Even if youre not good at meditating, being in the good vibes in Ra Ma is a meditative experience. The teachers always open my mind to a new, helpful way of looking at things. And the yoga and meditation bring me closer to my own inner wisdom and I have flashes of inspiration. Ive also made friends and had a great time. I have no hesitation giving five stars. Ive been attending for about 7 years now.

I was lucky enough to do Kundalini Yoga here in person after three years of online classes on Rama-TV. It was just wonderful. The place has a very high vibrational energy. The welcome was warm and the teachers extremely friendly. The whole atmosphere has something festive about it. Although I wasnt a fan of yoga schools before, I felt very comfortable here and can highly recommend this school. Thank you so much for this beautiful experience.

Truly the best place for a deep and transformational experience through yoga and meditation! The teachers are superb, very friendly and engaging. Their knowledge of the yogic teachings and lineage is deep. RA MA offers a variety of programs, workshops, and classes that cover a wide-range of topics. The studio itself if quite large and always immaculately clean, with a unique boutique full of crystals, books, and apparel. Do yourself a favor and experience Kundalini Yoga at RA MA!

I have been practicing yoga at Rama for a very long time. I have practiced with many yoga teachers and I have always found excellent teachers with the classes being enjoyable and meaningful. I have never been disappointed with any class. I find just walking into the fabulous yoga room and studio in itself to be an amazing spiritual experience. Throughout my long time experience practicing Kundalini yoga I find Rama the very most desirable overall experience. RAMA is the best kundalini yoga school Ive ever been and honestly some of the best yoga teachers in general. I practiced Ashtanga and Therapeutic Yoga for almost 10 years, nothing has been comparable to the progress Ive had emotionally and spiritually after practicing at RAMA for a year. A lot more clarity in my life, work and personal relationships. Incredible place. Highly Recommend.

I have been going to Rama since it’s opening many years ago! Our community keeps vibrating, higher and higher throughout all of the transitions. There is so much love, and it is truly the best most high frequency spot in Los Angeles! I could not recommend it more highly to anyone.

I first learned about Kundalini yoga on Your Tube with Guru Jagat. After noticing that Kundalini yoga and meditation were compatible with my energy, I began practicing at Ra Ma. When I practice at Ra Ma, I can experience an energy shift that is unlike any other. Through guidance, breath work, yoga, and mantras, I am able to release fears so that I can make space for new opportunities. Yes, I continue to practice at home and also go to Ra Ma for an extra boost of energy.

How to put into words a group of teachers who create an experience where I am able to construct my own bridge across infinity? A place where the most magical music of the spheres, listened to all over the world, is sung live by the musicians who created it. I have practiced at RAMA in NY, Online, and in Santa Monica. This is the best place to practice Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. The energy, community, and teachers are incredible and magical. Cant recommend it enough!

I’ve been going to this center for almost a year now and as a somewhat new person to Kundalini, I had no idea what to expect.With breathe, mantra and movement, the practice has allowed me to increase my happiness, lower my stress levels and maintain a regulated nervous system. I always feel happier when I leave practice. Now, i go as often as 2-3 times a week now.It has been a wonderful place to practice Kundalini yoga. I highly recommend folks check it out.

There is no place like RA MA! RA MA has the most amazing teachers, energy and community. I have met some of the coolest, creative and inspiring people here and at RA MA NY. This is not just a yoga class. If you are open to major growth, expansion, and to up-level in life, relationships, health, business, etc - take a class here and have an experience of that. There are so many incredible offerings through RA MA and RA MA TV and they are available to all - levels don’t matter here! So very grateful for RA MA.

:) One of the best yoga studios ever! Friendly and caring community. Very good virtual lessons with their Ra MA TV website. The studio has a stylish energy and there are cool plants in the building.Several very smart, friendly, knowledgable, and nice teachers. Harmanjot is one of the best.Additionally occasionally, they offer very very wonderful Kabbalah lessons with a genius spiritual leader named Rabbi Karen, she has a graduate degree pertaining to Kabbalah Mysticism (it could be wonderful if they schedule Rabbi Karen more regularly ).This wonderful yoga studio is imbued with a wonderful spirit of caring and agape. I strongly recommend this wonderful yoga studio and community.

What can be said about the KundaliniYoga studio that has classes and teacher trainings run by Tej, Harijiwan, Gurujas, Mikal Vega, and Guru Jagat? This studio has provided and incredible platform for both myself and many others to experience deep healing and vast spiritual growth. There is really nowhere else on the West side thats remotely comparable to Ra Ma when it comes to the teaching of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

This place has odd vibes. the yoga is good sometimes but to say it is based off of principles of sikhism would be a stretch. these “Gurus” don’t even pronounce Satnam correctly. it’s obvious no one did much research on Sikhism in this company, had they done so maybe half of their stuff wouldn’t contradict. you’ll notice in classes it’s a majority of white people as well. being sikh I was cringing on the inside in while taking the class

Rama Institute is an incredible space with incredible teachings and incredible people! I bought the first month unlimited for $45 (awesome), and have taken three classes so far with three different instructors and feel like I walked into a cozy magical community with extraordinary individuals! classes are challenging but really suitable for everyone, they have struck such a lovely balance here.

This place is making an incredible mockery of Sikhism. They go against the main principles of Sikhism, e.g. they charge 45$+ for religious scriptures and items, therefore neglecting Sikhism’s charitable and humanitarian principles. They remix Gurbani for the purpose of yogic dances and events. The Gurus words’ are not meant for people’s parties, sportive activities and amusement, they are meant for listening. And lastly, the leader of this organisation who calls herself “Guru Jagat”.It is an utter disrespect to every single Sikh on this planet to call yourself “Guru”. Sikhism has only had ten Gurus and the holy scripture, Guru Grant Sahib, which is manifested as the 11th and final Guru. There are no other Gurus in the name of Sikhism!I would advise the owners to rethink their business model and structures and stop culturally appropriating Sikhism in order to make profit. It is the very thing that Sikhism does not promote. With this behaviour, you are disrespecting all Sikhs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They blatantly demoralize and appropriate Sikh culture for their own financial gain. They have a white leader who is a self titled “guru,” and there are sooo soo many things wrong with that whether she is white or not. I can’t believe this place is real. I can’t believe not only the workers here disrespect the culture and religion but the customers do too, unsure if they know that or not but they should really not be supporting this business.

I did one month program while living in LA. every teacher here is experienced, devoted and brought my understanding of yoga and breath work to a whole new level. If you want to get the best kundalini training, come here. Guru Jagat has brought so much wisdom to my life. Truly thankful for discovering this gem on Lincoln. If you have done the Gong healing here with 60 inch Gong originally made for Van Halen, every other sound healing place seems less significant. Gurujas and Harijiwan’ band White Sun won a Grammy this year.
