I had a great experience, people working there are very nice and helpful.I came in, because I needed someone to unscrew two screws inside my PC. They were just screwed in so strongly I couldnt get them to move.They just did it for me on the spot, it took barely five minutes, and they refused any payment.They were also very kind and nice through entire interaction, which made me feel better, since I was a bit embarrassed I had to bring whole PC just because my hands are too weak 😅

Ok, so I took my iPhone here for repair. These guys went above and beyond. After I had tried Best Buy(appointment only) and mobile Kangaroo ( was closed although I had an appointment already)My exact screen wasnt in stock, so they ordered my part, but they temporarily got my phone to a condition where I was able to get all my important stuff. Then, they gave me a daily update. Thats what I call service. This will definitely be my go-to store!

These guys are absolutely amazing, both in their work and responsiveness. I had a PC issue and Quick Fix took great care of me all along the way.In my case it required a few different at-home troubleshooting trips, but I was only charged once and covered the rest of the way by the initial warranty. That fact alone really put me at ease and they definitely backed it up. Price was also quite reasonable and transparent.If you’re like me and panicking about your sudden computer issue choose this team! In good hands indeed!

Super professional service! They really live up to their name. I like the quick email alerts and responses. All very friendly and helpful staff! I brought my laptop for repair and despite small issue with charger (my fault as I forgot to mention laptop is from EU and naturally needs EU charger) my laptop was fixed and all data recovered very quickly. Knowledgeable technicians and good response time. They have a submittal form that makes some assumptions. When I entered my husbands name, email, and cell phone, the page generated a repair request with my name and email because the home phone was on the form as well and I had been a customer previously. Their communication seemed to default to our home phone. This delayed communication because the home phone, unlike texts to a cell, doesnt have a notification option if you are out.

I want change ssd and ram of my laptop but it has a defective screw that cannot be removed by any of my screw driver I spent an entire night on it but I didnt work. Today morning, I brought my laptop to Quick Fix, the owner remove the screw out in 5 seconds! Wow, that was so quick!. Sometime you really need professional to do the job!

Iphone 13 mini phone repairs, they cost 200 ish everything included which I thought was pretty good, until I got the phone.They replaced it with a deflected modified iphone 10 screen, and there a lots of issues:1. The boarders are way sticker.2. The top bar has much less screen, it even covers the battery and signal bar.3. The maximum brightness is vastly reduced.4. When going to settings, it saids (unrecognized hardware -- screen, and the labels shows its an iphone X screen, which explains the top bar and border issues)Most ironic of all, within 2 hours of screen replacement, the entire screen started flashing green and becomes unusable.That said, the owner Rami promised to invest in backed parts in future and given $50 in credits, will still consider here for future repairs.

Good value for the money. They debugged the USB-C on my MacBook Air, and replaced both ports for $200. I was worried about my monitor, they tested it for free, diagnosed the problem as the mainboard, and told me itd be more cost-effective to replace it outright.The only downside: they are busy, and it can take a few days to get around to your job.

*Update: I wanted to re-update my previous review. Rami, the owner of Quick Fix, reached out to me via email almost immediately after I updated my first review. He had gone back and looked for my records from 2020 to reach out to me, and even provided me with a direct line to reach him. Rami provided me with a refund for my MacBook battery (and the explanation that sometimes batteries are just duds but that they do use new, quality parts). The people I’ve spoken with at Quick Fix have been extremely kind (and their service was definitely quick (part of the extra battery cost, I imagine)). I also looked back in my emails to find out the exact date I had brought my computer in, and noticed Rami had emailed me a week after the service to ask me if everything was working ok. Really amazing customer service!! Would come here again if needed.I updated my first review, but have since deleted it since the owner responded “thanks for the review” without reading my updates. Got a new battery from Quick Fix in my MacBook Air in July 2021. July 2022 and it already needed a new battery. The charge was holding for maybe 20 minutes and the guy at Apple showed me that the battery only had 343 charge cycles on it, and typically won’t need a new battery until about 1,000 charge cycles. Granted this place fixed my computer in 2 hours when I needed it quickly and the guy there was nice, so my review from a year ago was positive. But it cost more than Apple and I’ve already had to buy another.

They did a great job on the repairs to my computer! I came with just about 2 weeks left in the country, panicking about whether I would be able to have the computer repaired in time for my departure. The guys at Quick Fix took my computer, diagnosed the issues in under 2 days, and had it repaired within 3 days of my leaving. The computer works great and looks phenomenal, so 10/10- job very well done and in great time too (despite some parts-shipping delays). Next time I need to have work done on the computer, Im definitely going back to Quick Fix!

My MacBook battery needed replacing, and after seeing videos on how much work it is to get at and unglue, I decided to have a professional do it.They have a website that makes it easy to create and monitor your repair ticket. After payment, the ordered the battery that took a few days to come in. I dropped my Mac off in the morning and it was ready to pick up after lunch. Perfectly done and only out of commission for a few hours.The people there were very professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Quick Fix Computer Services for setting me at ease during my travel. Their quality work, high level of customer service and resonable pricing were just a few aspects of why I highly recommend them. Not to mention their honesty, caring and compassionate demeanor that I experienced from 2 of their associates, Rami (the owner, and Javier the service tech). As a graduate student, you can only imagine the devastation of meeting deadlines for assignments and discussions. I had run into issues with my computer and was unable to connect to access my network or to any internet browser. The system was continuously unresponsive, so after a troubleshooting process that was super quick (just like their business name, Quick Fix), they figured out the issue and diagnosed it, informed me of what to look out for, and welcomed me to stick around in their very pleasant lobby/reception area to get my work done. I had a minor laptop issue where the chargers tip broke off and was stuck in the charging port. As I didnt have the right tool to try to pull out, I sought out for a place via Google map, which had a very nice reviews. Just returned from the place where I went through the check-in upon which Jim took the laptop to figure out how to get it out. Well, less than 5 mins thereafter, Jim came as he was successful in getting it out. I was happy and wanted to pay as appropriate. He said it didnt take anything special and thus will not not charge anything. The positive/good comments of other reviews are true. I wouldnt hesitate to bring my IT products for repair here! A few years ago, I came to repair my laptop. The screen (the outside plastic cover) and the top part of the laptop fell apart. I talked with the owner directly and got an estimated of around $200. I confirmed with the owner more than once that the whole top part of the laptop instead of just the plastic cover will be replaced. When I came to pick it up only the plastic cover instead of the whole top part was placed. I think the owner was intentionally lying.

The staff at this store is super nice and professional! My Lenovo laptop cant start after showing blue screen. After a free diagnosis, the staff identified that there was an issue with motherboard. They provided multiple solutions to either fix the issue or help get the data backed up. The staff finally helped to pull out my hard drive and put it into my hard drive case, such that I can continue to access the data on it and use the hard drive as a portable drive. This service was done within minutes. I strongly recommend this store. I will definitely choose the store next time if I have any issue with my devices.

Went down a few weeks ago because I had built a brand new pc and couldnt for the life of me figure out why it wasnt working. They gave me a good price and told me it should be ready in around three days.Sounded great already, but they actually called me and informed it was ready for pickup within three hours! I was dealing with a striped screw when i was replacing my macbook display that I couldnt seem to remove for the sake of god. Since I had no luck with several diffrent ways i tried to remove the screw with, I then decided to not wanna deal with it and get a help from someone with more expertise. the technician here got the job done in a matter of a minute on the spot without even charging for it. Second time Ive visited to have my PC laptop battery repaired since it started bulging. They fixed the same problem before on another laptop perfectly. They do a comprehensive investigation since this time they also found another issue with the battery charging. They suggested a less expensive fix that got the laptop powering on, which is all I really need. Great advice, great service, and friendly honest folks! My HP laptop screen went dark (not black, butvas if the brightness was turned all the way down), which made it a pain to do any work unless my nose was on the screen (and really hard to find the cursor). I brought itvin to Quick Fix in Mountain View, and Oscar told me they could do a free diagnostic over 3 days, or I could get same day service for $49. I needed the laptop tonight for some patient interactions, and really needed it first thing in the AM for an important 3 hour zoom meeting. So I paid the $49, and it was the best $49 I ever spent! They diagnosed a loose display cable, fixed it, and I had my laptop by 5:15. Oscar and Quick Fix are the real deal! They will be my ho to computer IT folks from now on.

For $65 I learned that I know as much about old PCs as a computer expert. All the tech did was to repeat back to me what I suspected was wrong in the first place. Their solution was also the same as mine: To get a new PC. I would have done better to put that $65 towards a new PC because the adjustable plastic CPU cooler platform is now missing from my case. But dont get me wrong; it was a learning experience: If you know absolutely nothing about computers, then this is the place to go.

Paid $25 extra for the express diagnostic service and was promised a call the next day. 4 days later I finally get a call from Oscar that my laptop needed a new $180 motherboard. Really? Okay, fine. Waited nearly a month to get my computer back — no phone call, no updates — and when I did, I couldn’t even log into my account. Turns out, neither could they. And the whole time, they never asked for the password. Then how do you know your repair was the right one when you couldn’t even verify the result? Nice fix guys. Never again.

This place is neither a quick or a fix for computers. Brought in my MacBook Air hoping for a quick diagnostic; it took all weekend and then some. When I finally got the call back, I was told they needed to replace keyboard and ribbon wire just in case they both shorted during my completely and unfortunate coffee spilling event. I figured it made sense and I desperately needed my laptop back so I agreed to the repairs and waited until the weekend to finally pick up my laptop. When I was finally able to pick up my laptop they didnt even bother to do a checkup in front of me to prove the keyboard was working properly. Being the usual trustworthy, and unfortunately naive, person that I am I took my laptop home, cracked my fingers and prepared myself to write the essay that I desperately needed to finish just to realize my keyboard still was not working right. The space button would get stuck, the tab button was completely lifted off and certain keys did not work. Disappointed, I brought my laptop back since they did offer a warranty policy. I explained the issue to the guy behind the counter. He didnt even apologize for the shortcomings of his coworkers and took a long hard look at the keyboard to make sure I wasnt pulling his leg. He took the laptop in and told me he would work on it. Three days later he called and I picked up the laptop. He said he had fixed the keyboard himself and had verified that it worked. I was excited! A worker who actually cares about his job, amazing! Well, learning from my previous experience I decided to actually turn on the laptop and test every single individual key to make sure I didnt have to comeback yet again. The keyboard worked great! However, there was now an issue with my laptop; there was a glitch on the screen. When I opened up chrome to use the keyboard checker online I noticed this glitch I thought maybe chrome was acting funny so I restarted the browser and it was still there. Huh, interesting... I pointed out the issue to the guy who had just fixed my laptop and he looked rather annoyed by my presence or my pleads for help even after I had already paid them about 70% of the original price of my MacBook Air. He looked at the problem and was puzzled by it. He did some troubleshooting and concluded there was an OS issue that could be easily taken care of. Oh man, finally! He fixed the OS issue, I verified everything was working well and then I went home finally after almost four weeks. I guess Quick Fix Computer Services and I do not necessarily see eye to eye with the definition of the word quick. One last thing, I realized as I drove home that neither tech behind the counter cared to even turn on my laptop to run a quality assurance test after they had replaced the damaged components. This theory is completely based on the fact that both times I picked up my laptop I encountered an issue that wouldve been rather noticeable by anybody who cared enough to do a quality check on the services they provide. Anyway, lesson of this experience is to never come back to this place.

Brought my MacBook Pro in after some liquid damage and was quoted $950, around $250 less than the Apple Store offered. They didnt fully repair my computer though, leaving a keyboard issue. Service was friendly and communicative, but I would have definitely paid $250 more for a fully functioning computer.Update: My computer has progressively deteriorated after 9 months of use and now will barely turn on. I assume the root cause of everything was a shoddy repair. Would not recommend coming here.

Very happy with these guys. Computer was crashing. Blue screen. They took it in, diagnosed that one of the hard drives was failing (which I knew was true as i had seen the same in boot up for a year) replaced it, and that it was heavily infected and they cleaned it up. Very reasonable price. Got it home and a couple days later it crashed again. They took it back and ran tests and further virus scrubbing for several days. No extra charge. Said it passed all stress tests so hardware was good but if it happened again it meant there was a virus they couldnt find and would have to reinstall OS. Since I got it back have had no more problems. Three days later they called me to check to make sure it was all ok. Great service!

Quick Fix has been repairing our laptops and PCs for the past 10 years. This time in October, Quick Fix helped fixing our burnt out PCs power supply as well as the graphics card. My husband and I worked with Oscar, Zack and James. We were really thankful and impressed by their responsiveness and professional attentiveness to repairing my PC, which has an older operating system. Quick Fix also reinstalled the operating system for my other PC. On top of that, James helped resolving some connection kinks of the repaired PC with some of the existing hardwares and installed our new autocad software with remote access. Ive worked in high tech for decades, and I know good work when I see it. In the 90s, I built a computer from scratch, but it was easy then. I wouldnt try to fix my own computers now because they are so much more complicated, so thats why I was happy to find Oscar Juarezs Quick Fix. I have a lot of old computers that might still be useful.A few months ago, Oscar and his support engineers repaired an shaky Acer Chromebook for me, and just recently they have given my very old Dell XPS-13 a second life as a Linux laptop. Its given me a welcome alternative to Ubuntu on the wonky Windows Subsystem for Linux, and its working great.Quick Fix does great work quickly and at a reasonable cost. I recommend this business highly, and will probably end up making use of their expertise again myself.

These guys are great. They were the only ones who could fix my Thinkpad Tablet 2 cracked screen. But after they replaced the screen, the touch sensor went bad in a few days. They refunded my entire money back for the new screen as the touch sensor was not replaceable. I dont have a working touch screen any longer but I appreciate their gesture.

After spilling water all over my macbook airs keyboard, I took it to the apple store. They pretty much told me the only fix was to send it to get completely redone, and that it would cost $750. I decided to explore other options and found this place. The diagnostic cost $65, which I found kind of expensive, especially because it doesnt go towards the actual repair. However, they were able to fix my computer in just a few days for $450, which was much better than $750. My computer seems to be completely fixed, and hopefully it will stay this way. Overall, I am very satisfied! There is also a 90 warranty after getting it fixed.

My old desktop PC was not booting up so I took it to them for repair. They had it for 3 days and could not find anything wrong after all their tests. Apparently the problem was a USB storage device that I disconnected before I gave it to them. I found that the storage drive also caused similar boot-up problems to my laptop. Quick Fix agreed that this was probably the problem and did not charge me anything! Free diagnosis if they dont have to report problem in 1 or 2 days.

I went there to get the screen of my laptop fixed and it took 8 days. I had my parents pick it up because i was out of town and they returned it without the battery!!!! So i called the manager and he said i could swing by that evening and pick up the battery, but i got their at our scheduled time and he totally bailed on me. He said some bs like, oh im with a client. Shouldnt the costumer come first in a business?Thus, i feel like the quality of work was superb but the customer service was on par with some of the worst such as Frys. I dont recommend it because its pricey and for the price that you pay i feel you should atleast have a friendly experience.

OVERVIEW: Capable and friendly but can be sloppy.STORY: Quick FIx replaced a broken LCD screen on my Samsung S4. Quoted most reasonable price in the MV PA area. Rami and Thanh are polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Screen was not in stock and had to be ordered. 2 days later when the replacement part arrived I got an email to drop-off my phone. Handed over S4 at 10am and was told Thahn the tech doesnt start until 11am (forgot Rami told me this earlier) so I would need to leave the phone and pick up later. 12:30 got email phone was ready for pick-up. Picked up phone and was happy to see screen worked. Got back to office and realized the vibrator no longer worked. I did a Google search and found that when you replace an LCD module the old vibrator needs to be reused - Quick Fix forgot this step. Bummer. After a quick Google search I learned the fix was fairly easy. So in 15 minutes I did the vibrator replacement myself (thank you YouTube). I called Quick FIx to tell him of the error. Rami apologized and thanked me for letting him know. BTW, when I picked up my phone I asked to have the old part back (Im a mechanical engineer and love to study that kind of stuff). Good thing I did as the vibrator was still attached and I would have had to drive back to the store to have them make the fix (didnt want to spend another 30 minutes driving there when it was easy enough to fix the problem myself). Lastly, when I went to do the repair myself I removed the battery pack and saw all kinds of adhesive residue on the new part. I assume this was leftover from a label that was on the replacement part. I fell that Thanh should have been more professional and tidy and spent the 2-3 minutes to clean off the inside of the phone. I used a paper towel and denatured alcohol to wipe off the gooey mess. I then, used a razor blade to transfer the label from the old screen to the new one (yet another misfire by Quick Fix as this label has the important IMEI, Model, and SKU numbers).SUMMARY: Did what they were supposed to do but forgot an important step and should have been tidier. Would try them again but definitely be sure to get old parts and check their work thoroughly before you pay and leave the store.

Slow with customer handling, i just needed to pick up my computer parts and took them 30 mins. Watchout when they gave me my computer parts it was still disassembled and i had to put it back myself. I dont mind putting it back just incsse if you dont know how to put it back then you may be able to ask them nicely.

I took my PC to be repaired, they charged me for a hard drive and a copy of the files, they said that was the problem. Now that I use it, it has the same problem. I feel scammed.
