Shaun helped us buy our first home in 2013. Back then he helped us navigate being first time home buyers, showing us what a great investment it was for our future. 10 years later he helped to sell the house that we made into a home. He helped give tips on how to get the home ready to sell. Shaun and his team of amazing professionals - clearly laid out the daunting process and followed up with us each step of the way. Shaun was always ready and willing to answer any question I had, no matter how insignificant I thought it was. He eased my mind as we set out to find a home for our growing family. With the healthy equity we gained from our first time home, Radcliffe & Associates were able to help us find an amazing house to grow into!

We have now bought AND sold a property with Shaun and could not be happier. This go round Shaun helped immensely with the sale of our old townhouse that we had rented out. If my husband and I had to work with Shaun and Brittney again, we would do it in a heartbeat. They were really the best realtors we have ever worked with and they guided us every step of the way.We wanted to sell our condo but one of the biggest obstacles was that we lived over 100 miles away. But luckily, Brittney and Shaun handled everything for us without needing us to be there in person. They had our condo professionally cleaned and had a photographer take photos and virtually stage them. The photos turned out wonderfully well, and we received multiple offers, 4 of them all cash. I have no doubts that the reason why our condo sold for almost 50k over listing is due to all the efforts they put in.They were extremely reliable, responsive, and trustworthy. They answered all of our text messages and even helped me with my request to verify emails from escrow because I wanted to be cautious against fraud. All in all, youll be in good hands if you work with Brittney and Shaun.

My wife and I just purchased our first home! Even in this tough buyers market, Shaun and his crew spearheaded the endeavor by staying on top of everything, and I really mean everything. There were plenty of things that I hadnt thought about or remembered to do/ask, but Shaun predictively stayed on top of and ahead of the game for us. This is the second time I worked with Shaun Radcliffe. The first time he helped me purchase my first home. This time Shaun helped me sell my house and purchase another home at the same time. As stressful as that can be, Shaun and his team made it easy. My fiancé and I work night shift and he was able to accommodate our difficult schedules with showings and seeing listings. Our family is so grateful for Shaun, and the huge help he has been! After being highly recommended from our loan company, Shaun made sure to not disappoint. Shaun was recommended to us through a previous customer of his, and we couldnt be more thankful. From the beginning it never felt like a business deal, but rather a new friend helping us find where we wanted to be and helping us get there. Every one of his associates and team members maintained the same level of respect and personal care which made the process that much easier for us, especially being first-time buyers. Shaun and his team took care of us from the second we started and we never felt any sort of rush or hurry to get things done. Shauns team made sure we were always ahead of the game with our paperwork and admin tasks so as soon as something was completed we just needed to sign. There was little to no stress throughout this whole process, it was really just that we picked out houses and Shaun made sure they were a fit for us to spend time looking at. Over 2 years ago we were actively shopping for a home and consistently doing the “weekends open house” thing. Coincidentally I ran across Shaun and Brittany at separate showings about a month apart. Their professionalism, knowledge, etc stood out over all other realtors I had met. Remembering them periodically I would look at the Radcliffe site for listings and any info I could learn from. As crazy destiny would have it 2 years later I finally made the switch and spoke to both Shaun/Brittany. Told them somehow someway I always felt they would come back into the picture.
