Their software is not user friendly, for example when you set someones move out date, you still have to go in that day and manually move them out. Other software doesnt require that and automatically moves them out on the day you set. If you use their gate system, you also need to have a dedicated computer on the local network to run the gate system. Most others are all cloud based and as long as they can get to the internet, you dont need a dedicated computer. The pricing is good, but the features arent there for Quikstor.

We have used Quikstor for our storage facility for many years. Prior to that we had a company that was not good and as you know your storage software needs to be top notch. I highly recommend Quikstor. The software is wonderful and easy to use. We have never had a problem with their software and our credit card processing company. Which is critical, right? The staff at Quikstor are honestly caring, responding pretty quickly and always there to help. I should have written a review for Quikstor a long time ago. They have been a wonderful support system for our storage facility. As the saying goes.....they have our backs. And we are so appreciative of that fact.

Great software until Outlook updated last month. Took two weeks of support to resolve invoicing issues and had to change email provider to rectify the issue.Took up to 24 hours for support to respond. Computer support removed the auto invoicing component that was in the original quikstor express software saying it was never meant to be a component - even though I have used it for 7 years. With the auto processing component gone you must manually process all invoicing? I expect auto credit card processing to do the same. If you want automation in your software dont choose this QSL.

I would never use this company again!! Their software looks great until you realize that it is full of bugs and has to be constantly repaired by their software experts. This is a dos system running underneath Windows. After nearly six years of heartburn, I finally took it out and went to Demco.Run away from these guys.They insist on charging you for every phone call, even if your system is down and customers are locked in your storage. If I could give them a 0 I would.
