The experience I had today was horrible. We’re a family of 7. It cost around three hundred to get in the park with Groupon. We live an hour and a half from the park. The line to pay took 40 min to reach the front. There were no booths just employees running to cars with a card machine. The tram from parking was so unorganized. People were just jumping in front of the line because there were no employees to regulate the line. After the 5th tram I was over it. We almost got into a fight because people were literally cutting us all. We purchased the food vouchers which states “A combo meal.” We finally reach the front of the food line 2 hours waiting!!!! They tell us it’s for the single burgers which aren’t even advertised on the menu. Where do we eat?????? No tables were available. You can’t bring personal chairs or food which people did. I’m upset that i followed the rules. Someone I hope a kid pooped on the stairs of a ride and we had to exit the line after waiting an hour to get on. My husband and I wanted to give our children the experience of going to Raging Waters, but unfortunately I will never return!!!!!! The park would be nice if they had organization. We wasted 400.00 on this trip not including gas and parking. Parking was 25 dollars. Preferred parking is 50. When I spoke to a manager about this she simple said she knows the frustration and they’re working on making it smoother. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Never again!!! I can’t even leave zero stars!!! One is too generous!!!

Got the season pass for the family. Staff is awesome and we had a great experience. Lines moved pretty fast during the week. Longest we waited was 15 minutes. Weekends are a different story. Get there early to get decent beach chairs. Food is just ok. In my opinion the hot dog place is the best. Tried the pizza, ice cream, burgers, and chicken strips. And they are not worth what your paying. But in my opinion the hot dog place is delicious. The chili fries are my favorite!

I see that there’s a lot of negative reviews on this place but that is not the case on my experience. We had a great time here with the kids. The food is descent but if you want to bring your own food you can. Staff were always friendly to us and helpful. When we went it was clean and the stores were organized. The bathrooms were clean and there was always someone in there cleaning the bathrooms. Overall it was a great experience and would return for summer!

I love raging waters but I believe it could be so much better if they put in some work into the park. My two biggest concerns are the food and the cleanliness. Everywhere is super dirty here, from the floors to the tables and chairs there’s old food, leaves, dust and spiderwebs everywhere. I don’t understand why they can’t keep it clean and hose it down. To continue the food options are very limited and the ones that were available were disgusting. My mom and I got two burgers and one bite in we knew we couldn’t eat it and got a refund. Even the fries were off. We got a pizza after but it was bland as well but at least it was edible. There used to be a Carl’s Jr years ago I don’t know why they got rid of it. Small improvements like these would make such a difference. Otherwise the rides and park are amazing I also love the employees and lifeguards they are always super nice and friendly.

I got the season pass last year was the best summer Ive had in a long time Im planning to get it again this year I even got a free JBL speaker for being a pass holder. Highly recomienda it Ive been coming here since I could remember about 7 yrs old im now 27 and the fun never ends. Ive introduced new memberz of the family to this water park and we all love it. 💕 cant wait to be back

I went to this park on a Saturday in June to celebrate my 4 year old’s birthday. She had an absolute blast. It was super family and toddler friendly. It’s a great place to celebrate a child’s birthday and pretty affordable for an amusement park. Lots to do and something for all ages. The employees were friendly and very patient with my toddler. The food was basic but my toddler is happy with fries and hotdogs so I thought it was fine.Basic parking is $25 and you have to take a tram. We got there at 1030am and there was plenty of parking. Tram wait was less than 20 minutes on a Saturday so that was a plus. My only con was that all chairs had people’s stuff on them and even the tables. I am not talking about the paid cabanas. Just the chairs. People sometimes just put a shoe or a towel and basically just “reserved” chairs that they barely used. They even did it to tables. I ended up having to spread a towel in a corner to feed my toddler when lots of chairs had no one on them. At one point, I sat at a table with someone’s towels and fed my kid a whole meal and then left and no one ever came over. There should be a time limit. Also, if you are not actively eating at a table, you should not just get to leave a towel or a shoe to reserve it all day for the two meals you may have. I just wish people were more considerate with that. That is the only reason I took a star off. We will be going back. My family of 3 had a great time.

If you really like a variety of thrill slides then this is your place. I really enjoy the summer and water theme decorations as well.If you want to relax go to soak city.If you want the highest intensity rides go to hurricane harbor.If you want a nice balance especially for the kids this is your place.

Wish they had other food options like fresh fruit or smaller snack portions . We had a great time over the weekend when the heat wave hit tho. The prices werent too crazy, especially if you get the season pass it can bring the price down even more. I will be going back alot this summer now that my boy is old enough to enjoy it.

The whole family had a great time. Definitely recommend buying your tickets online through Groupon and reserving a cabana withthe preferred parking. Even though it wasn’t crowded on a weekday in summer, the cabana offers: privacy, shade, a small safe and cooler, and the option of having your food brought to you. The trolleys for general parking ran often but preferred parking right at the entrance is the way to go, in my opinion. Only down side is you can’t take any outside food or snacks; only water bottles or refillable cups.

We got the tickets online the night before, there was a Labor Day sale, one adult ticket was $39.99 plus a service fee around $4 ($8 service fee for 2 tickets). We also bought the standard parking ($25) and H2Go standard pass ($55). The parking was fine, we got there early as the park was opening. You have to ride a tram so I would recommend getting there early if you buy standard parking. We thought the H2Go pass saved a lot of waiting on a Saturday and allowed us to go on more rides. It was not overly crowded. A Beyond Burger w/ fries was around $18, so was the small locker which fit one backpack. It was fun! Lots of enjoyable water rides, my favorites were High Extreme and Bombs Away 😎

Great place to keep Kool on a hot summer day but they have a lot of issues, one day they didnt have parking. Its a cashless park and their whole system was down not able to take payments at the front gate when purchasing tickets. Lines to purchase food can take up to a couple hours to get your food. They need to improve these things and the experience would be better.

The cavan is a great deal. Plus you can order food and drinkd via QR code and it gets delivered to you. They do not take cash anywhere there. So have $ in the bank or they also have a kiosk where you can buy and load a pre-paid card

Our visit to Raging waters was very fun though Im not sure if I would like to visit again. I felt that the parking was very inconvenient for those as myself who paid $25. The ride on the tram to the water park was quick and pleasant though the ride back took a long 30 minutes (there was only one tram available). Food could also be better.

The reason i give Raging waters 2 stars is not because it was not fun i had a very great time with me and my family but their are some problems. Everything was going good until me and my cousin went to go on the Dragons Den. ME and him saw the 450 weight limit and we knew we were good since i am 100 pounds and he was 210 pounds so we knew we would be good so we get to the top and the lady gave him a rude look. when me and him stepped on the scale the light was green, But she said no. I knew if it was a no the light would turn red like the guy 3 spaces ahead of us. Then i tell my cousin to go alone and i will get a single and he gets scaled again and she still said no my cousin left there a little upset. I stayed to make a talk with the lady. who then gets very racist about my cousin since he was mexican and she thought i was white. When i am a mexican with a very low tan so she thought she was talking to a white person. At that moment i wanted to punch her for what she had said but kept it to myself.I hope this Water park can give a sorry to my cousin for there rude behavior.The lady was on the Dragons Den on 6/23/24.

We went to the water park . The service was good and the slides were fun. The lines were decent in length. At the worst it was a fifteen minute wait.Biggest advise is to arrive before 10 in order to secure a table for your family.Do be aware that they have college students as lifeguards and workers at the water park. They were very a good people and friendly .We also had problems with the parking which will cost $25 . But the bus was so fast to pick up. The food was kind expensive and not every thing they have as cappuccino they don’t have….

Pros = This is the best water park in SoCal, lots of different slides for all ages, a good lazy river, big kids play area, decent food and amenities.Cons = The $50 Preferred parking lot is bullshizzery! You used to be able park close to the entrance if you got there early for the standard fee, but now it doesnt matter, $25 puts in the overflow lots a mile away and you have to wait for a tram, the preferred was half empty all day, that sucks especially for people with little ones.They also could use some more shade structures around the food area, standing in line for 30-45 minutes in direct sun is brutal at 90+.

Unless you pay $50 bucks for preferred parking, the experience is terrible. Even though it’s no where close to being sold out the tram comes once every 20 minutes. It’s also not very well maintained, slides have holes, speakers are rusted.

There is not enough parking space for cars. very long queues for rides and for food. there is not enough space to put your things! no free tables to eat. if you bought a parking lot for $25, get ready to take a bus to the park and then back, there is a very long line back, so its better to get out early. Terrible parking situation. Hard to navigate, barely found the right parking route because personnel don’t explain well.Long and illogical lines. First you have to wait 30-60 min to get the mat and then 30-60 min to experience a 20 sec ride. And then you have to find another mat and repeat the cycle. So few attractions for “the largest water park in California”. No sunshades on the park so be careful with solar poisoning. I wouldn’t recommend it. Oh yes, it’s overprised. Parking costs 25, locker 15. Food is also expensive and terrible.

If you are looking for fun for a day, this would be a perfect water park for you.But if you are looking for something very exciting, this may not be the best place for you.Theres a shuttle bus for a USD 20 parking pass. Not too far from the park.We arrive at 1120, leaving around 1700. Group of 6 friends and I came on Father’s Day and it was -awesome- no long lines on any of the rides, we managed to do every single ride in the park. Snacks and stuff were pretty $$$ but that’s expected at any theme park. The wave pool had very small waves, but the lazy river was fantastic.

Its Raging Waters. How can you not have fun? The chicken tenders are definitely expensive at $15 but theyre really good if thats any consolation. The fries are also good. The lazy river is fun as long as youre in a tube. The water is very dirty so you dont really want to get in it. The rides are all great and the staff is friendly. Its a good time. Alot plenty of time for parking. While they have several shuttles and a bus, its alot of people to move around.

Overall it was so much fun the one thing I will say life guards are not doing their job ! They are not distributing the weight of people correctly. I was in an accident I bumped heads with my family member and was bleeding they did nothing ! I walked myself to first aid and the guy in first aid walked around and wanted to paw my case onto two other ppl just because he didn’t want to do the paper work like what the hell. I ended up walking away and had to take a tram to my car to go to the er they should have emergency golf carts with us 🤦🏻‍♀️

Experience was terrible. Way too many people for a smaller water park which made all of the lines extra long so going on every ride with the early closing time wasn’t an option. Getting food was a nightmare because of the lines taking longer than the rides take. The staff didn’t do their jobs until it was time to kick us out. Wouldn’t recommend for a fun outing. Not coming back any time soon. The line just to leave the park is even a worse nightmare because it wraps all around the parking lot. Again not coming back any time soon.

This place is HUGE! We came to Raging Waters LA for the first time and absolutely had an epic day here. The staff, from the entry, bus driver, food service, slides attendants, to lifeguards were so kind, polite, and attentive! Plenty of seating and tables, safe & spacious lockers, the pool/water play area is clean, extensive variations of water rides intensity, from most thrilling, moderate, to mild.We loved:- High Extremes (exhilarating, tallest one)- Aqua Rocket, Neptunes Fury, Dr. Von Darks Tunnel of Terror, Thunder Rapids (so amazing for a group of 4)- Amazon Adventure (like floating on a tropical river, great with floaties)- Dragons Den, Dark Hole (nice for a duo)- Wave Cove (wavy pool just like on the beach)- The Bermuda Triangle (felt the rush, a bit rough downward dark tunnels)Although the lines for the popular rides were long and the shower was quite decent (cold showers only), the atmosphere was lively and amusing. Highly recommend this waterpark, especially for summer activities and visiting in a group; with your friends and family.

I will never, never, never go to Raging Waters. I bought over 200.00 in tickets in 2023. When I purchase them nowhere does it show an expiration date or that I had to use that year. So in 2024 I called the office to confirm I was ok? The chick that answered the phone was completely incompitent at best. When I asked for her supervisors name she stated, dont worry about it. So I was able to get the number and let a message for Donald Spiller and I have had no success. You can rest assured that this was it for me and my family. Knotts Berry Farm and Magic Mountain will be go toos for water fun.

It was such a negative experience on 8/21/22 at Raging water San Dimas! We are a party of four people including my husband, my friend, my six years old daughter and me. After we parked our car, we went to the line to wait for the shuttle to get to the gate of the park. Unfortunately, there’s no staff at the the designed waiting area. We were not sure where is the front of the line. When the bus comes, it’s about 15 minutes waiting, the driver ask some people to get on the bus. My friend, my daughter and me got on the bus first. The driver told my husband to wait. However, there are some people behind us still going on the bus. He didn’t stop them. We were trying to talk to the driver that we are a family. We are together. He still is not allowing my husband to get on. My daughter was upset because she doesn’t know why we have left daddy there. When the bus stops, I talked to the driver again. He was very unprofessional and rude. He asked me to get off the bus otherwise he will call the police. I said I didn’t do anything so I am not afraid of police.I just need to talk to you. He refused. And ask me to get off the bus for several times. I believe this is one kind of discrimination because we have different skin color. I cannot imagining if my kids get on the bus without adults what will happen! I reported to the management department both in person and email, but unfortunately I don’t hear anything from them.

Been going here since a kid, best water park in So Cal! Perfect for all ages. Me and my friends made it a tradition to go here every year. Weve had some of the best memories at this place growing up as kids! Drop Out was always a challenge for the crew some and would and some wouldnt lol! Black Hole was always a thrill. The one ride where you can get on with about 6 people was our final ride as we flip around and fell off on purpose lol! Raging waters will always be historic to is!!

Its ok for a one time trip, but be prepared for a massive amount of nickel-and-diming. $15 for parking, $20 for cooler storage, $15-20 for a locker, $7 for an inner tube rental because they intentionally keep the supply low... it just keeps going. Food also takes about 30 minutes to get due to horribly inefficiency. This wouldnt be so bad if they didnt bad outside food.The rides are pretty good though, and the park does seem clean.

Nice and relaxing day once we were permitted to go in area for Cabana we reserved! Gates opened at 10am, wasnt allowed in area to check-in for Cabana til after 10:15am,then not allowed in Cabana area til 11:00am...Wasted time just standing around.Need better procedure to accommodate guest.

Parking is soooo bad.. we waited on one parking line for 40 mins to be told to go around to another lot n wait another 45 mins then walk down the dirt road to wait another 20 mins for a trolley. We spent more time trying to find the parking lot then in the actual waterpark. & Parking is CASH ONLY btw.The park needs to be open till at least 7pm to be worth ur money. We got on 2 rides in 3 hrs😫. Total disappointment would not come againTip: be here at 8am or dont come at all, bring ur own lifejackets. Also kids cut non stop specially if they see ur not watching.

Overall good and fun experience. Got there early at 10 and parking was NOT a hassle. The ride lines were tolerable at first but as the park crowded they became super long waits. The lazy river was real nice even as packed with people as it was. The food was good, but pricey even for amusement park prices. $14 Carls Jr burger was pushing it but $11 for ONE slice of pizza was a little absurd. The Lemonade stand was closed and I was told its been closed for some time now with no plans to open. The Icee stand was closed with a sign saying it doesnt work a few times a day even tho the park is only open 8 hours. The lockers were not to bad at $20 for a large locker and they were easy to use. The ride where you ride the constant wave was not open the entire time we were at the park which was really disappointing, I hope it opens again soon.I am only considering the season pass to go a few times a year for a couple hours as they open, otherwise the wait time for rides gets waaaayy too long.

Today we spent thr day Raging Waters Los Angeles kicking off my tweens birthday!Some hot tips...* there is food, towels, drinks, water needs like waterproof cases all on site so if you forget something, jsut ask!* dietary menus for special needs and accommodations, welcomed and can be helped... just ask!* you can rent a tube all day for $8 to take it with you as needed, you can also rent a cabana all day.* cabanas differ in size and location and you can even add a party package (more to come in my recap post)* plenty of shade around the waterpark so feel free to bring a blanket, chair, hand held brella to post up in a spot all day!* #KIISfm is on site at the wave pool every Friday until August 30!* season passes for next year go on sale soon and they include the rest of the summer too keep an eye out!* H2Go passes are the way to go.. works like a fast pass & saves time for many of the major water rides.* relax in the lazy river or take your toddlers into the toddler under 48 tall area for safe play.So many things to do and enjoy at the largest water park in socal!

Food was good, place was great and enjoyed my time here, the only thing I hope this place and staff can improve is not having people use benches to save spots instead of getting a locker. By the time people are trying to eat there’s no where to sit down and eat. First off, get a season pass. Its worth it if you can go more than once. Better yet live in San Jose, because the SJ season pass for raging waters is cheaper. Also unless you can get there way before they open to get in line and grab some shade a cabana is highly recommend, if you can fit it into your budget. Outside food and drinks is not allowed and if they find it they will confiscate (water bottles are fine). Id give raging waters more stars but MULTIPLE rides /attractions were closed and it was super busy during the middle of the week. Keep stuff open to help with crowds!

A summer day perfectly spent with kids and friends!Pristine wave pool, kiddie pool, and those big slides huh!! The big slides are more than enough for your adequate adrenaline flow...Please remember of the long lines you will be experiencing for all big rides..This was my second visit in 4 years and as always I found 2 to 3 rides were under maintenance.Make sure you have enough of sunscreen and a sunglass.Food inside is too expensive, and not that savory, if you are taking premium parking $50, you may bring food and keep in cooler.Have a waterproof mobile pouch or keep it in locker. Raging Waters Los Angeles has several fun waterslide. The parking situation was inconvenient. Every step to get onto a waterslide cost more money. Parking in a lot miles away from the front gate was a fifteen dollars cash only fee. I saw a sign for twenty dollar parking that allowed for closer parking.The front gate was slightly more organized than the parking situation. I thought that bring in food was prohibited, but I observed many people bring in coolers.Water fountains are not present, so we bought four dollar bottles of water. We grew so fatigue d with the long lines for slides that we paid twenty dollars for a smartwatch that holds your place in line while somewhere else.The bathrooms were not kept well. Definitely a fun place to come to during the summer (or any time!), its nothing like a ordinary swimming pool, this place has many fun rides, all of which, may be a bit scary, but once youve been on one, youll want to get on every ride. Theyve got quite a few food shacks, in which you can grab some Ice Cream or Funnel cake if youre hungry (Theres also more food options). The Bathrooms arent exactly the best, but they work fine. I went for the first time this Wednesday with my 13 year old sister. We had a great time. Staff was friendly and helpful. We went on all but 3 of the attractions, only because one was closed and the other 2 were a little scary for my sister. Going on a weekday is recommended. There were a good amount of people but not too crowded. Recommend taking water shoes to protect your feet from being burned on the floor as you wait for and walk to attractions. Some rides the staff will have you take water shoes off but it wasnt inconvenient at all. Locker system was easy. Had a lot of fun!

Went twice when I was a kid in the 90s and this season is the first time back, this time with my daughter in over 25 years.First and foremost they dont cap how many people they allow in the park especially while covid is still active (writing this in July 2021)Hard to rate 5 stars as of now when so many things need to be fixed. The water playgrounds have a total of 1 out of 8 water cannons that are working and dozens of misc water trinkets/features that have been turned off or have broken without repairs. The larger playground has one lifeguard making the other slides closed which makes the waiting lines longer not to mention slides on the small kids playground are cracked and need to be replaced.Featured rides that require you to carry a tube up a path dont have many tubes so the waits are extremely long unless you pay $25 per person to skip lines. Out of our two visits this season we did purchase the wristband to skip lines. In one case we waited 25 minutes for the wristband timer and then an additional 30 minutes standing in the wristband line... What a waste of $50 for the two of us.Last time I left a review with similar maintenance issues at a water park it was closed forever (RIP Palm Springs water park)I hope Raging Waters maintenance crew gets some things replaced or fixed soon. My experience was horrible. This place is not well managed with lack of support to their employees, as I found out. I am a huge fan of Pinks hotdogs until I saw hands on a famous name like Pinks at Raging Waters being dragged through the mud. It was a lack of quality food we all know and love. They were out of condiments, the food was cold when you got it and to wait for 40 minutes with kids for cold food, ridiculous! They were out of ice and soda, and been out of souvenir cups for weeks, what else to say but lack of leadership and support for those poor teenagers working the front line. They say sorry to almost everyone that came to the place to eat. In a water park that clearly needs help, you wait for hours and hours to get on a 30 second ride. Their answer to this is for you to spend more money like 1 for the price of 2 just to get ahead in line of others and create a bottle neck experience. That does not help anyone going to this park. Expect lining the pockets of the companys owners. As you can see from the moment you arrive, they are overpriced and under managed. The lack of cleanliness and upkeep to this outdated place is seen and needs maintenance desperately. The teenage staff are begging for help from management so you as a customer can enjoy an amazing time with loved ones. So please think twice or this is something you may experience for yourself. Been to the park twice this summer, once in the middle of the week when it wasnt too busy and the other on a Saturday when it was packed. Definitely not worth going on a super busy weekend unless you do the express pass for lines, it took us two hours to go on one slide without an express pass.Their food lines are horrible, they definitely need to invest in improving a consumer experience. The majority of the employees I see are teenagers and young adults, which is great but I noticed quite a few frustrating situations with customers that some of these young employeess are not capable of addressing, particularly in the parking lot and in food lines.I definitely enjoyed my experience when it was not busy but will never go back on a super busy day. Buy your tickets in advance do not buy them in person, long lines and more expensive.

Worst theme park experience so far…-Lost my underwear, had to walk a mile up hill because tram was late and no indication it was coming. Got a rash from some weird plant walking up said hill.-General parking is super far away on a dirt parking lot, to which I have seen pumpkin patches with better parking.-Almost all the rides were closed down with no prior indication,(I’m sure it’s written down somewhere, but no where obvious from where I can find) Due to short staff. which also I am not surprised. I wouldn’t come to work to this place either. I’m glad the workers are taking time for themselves and their careers rather than wasting it at such a terrible place.Some of these I take responsibility personally and I do not put any blame on the staff there. They were very pleasant and refunded me my money. Which was done on physical paper and was told “to be put in a box to be looked at later”. I would imagine that this is the same way my ancestors in Ancient Rome conducted their refunds. My family has visited this park many times before, good rides, friendly staff, good food. Only thing I didnt like, were the cabanas. They were dirty, we purchased 2 premium vistas cabanas SI-2 and 3 (on July 29, by the volcano) for the day. The tables were dirty, chairs full of sand, some trash on floor possibly from previous party. For the price I paid I would expect the tables to be at least clean, trash picked up and area swept. We had a large group with us, as we were celebrating a birthday, so it was very frustrating that my wife and I needed to clean and wipe down everything for our guests to sit and enjoy the cabana. Cabanas need to be cleaned thoroughly and for the price this shouldnt be a problem.

We visited on a non-holiday Friday. It was pretty packed ! We got 4 tickets through Groupon $175 so we saved a little bit there. Parking you have two options General $25 and you get shuttled to the entrance or preferred is $50 and you park in the vicinity of the entrance. Lockers are available, regular lockers are $25 larger lockers are $50. All payments must be by card. There are a few eateries available and no outside food is allowed, only bottled water. Four regular hot dogs and fries no drinks it was $70. Two soft pretzels with nacho cheese $20. The longest lines we waited in were for the food 45 minutes. There are a couple of rides where you need either a mat or an inner tube. You have to wait in line to get one of those items THEN wait in line to actually get on the rides that took us about an hour and a 45 min for both lines. They had several slides available for all ages . From relaxing to aggressive . We had 15 minutes to spare for the lazy river at the end of the day. It was a good time though we had fun so thats whats important!

I had a chance to visit this summer and I gotta tell you it was awesome! They have a section for the smaller kids that is not only age-appropriate but is huge. I liked the fact that there is an attendant monitoring the kiddy slides. The kiddy slides are great because the pool is not deep and it has sprinklers for the kids who choose to just chill in the water. There is also a splash around area that toddlers and younger kids can walk around and play in. All the bigger kids appeared to stay on the bigger kids/adults side which was great because this keeps the smaller kids safe. If it’s in your budget, the cabanas are great to rent if you don’t wanna be looking around for a lounge chair. They have different places to buy food from but don’t go hungry because they are not fast distributing out the food. I had a great experience coming here specially because this place was totally family friendly.

This place is pretty big. As others have mentioned it is old. There is hardly any shade. I was in one area for a couple of hours and noticed that people left their towels or shoes on the chairs, not allowing anyone to sit. I never saw anyone come back for them, they were just taking up room. But thats not the parks fault.Otherwise the park seems to be a lot of fun for the kids. There isnt time to do everything in one day. My kids enjoyed the wave pool a lot, so they spent a couple of hours in there. But theres a ton of stuff to do. If you live close by I recommend a yearly pass or something. We probably missed 80% of the park because the kids were having so much fun in a couple of areas.Prefered parking is way too expensive, but when we went, the tram was very quick to pick us up and drop us off. The food was also very expensive, and there were long lines of course. But thats true with any place. They let us carry a small cloth cooler inside with some water in it.It did seem a bit run down, but it is expected for something so old. If you dont mind the aesthetics of the place, it is a lot of fun for the kids. Just bring a small lawn chair or something if you want to sit.

Dont bother paying for a Cabana, they are way over priced, dont provide a full menu for food options and they never check on you. They dont even bring you napkins when you order food. I have been to many water parks and paying $400 for a Cabana you should expect exceptional service. No signs showing they are rentals so if they dont rent the one next to you people are just using them and no one ever comes and checks so they basically get it for free. If you do have to go order food because of the limits you better be ready to wait in line for over 1 hour. The Cabanas we were at were off on their own so if you get one like we did there are no trash cans so be ready to walk over a bridge etc. to do it all yourself. They should have one near the areas but they dont. If you do choose to rent one make sure you always have someone there because people will come and just take your chairs etc. I wish I would have known all of this before I rented it I wouldnt have bothered.

Really fun, but I would not recommend bringing small kids. The overwhelming majority of rides, albeit fun, are very not kid-friendly (in the sense that it was.. pretty dang scary). Height limits were not very strictly enforced, but there were thrill-ratings on the rides which can be easily seen on boards, given in a 1-4 scale, one being relaxing and four being aggressive. Id definitely recommend the 3 and 4 for older kids and adults, 1 for toddlers and 2 for 5-8 year olds.Really fun overall!

I want to record that my experience with the park on 07/22/23 was horrible, I have no words to describe the disastrous feeling I had. My first time in the park I scheduled for 1 month to celebrate my birthday with my friends we were a group of 17 people, I bought cabins and food vouchers we spent over $2000 for nothing. I arrived at 10am at the time the park opens, it took me 40 minutes to get the reservation for the cabins, when it was time to eat we stood in line for more than 1:30hrs standing and hungry, it is absurd to buy in advance and wait in line for 1:30hrs I was horrified to see children in line waiting to be able to eat too, it was infernal heat and the line did not move. And for the toys we managed to go on 2 rides because there wasnt any toy that the queue was less than 1hr now imagine staying 1hr, 2hr in line in the hot sun is complete nonsense. We paid just to enter because going to the rides was not possible, I tried to go to several rides but they all had huge queues at the end I only managed to go to 2, I was very frustrated because it was a day to celebrate my birthday with my friends and it was very stressful I do not recommend this park to anyone. I cant believe park managers dont see this absolute horror of making people stand in line for hours, like the park doesnt have a limit of people on the day, it was crowded like an anthill, the park clearly only thinks about profit and the fun part simply doesnt exist, this is not a place to have fun, but to stress, I cried a lot with anger because my birthday was horrible and I made my friends go to a place that has no structure to receive children and adults, its more a park to profit. I also saw a lot of people coming in with huge coolers and food, something they told me they couldnt, we were very dissatisfied seeing that the rules didnt apply to everyone.

This is the second year of our Yearly Family Tradition to Raging Waters. My Mom passed away last year from Cancer and she used to love bonding with the family at this beautiful Water Park 🌊. Our Group consisted of about 20 of us this time and we had a phenomenal experience. The only negative thing that I didnt like was having to separate our group up at times to enjoy some of the rides instead of going back to back all together as a family. I read a lot of reviews before I decided to go again after 20 years. I was hoping many of the negative reviews were u true, but theyre pretty much spot on.The place is tolerable. If you want to ride more than 3 rides between 10 to 5pm you need to pay for the fast pass. Its way overpriced, but if you dont pay itll suck up your day in lines. We paid for premium parking which used to just be the normal parking years ago. Its all a cash grab. 50 dollars is 2x disneys parking which is already ridiculous. They had lines for their lines here. Waited in line for 1 hr for Pinks. They had 2 registers but one has been broken since may.We paid for a cabana which was OK but in poor repair. When compared to what everyone else had to deal with seating wise I would definitely pay for it again even w/o the amenities. Didnt have to buy a locker just kept our stuff out of view.Mostly just feel this wasnt worth my money. Buccaneer bay in LA Mirada is smaller but feels a lot more reasonable price wise. It was an alright experience. Besides having to find a locker and get another locker that didnt work, my only beef is the restroom sizes and the lack of no standalone changing room to change only. It was fun, and it needs a bit if refurbishing like Splash Island and having a lot of inoperable valves and spigot.

Took over an hour to just get into the park, and only had time to go on one ride after being there around 5 hours. Place is mostly dirty and everything seems pretty poorly run.It was incredibly overcrowded, forcing us to park at a far away hill, even after paying $25 for parking.They basically use the spirit airlines business model where the admission fee is low, but will price gouge you for just about every little other thing there.There are better summer activities in the city of Los Angeles, this place is not worth it.

The worst part was the parking, there are 2 options, general parking and preferred, 25$ for general and 50$ for preferred. Definitely pay for the preferred. Get there early and you will find parking close to the front. Take some ice chests and bring ur own food and leave it inside your car, the preferred parking is very easy to get to your car so you can go in and come out as you please to eat your food. Plus the food inside isnt the greatest and of course overpriced as is all theme park food. General parking makes you park about a mile away from the park at the bottom of the hill, and a trolley will come pick you up. Wait times for the trolley were up to 30 mins to get to the park, and it fills fast. If you have a large group split the price for a cabana it is worth it. You get to have a private space and will always have a spot to sit no matter how busy it is and its covered and shaded. Went during the week so wait times were not as bad as Ive seen some saying in other reviews. The longest I had to wait for a ride was maybe 35 minutes. And only 1 slide was out of commission (the black hole) and my family and I got on all the slides and some we went on 4 times. The aqua rocket slide has a single rider line, if u want to just experience the ride and dont mind riding with random people get in this line. Lastly I found a good coupon online if your looking to save a few bucks, so look online for discounts beforehand

Staff and management are not ready to accommodate large crowds. Restrooms were not cleaned, food was not good, parking is horrible. To leave the park it took us over an hour to get to our cars. Very disappointing experience. If you are going to advertise yourself as the largest water park in California, then give your customers a better experience. You make so much daily, put some of those profits into providing better parking and better food!

We got special discounts for preschool days. The parc is fun, I wouldn t want to go there on a crowded day though, as it may be difficult to find a spot to sit. There are lockers if you want to put your stuffs in a safe place and enjoy. The food there is expensive and not good.

Our family visited Raging Waters while on vacation from Oregon. We pre purchased our tickets online, only to find out the day after we bought them they went on sale for half of what we paid. Bummer. We did rent a cabana before hand which was good we did because they sell out fast. The cabana was nice and came with 2 chairs, 2 loungers and a table. No electrical hook up and no trash can. Cell reception was good. I found the cabana to be clean and I enjoyed having a spot to claim without all the hustle and bustle of trying to get to the park early to stake a claim on some chairs. The cabanas do not off waiter/waitress services. The parking access is very far from the park and unless you pay $50 for premier parking you have to pay $35 and use the tram. The tram has a line to use it as well. You will have to wait for multiple trams in order to get to the park at opening and closing. Park hours said open till 6pm on the website, but they closed at 5pm. As expected, all the food and drinks were heavily priced. You can buy a refillable icee cup for $20, but every refill costs $5. The park does not allow hard, plastic coolers, but you can bring the cooler bags. They let you bring food and drink into the park without question. Even though the website says you can’t. I saw a lady bring 5 little Caesar’s pizzas in, and the staff didn’t say a thing. The park was short staffed and food lines were moving very, very slow. My kid stood in line for funnel cakes for over an hour. We went on a Friday and it was very busy. The kids weren’t able to really enjoy the park because the lines were so long. They mostly stuck to attractions without wait times. The wave pool was overcrowded and not very usable (in my opinion) because there were just too many bodies in it. The lazy river isn’t like other parks where you can just sit in a tube and lounge in circles. Kids use it as a play pool. You will get splashed and kicked by rowdy kids. Great for kids, not so much for adults. The river also had very limited tubes, so you couldn’t float on it even if you wanted to. You’d have to wait for someone to get out and hand it off, but I found most kids holding onto them until their buddies came and so we weren’t able to obtain one. All in all, I would not visit this park again. Nor did I think it was worth what we paid. I had really been wanting to visit the raging waters in Reno, but after this experience I won’t bother. I expect it would be the same. Overcrowded, overpriced and lacking in staff and order.

Bought tickets thru AAA online for approx. $41 w/tax. Didnt get to ride anything(brought my 2 year old grandson), but he had a blast! It was crowded, so we didnt have anywhere to sit. Recommend bringing your own chairs, if youre not there early enough to get a lounge chair. Parking is way over priced, in my opinion. If you have $$ to throw around, preferred parking is $50. If on a budget, regular parking is $25. Its a long way to the park from reg. parking, but theres a tram that takes you. Its a nice little scenic ride. Easy enough. My biggest gripe is they have no healthy foods. No fruit or juice. And absolutely no milk! Needed some for my grandsons bottle, and nothing! So dont forget yours if you need some. It doesnt tell you on the website, but you can take in your own fruit. Overall, we had a good time. Recommend going during the week, after the kids go back to school(thats when Im going again) Dont forget your sunscreen!

Its a tourist trap for sure. It took a hour to get into the park from general admission parking at 945am. The wait for each ride was 1 hour and half and people who purchased the h2go pass lapped us on a ride 3-4 times. Its like the park is saying pay $175 for a fast pass or wait. Food was trash at the burger stand $42 for 2 meals is highway robbery. Also the park is hilly and some rides make you walk down a hill wait in line for a raft then walk up the hill to ride the ride then walk back up the hill to exit the ride. Couldnt get refills on water even though ot 100 degrees out. I can not recommend this place at all. Ive spent $150 for 2 people and parking to get in. Stay away. Im sure soak city or wild rivers is a better buy for a water park visit.

Great place for family fun with water rides and pools. Food is amusement park style food so it gets the job done. Parking is always a nightmare so I suggest you get there early and leave early if you want nontrouble with traffic. Preferred parking is suggested for $50 whereas regular parking is $25 with a tram that takes you from the parking lot to the actual park.

Raging Waters is a great place for friends and/or family fun! My friends and I just visited yesterday! Theirs so many waterside to choose from we almost didnt have time for all of them, as of right now the lines are going at a great pace, we only waited a few minutes for each ride. Food is decent, their mozzerella sticks are amazing, highly recommend! Overall its a great place to have some fun for a day and I highly recommend going for a day!

I have always loved raging waters, it’s close to me, parking was decently priced and rarely ridiculously over crowded. That is no longer the case. Let me start off with Raging Waters is cashless card only! Parking too! Ugh! 1st trying to get to the parking lot is ridiculous and signs and google maps incorrect. Random streets just to end up where your gut told you to go to begin with. Raging waters must think they are on Disneyland level with their obnoxiously high parking fees! $25 to park a country mile a way in some random dirt lot up a hill and around the corner from the park that you then have to wait in line for a tram to take you to the park. We waited about 20/25 minutes til it was our turn to get on the tram to the park it’s about a 3-5 minute ride. Preferred parking is $50 which is shameful they are not Disneyland. The preferred parking is the parking that you use to park at when you go to raging waters. A big plus is you can always find discounts for decent priced raging water tickets! We went on a Monday and the were way over crowded and we got there within 45 minutes of opening and there were 0 chaise lounges/chairs available anywhere in the park not 1! The beachy sandy area was nearly wall to wall with people and their strollers, umbrellas, wagons which took up so much space and really shouldn’t be allowed. We had a blast on all the slides some we waited 30-45 minutes some 20 minutes . Several of the lifeguards are very rude and impatient in regards to the slides but the lazy river lifeguards really cool! You are allowed to bring water bottles in and small soft side coolers which is nice because you know food and drink prices are high! Food was ok Pinks being the best and the dole whip and funnel cake sooooo yummy! Park closed early at 5/6. I recommend leaving half hour before park closes if you are parked in a lot where you take the tram. We walked out of the park about 15/20 minutes after they closed and the line for the tram to your car was wrapped around the whole lower parking lot . We waited almost an hour. Over all it was a good time but we will do soak city or wild rivers next time.

This was our first visit we bought our tickets online ahead of time we also purchased preffered parking which was literally in front of the entrance it was great. We paid for a premium cabana but the first one we were assigned to was infested with bees and all sorts of things we couldnt eat in peace so my husband asked for a refund so they moved us instead. Theres not a lot for 1 year old to do even the toddler area is too big my daughter wasnt allowed in most areas but she was able to go in the lazy river and the wave area. There is a variety of food to choose from. I would come back

I am very easily impressed. I am not a Karen. I keep to myself and take things as they come..then my trip to Ragin Waters happened on July 3rd. Honestly, its just not worth the money. My first complaint is that a few folks in my groups got turned away cus we exceeded the weight limit. To all larger bodied humans: THIS PLACE IS NOT FAT FRIENDLY!! Its embarrassing having to walk back from the line THREE times. Then, there just isnt enough staff to direct crowds in lines. It was a figure it out yourself kinda vibe and we had minor conflict with the fast pass holders. The cherry on top was that it took AN HOUR to get food. A person in front of us was so upset they started yelling at the manager. Everything here was a line. Then they have you playing a wild goose chase trying to get the tubes from a separate line then you gotta go to the main line...save your trouble and go to Soak City or something.

The management in this place is a joke. Like others have mentioned, it’s worth getting preferred parking but even then you have to wait over an hour just to get to the area where you can pay for parking.Also, the entrance is off Via Verde Dr. The one shown here takes you to the employees entrance. You’re better off putting “Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park” as your destination and you’ll find it.That said, I will never be going back as it was a horrible experience.

I am a platinum pass holder, I have been going all summer with about a month break, I went today and there were a lot of slides shut down, the lazy rivers water was so filthy its gross, it eas closed until after noon time, thought they were cleaning it but no!, also there are not enough tubes so everyone is walking the lazy river and kids and older teenagers are rough housing in the river so you cannot have a fun relaxing time, you are constantly bumped into, nothing lazy about this river and it needs to be shocked and cleaned!Food is good, I love that I have preffered parking in my pass and the 20% discount! Please maintain the slides and get them up and running and clean the lazy river and please make it so there are enough tubes for everyone and make it so you HAVE to have a tube to get in the lazy river so we can relax and enjoy it! Also there is a lot of paint peeling up from the steps and the rails, you all need a refurbishment forsure! Not sure if I will invest next season! 🤔

We went on Wednesday 8/17 and we had the best time ever. Longest line was only about 20-30 minutes. General parking and tram ride was easy. Food was good and kitchens were clean. Most all staff was friendly. Park seems to be well run and organized..I was glad to be there on a not so busy day. Most rides were running and everyone was having a great time. We were there about 5 1/2 hours and were able to try all slides and even did a few of them twice. We got our moneys worth and will definitely be back! Thank you to all staff.

Raging Waters had one job, to make my day spent at an overpriced amusement park enjoyable, and for the most part, they failed. Unfortunately, the only thing this park is worried about is making money, as they charge for everything:✔️Entrance fee✔️ Bad food✔️$25 & $40 Fast Passes✔️ Cabanas✔️ Innertubes✔️LockersAs other reviews have noted, the park needs a good cleaning and remodel, and the staff is young and poorly trained, the bathrooms are filthy with rusted stall doors and crickety fans. You cant bring in snacks, but their selection of snacks are all sugar-filled junk. My only options were Lemonheads and others like that. No nuts or fruit. The Dipping Dots stand was out of several flavors, and even though apple juice is on the menu at the pizza stand, they didnt have any. Every line was slow, from the food to the cabana rental to the rides. They seemed to have plenty of staff, but theyre obviously not trained for speed. And be prepared for an hour long ride waits, which are created purposely, so youre forced to buy their fast passes.I love waterparks but after this experience I wont be back to Raging Waters.

The food is very expensive and is not good at all. Your better just bringing in your own food. Sad to see how it is here now, just like how Knotts Berry Farm has gone down the drain. This place creates terrible traffic in the regional Park and its vicinity. They will close for the season in 4 weeks, and I will be happy. People make illegal u-turns, crowd the shoulder, and are generally badly behaved drivers. I dont know how it is on the inside, and I do not understand why this is an appropriate use of county land.

Google map led us to the preferred parking but when we arrived the staffs told us that’s employees parking and we need to turn around joining an endless car line. After 1-hour and halo in car line, we paid $25 for general parking. However, after we parked, we saw the shuttle line was also endless towards the hill top!! The staffs said it was 30mins walk to the park. So we gave up going to the park and the staff refuse to refund the parking fee. The whole park seems a huge scam. They can’t hold that many people but want to take people’s money. One of the worst place I have ever been.

It’s a dump. We found piles of trash at the ride entrances (we were there for opening so the trash had been there for a while), the changing rooms are terrible and filthy with no lockers available to change. 3 major slides were closed and the guest services couldn’t care less. You have to go around and they will tell you where to park since its all hill. It doesnt even look like a parking lot. Then you have to wait for a bus to take you to the main entrance. It was a long wait for the bus. There were lots of bees there. The bathrooms were dirty. There was a maxi pad floating on one of the water slides. On one of the kiddie areas, they had to close it down for the rest of the day because someone did #2 in there. It was gross!! The staff arent so friendly either.As for the tables to eat when buying food, people leave their stuff while they get wet. There was nowhere to sit and eat.Although this water park is cheaper than the other water parks, I dont recommend it.

I haven’t been to this water park in over twenty plus years. Last time I came here I was a teenager, but I’ve been wanting to go for as long as I can remember. No place made me and my siblings happier than this place. But my experience today was absolutely horrible. I understand not excepting cash period due to the fact of what is going on I’m the world. But to charge me full price to enter when I am sure that the price could of been prorated due to the fact that we only had maybe an hour to enjoy the water park that I only remember as a kid which we truly loved. It was disappointing to be treated like that when you have so many fond memories of this place. Totally crushed. There could of been some type off assistance on the part of the park to rectify that situation. We where paying customers that only wanted the price to be fair due to the circumstances. I still love this place and I do want to go back before it is closed for the season. 😔 I only put three stars cause even after the disappointment I still enjoyed my self the maybe 45 minutes I had to enjoy what I was able to. I truly felt like a kid again 😌 thanks Raging Waters. I remember when the Lazy River was covered at a certain turn and it looked like a Rain Forest, and would mist all through the covered area. But I see you guys removed it. Sucks, all good though.

Beware: when you purchase tickets online, they lie and say they’ve been used and won’t honor online tickets. Place is trash and the manager who wouldn’t help us is too. Purchased tickets on 4th of July because they had a sale for myself and family. Came to redeem tickets on 7/8 and they said tickets were used on 7/5 and manager didn’t care to help. Thank God someone in line heard us and gave us 5 tickets. Never again. Hopefully, corporate will do something about this

I hadnt been in over 20 years. I have to say I wasnt impressed. As long as its been, this water park is still stuck in the 90s. It needs a major upgrade to just about everything, including the beach chairs that are lined along the park (with no umbrellas mostly). Food lines are an hour wait, at least! Overcrowded and low standards. The people/ride ratio is unbalanced, meaning very long lines for going on mediocre rides (unless buying h2go pass for even more money). This also means long waiting for food and no seating as everything is occupied - be prepared to eat standing up or sitting on the ground. Suprisingly little shade around the park, not nice to wait in full sun for an hour at 95 degrees. A lot of traffic going in, then a bus ride unless you have preferred parking for $50.Might only be worth it if going on a weekday off-season when crowds are at a minimum. We did two rides in 6 hours, say no more.

It was the worst experience of visiting maltiple water parks in different states and countries. Very-very crowded place.We (2 adults and 2 kids) arrived 10 minutes after opening. General parking twice cheaper, but requires shuttle tram/bus. Apon entering the park, we found that half of the slides for kids are closed, we herd only sorry without explanation. Adventure park was finally opened in one hour before closing time.As a result of 6.5 hours:- each adult slided once on one slide and all together on the group slide.- kids used a few small slides on water playground, circuled river and wave pool.River became very polluted (leves, trash), and if you find a tube, you are lucky.It is definitely a WASTE of time and money!!!You need additional pay for parking, storage box, and drinking water. Food is more expensive. No changing room. There is no hot water in the shower.

But if you have a big family, your going to want to know what Im about to tell you.We looked up the rules and looked up what is allowed and not allowed. Their website says you can only bring water. Thats a lie! They let people bring whole meals, drinks, snacks... One lady pulled out a tiny bbq grill and started cooking. We made the mistake of respecting the rules and wound up paying $230 for 6 burger meals and a 4 pack of Gatorade. They sell 4 Gatorades for $13. I could have brought in a case of Gatorade for that price.The rules also say that you have to have proper swim wear. Thats a lie too! We made the mistake of respecting the rules again and went out and bought swim wear. People were wearing Pro Clubs, cheap wigs, and rainbow pleather. You can dress however you like.... even in the water.They allow you to go in and out. You can go back to your car and enjoy a sesh, and take the tram back and finish off your day.Basically, you can have a good time if you know these things.Oh, they dont open the Lazy River until after noon. So if thats your main attraction, dont rush to get there.

Lifeguard told me my toddler needs to wear proper swimwear. He was wearing a swim diaper. I told him kindly to please go find someone else to tell me but I won’t be changing my child. He did not. Same lifeguard also told my older child to keep his head above water. He was swimming. They were afraid he was drowning….what?? Do you know the difference between swimming and drowning??? I appreciate safety, but not harassment. Please retrain these lifeguards.

When they say this park is the biggest and best water park in California, I could not agree more! They have a huge variety of slides from easy slides for kids to extreme slides for thrill seekers! Some slides are even advanced like aqua rockets which is something between a slide and coaster! Overall, the park is clean, well maintained, and safe. Excellent park to bring your family or friends! Lockers are available for $18, smaller size. Food can be pricey but you can bring some snacks. Parking is $20 and youll have to take a shuttle to the front entrance. If you want to park closer, its $50.

Very oppressive atmosphere. It gets very crowded and there’s hardly any space to set your things down and take a seat. Food is expensive, parking is outrageously expensive, and the rides all have long lines. The bathrooms, stairs, and various walkways get filthy too. The park’s design leads to insane bottlenecks, which is terrible for both safety, emergencies, and saving time. Bathrooms are uncomfortable and not great for getting changed. Furthermore, the line of cars to their parking lot is lengthy and poorly designed, leading to wasted time and gas (It took around 45 minutes at midday, this doesn’t happen at Six Flags, Disneyland, or Knotts Berry Farm). Lastly, unless you spend all your time at the wave maker or lazy river, there’s hardly any open water to truly relax in. Despite claiming to be “the largest water park in California” this place felt like a cramped plot of concrete with no seats and full pools.

The tickets were fairly expensive this time, as the park doesnt have any new attractions and the lines are long and super slow due to overly cautious youngins running the rides holding the next person back too long. Food and drinks were OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive. If you go, take a soft cooler with food/drinks; hard side coolers are not allowed. But the kicker was the $25 parking fee. $50 if you want premium parking (aka closer to the entrance). Six Flags usually sells the parking with the admission so you know its there. Here, you arrive and get hit with this greedy money grab. If Id known that, I would have easily gone to Magic Mountain instead, and hit the water rides there. A lot of money wasted for essentially swimming in a small citys urine. No bueno. (As a side note, I got struck by lightning there when I was little. I shoulda known not to go back lol)

Lots of exciting rides. Nice place to bring family, there is something for everyone. We rent a Cabana which was expensive but nice on a hot day. Very secure and safe.

I won’t come back. No Value for the total cost of tickets/parking/lockers.I would not recommend until they have systems in place that allow patrons to see estimate wait times per attraction.Staff seemed friendly but nothing was there problem it’s all operational issues. Save your money go somewhere else. Our total cost for the day was 300US for a family of 4. Not including any food which is very expensive in the park

Today on 7/8/23 me and my fiancé went to the park waited 2+ hours to get our Elite band because only one computer was working and after a couple of people complained, they finally brought someone to fix another computer. Then when we were in line to get on a ride no employee was there guiding the fast lane and general lane on who’s up next.

Not what it used to be. The turtles pace of the employees adds to the ridiculous wait times. Instead of trying to get people going, they just wait and wait; even when they could have sent someone down 30 sec to a min beforehand. Everything is over priced and nothing is monitored. Holy EBT! Less than 2% of the people there actually had swimsuits on. Everyone had on their underwear or regular clothes. What the entire F?! There was lettuce, french fries, hair wrappers, A greasy film on top of the water from hair products, whatever you can think of in the water!I honestly felt dirty just for being there. Shame on every single person that works there and the only way that you should spend money on coming here is if you smoke actual crack.We have a season pass to soak city which is so clean and the water is so warm. We just get tired of going there all the time so we like to try any and all water parks as well.Oh! I cannot forget this part which is the most important. Absolutely no reception while you were there. So I hope you don’t need to speak to a single soul or do anything important while there. You have to park in a dirt lot that you have to take a shuttle four to get to the main entrance. The shuttle will take a minimum of 10 minutes. Any review that says anything different than what I just said is a liar and I feel like you’ve been paid. I know I said it before but I have to say it again shame on every single person that works there

PAY FOR PREMIUM PARKING! Don’t think twice like my husband and did. The most annoying thing was paying for general parking, waiting at a shuttle stop with a ton of other people and taking a bus up and around the hills. We also payed for a cabana which was so worth it in our opinion. It was very nice to have a section to ourselves and have a service take our food order and bring it to us. The menu is a limited but for pizzas, water and salads it came in handy. The water park was extremely packed, especially the line to get into the park! Our friends who arrived at 10am said their water park wasn’t busy until 12pm and a lot quicker to get into the park. Our littles enjoyed the water and they have a lot of food sections. Glad we tried out the water park, don’t think we’ll be going back though.

Got to say the place has changed since I worked there back in 2006 season. There are now two parking areas general park which is a mission to get to and from. You have to take a tram or bus. Kind of a downer cause how long it could take to get to the park and to even get back to your car at the end of the day ( sometimes an hour)and then there is the premium parking. Which is being able to park right outside the main entrance. 😊. The food has not changed a bit it’s still awesome like I remember. Maybe a few dollars more but whatever. Also on the pavilion no more lunch eating area it’s lockers. The rides have changed some there are now 2 new rides. Bombs away which took over Drop out this year 2022. Aqua Rocket which was being built when it was there in 2006. And a change high extreme is no longer a tub ride you use the mats similar to Raging racer. Other than that my kids had amazing time there. A nice way to relax… also remember if you do want to take water or Gatorade bring in a fabric cooler NO HARD COOLERS. I give this place 5 stars because it’s still a nice family place to go to. Hope to see you there on our next trip!!

Love working here! Definitely a great team dynamic, plenty of room for advancement, and effcient way to earn some income during the summer months. Also grew up coming here as a guest with family and friends and have made some amazing memories along the way. Seen the transformations and improvements of the park over the years and hope to continue seeing the park provide guests with fun-filled experiences. I recommend a season pass!

Overall good food lines are crazy and you cant ever find an empty table because people are the worst dont pay for a locker and just leave their things on top of a table, all day!!! Yes unattended, so others have to sit and kind of just eat on a table that has been left with a bunch of stuff 😒

Get there early possibly pay for the better parking or your gonna be in a oong line of cars on the way in. Your gonna park up a hill in the dirt. Youll be cut off in line for the bus/ tram to take you back. And thats just to get in. Cabanas will be sold out tubes. Will be sold out and every pne else will take the chairs/ tables by placing items on the table and walking away for the majority of their stay...

The park itself was great, the people- not so much (not the people working there). The water was clean and refreshing however when you go you have to pay $8 to rent a donut for the attractions, they do not provide them for you. You do not have to wear a mask at the park which is nice. If youre going by yourself or in a small party I recommend buying the H2Go pass (fast pass) for the attractions.Over all it was a nice trip, however I wouldnt buy a season pass.

The place doesnt fit to many people, not enough place to sit at all and also not enough shadow places to sit.Rides are not that good, very ordinarry, slides are far from one another, and unclear rides descriptions n unless you arrive to the slide itself. If you plan to go there on weekends, please be there early or the waiting line will be very long. We went there on Sunday afternoon, the waiting time is over 30 mins per program.If you really want to play all of them in one admission, just buy the fastpass.

The water park itself was good. Their is great fun for all to enjoy. My 4yr old loved it. It was great because the place has 4 areas where they can play 2 of them only are for 48 and under. My 15yr old enjoyed it to but mentioned long lines and slides not being opened. A lot of people had the fast pass too.The bad part is dont depend on internet their is none or not enough. Print out your tickets or Screenshot your tickets. Its a cashless park. The regular parking is super far you probably would not walk to it. The tram will take you. So dont forget anything. But at the end (closing time) the line is long maybe a 20 to 30 mins wait.Something annoying is the bees. They dont hurt you but when eating they come for your sweets. 🤷🏻‍♀️ natureFood is pricey so be ready to pay up.

Preferred parking is a must.. the tram ride to the park is hell( extremely packed bus w/ no AC and when its time to leave there is an hour long wait to get on the tram to get to your car. Walking isnt even an option cause its soo far from the park. If you dont get there early finding a seat is annoying, you more than likely wont be able to reserve a cabana same day. Wave pool doesnt produce any real waves. Sneak food in cause they dont seriosuly check yall bags for food and it cost an arm and a leg for some dusty chicken nuggets. Just dont bring a cooler and youll be good.

Rides do not accommodate bigger people. 250lb limit for single riders and 400lb for duel. I have some really tall friends who weigh more because of their height. We couldn’t get on any rides. Also, the park doesn’t accept cash if that matters to anyone. Just glad we got a refund for the tickets at least.

Most of the staff isnt friendly, they have zero communication between each other and the slides when it is clear. There was no seating to eat with my family because people had taken them over with their bags. The food was good but not good enough for the price and not being able to find seating. Each employee for the slides had their own set of rules. They lack a lot of structure besides stopping people from enjoying themselves. I went into a few stores and was given a mask to wear while other people were not not enforced. Otherwise my family and I had a great time!

Covid is mentioned as the reason not to have physically handed out maps. This needs to change honestly to greatly improve the whole experience. The bombs away ride is a must experience ride. This ride is so great that drop out needs to drop out. Bombs away has the loops that kills out drop out. Bombs away has the option as a bomb out but that is fail so loop away drop out!! :)))

Lines were ridiculous on a Friday. Many rides were shut down or working half speed due to lack of staff or mechanical issues. We paid for the fast pass which made it tolerable but not worth the expense. Best advice is to just avoid or plan to be patient and not get many rides in.

The line to the parking lot gets to the freeway.They really need to manage it better.The line at the entrance gate is very long too and the process is extremely slow.They look for the food in your bag, no food allowed to bring in, so you can eat their chicken sandwich for $14.99 each and it tastes nasty.The park is not very clean and there is not too much guidance.Price for the season pass is not hight at all and you can bring your friends in too.The regular parking (20$, far away from the park, you need take tram to the park) is also included in the season pass.Kids enjoy it, but too much time to wait.
