Where do I start? Ralph was amazing throughout the whole per process. And journey definitely knows what hes doing very patient. Good listener pays attention to the details of your wants and needs. Doesnt try to push you into something you dont want Or upsell you And he gets the job done. He found the perfect house for me and my family. I met Ralph when he was distributing cards in the neighborhood. several years ago. While his daughter was fascinated with my solar butterflies in the flower bed, we talked. He seemed friendly and genuine and put me on his mailing list for info on property values and answered questions I had re. refinancing, etc. I always knew Id use his services when the time came to sell my condo and he did not let me down.He did a beautiful job on the brochures, staging, marketing, you name it. The house sold alarmingly fast and for more than the asking price. He responded quickly to any and all questions I had along the way. Thanks go to Ralph for helping me through a rough time so patiently.

The level of service, quality, attention to detail, and due diligence that Ralph and his team provided us with was uncomparable.I love that he updated us every single step of the way. He even thought of any possible roadblocks that would slow down the sale of our home and got ahead of it to ensure the sale of our home continued.Ralph was very transparent about everything and it was always very easy to communicate with him when we had questions or an urgent matter to get his guidance.When it came to the marketing of our home, he was beyond excellent! Ralph went above and beyond with many effective methods that most realtors don’t bother with.For example, he created an amazing 3D virtual tour: he took high-quality photos of our home and the clubhouse amenities that come with owning our home; he used a custom and eye-catching For Sale sign outside our home; high-quality brochures; a custom website to share more information than what the MLS, Zillow, or another real estate website allows, and he even brought in a professional interior designer to give us advice about how to use our own decor to maximize the wow factor of our home.In addition, Ralph referred us to a very affordable and great quality handyman to fix a few things around the house before it went on the market.His negotiating skills were clever, fair, and effective. Our home went into escrow within two weeks and Ralph continued to try to get us ahead of every step.So, if we needed to sign certain documents, we signed them early so that we wouldn’t slow down the title company or the buyer’s lender with the close of the house.Working with Ralph has been such a gift. We had very little worry about the sale of our home and we were able to focus on packing up and making logistical arrangements to move upon closing.Thank you Ralph for all of your hard work and for being so thoughtful every step of the way! Ralph did an amazing job for my listing in Fontana with the photos and creating a virtual tour!! In fact, the photos were so impressive that one of the realtors requesting a showing mentioned the photos got his buyers attention and they insisted on seeing the property. My seller also commented that Ralph was wonderful on setting up everything for the photo shoot and video. I highly recommend agents reaching out to Ralph for all their real estate needs. Ralph and Tatiyana are awesome, I looked up realtors in the area before I moved and came across Ralph’s profile. This was the best thing ever, he helped my husband and I relocate from Louisianna to California. It is very taxing dealing with a relocation company because there are tight deadlines, but Ralph’s passion, professionalism and knowledge of the market made our transition much better. Tatiyana has a wonderful personality and is also very professional, on the days we were not with Ralph, she took us around and helped with the hard decisions. I sold my home last week - in the middle of once-in-a-lifetime world events! I’m grateful and amazed!My family and I have been working with Ralph for a few months preparing for our open house in March 2020.In preparation for the open house, we had undergone a pre-inspection with needed repairs; we opted for staging; we set a realistic price based on appropriate comps; we knew what to expect from an open house and online advertisements; and we were sure we were positioned well for a quick sale. Ralph connected us with decorators, tradesmen, photographers- whoever was a part of the sales team that resulted in amazing branding and presentation.That week of the open house, California’s shelter at home order went into effect. We were so disappointed! No open houses or showings allowed!! Ralph immediately contacted us and we discussed our options and created contingency planning. Ralph kept in contact by telephone, text and email weekly/biweekly until real estate became an essential service again. I work 14-16 hour days some times - Ralph made a point to set up time to talk that met my schedule. That was an ongoing theme: flexibility to meet our needs.Ralph worked tirelessly to keep us informed, to keep our home virtually accessible to serious home buyers, to tell us what was going on in the market and with the most relevant events.I was amazed at how beautifully my home presented in pictures, online and in publications. I would often see cars and pedestrians slow down to take a picture of the website from the “home for sale” sign. I saw lots of Facebook and Instagram traffic. It kept me hopeful that the house would sell despite current events.As we began to receive offers, Ralph didn’t take his foot off the pedal. Until the offer was accepted, he continued to field requests for viewings. He let us know the “hot days” for viewing so we could decide in advance if we would be showing on Mother’s/ Father’s Day and Memorial Day. And from that time until the offer was accepted, he continued to let the home-buying public know the house was for sale.When we accepted the best offer, our family was tired. Thank goodness Ralph kept the energy high: finetooth comb over the paperwork, lots of questions to fellow colleagues about the unexpected things that arose through appraisal and inspection with prompt feedback to us. Ralph never lost a step, didn’t slow tempo.We finally sold our house last week: highest priced home sale for comps in that area. Wow! We are sooooo grateful to Ralph and for the tireless and innovative efforts he brought to our sale! I would recommend him highly!!

THE BEST OF THE BEST! I was a first time home buyer that knew absolutely nothing. Ralph was able to educate me in ways that was easy for me to understand. He made sure that I knew what was happening all the way to the end of process. He always made time to be there for me to answer all of my questions. Our deal was not an easy deal to get over the finish line and there were a couple of times where it seemed that it just wouldn’t happen. We really wanted the house but we drew a hard line in the sand and somehow Ralph made it happen. He was always available when we needed an update, opinion, or advice. He really knows his business, had digital tools to make the process smoother, and he made sure that we got what we were looking for.
