Very bad customer service.I am always a fans of Ralph’s. This is my first time going to this location. I checked online if they have the item I am looking for before going to the store.I checked several times on the aisles that it should be in and not able to find it. I asked two different staffs and they just told me the aisles it should be in. I told them I checked several times on those aisles they mentioned. And ask if they can help me to check in system which shelf it is located. They refused. They even didn’t try to go to that aisle and double check. They just say no.I always like shopping in Ralph’s. But is it the customer services that I should be received? Other stores have good service. But this store was terrible! I urged the company take into the customer service in this location and it is important to provide training to these staff.

Love this Ralphs. Great atmosphere and really friendly staff. Being in Brea makes it a guarantee that its a safe and quiet shopping experience both in and out of the store.

I really like this location with its selection, cleanliness and friendly staff. My only complaint would be navigating the aisles and locating items. Some things are not where you would think you’d instinctively find them among similar products.

Grocery store is fine but the deli suffers the same problem as most grocery stores. The people working it are incompetent. I waited over 25 minutes for them to serve one customer some sliced cheese and macaroni salad. There was 3 woman working behind the counter but only one taking orders why the others were just in the clouds ignoring customers. I never understand why these grocery store deli’s have multiple scales and multiple meat slicers if they never use more then one at a time. Just prior to this I waited for a young man at the seafood section to get some salmon. He served all three customers in front of me and myself quicker then the worker at the deli could scoop macaroni salad. I watched her take about 8 minutes to put three scoops of macaroni salad into a plastic jar and place it on the scale. This is just ridiculous. It’s wildly frustrating to wait over 20 minutes for some sandwich meat only to give up and just leave without it. What happens after I place my order she takes another 20 minutes to give me 1/2 Lb meat 1/2 Lb pound cheese? So now it’s taken 40 minutes to get my sandwich meat while being second in line when that timer starts? Imagine if there was a third customer who walked up immediately after me he might literally wait an hour for sandwich meat LOL. Give me a break… I won’t be back to this store. Fire these morons.

This is my go to store but after today I dont think Ill come back. I had to bag my own bags even though I asked cashier for bags. When someone finally came to help me do their job at bagging he ran out at the register and asked if I needed the rest of the stuff in bags. Yes, yes I do.

I love how beautiful the Flower Department is and the entrance of Ralphs has beautiful array of flowers and very clean. Especially now that this store is under construction, it makes me happy to see such a beautiful Flower Department. #kudos #brea #Ralphs

The lady who works at the self check out on a weekday mornings is awesome! She is always helpful with any problems she may have at the register. The wrong price rings up, she was there to fix it. Or whatever the case may be, she is always helpful.

False Advertisement alert!!!! Went to ring up, price was wrong. Came back and told the deli guy and he just ripped it out... Everything was correct, sandwiches was there with correct name and label in respect to pricing.... Fire the two dudes there working Feb 9th, 2023 at shift 1:50 pm, horrible procedure and service. No explanation, no honoring, just rips it out and walk away playing the dumb card.

This store is always clean, well stocked with so many brands of everything you need and from the produce guys to the checkers, baggers, customer service booth, all seem to be upbeat, helpful, personable and most can even crack a smile when Ive been there (only a certain special kind of people can keep that up on a daily) Moreover, the main reason I love this grocery store so much ???????Only grocer that stays open longer than everyone else. For a last minute item I needed and totally forgot to get when I went shopping. Of course realized it AFTER local store hours. Good ol Ralphs has saved the day everytime. Its doors dont close until 1:00 am . Opens early in the morning too. CONVENIENTIts a risk to do anything late at night especially these days, so I appreciate being able come in and to always feel safe . Thank you for opting to work late for us Ralphs crew, hope it never changes. Makes itthrough life without you. What would we do? Go to the 7/11? I think not!

I didnt really think much about this store until today it was the most kind young guy working in self check out. For some reason today I couldnt see that well I couldnt find the bread he was standing by he point me in the right direction. I was checking out he helped me. He is so kind A little kindness goes a long way its also a lady over there where they sell the hot food she is so nice also. This is my favorite store now thank you nice people

Good news! Customer service is excellent, very nice staff! Ralphs tends to have better deals in comparison to their rivals. The store is maintained and organized, with the aisles being wide enough to avoid that person who loves to park their junk right in the middle of the walkway. The parking area is easy to access and never overly packed.Bad news... Theyre not open 24 hours!

Like shopping here but for the last 3 or 4 months about 50%-80% of the carts scattered around the lot, pilled so high in the pens they stick out into the lanes of the parking lot. Its annoying to say the least

I like Ralphs stores, they have a great feel to them, consistently across multiple locations they are clean, pleasant stores. The staff here is pretty helpful but havent had to ask for directions too many times. I also LOVE the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies and this store carries them outside the autumn season which is a nice treat.

Good service and selection of goods. However, their self checkout experience is HORRIBLE. The machine is slow, double scans items, and requires you to put EVERY ITEM in the bagging area and has a fit if you remove or move any of the items. It is honestly the worst self checkout experience Ive ever had.

This is my go to Grocery store. I always can find what I need and the produce is fresh and this is important to me. The people who work there are very helpful. This trip was for groceries for Thanksgiving and I was able to get everything that I needed. Check out was fast and efficient. Great store and staff.

I came here on Monday evening around 5pm. Everything had been great until I came to the self check in to pay my grocery. The server (old latino guy)at there was so EXTREMELY rude, he was even more rude with old lady in front of me. I think he should work at the back instead working in the front.

Customized kindness here and very upscale. Bloom Haus roses are of a level suitable for photography/gifting with lovely ruffled edges and long lasting blooms. The Ralphs team was coordinated. Not only in action but in words that matching the inner sanctum created here in Downtown Brea. Lots happening downtown.Appreciative for the quick check out (reported), quality of items---large store-- and blemish free produce. True wonderland of roses here to surely rival Rogers Gardens in Newport Beach or The Rose Garden at the Huntington Library.Thanks to the Ralphs team rose fantasy you created for a reasonable. Floral blessings for loved for approx. ten (10) days. Kroger is the parent of Ralphs. 5 stars to Brea-Ralphs. They take electronic payments.

Least hassel-free butcher experience Ive ever had at a Ralphs. He kept asking seasoned or unseasoned for beef cubes with clearly only one option and a completely different carne asada ground beef for tacos behind it. Relentless. Then I asked for a steak and he felt the need to overly correct me and say Im just letting you know, thats a roast. Not a steak. Yeah, ok mr prententious butcher d-bag sir. The chuck steak, or roast, whatever you went to college for.

This Ralphs location is a good general grocery store in Brea. It has almost everything you need and is open both early in the morning and late at night. This location has a bakery, deli, and butcher. It even has a Wells Fargo bank inside thats open until 7pm on weekdays. The prices are a little on the expensive side, but buying items that are on sale are well worth it. I keep coming back because this is where I find the best deal for Silk Soy Milk and orange juice. The staff here are always courteous.

Used to be my go to grocery store. Really felt like a neighborhood grocery store up until they decided to move Carlos. It is not the same, you walk in and the whole vibe is completely different and bland. I and a few of my colleagues will not be back until Carlos is back. He truly was the heart of this location.

I dont believe Ive ever such a sarcastic, rude customer service/manager in my life. For many many years my husband delivered groceries from the distribution center at Vons and had nothing but the best. I made a dash to Ralphs which was closer to show spoiled food. Her comment, so? Ive been a Ralphs costumer for 15 years not only for shopping groseries but also for currency transfer, never had a problem, However the currency transfer is becoming a nigthmare. The manager is the only allowed to do the currency transfers, so if he is bussy there is noone to help, beside the manager (Lance brubaker) can tell you that you must wait 20 to 30 min for him to help you. That happen to me today.

Its my store and I love it. Racism is over in this store, but three months to this date they put garbage on the fruits and vegetables that are on discount and the bread costs the same. They are not putting good specials, your manager thinks I I would buy it, use logic more than numbers
