I ordered fried chicken at its deli. They had a special on their fried chicken on Thursday and I took advantage of it. I picked up my order on Friday. It took a little longer than I expected to have my order ready. I probably will place the order here again in the future because of the price, quality and convenience.

This store itself is OK. Cant say the same for some of the patrons that shop here, or shall I say park their cars here.Some crazy lady who was yelling and screaming, and banging on some other guys car. Cops came around and asked us if we heard any noise. We told them the general direction. Three cop cars circled around the lot, causing cars to play musical chairs by that corner with the charging station. They didnt catch anyone, and then some creepy guy kept staring at us. No security in the market, and no security in the lot. Im going to avoid shopping here, thank you very much!

The only reason I came to see the bakery was because I was recommended by a friend and now they lost a old customer with a new customer! Clearly management is really disorganized here! Bakery should be open till eight and I was here before the time. Just so I can be ask “oh we had a CALL OFF” the person who I ask when to the back and came back with a negative response! I know the bakery employee was back there! I hope the manager or corporate see this review and investigate this issue. No one want to come here and get sent back with out ordering a cake.Don’t bother to call either because they just going to let it ring!I don’t recommend this place to anyone! Not a customer friendly!

Ive been looking for a new store to get my groceries at first thing in the morning. Albertsons is a joke with customer service and produce quality, and Aldi opens too late and empties of necessities quickly. I am so happy I discovered this Ralphs in particular. The staff, from produce to floor staff to bakery to cashier have been so welcoming. They have been willing to help look for a product, and so friendly. Its really been a turn around in how pleasant my mornings are. I just want to thank them all so much. I also want to add my gratitude for the sales, particularly in the meat department. And I havent had to deal with any bad meat or produce purchases at all. Which is rare these days.

I got cheated again today, the self service gun is pointing right at the Chocolate bars it automatically charged me so I ask the clerk Jennifer to take it out. she pressed a button and I took it in good faith that it was taken out, when I drove home and checked the receipt it was still there, so I have to drive all the way back to Ralphs to get a refund. She told me I had press twice on the Chocolate which is a lie, then the manager gave me the refund without any apology. Like the word SORRY does not exist. I think both the manager and the clerk are in on it. To overcharge customers. Love this Ralphs. The prices are (usually) very reasonable, and there are frequent discounts on many items, especially the produce, which is a huge bonus. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. Definitely better than any other Ralphs in the area.

The produce is low quality. The employees are incompetent. The prices are expensive.The employees who stock the shelves at this location will routinely overstock items, filling places on the shelf intended for other items, even pushing those other items all the way to the back in order to do so. As a result of this practice, some items will be out of stock for extended periods of time because the person who places the orders does not check carefully enough to notice that the intended item is empty. They only see that there is product on that spot of the shelf and move on. In the case of some products, such as the Tims brand chips, they will go very long periods of time without ordering more, only to have it sell out within a couple days when they do. Generally, if something consistently sells out immediately after being stocked and then the spot on the shelf sits empty for a month, that is a sign that you should order more at a time and/or order more frequently. In the 2 years I have been going to this store, I only found Tims brand chips to be in stock a handful of times. Also, it is common for products at this location to be sliced open by a workers box knife, and still placed on the shelves, so you always have to double check to make sure. Also, the people who stock the shelves do not rotate stock. They just push products back and place new items directly in front. They seem to care more about getting their numbers up than following store policies. Based on my own experience working at grocery stores, including Kroger-owned stores, I would bet that middle management is responsible for almost every issue this store has, whether its because they pressure the night shift to get their numbers up and avoid bringing back partial boxes to inventory, or whether its because they do a terrible job of ordering new product in. Its also worth noting that when masks were mandatory, much of the staff wore their masks on their chin, and I even saw an employee with no mask cough directly on his hands before handling carts intended for customers to use. My point is that this location doesnt hire the brightest workers. I recently moved and am near a Walmart which I find to be 100x better of a store. Im not praising Walmart. Im simply trying to make it clear how bad this Ralphs is.

Jennifer is such a rude employee. I always come here and she has the worst attitude with those crusty lashes. Whenever I come in here with my service animal, she has the nerve to say “no dogs allowed, go outside” where does any sign in the store or rules say that? Tell me. This is unacceptable especially for service animals. She also has such a bad tone when speaking to a customer. I’m surprised no one has made a complaint about her yet. I was just at self checkout earlier and she kept giving me attitude. I cannot stand this rude employee. Why are you working here if you lack customer service? Be respectful.Jennifer, if you’re seeing this your makeup is horrible in case no one has told you, it’s just as bad as your attitude. Be mindful and considerate.

It is supposed to be my beloved neighborhood store, located conveniently on a main blvd, a walking distance from the freeway exit. The cordial customer service, groceries galore, treasure hunt in the bargain section, choice of human or self checkout and more. However, there is something one trying to wrap one’s head around, the restroom is constantly in a mess, often yucky wet, toilet papers flying all over the place, never knows what surprising Picasso artwork might have created by urine, feces and who knows what : ) Most parts of the store are clean and neat, puzzling they have a hard time keeping up the gentlemens room to a desirable standard. This is a place to do with bodily nourishment, whereas germs could easily traverse from one spot to another or hands to mouth. Not sure what hiccups have stopped the management from being vigilant of the most needed area where could be a source, unraveling health scare especially the Pandemics is still echoing from yesterday!

Everythings great about this place. Employees are courteous and helpful, aisles are clean, returns are hassle free, and items are regularly stocked. If they arent, simply ask an employee to check the back for some. At 7pm, the south set of doors is purposely closed for security reasons. While it irks unknowing customers, thats no reason for a worse review. Would recommend to anyone to venture here.

I like to shop at this Ralphs. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great service, however, they shouldnt let dogs or any other pets in the store. I understand if the dogs were service dogs, I have respect for them. But the ones you see here are not definitely service dogs. I dont want any germs or hair on my food. Theres a place for pets and please people have some common sense and leave them at home.

When I walk into the door I feel I am greeting by the security guard. I try to feel the cakes, pastries, and even Mexican bread are available. Even I am only coming in for items in the deli counter. A baked chicken or little fried wings and legs. I continue buying macaroni salad and might get coleslaw.I am treated as I am to a large function.

Open until 2:00 AM? Thats awesome. And it also open pretty early too!The last remaining American supermarket around the area, and I hope it will survive and continue to operate as the overall experience are still better than every other Asian & Mexican supermarket around the area. Most of America supermarket closed down due to competition with the Asian & Mexican supermarket being more cheaper and affordable price for grocery shopping. While not many of them survive and when theres still 1 or 2 around the city and that is great thing for the city, and the reason is pretty simple. The overall experience still much better than the other market, it is cleaner, more nice and tight. And with self check out and open late, it is something that kind of rare to the Americans ( but it is good progress and a right direction for such a business strategy for supermarket, as long as they keep the place nice and tight).

This is my favorite grocery store. staff super nice. they would grab a cart for you if anyone find your hands are full with products. and they are super fast checking out. they would open another counter for you immediately if you have waited a little bit in the line. price is higher than other stores like walmart, but i still love shopping here. i am just loving the helpful staff

Get what you need & get out kind of place. A standard shoppers strategy. One thing Ive noticed for a long time & kinda annoying is that they like to replace the brands youve been buying with their own brands, which is called Kroger (I think thats the name). If you dont like that brand then youve got no choice then to look for your favorite brands elsewhere.

This is my first time in this Ralphs store the unpleasant shopping! I ordered a baby milk powder to a serviceman named Bertha G, and she told me I had to wait in line at the checkout counter. I went to the cashier line, the cashiers waitress told me need order to Bertha G and get it. Bertha G service attitude is no good ! She has a racist staff. Her attitude towards people of the same ethnic group is very good, and her attitude toward services that are not of the same ethnic group is extremely poor! This particular location is really small compared to other Ralphs in the neighborhood. They dont carry everything thats on the advertisement paper. Two of the managers are not accommodating like the employees are. The employees are actually friendly. Parking lot is really small and can suck at times because it is a shared parking lot with a bank of America.

I like this Ralphs. When I do get a chance to swing by, there is much to see. And the majority of the consumers are Chinese. Of course with a mix of Caucasians, and Hispanics. But the majority, Asians. Its not something I fancy, but interesting. Because where I live, you dont see much Asians. Its just a big melting pot of cultures that shop at my Ralphs. Customer service here is quite nice and of course overhearing the families speak Cantonese is refreshing. Just today, a kid said in Cantonese..i need to use the restroom! And the father was ok.. lets go. jie (Son). Funny stuff. This location also was really stocked well and had a nice presentation everywhere.

Its the local Ralphs in an Asian-based community, with extra Asian options to boot, but a bit weak on the organics and whole grain; theyve much competition with local Asian supermarkets nearby... plus bigger and better-stocked Ralphs locations a couple of miles south serving a mostly Hispanic+Asian area, and an even bigger and more organics +extra dairy +extra whole grain etc serving a mostly White+Asian and Hispanic area a couple of miles further north.
