Jake Ralston was great to work with, sold my house for over asking very soon after listing it. Everything was taken care of and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I would highly recommend working with him and his company if you want a problem free experience .

Having worked with other realtors when selling and buying previous homes, the difference working with Jake is a night and day difference. Hes on top of things, very knowledgeable, educates you on the process (instead of making decisions for you), and my favorite part is that he really helped us position our house to put our best foot forward when it came time to go to market. His advice on preparing it, the photographer he brought in (the photos sold the house online...phenomenal!), the first open house (which was quite the amazing production), the marketing strategy he deployed through social media, and so many of the little things he did that put us in the best possible position has enabled us to move our house quickly in an area that typically takes a long time. Our last realtor merely put our house on the MLS and exerted as little effort as possible to sell it. Jake was on the opposite end of the spectrum...he truly was a professional during the process of selling our home. Were also excited to work with him to find our next house and so far the process has been very smooth. I cant imagine myself working with anyone else in the future.

Jake Ralston did an amazing job throughout the entire process of the purchase of our new home! He was responsive, helpful, and patient as we picked out our dream house. As many know, buying or selling a home may seem easy...until youre actually going through it. Jake made sure buying a house was easy and simple for us. Jake did an amazing job selling our house! He went above and beyond what I felt any other realtor in town would to make sure we got top dollar for our house. he is professional from start to finish from his marketing to his photography and video. I have since moved states and struggle to find a realtor I like based on how amazing of a job Jake did selling our house. So many times I said this is why weve hired him. Jake is an amazing realtor. He is very personable and professional, showing a great deal of knowledge about the neighborhood ensuring our listing price met our expectations. He personally took charge to correct our homes bedroom count with the County Assessors Office ensuring our home was properly listed in the MLS. He was extremely helpful with the staging of our house and brought in an amazing photographer/videographer. Jake created an outstanding MLS description, sales pamphlet, photos, and incredible 3D visual tour. He was always willing to answer any and all of our questions. FIRST DAY OFFER - We listed our house and received an offer the same day. He ensured negotiations were conducted with no friction. We never expected to sell our house as quickly as it did. He did an outstanding job!!!

Jake is the best agent I’ve ever worked with. Jake stepped in after five months with other realtors. A previous potential buyer expressed continued interest to me and I referred him to Jake. After two weeks he put a sale together that made both the buyer and me happy. Smart, knowledgeable, willing to work hard and be diligent all the while working ethically to create a win/win. Jake & Kelly were very enjoyable to work with. Their communication during all stages of our project were seamless.
