Impressive!! Ralph Anderson & Associates were contracted by San Diego County to help identify candidates to replace the retiring CAO. In the mean time, the County put out a survey asking residents what traits they should look for in the new CAO, and what areas should the new CAO focus on. But the web based survey had issues. I reached out to Ralph Anderson, even though I suspected that the survey was from the County. They confirmed they hadnt created the survey but assured me they would contact the appropriate people and get the issue resolved. They did and it was resolved. Shortly after, I received an email from Diana at Ralph Andersen circling back to confirm I had no additional issues and was able to submit the survey. I was extremely surprised and impressed, as I didnt expect to hear back from them, but I shouldnt have been. Throughout my contact, they displayed a degree of professionalism I would expect from a quality firm, though I often find it lacking. As a retired consultant. I expect the best and will accept nothing less. I experienced the best with Ralph Anderson & Associates. And a big Thank You to Diana and Heather for outstanding support.
