Fantastic followup and follow through during the bid and job completion process from both Chandler (bid and install) and office staff. I moved into a home that needed a new water heater and a Moen Flo water shutoff system as well as a few other items. Chandler was knowledgeable - gave me options to choose from and explained everything before hand. I was notified in advance that they were running a 1/2 late on install day and received timely text messages. During installation he asked if I had any questions and kept me informed of where they were in the process. After installation he explained everything they had done. I was treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. I didnt shop around for pricing because in my opinion, a business that goes in from the start with professionalism is worth the peace of mind and a little extra $. I highly recommend R & R Plumbing.

We had a serious back up in our house and needed help fast. When I called R & R the staff was helpful and were able to have a technician out quickly. Christian diagnosed the problem of roots in the pipe, but he also identified a leaking seal, and a cracked valve, then gave me options. He kept me informed at every step. Christian was an experienced plumber who didn’t slow down until the job was finished. I would highly recommend them.

Tyler Allen is great at what he does and I have requested him because of his quality of work. I had to have a “full port ball valve” & regulator replaced which was needed due to leaking water. Quick and easy service. I called as my shower handle kept breaking and stopped turning. Raffi came out right away, assessed the issue quickly and not only told me what needed to be done, but also provided pictures of what to expect. He thoroughly explained everything he would do and answered all my questions. He needed some parts to complete the job and offered to come back to finish the job that day or he could schedule it for when it would be convenient for me. He came back the next day as decided, and completed all work. He was patient with my questions and concerns and made me feel comfortable. A few days after the work was done, I called back as there seemed to be a leak. He returned right away, discovered a faulty part and replaced it. Again he was thorough. No additional issues. He was polite, cleaned up any mess he made and made sure we were 100% satisfied, we would definitely use them again in the future.

This plumbing company came with high recommendation throughout the community. Unfortunately, we initially had a disappointing experience with them due to a misdiagnosis that ultimately resulted in additional water damage and expense. However, after expressing my concerns - they went above & beyond to accept responsibility, apologize for the inconvenience, initiate an internal debrief for process improvement, and promptly refund charges for their initial encounter. Despite a disappointing initial experience, I very much appreciate their integrity and commitment to making things right. Its rare to find such accountability and professionalism in today’s world and I highly commend them for that.

Raffi is absolutely the BEST!!! Reliable, honest, hard-working, fast, professional and friendly. I wont ever call anyone else out again. He fixed our water pressure valve and installed a new faucet in my laundry room. I already called him back to install a new kitchen faucet next. After having 4 others in and out of my house who either quoted much higher and/or were rude I would suggest you save your time and just call Raffi first.

When we called R&R Plumbing about the problem we were having with our water heater they were very professional and was able to schedule a technician to come out to our house right away. Brandon Gerard was the Field Technician who showed up for the job. He was prompt and very professional. Brandon performed a thorough inspection of the water heater and explained in detail what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. We appreciate that he was so knowledgeable and was able fix it the same day. He was the best professional technician/plumber that we have ever dealt with and we have dealt with a lot of different professionals in the home repair field. The plumber who came out to the house even offered me some DIY tips so I could tackle a faucet filter change myself to save some money, which I appreciate. Sometimes a simple fix is very expensive because we dont know what we dont know. I have used R&R previously, but for this issue they completely dropped the ball. Tom is a nice guy and very knowledgeable, but it seemed that for this engagement it was a hit and run. I called them about capping a gas line in the back yard. They came out, said no need to trace the line, it was 18 deep. They then had to come back the next day. Tom started to evacuate the dirt around the line in question and when he had enough exposed he yarded on it and broke the live, yes live gas line. He never shut it off at the main before beginning this work. I had secured power to the cut conduit moments before he broke the gas line. He then proceeded to educate me on what the issue was and stated the whole thing needed to be replaced from main to pool heater. He initially/verbally quoted me $6000, and then sent a quote for $11400. This smells of putting a stink on it to get the homeowner to capitulate and pay extravagantly more than what it should cost. I am very disappointed that his carelessness resulted in an almost worse situation and left me with an issue I have to resolve. It is getting resolved, by a licensed and experienced plumber that is not bending the homeowner over. For simple fixes, maybe choose R&R, but for everything else, seek a different company.

It was great working with R &R Plumbing.They were responsive and true professionals. They scheduled us promptly and right before Ryan, the technician, came they sent a text message with his photo and a little personal description about him which I thought was really nice and makes customers comfortable by introducing their technician coming to your property.Ryan checked our tankless water heater and was able to test and confirm that the igniter coil was faulty. He does not have the part and it is not sold in stores and has to be ordered from Rheem.We were not charged for the visit.Great experience! Had a little snafu with flushing something thats not supposed to go down a toilet. We werent sure if it would cause issues or not so we opted to call a Pro in. Enter R&R. They were timely, friendly, and extremely helpful. After they asked a few questions and tested a few things out, they provided a recommendation (that being that everything seems ok and to not worry about it). I figured they would charge us for their visit and the consultation was free of charge. Down the road I will definitely use R&R for any plumbing needs we have.

I have used R&R Plumbing 3 times in the past few years. Each time they respond very quickly, professionally and seem to have a clear understanding of what customer service is about. I had an awesome experience in an emergency situation with R&R Plumbing in Jan. Of 2024. Technician Trenton J Doerr came out to assess the situation and fixed our leaking valve under our kitchen island sink. He even fixed our weeping sink drain, pressure tested our inlet pipe and took the time to explain things to me. I would highly recommend these guys. These are great plumbers. I had a major water leak in the kitchen. It was a huge mess. The technician (Chandler) found it and fixed it. Also had a frozen water main valve which was corroded. Replaced. Im also having the hot water heater replaced before it too decides to fails. They generate great detailed reports with numerous photos and explanations which I submitted to insurance. Had technician Daniel Clary come out and help us with our leaking drainage pipe from our kitchen faucet that was leaking outside. Because of where the spot of the leak was it was a pain to fix and could’ve required him to cut out the stucco. He was able to get to it without tearing out the cabinets on the inside or the stucco outside and even replaced our soap dispenser without any problems. I love R&R Plumbing. They sent Dan to remedy our bathroom leak, which he fixed with incredible patience. We couldn’t tell for sure if the leak was coming from under the bathroom sink or from the bathtub, but the carpet outside our bathroom was soaking wet. Dan meticulously tinkered under the bathroom sink for hours, replacing parts and even removing a long brush that my mother had forced down the drain to clear the blockage but has snapped and was stuck there for years! Dan promised to return if the leak didn’t go away but three days later the carpet outside the bathroom has dried up indicating the problem was solved. We also had a faulty water heater that the gas technician said needed to be replaced, but Dan again fixed it and saved us a potential massive headache and replacement bill !! My hot water heater started leaking days before I was about to leave the state for winter break. My husband was able to be at home for the day of installation. I have used R&R Plumbing multiple times and been thrilled each and every time. Their team is professional and always gets the job done quickly, however, they taking the time needed to walk me through that they did making sure I understand and am comfortable and satisfied with what was done. My first experience was fixing a horrible sewage smell that we couldt get rid of which they handled and did an awesome job. We couldnt be more thrilled. The next time was to install a water softener and circulating pump. Again a professional job reasonably priced. The third time was for a clogged shower drain. It turns out the drain trap was clogged. When are original shower drains was installed (which was less than a year ago) the plumber never walked us through how to get to the trap. R&R took the time to do this and didnt charge me for this simple fix.How many plumbing issues can one household have in a year? Well I have had my fill and Im just happy that I found R&R Plumbing to help me through these challenges.

So, I called them up yesterday to come a look at a project. Was installing a backyard fireplace and wasn’t sure if my gas piping was done correctly or if I needed a permit. A big dude named Tom came out and looked things over. First, let me say, if you’re ever in a bar room brawl, you’d want Tom on your side. Same goes for if you ever need an honest plumber. Tom did a quick assessment and, although there was no job for which I needed to hire him, he gave me a few safety tips and pointers to finish my job. They sent two workers out to test the leak in my water system that I found out was releasing 50 gallons an hour. (My water bill was outrageous!) They immediately determined that it was due to my sprinklers and NOT a slab leak. Rather than just packing up and leaving when they discovered that they would not doing any repairs and collecting a lot of money from me, they showed me how to turn off the sprinklers at the source and went around the house to locate the source of the leak. R&R was here a couple weeks ago for what we thought would be a simple job of replacing a toilet due to some leakage we discovered along the 2nd floor drain stack. It wasnt that simple but Javier and Derek were very professional in the way they diagnosed and communicated about the issue. They were very neat about cutting some dry wall to discover the source of leak (idiot former owner had drilled holes through the pipe). I called this company a couple years ago to help my elderly neighbor with a leak she had in her home. The leak was taken care of promptly and things were great for her. Then I had a slab leak in my home so I called again. The assessment and proposal was a tough one to swallow due to timing...a week before Christmas! The re-pipe crew showed up at 0730 and were complete by 1PM. The drywall/stucco repair crew showed up the next morning and were complete by 3 PM. All of the personnel were pleasant and willing to take care of our problem. Owning a 30+ year old home you get comfortable and used to the way your appliances work but I can say the final product far exceeds what I expected with the repairs we received. So I had an issue on the weekend. It was a Saturday at 2:00 p.m. with water leaking out from underneath the house. To be honest I tried calling several different plumbers and R&R was honestly the only one to pick up the phone, and listen to me. We had an issue with tankless water heater which was not functionining upto the mark as we were getting cold water on and off. Also, the kitchen sink was clogged. I can barely tell that the front yard was dug up.He also showed me how the repair would be made, showed me the completed repair and pressurized the system with water prior to backfilling the dirt so that I could verify for myself that the leak was repaired.I used to use another company for my plumbing needs, but even with their “discounted rates” for monthly subscribers, their prices were too high for me to afford. Dan quoted me a very reasonable price. My area drains were clogged with roots and R & R came out the same day and used their Hydro Jet machine and were able to clear the drains. It took quite some time, and they were concerned about the cost, but I had them continue, and it payed off. I will have them come out every year to insure the drains are clear!

Called R&R for a suspected slab leak. Tyler showed up within an hour and confirmed the leak. He recommended a full repipe of the house at the cost of 12K. The tenant claims no hot water for shower. R&R scheduled a second day visit for inspection and repair. Tom arrived on time. He inspected the water heater thoroughly and suggested a replacement because the water heater has reached its lifecycle . He replaced the water heater at the same day. At first, I called another plumbing company that uses two initials in its name, and they wanted to charge me a $70 fee just to come out and they were going to schedule me a week out. So then I called R&R Plumbing and they do not charge a fee to come out and diagnose. They also came out the very same day I called. Of course when they got here the funny noise my toilet was making had gone away. So they left without charging me. If I would have used that other company, I would have been charged $70!

Highly recommend this business. We got the tankless water heater installed through R&R. At first, the device had a faulty circuit board, so a specialist came out and replaced the board for us. Dan is a great guy and super friendly, and does his work very thoroughly and with care. I didnt notice but later I found out that he even emptied our trash can in our garage. But most of all, they do the work properly and we havent had any issues with the water heater ever since.

Had a bad experience with another company that my home warranty company was trying to have us use so I did not feel comfortable moving forward with them. I found this company shortly after and it was the complete opposite experience. They got back to me right away. Sent someone out the same day to give me a quote.
