First time coming to this location in many years. I was hesitant to leave my car and waited for some shady characters to leave. Once I got safely inside, I saw that there was a security guard at the door and instantly felt relief! Safety is my most cherished value and I am glad that Raleys has their store covered.Shopped in peace, but getting reacquainted with the store had me feeling lost. I was minding my own business waiting in the self checkout when a seemingly disgruntled employee offered to help me at some station she was manning. I prefer not to deal with people thats why I go through self check out. Other than that, Im glad to have had a somewhat peaceful shopping experience.

If they have no blueberry muffins, ask at the coffee counter, often there are some in back. Two months in a row I have not received my bonus coupons in the mail. I spoke with the manager last week, she said she hadnt received hers either. She asked me to wait until today and if I still hadnt received them, she would take care of it. I went into the store with high hopes, however, just as the previous month I was not given my personal coupons just the dollar amount for earned for the month. I feel like I earned the extra coupons. I dont feel like the manager took care of the matter, as promised. Today I went to raleys to purchase some foster farm boneless/skinless chicken thighs advertised for $5 Monday. I had seen these & some fish fillets at the Folsom Blvd store for $5 and decided to pick them up at the West Sacramento raleys. Neither of these advertised items were in stock or even available at the West Sacramento location. WHY??????? What did we do to get nothing? Did donald trump take over the West Sacramento raleys? Maybe they dont want me to shop there... Went back today to discover that I would have to update and re-password my account to receive the raley digital discounts. WELL, mr raley, I am a disabled, senior with a borrowed phone. WHY are you doing this to myself and other seniors who just want to save enough to feed ourselves? ALL seniors should have a different store card that identifies them and gives/grants them ALL discounts available. Do you get joy from requiring disabled seniors to jump over the absurd barriers you throw in front of us? I suspect the next step would be to have the disabled seniors crawl through razor wire to enter your store. You make donald trump proud. I just spent an hour trying to reestablish my account with what now appears to be just another donald trump run scam. Does mr raley want us to shop elsewhere? Stopped in today to get some blueberry muffins. They actually had some, surprise! Then I went looking for an inexpensive dinner. I found some Raleys brand, chicken noodle soup. The sign claimed that the soup was on sale for $0.99/can. I didnt see a requirement to purchase 3, but Ive been here before, so I grabbed 3. Got to the register.. . after ringing up the 3 cans the price dropped to $1.49/can. I told the clerk to remove the over priced cans of soup and drove off Walmart.Did donald trump buy Raleys? Seems like theyre using his math. Sad.

Doesn’t have a meat counter like all the other stores. Often out of things I want. Need to clean the milk shelves always has dried or fresh milk on them, stinks. Never have half gallons of half n half they sell out very fast then forced to buy more expensive quarts.Rarely have a good experience there.

Worst Raleys Ive ever been to. There are never any cashiers, the employees that are there are disinterested and stand around talking to each other. The security guard always stares a little too long and is uncomfortable. Out of date items on the shelves, parking lot is always a disaster. I could go on. Its an insult to the neighborhood.

Went there today and ask for help with there app. And all I had to do is put in my phone number. But it did not work so my groceries was 80.00 dollars. As I was leaving I thought about my savings I was missing, and stop at the self ck-out ask talk to Ms.Bella she was very helpful she found out that my phone number was wrong and she showed me how to fix it and gave me my savings which turned out to be 27.00. Thank you so much Bella.

Local neighborhood Raleys is a community fixture!Good selection of most everything. It doesnt stock a lot of high-end and expensive products, but there are other places for that. You certainly can rely on good, fresh quality products.My goto supermarket for our everyday needs.

Its an okay grocery store. Its older and not in the best part of town. You have to watch where you park. Theres often vagrants in the parking lot or nearby on the street. But their prices are good. They have most of the products that I need. So I shop here pretty often. Its just the closest Raleys to my home.

I am not coming back.Currently,left with out medication because they could not finish the prescription transfer fron CVS since last Friday.Have not updated me on any steps in the process, not picking up the phone or put you on hold and never get back.

The store is clean and otherwise nice but if you can install an automatic lock on the bathroom and require a code, then you can install an automatic door opener for disabled people. A person in a wheelchair should not have the added struggle and stress of trying to get out of a restroom.

Do not go to the sizzling wok here. Orange chicken was extremely overcooked and smelled of burnt oil. Attached pics show that it is unrecognizable from the typical product. The orange chicken was tough and completely saturated with oil like it had been fried again after sitting for hours. The broccoli in broccoli chicken entree was pure mush, completely inedible and a waste of 24 dollars.
