Patient, calm, methodical diagnosis of my fairly old computer. Willing to spend time explaining what was wrong and then offered to replace motherboard but unable, since there weren’t any available in the country. Happy customer!! Highly recommend!

These guys are incredible! I brought my old MacBook Pro to them because it was running very hot and slow (my said I should just buy a new one!) and within 2 hours it was as good as new! David and Brian are fast, excellent and honest...just the best!

I use QNE PC Repair for all my business IT needs. I run a small creative agency and they keep my main machine up to date and trouble shoot all of my issues for the past 5 or so years. Brian and David are a dynamic duo that work with care, are honest in their fees and make sure to give you that small business personal care. I recently did a repair and they made sure to charge me 1.25 hours labor instead of the estimated 1.5. Its a small difference, and Im sure a different shop would have charged the full amount, its that level of honesty and transparency that keeps me coming back. When they say something will be done at a certain time they are always on point. I cant really say enough about how much I love using their services.

Great place. Will diagnose while you wait and fix on the spot. If parts are needed, you buy the parts and bring the computer back when it comes in to have it repaired. Honest and fairly priced. If you need repair, go here rather than one of those box stores that claim to have the best buys. Support local business.

I took 2 ancient, dusty desktops in to see if they could be saved. He diagnosed both problems within 10 minutes and quoted a very reasonable price for both. One was ready the next day and the other is still awaiting parts, but I expect the same great results. I highly recommend Quick N Easy PC Repair. Fast, friendly and fair!

I highly recommend this place. I found 2 handsome brothers and as soon as I walked, one of them maybe David, took my computer 💻 apart repaired it while I waited and charged me nothing. I have met kind folks but this guys went above and beyond. It would have costed me $99 at best buy geeks and they saved that money for me. May God bless, and look unto this fellows with favor. Incredibly fast, professional service.I needed to replace my laptop battery. Went to 6 places around LA and received nothing but runaround and BS.Found these guys and not only did they immediately provide service but charged me less for labor as it took less than an hour. These days, you cant even call best buy and speak to anyone.My laptop was back in my hands in 48 hours. Amazing. Ill be coming here exclusively for all my laptop and PC needs. True to their name, the repair was done quickly (less than 24 hours to clone thousands of files and install a new hard drive), expertly, and at very reasonable cost, even compared to prices for computer repairs several years ago. I hope I dont need them often, but they will be my go-to from now on. Cant recommend them highly enough.

I just received very friendly and expert service for a reasonable price. Beside tuning up my PC, David and Brian fully restored my Outlook email so I could once again send email. During the last year other two other PC repair specialists have tried but were unable, so for this accomplishment I believe five stars is warranted.

The people at Quick N Easy PC repair are first rate. Our office does not have an in house IT person, so we often have time sensitive technical difficulties, and our IT tech, David is always here quickly to help.David is knowledgeable, friendly, and has excellent suggestions for how to improve out tech in the office. He has done everything from repair an entire router meltdown to assist our office manager in selecting a new printer.He tells me right away if new equipment is needed, he does not beat around the bush or waste our time attempting costly repairs for his own benefit. If it means giving him less money but improving our tech in the long run, David is always honest about what’s best for the company.Quick N Easy PC is the best IT company I have ever used in Los Angeles. They show up fast, do the necessary repairs efficiently, and help us avoid issues in the future. I cannot recommend them enough!

Took my son’s laptop here three times this year (ugh). Each time they evaluated the issue and then gave me an estimate for the repair. They kept in mind the age and brand of the machine and whether or not the repairs would be worthwhile. They have me a very fair recommendation which I appreciated.The last time we went he took a look on the spot and was able to identify and fix the problem in about 10 minutes!I highly recommend this computer repair service. Quick, friendly, fair and effective! Don’t let the mattress store location deter you.

My first visit to Quick N Easy was excellent and affordable! Brian Collins was the IT personnel who helped fix my computer. He was effective in discovering what the problem was, as well as finding a solution. He gave me diagnostic and explained thoroughly about what needed to be done. Brian is an exceptional IT technician and makes sure you get your moneys worth. More importantly, he fixed my issue within a couple of hours. I will definitely come back again to QNE if I have any issues with my computer or laptop. I highly recommend this place because of the fantastic customer service and affordability. Quick and easy! He was able to change out my graphics card quite quickly and charged a very reasonable fee. The guy who runs it is nice and knowledgeable. He responsibly recycles e-waste (he was able to take my old graphics card and printer for recycling). If you are in the area I would highly recommend this shop! It is in the mattress store.

After my Mac screen died and I received ridiculous quotes from other places I found the hidden gem online. Thank goodness I did, not only did they save me money, they are honest and to the point which I love. Recently, my sons computer camera died and I took it in, they said it would be expensive to fix and suggested I just use a plug in camera instead, thanks for saving me a boat load of money...... Now, it is not your fancy PC store but if you want honest, reasonably priced, good work, this is your place!

HONEST GUYS! FULL DISCLOSURE: I did not end up brining my external hard drive here because I originally sent it to the manufacturers support to look into, and their diagnosis was that the drive had some damage to one or more surfaces (whatever that means) and that it needed to be repaired in a clean room for XXX.XX dollars. That being said, I shopped it out and spoke to Quick N Easy PC Repair and told them the diagnosis from the manufacturer. They were very straight forward and transparent, and told me that the price from the manufacturer was a good deal. How often do businesses do that? That being said, I would trust these guys in the future if I ever have issues with hardware that cant be covered by the manufacturer.

These guys are the absolute best. Talked on the phone for a minute then brought in my desktop. They stopped what they were working on to immediately investigate and solve my hardware problem right then and there. If that wasnt wonderful enough, the price for the repair was incredibly low. SO incredible that I gladly tipped them 2.5 x their stated cost of repair. A hidden gem that I cannot recommend more highly.

Woot Woot! Shout out to Brian...so, I am echoing comments by others, but I walk in with laptop in hand, wont boot for the last couple of years been a paperweight. Right there on the front counter, he takes the panel off, moves the power supply to the back up on the motherboard, moves the RAM to another slot, hits power and BAM! Booted right up and has been working since. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes.These guys are the real deal, cant go wrong here.

With the field of consumer IT support so filled with dishonesty and incompetence, David and his team are a breath of fresh air. Their service and shop are reminiscent of the days before Geek Squad steamrolled over most independent IT businesses.I was having an issue with my DIY desktop that mystified me, my offices IT guy, and every other avenue of tech support Id pursued. It wouldve taken me at least a week of dedicating every spare moment to diagnosing this issue, and David figured it out within hours, gave me a course of action to resolve the issue that didnt involve another outlay of several hundred dollars, and charged me only a nominal fee for the diagnosis.If you dont feel like reading all of the above: bottom line, these guys are honest, extremely competent, and a pleasure to do business with. Would never consider bringing my hardware anywhere else.

Available for my walk-in, free complementary diagnostic for my M.2 SSD drive to help me make necessary time-sensitive decisions.Due to the drive malfunctioning and that it is still under warranty, they provided me an anti static bag and an extra shipping box they had around. Went to geek squad to see what’s wrong with my pc they wanted 250 just to look at it and they wanted to keep it for 3 days went to this place and they service was amazing. They got straight to the problem …I recommend ……. If I have any other problems definitely will come back

Today I was short on Thermal Paste and didnt want to make a long drive out to Frys just to get my computer back up and running. So I start to call some local shops (a dying breed), to see if anyone had some thermal paste I could buy. I came across Quick N Easy PC Repair decided to give them a call. I got a nice and professional greeting and I explained my request to which I was told, just bring it on in and Ill help you out. The shop was close by, though their location is a bit obscured by the Mattress place (dont let that deter you). Even though both were clearly working on something, one of them helped me out and didnt keep me waiting. They did not charge me for the thermal paste or their time for this small matter. After some short time observing their work, they seem to be knowledgeable and while I havent had any other work done by them, I would recommend you check them out should you need a computer problem diagnosed/fixed.

Amazing computer repairMy BFF lives in Culver City and recommended this place. I called to see why I was getting an error message on my computer about a fan. Brian said it might have dust inside. I brought my laptop in today. Brian took off the cover, cleaned out the dust, checked it out and then closed it up. It now works perfectly and no error message. Brian didn’t even charge me. It was definitely worth the drive from Redondo Beach. I will definitely be back if I have another computer issue. Thanks Brian!!
