure! Ill be staying again for the upcoming convention in November and look forward to having a clean and comfortable place to stay.

The rooms are very clean but on my third stay they decided to charge a $100 deposit which they have never done before on previous visits. They actually completed the sale 2 days after my stay was over instead of holding & releasing it. I will not prepay for a room here again. It was a very different experience this time, not sure if I’m happy with it. Staff is decent, one was on her cell phone the whole time at the front and not very professional, but nice at least. The biggest issue was the noise! We stayed 3 nights and every night there were people shouting and yelling, one guy even had to have the police escort him out and we heard all of that. We hardly slept due to the noise level. Won’t be staying here again for that reason.

I have stayed at Ramada Burbank 3 separate times since early June. The front desk staff has been friendly and helpful. The rooms have been updated, and are fairly large. I cant say enough about the staff on my most recent stay. I realized when I got to the airport that I had left my wedding rings on the bathroom counter. I called the front desk, and the gentleman working went up to the room right away. He called be back about 5 minutes later confirming he had my rings. They were placed in a safe, and Karen in Accounting helped make arrangements to have them mailed to me. My rings arrived well packaged, with no damage. The location may be a bit inconvenient if you dont have a car, but we had a rental every time. Burbank Empire Center is very close (you dont even have to get on the freeway), and has many stores and restaurants. If we are ever back in Burbank and need a hotel near the airport, I wouldnt hesitate to book here again.

The facility is an older facility, and looking very tired. The building has signs everywhere saying not-smoking facility, however the first room we had stunk of cigarette smoke. Fortunately, they had an alternate room that did not smell. The room was basic, bed, TV, and a few personal toiletries. It did have a small refrigerator, microwave, and a Jacuzzi tub in the room (the staff told us NOT to use the tub when they gave us this room as the tub was out of service). My only issues was the mini ant infestation in room 219, it seemed to be concentrated in the bathroom area. It wasnt too bad, Im just glad they werent in the beds. Rooms are in a bit of rough shape, could definitely use a remodel. The bathroom and front door looked so old and beat up, and the toilet seat didnt even wanna stay up half the time. Also, the microwave in the room didnt work at all. Oh and I wish they had complimentary breakfast. There was a small area to sit down and get served food but the waitress seemed overwhelmed and out of breath trying to handle 4 tables by herself and had trouble with the ancient credit card machine. I felt bad ordering food to go, but I didnt wanna sit around and wait to get served. Not sure if Id stay here again, maybe if I was seriously running low on money.

The bathrooms and most room fixtures havent been updated since the 80s from what I can tell. The freeway is right next door. The pool is at least decent. I have stayed in Super 8s and Motel 6s that are nicer and much more modern. The nightly rate is overpriced for the amenities offered. We wont be back. Dont believe the pictures! There was water stains on the ceiling all the way across the room and made the room look unsafe and unsanitary. The floor at the bathroom sink was soaked like the there is an water pipe leak. My husband and I drove from AZ and as we arrived it was very welcoming and the two men upfront were really patient with us because my parents tagged along (who were hearing impaired) and made accomodations us to make sure our rooms were close by. The rooms are rather old and need to be updated. Wallpaper peeling in spots and there are bumps under the carpet in spots. Its clean though and the bed is very comfortable. Good thing because its right off I-5 so the traffic is loud. The walls are thin so at times you can hear the guests next door. It is a older Ramada so all that must be kept in mind when staying here. Over all its ok, Ive stayed in a lot worse.

Ramada Burbank. Friendly staff. Good Hotel. I stayed 2 days. Nice clean rooms comfortable beds. I had trouble parking security Jaime went out his way helped us with parking. Enjoyed seeing the security guard at night when we stayed. He made us feel safe. Breakfast was good a quick grab and go.

Its a 100 some odd dollar room, not sure what these people are expecting giving bad reviews. No there is no butler or personal maid with your room. You get what you pay for . They have a decient pool and hot tub vending machines and a nice little cafe. Its a bit pricey but what isnt now a day, its close and if you stay the night they have gated parking to keep your truck a little bit safer . Over all booking and checking in was a breeze Id stay again with out question.

We didnt even get to stay. A few days before we were to check in the cancelled our room due to renovations. They never offered to change us locations or anything. When i called customer care they told me it wasnt their issue as each hotel is owned privately. I tried to call the hotel directly they answered once and hung up on me and then it just rings now. So now trying to find a hotel close to universal that isnt a fortune a few days before the trip or sold out. Worst Customer Service. Thanks for ruining our vacation. I wish we could put 0 stars.

We booked 2 nights on 3/2/20 for December 2020. Once the stay-at-home orders were in place and the pandemic took over, we completely forgot about our reservation. In January 2021 we received a bill for the two nights and we thought it was a fraudulent charge. After searching our e-mail, we realized we had made the reservation but we forgot to cancel. The staff were not accommodating to our circumstances and would not offer us a voucher to come back another time even though we paid in full for the entire stay. Keys dont open other doors so walking to main entrance every time for our three day stay was bs especially when the staff were aware of the problem but not fixed. I get the motel has seen its days and nothing is apparently being donr to update the wear and tear and out dated furniture and look. I stayed here 4-nights because I had a medical workshop close by and I didnt live locally. I would have switched hotels if I hadnt already arranged the stay through my Wyndham points. I love how Ramadas site states **UPDATED ROOMS, if you are looking to stay here, pray that you receive one of those updated rooms because my room was just sad.A few positives:- Housekeeping refilled everything and cleaned decently (aside from the gross stain on my headboard) which I didnt notice until my last night stay.- There was inside parking that was gated off which was nice and made for a safer feel because you could see your vehicle from your room.Negatives:- What was bad was mainly just the state of the room and I think the pictures speak for them-self. Seriously, this entire room needs to be gutted. Floor is badly stained, wallpaper is peeling off the wall in several areas, disgusting stains on the ceiling and near vents, shower tiles have black mildew or possible mold. The bed left a permanent indent after sitting on it for 5 sec, seriously?!

While the rooms were nice, I didnt get any sleep all night long because I was two doors from where everybody came in and out of and that door back there Lambs and then you got people at midnight that want to yell and scream and have their kids yelling and screaming in the hallway if I had my druthers and I knew what I knew now I will not be returning I dont care how nice the room is its not worth the money. I came there to try to relax overnight to get away from home before I started a three-week heavy workload and I ended up not sleeping all night and then going home and sleeping all day at my house when in fact I had other things I needed to do around my house. Had to switch rooms the first night do to air conditioning unit not working. Had to call front desk twice after moving rooms about someone playing a tuba, guitar and other instruments. The problem was fixed after I told them I wanted a refund and would go somewhere else to stay. The following night we were getting phone calls that were just hang ups. Had to leave the phone off the hook to get some sleep.. I guess the other guests did not want to be adults.

I would give this 0 stars but that is not available so 1 star it is. This was the worst motel that we have ever stayed in. Everything was disgusting between the nasty wallpaper to the holes that were plastered over with caulk to the hideous elevator that had wood paneling over wood paneling. The walls are thin and the door to your bedroom also lacks in sound proofing. You will never get a good nights rest while staying here. This motel needs to be shut down for renovations. The health inspector should definitely come and inspect this motel due to the unbearable conditions in which it currently stands. There is a lack of parking that also needs to be addressed as guest should not be forced to park outside the motel property so that their needs are accomplish. I would not recommend this motel not even to my worst enemy, unless you want the experience of entering the “Bates Motel”, and most of know how that ended.

The smoke detector in my room way covered with a plastic shower cap. The maintenance person came to look at it, acording to him the shower cap was placed on the smoke detector to prevent it from making noise. Really !!!!!In the vanity area three of the four draws in the vanity were broken. The carpet needs to be shampoed. Restaurant staff was pulled to help set up a banquet wich closed the restaurant for most of the morning. Exterior of the building and grounds needs to be maintained and cleaned. The bar area was under renovation but never saw anyone working on the renovation. When the restaurant was open good service and friendly. Maintenance employees were not dressed in any type of uniform. Tee shirts and jeans was the dress. One could not tell if they were hotel employees of right off the street. Hotel staff was friendly and polite.

Although I now live in Los Angeles, sometimes I work in an area that would be problematic to commute from my place of living, so I rent a hotel near the work site. I stayed at the NoHo Ramada for a night, I wish I had a reason to go back there. It was obviously built as a Resort of some kind and it still retains that charm from so long ago. Granted it could use a little updating, but if you look beyond that, you can see where it must have been quite the destination spot. The staff is nice and helpful, the pool isnt heated but it is crystal clear and large. As a previous reviewer stated, it is like having a private pool no one else is interested in a swim. Rooms are large, the flat screen HD Tv was really nice and clear. I was on the 4th floor and had great water pressure. I forgot some business items and the front desk helped me out with rubber bands, paper clips and printing documents. the Gym is small but looks as though it was just rehabbed. I enjoyed the stay very much, it was very quiet and I got some much needed rest on a very comfortable bed, which is important because my day starts at 4 am!

Ramada went through a total upgrade not too long ago and has become the best bang for your buck hotelwise in the valley in my opinion. Spending $20-40 less gets you a dramatically poorer experience in my opinion. Super friendly staff and very clean and nice smelling rooms (Alot of no smoking hotel rooms still smell). The rooms have great lighting and all surround the patio and pool area. The hotel is also really close to downtown burbank so tons of food and fun options nearby.

Stayed here for extended period while my brother and I waited to move into our apartment. Its not the Hilton but is a very good hotel. Nice room with desk, flatscreen, and some rooms have microwave and mini fridge. WiFi does go in and out for some reason but mostly decent service. Staff is very friendly and nothing but helpful. There is a language barrier with service staff though. Didnt use pool or restaurant so I cant speak on them. All and all a good experience.

It was like a trip back to the 70s. The floors are uneven and make me feel like Im going to fall through. The shower head was at the correct height for a hobbit. The decorations were something out of a bad sitcom from 1982, 1951, and 1973 all rammed together. It was decently clean and the staff were very nice.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times were pleasing. It has a very beautiful lobby and courtyard. The hallway carpet was dirty but as soon as we got to the recently remodeled, refunished room we were more than happy. Multiple pillows comforted me.I noticed when we were leaving, a room that they was being romodeling. I peaked in and saw that they were doing a proper remodel. The gutted the sheetrock and electrical. I have seen patch work and that is not what they were doing. They were doing professional work.People have complained about the I-5 noise but it is not that bad. I stayed accross the street and the quality in and they were dirty, the door lock did not work, dust was piled behind and under all furniture and I was charged $250 after check out for burns that I did not do. The ramada was heaven after dealing with quality inn crap.

Started at 5 stars… the room was big and clean right next to the pool (room 135), check in was easy, price was decent, for a family of four it would have been nice if there was maybe a table and chairs or extra seating there was only one chair in the room, noise wasn’t bad besides people walking above us, we only stayed one night and everything seemed great but I realized I had bites on my legs after we had checked out thankfully I was the only one but I’m also pregnant so that’s not fun (I’m assuming it was a bed bug I didn’t have any bites on my legs before sleeping in the hotel and woke up with them we checked out fairly early and were in a hurry to get ready and check out because we had somewhere to be I didn’t notice them until my legs started itching in the car right after leaving the hotel), since I had already checked out and everything was paid I didn’t make it an issue but I did call to let them know so they could handle it and hopefully not put anyone else in that room (they said they would look into it) overall the hotel is remodeled and nice but because of my experience I probably won’t stay there again I haven’t seen any others reviews talking about something similar so hopefully this isn’t a regular occurrence!

Horrible from the time we got there, we arrived around 11pm after being at universal studios in the 90 degree heat all day, every vending machine on every floor was sold out completely, with exception of the 1st floor which were all broken, none had water, soda, nothing. We had consumed all our drinks we brought throughout the day due to the heat, it was late & dark we didnt know where we were, & this hotel was not in a good area, it seemed trashy from the time we drove up. I called the front desk to ask after gettting to our room and seeing no water bottles and checking all the machines for water, I was told, Oh we have machines, I said No, they are all sold out, I said so there are no complimentary water bottles here, he said no your room doesnt come with that, I said we need water, is there any water we can get anywhere? From the restaurant? No sorry its closed, I said so no water anywhere, I was told no sorry, then he hung up. I sucked on ice chips because I was so thirsty. The sink cabinets were from the 1980s, underneath you could see where there had been water damage, it was rotted and had mold and the faucet was too, had rust coming out of the sink, the tub filled up with water every time we showered, took forever to finally drain. Then in the morning I let my son go in the pool for a few before we had to check out, he sliced his foot open on the pool ladder. I filed a complaint with the hotel in the morning about everything, only to find out that there was water, a water machine by front lobby and in the gym apparently, the lady at the front said they didnt tell you when you asked for water we had those options? NO! I was twice as mad at that point. They gave us free breakfast, but it was only certain items, we didnt get to choose. It appeared they were doing some remodeling in the restaurant/bar area but there were no signs saying so. It just looked ripped apart and a mess. This hotel was a dump and dangerous, never staying at a Ramada ever again!

I was looking for the cheapest of the decent chain hotels so I have no complaints because I didnt expect much but besides having a clean room and convenient location this hotel is an eye sore inside the common areas and most rooms have a view of the I-5 freeway.
