My husband & I were introduced to Lori Davis through a friend who purchased a cabin up in Big Bear a couple years ago. We remembered how highly she had spoken of her realtor, so when we started the search for a cabin of our own, we knew we had to work with Lori. From the very first call, it felt like we were talking to an old friend. She made us feel so comfortable, answered all our questions, and demonstrated her extensive knowledge of the Big Bear market. A few days after our initial call, we took a spontaneous trip up to Big Bear and even though it was super last minute, Lori made time to meet with us and even show us 5 listings. In the weeks that followed - when we weren’t able to make it back up to view a new listing in person - she would go to the property herself and take a thorough video tour to send us. A few months ago i was interested in a House that was in escrowI reached out to a realtor and she stated she would call the agent selling the house to check the status and see if there would be a possibility for escrow to fall out, the realtor never called me with an update. One day i was looking through zillow and they recommended Melisa to me, zillow stated she would call me in a few minutes. Melisa called me right away i explained to her that i was looking at a house that was currently in escrow. Right away Melisa called the agent and quickly figured out that the sellers were not going to go through with it and quickly helped me Start the process. Melisa was super sweet and caring and made me feel comfortable with her, she was always available for me when we had questions and quickly communicated with the agent if anything else was needed. Melisa always kept me in the loop When she would have any kind of updates. I would 100% recommend her . Melisa literally went above and beyond for my husband and I. Sarah Lassez of the Rahill Real Estate Group helped us sell our familys rental property in Lake Arrowhead quickly and for what must have been a record price per square foot. She was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. She also had several great relationships with other local agents that helped bring additional attention and offers to the listing. Melissa Evans-Gray:I own a financial services company myself and have high expectations when I am the client. Melissa had a deft touch. She was very responsive across multiple channels email, txt, media chat, and phone. She very patiently listened to questions, gave detailed comprehensive answers, but without feeling like she was selling. I felt she helped me ask questions I maybe would not have known to ask. Also for me a true test is when everything doesn’t go exactly as planned. Example we had a challenge with fire insurance. Melissa was very supportive and a good communicator. Some professionals tend to wilt and disappear when things get tough, but Melissa always maintained her positive professional can-do demeanor.

Brian Atkins at Team Rahill was a huge asset for us when it came to finding a vacation getaway we love in Big Bear Lake! He spent time with us prior to going out so we could look at listings and he could really get a feel of what we were looking for. Then he put together a list of things to see and was very patient and accommodating with us and our schedule, taking us out on several occasions (often over the weekends) to see properties, always taking time to explain the different areas and possible pros and cons of places we saw.When we found a place we loved, Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable about the real estate market in the area, and helped us put together an offer that got us the house at a price that still made us feel comfortable.Following that, Brian was very helpful through the inspection/closing process. Since we were often down the mountain, Brian was very willing to meet different people (plumbers, contractors, etc.) at the property to let them in, an added bonus. His background in construction was also helpful in sharing ideas about how we could do budget-friendly updates to the property that would yield big results.Many people I know have horror stories about realtors being pushy, rude, or even worse. Im happy to say Brian was none of those things. He was always friendly, helpful, and would shoot us straight when we asked questions along the way.Thanks Brian, and thanks Team Rahill! The only reason we purchased our vacation home in Big Bear was literally because of Mario Bulnes. We have been looking at pulling the trigger for years but just never met the right agent, one that we felt comfortable with and would look out for us in a market that we did not know. There are not enough good things that my husband and I can say about Sarah Lassez at the Rahill Group. We were referred to her through a friend/realtor of mine, and from day 1, Sarah has been nothing but amazing. Being first time sellers, we had many questions, concerns, and moments of needed reassurance. My husband was left a cabin after his father suddenly passed away, and we did not know where to start. No matter what the issue, question, or stressor was, Sarah was always there, day AND night, to answer our emails, texts, and phone calls. We were recommended to Sarah Lassez from Rahill by a friend and we were so glad to have met her! We are first time home buyers and Sarah made the process so easy for us. On our first call with her she offered to take us all around the area and show us the different neighborhoods. We had been to Lake Arrowhead numerous times and she showed us areas that we have never seen which was awesome. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and is so easy going to talk to - she answered all of our questions and we loved how friendly she was. I want to give props to Cory Norton - he is a great agent and a good guy! I was looking at Big Bear house listings and had a question about one of them. After submitting question, I got call from Cory (10 minutes after submitting it on Sunday afternoon), and he won me over being very friendly and providing all the information we needed. His big prop is that hes local and grew up and lived in Big Bear most of the time. In addition to that, Cory used to be a firefighter. That helped me to make a decision to start working with Cory and Rahill Tem. Cory took time to learn about me and my wife and what were looking for and sent us listings matching our search criteria. When we selected several houses we wanted to look at, Cory booked half of the day to drive us around and show those houses. He provided his honest opinion and information about neighborhood but never was pushy or tried to convince us on something we didnt like or couldnt afford. We found our perfect house on that trip and decided to buy 2 month earlier than we initially were going to. We needed to get out of LA, so on a whim, we went up to Arrowhead and loved it. Our friends have a place there and before I knew it I was asking for their realtor’s info, Sarah! Our Realtor, Jonathan Vasquez provided excellent service. At first contact he provided excellent information on his qualifications and a complete review of his real estate team. He kept me well informed on my options as the process progressed. At one point when there was too much snow for the termite inspector to be able to inspect properly, Jonathan provided me with contact info. of people who could remove the snow. I called one who agreed to do the shoveling that was necessary, however the worker only did one of the three areas needed to be cleared. Jonathan actually shoveled the other two areas himself, and later convinced the original worker to not charge for the one area done since he had not provided the promised service. Jonathan also had bought the straps that were required to the water heater tank to code and installed them himself. Being close to my 74th birthday, over those many years I have done 14 real estate transactions in the past, and Jonathan is by far the very best Realtor I have ever worked with. The property that we sold is in Calif. and I live in Nev., and I did not feel at a disadvantage at any time during this transaction. I was tasked with finding a realtor in Big Bear Lake - 2 days before Thanksgiving. We are a company located 500 miles north of Big Bear in the SF Bay Area. After reading the positive reviews about Rahill Realty, I took a chance and gave them a call. We were lucky to have Brad King answer the phone (even though a lot of people were not working that week – Brad was!) I explained we were planning to purchase a company cabin in the Big Bear Lake area for employee use and could he send me some links to properties. Within hours Brad had emailed several listings for me to pass on to the owners of my company. With the holidays, we were not too focused on finding the property, luckily Brad was and he continued checking in via email and voicemail to see if there was anything he could do. After the New Year, we asked for more listings that were on the lake, with a specific price range. Again, Brad immediately sent links, follow up emails and called to check in. On March 10, 2017 – my boss flew to Big Bear Airport, Brad of course picked her up and the proceeded to tour the homes he had handpicked for us. We had been shopping for a cabin in the Big Bear area for over a year. At one point, we became frustrated and gave up. Part of the reason for that was agents that could do little more than what I could do by looking on line on Zillow or Redfin. We met up with Brad King and Rahill Realty and in less than two weeks, found our cabin and entered escrow! Brad was most patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Thanks to him, we wound up negotiating a price that was less than what we had been willing to pay. We had a great experience working with Tarl Wood. He really helped us navigate the home buying process from start to finish. We knew we wanted to purchase a place in Big Bear but not living in the area we didn’t know much about the different neighborhoods. I assume, like most in our situation, we started the process by looking at places online and basing likes and dislikes only on the information in the listing. Tarl never once took a home off our list of homes we wanted to see and was very straight forward with the pros and cons of each property. We found this immensely helpful. Throughout the course of selling my house I told Lisa Seifert on multiple occasions that choosing the Rahill Group as my listing agent was the best decision I ever made, and it’s 1000% true. I am a difficult customer. Not only do I hold a Real Estate Brokers’ license but I have also worked in the film industry for 15 years where everything has to be done yesterday. Unfortunately that element of urgency has since become expected in all of my personal business and many companies can’t keep up. I expect my emails to be responded to and my calls to be returned quickly, as in minutes or hours, not days. I had interviewed a few other agents and true to the relaxed Big Bear lifestyle they would get back to me as time permitted which did not work for me. The Rahill Group is different, which was apparent in my first conversation with Lisa. There is a reason why they have so many glowing reviews! AMAZING SERVICE!!! I work a 9 to 5 Mon.- Friday and I am very busy through the day making phone calls and sending emails. I typically make my personal calls as early as possible and squeeze in personal phone calls through the day if need be. I was searching for a qualified realtor in the Big Bear area for a vacation home to enjoy with my wife and family when I came across “Rahill Team, Keller Williams”. I am writing this review on behalf of my wife and our 2 sons. I sent an inquiry e-mail about looking at cabins in Big Bear in February of 2016. Brian Atkins responded and agreed to meet my wife and I to show us around on a weekend.We did that on a few occasions, sometimes my wife and I went alone, other times we took our sons. Brian was always super helpful and really wanted us to find something that was right for us.We finally found something and made an offer that was accepted. The real work was just beginning. Brian is a real estate agent, but he did so much more. He acted on our behalf and fought for us to be treated fairly in the process. Many of the things he accomplished were outside of the duties he is paid to do.Our purchase was not easy. In fact, it may be one of legendary proportions. None of it had one single thing to with Brian or his company. It was all lender based. Brian went so far out of his way, its almost unbelievable. He made and took phone calls for us and to us before hours, after hours on weekends...he never said he was too busy or never said no. He actually cared. Thats so hard to find today.When the house finally closed, he met us to give us the keys on Fathers Day!. He has his own kids. I respect that, my whole family does. When we got to the house, we had locks that we couldnt find keys to. Brian drove out there and cut the locks for us. Who does that? Mario was great! He helped us a lot, weve been looking for our dream home for about 7 months and we finally found THE ONE! Mario was always very patient and compromised with our search criteria ( we never felt he was in only for the commission, we felt he actually cared), he always answered all the questions my family had in a timely manner. When we wanted to see a property, he was always available to show it to us and always with a positive attitude and honesty. After being 24 days in escrow the lender we had wasnt able to perform with the loan because of many complications with our employment and bank account movements, Mario instead of making us feel that all doors were closed recommended us to a different lender who ended up helping us funding the loan. Mario also kept us updated at all times, he also did all he could so the listing agent didnt cancel on us because all contingencies were due long time ago. Mario also was there when we signed escrow papers and was available to explain all documents we had questions about.Mario always did what he said he would do, even after close of escrow he told us he would help us move from our different home because we were leaving the country next day and he was there from 5pm until 10pm. My siblings and I hired Jonathan Vasquez as our selling agent, after interviewing and obtaining marketing proposals from several local realtors.We were thoroughly impressed with the breadth and detailed specifics included in Jonathans marketing plan compared to other companies, as well as his references that I spoke with. The marketing was phenomenal and included all the on line sites, as well as a virtual tour on Tour Factory which was amazing! Also helpful was the periodic reports generated by Rahill showing lockbox activity/showing agent feedback and hits from the media sites (e.g. Trulia).Rahill uses a team approach, and although we were a bit concerned by this at the start (we were afraid wed be turned over to various disengaged people and wed no longer hear from Jonathan), that did not happen. Although he did delegate certain parts of document processing and reporting, he made sure to proactively stay in touch, and was always super responsive whenever we had questions or concerns his teammates couldnt answer. We never felt like we were chasing him for answers or updates.Our situation was a bit more complex because we were selling our parents property, which was owned by a trust, and none of my siblings were in the local area. Jonathan worked diligently to make the long-distance transaction as smooth as possible, and whenever he didnt have an answer to our unique challenge/situation, he would find an answer or refer us to someone when the subject was outside of his expertise. He was very patient and accommodating in working with both my brother and I.He went above and beyond the call of duty several times during the transaction. My wife and I worked with Tarl Wood to sell our Big Bear home. We identified Tarl by reaching out to friends who had recently sold their Big Bear property and they had used Tarl and had very positive feedback for Tarl and the Rahill Real Estate Group. We contacted Tarl and he was very responsive and clearly presented the market for a home like ours (price range and area) as well and the pluses and minuses of our home versus recent sales and other listings in our category. Once we decided to use Tarl (we also talked with other brokers in the area), he quickly prepared the listing tools (a very nice video and excellent marketing language) and we were on the market. His efforts resulted in an offer soon after the listing went live. Unfortunately, that offer did not result in a sale and we then received another offer. Tarl deftly worked the back-and-forth with that buyer, and we had a deal. Tarl made good recommendations on structuring our sale, which included some personal items (furniture), which we employed to reduce our sale expenses. Throughout our sale process, Tarl was in regular contact with us, was always available to answer our questions and very open to discussing our options throughout the pricing and structuring parts of our sale. We live in LA. So making a trip up to Big Bear is a bit of journey. We finally got to the Rahill Team office and the energy was right away laid back, yet the feeling that everyone in it was in tuned, tuned in. Jonathan became our main man. He showed us several properties. Because he got a feel for what were looking for (and can afford), we saved time looking at properties that he knew wouldnt be worth our time, even if these were originally on our list.Ive only been back to Big Bear a second time since, but this time, it was to try out a night at our new cabin. This was a complicated transaction in many ways due to numerous trusts and trustees being involved. The property was advertised to appeal to a variety of interests, thereby increasing its desirability and saleability. The virtual photo tour was beautiful, and showed it in the best way possible.
