Ok, so on Monday 02/12/2024 my boyfriend and I (who are rideshare drivers) decided to come to this Ralphs to use the restroom and buy some snacks. Big mistake...we were fooled by the name and prestige this overpriced store appears to have. As soon as we opened the restroom doors we both smelled and seen horrendous things in both mens and womens restrooms. Im not going to be too detailed for the sake of keeping it somewhat professional while writing this review. Let me just say every stall except for one was out of service. One of them even had a orange construction cone over the seat! I mean it looked like a war zone. Toilet paper and everything else all over the floor. The trash overflowing. Looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks! It was horrible. By far, the worst public restroom Ive seen in my life. We both walked out disgusted and decided not to buy our snacks here. Would you trust buying your food from this unsanitary place? Yikes...Byeee never again.

I got salmonella poisoning from their cucumbers, and all they did was refund my money on them, didnt apologize, didnt reimburse me from missing a days work and even kept my receipt.

Went to the seafood section to get salmon fillets. My girlfriend and I asked Donahven to skin the fish for us. Young man was very courteous and walked over to give the fish to us personally.

Before standing in line, I asked an employee if my credit card is needed for a return and she said no you can get cash in that case. I waited in line for 10 min and the cashier who said was the manager! said that she needs a credit card. I told about what the other employee said but she kept saying “visa card, visa card.”I think that it would have been more professional to take responsibility for your employee’s mistake instead of ignoring what I am telling you. Also, managers are usually nice and treat customers well; this one did not look like one at all!

Don’t like leaving this review but this Ralph is pretty awful. It’s one nearby and convenient but management has to do something here. It’s dumb they close out all of self-checkout 2 hours before they close, causing a long, unnecessary line. On top of that, their labeling is bad that you will not realize you’re picking up item that’s different from the price listed. Store layout and stuff is fine but people running this store is lacking in common sense

This horrible store came to mind today because we were discussing price gouging. During the first few months of the pandemic. I had to travel here to buy water, toilet paper, and Lysol. Worst decision. This store had Lysol at $11 and the rest I bought was extremely expensive. Plus the lady cashier’s attitude was extremely horrible and extremely rude. I went with different household friends and she did not want to sell us our items individually. I’m sure she still works there. She was a white hefty lady with glasses. This store was horrible when people were in need. They took advantage of people. I should’ve reported them for price gouging. Disgusting selfish corporation.

WAS my favorite store. Loyal 100% and always recognized the cashiers. Never waited more than 2-5 minutes for ck out. Now they have one or ZERO human registers open and about 6 self checkouts. I buy large amounts of fresh fruits and vegetables besides other items. It is a pain to look up every item by picture or alphabetically. If I am dropping $100-$150 a week at this place I would appreciate some help checking out and if possible bagging. I can’t believe how you guys let the customer service in this store plummet. Where are the helpful employees? Do you realize Albertsons is less than a block away?

Im giving it one star because they sell stuff that is 1-2 days away from expiration date. Before you pay for your items check the expiration date!! Also if you buy eggs please check the quantity as I had the experience of getting home only to find 2 eggs missing from the box.

Ordered curbside pickup from this location, all the items were ready ams were placed in trunk like within 2minutes. I am so impressed with the service, no waste of any second.Definitely recommend using pick up service, it will save tons of your time.

Moved down the street over a year ago and have been going only to this grocery store. Ralphs is a bit pricey but they have a great coupon system. Also this particular one is very clean AND every cashier I have had an encounter with, have been nothing but nice and friendly including the managers. You see the managers on the floor working just as hard as the other employees. They are usually well stocked with most items, especially during quarantine.

They have prices only available threw tgeir app. Their app is one of the worst apps. Even when you add items it wont show in your cart for discount. Ive had to spend a lot of time in customer service getting the discounts I should have gotten. Ive even had the self check out person help out. They eventually give up and just manually put in the difference.Just let us use our phone number or a card. They purposely put the discounted only available threw the app sales price in big yellow tag with a small disclaimer that its only available threw the app. Dishonest!They hope that people wont complain. And let it be. They are across the street from me. I drive all the way to stater brothers. They actually put the real price on product.

Shady scammer driving around Ralphs parking lot in newer black bmw suv. Its a scam, dont go near this suv and middle eastern man. He slowly drives around and loiters in the parking lot, looking for victims. Please warn others especially elderly people if they shop here.

I cant believe the lady who I assumed is the supervisor followed me from the seafood section to the deli like I was a delinquent. As she was talking to ladies working the deli section she asked me from 10 ft away if I needed help with something. Then the cashier Jackie was cold. I said hi she did not respond, acknowledge me but looked away looked down. She told me the price while looking to the side. I said thank you she looked away. And didnt even say thanks. I give this place business every day but today their customer service was horrible. Hopefully todays service was a fluke because the evening is always helpful and nice.

Visited the Fullerton, CA store on Yorba Linda Blvd on Monday August 23 at 4:20 pm. Ordered .75 lb of shaved ham at the Deli. Told the employee 3 times that I wanted it shaved to make sure there was no misunderstanding and made sure the employee repeated shaved as an acknowledgment. What I received was sliced (#2) not shaved (#1). Also went to the produce section to get a few tomatoes, decided against it because they were infested with bugs. Will not be going back to this location.

I was behind an older man in line trying to use the advertised coupons. He did not understand that he had to use the coupons from his phone. Carmen, the employee checking him out, was extremely rude and impatient rolling her eyes and speaking sharply to him. She went ahead and gave him the coupon price but didnt explain to him what she had done. I felt so bad for him. She finally got so impatient that she unchecked everything and told him to go. He was taken by the bagger somewhere else. No one should be treated with such disrespect no matter how frustrating a customer may be. She needs training on how to provide customer service. It was so bad that the people behind him offered to pay the difference. When it was my turn I was actually nervous to not make any mistakes checking.

This is my to go to store everytime. I love how this store labels where their products come from very clearly, the staff always make sure I find what I need. The store is always clean and the produce is always fresh as can be. At checkout they find a way to make me smile or laugh in someway. They are more than my local store to me when they treat me very kindly. Wanted to highlight an employee I sadly do not remember by name but he sometimes wheres glasses I think and he is asian I believe. Very nice and always helps me out with my bags. Thanks Ralphs!

Great prices, good customer service, and the best of all is that they’re open super late! They have good sales products basically everything you could ever need! They are open late too! I had an emergency last week and I was extremely thankful they were open at midnight. All their staff is really friendly as well and very helpful!

Great place really great people work there and the best Bakery Ive ever seen in a grocery store I go the extra distance just to get my bakery needs there. The main reason we shop here is because the customer service is fantastic. The cashiers are like family, the management is friendly and help when there is a problem, and the prices for Ralps cant be beat. We could go to the store on Rose, which is a bit more updated and caters to that end of town, but I wouldnt trade this Ralphs or its employees!

I never give bad reviews or take the time to do this. But they were very rude, I came for a money order and it was not busy. They were just talking to eachother. The manager said hed be right with us and took 20 minutes and was just laughing with coworkers messing around. When they finally came to help us, he was very rude and did not end up helping us.

Update:After being on hold (3rd time) for 30 min and jumping through all their hoops, I was told there was nothing they could do. Call Visa. I explained I already had and no human will answer the phone there. I was told again there was nothing he could do.***************************************Purchased a bunch of gift cards for Xmas gifts at this location, of which one or more did not work. The staff could not care less if they actively tried. I was given a phone number and forced to spend an insane amount of time proving THEY made an error in not activating the cards (they charge a service fee for some of these cards that dont work too). No idea what will come of this as I am on hold for the third time and it still has not been resolved. FANTASTIC (or even mediocre) CUSTOMER SERVICE is not this locations focus. I can only assume this is an attitude shared by other Ralphs locations.

Remember to check for exp dates. Bought a DiGiorno pizza (supreme w/ cheese in crust) in mid March only to find out that it has been expired since Jan 2019. Same exp date for other similar kind. Not doing a good job on checking inventory especially this pizza is closest by the glass door in the frozen pizza aisle.

Clean store, great prices. As a bonus, it you use the Ralphs app, you can download coupons straight to your digital rewards card on your phone and they get applied automatically when you check out. And the $0.20/gal. discounts on gas are nice too (nearest Ralphs gas station is at Harbor Blvd and Lemon in Fullerton).

I used to a big fan of Ralphs, I went to Ralphs almost every week. Also, I always purchase their store brand ice cream, and my favorite flavor is called Coffee and Donuts becasue that is not too sweet. Couple months ago, when I went to the Ralphs which next to my location. I couldnt my favorite ice cream. I called several Ralphs stores customer service, neither of them had that flavor. Those answers made feel disappointment. Before I decided to call the Ralphs in Fullerton, I was still ok. However, after i talked with their customer service, I was so upset, and I told to myself maybe I would not go back to this store again. I am an international student, and I had a Master Degree in Communication. I thought my English is good enough to express my idea. However, when I asked the staff in that store whether they had that flavor ice cream. She kept ask me to repeat my question, and from her tone I could tell she was very impatient during our conversation . After I repeated my question four times. Her manager asked her why she took this phone call so long, I heard she said she couldnt understand my question because my English was so poor. Her words made me feel so bad. I wish Ralphs could give some classes to their staffs that about how to communicate with their customers. Last, I hope Ralphs could continue supply Coffee and Donuts ice cream.

Ezekial bread stored improperly on the shelf. I called corporate and nothing was solved. The manager told me he would have to look into how Ezekiel bread is stored. Then he claims he has never seen it stored other than on the shelf followed by but I dont eat the bread so I really dont know which is contradictory. If he doesnt eat it how can he say hes only seen it stored on the shelf. Thats what he has seen at his store and Ralphs isnt storing it properly to preserve freshness and quality. When I went back in the store on Sunday 8/27/17 it was on the shelf. Its gone bad. When I purchased my bread it was falling apart in 2 days. He offered to give me more bad Ezekiel bread from his store instead of a refund which I shouldve been offered. The manager tone was not one of concern and i could tell by his verbal response that he would continue allowing the bread to be stored improperly. Ralphs isnt a good place to buy organic foods because they are improperly stored even after a complaint. The bread shouldve been pulled from the shelves and new bread ordered and stored like udis in the frozen section because like udis it has no preservatives to maintain freshness at room temperature. I have never seen Ezekiel bread being stored on the shelves. I have purchased it for years even from their affiliate company King Soopers in Denver. Theres no way it was sent to them at room temperature. It was frozen and shouldve been maintained that way. Disappointing experience but not surprising. Since Whole Foods is lowering prices I will shop there to ensure Im purchasing the best quality fresh organic foods.

THIS RALPHS GROCERY STORE CARTS ARE A JOKE!!!!! The last 5 times I have been here....4 times the cart has locked on me and set off the store alarm as I was trying to go out the doors. This is a huge hassle and not worth shopping here anymore specially since there is a great Albertson’s right down the street (where I have NEVER had a cart lock on me)! I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT THIS RALPHS AGAIN!!! The last time after the alarm situation happened to me here.... I was walking out to my car and I heard the alarm go off again, so I looked back and there was this poor old man (about 75 or 80 years of age) trying to get his cart which had a watermelon in it, out of the middle of the exit since the cart wheels had locked on him also and set off the store alarm! It was so sad. I felt so bad for him. The manager of this store needs to get on this problem and fix it. There is no way that these carts help theft in any way....who steals a cartful of groceries and runs out the store? If someone is going to steal groceries, its gotta be way more likely that they would steal groceries by putting the stuff in their purse, backpack or jacket anyway, way before getting chased by a store employee while the are running away pushing a cartful of groceries. Thats just ridiculous and so is this Ralphs!

Associates need more training with coupons...Sandra T specially... on the .50crents off coupons of Scotts..coupon says 4 rolls or more.. she said I needed to buy 4 packages to get .50cents off...that company now are very strict...I tried to tell her that it was for one package and that the package had to had more than 4 rolls, but she was stubbern... and said no sorry you are wrong...I left my package and didnt buy anything.
